        In this study, authors measured the each organ weight of the long term water deprived Mongolian gerbil, after then we calculated the mean, standard deviation, variance coefficient of the real measured organ weight and induced the organ weight change quantity, rate of quantity, deviation between measured and theological organ weight, deviation rate, sum of deviation rate, organ weight change rate, rate of organ weight by the mathematical formula. The results obtained as follow 1. The weight of the brains, lung, and testis were abruptly decreased after water deprived until the 5th day, after then slowly decreased until the 20th day. 2. The weight of the heart was decreased gradually from the first day until the 20th day. 3. The weight of the liver was abruptly decreased until the 10th day, after then the more slowly decreased until the 20th day. 4. The weight of the thymus, spleen, kidney, and pancreas were abruptly decreased until the 15th day, after then increased slowly until 20th day but the weight of the kidney was abruptly increased from the 10th day. 5. The organ weight change rate and the rate of the each day organ weight were very diversified.

        판상형 충전제의 함량과 배향에 따른 PP복합체의 열팽창계수 영향 연구

        두 가지의 종횡비(ρα=a1/a3 and ρβ=a1/a2)에 의해 특징지어진 3차원 타원체(a1 > a2 > a3)를 사용하여 polypropylene 복합체의 판상형 충전제 함량과 방향이 열팽창률에 미치는 영향에 대해 실험적인 연구를 수행하였다. 측정된 실험적인 값은 Lee와 그의 연구자들이 제안한 이론적인 모델에 의한 계산 값과 비교분석되었다. 판상형충전제로는 운모와 탈크가 사용되었다. 실험 결과로 운모의 경우 종횡비는 ρα= 13.5, ρβ= 1.8이 사용되 어, 20 wt% 함량일때 α11/αm는 약 0.56으로 감소하였으나, α33/αm는 오히려 1.018로 증가함을 보였다. 탈크의 경우의 종횡비는 ρα=3.7, ρβ= 1.4이었고 α11/αm는 0.63으로 감소하였다. 결국 운모와 탈크 모두 그 함량증가에 따라 종단방향과 횡단방향에서 열팽창률은 감소하였으나 수직방향에서는 초기 낮은 충전제 함량에서는 오히려 증가하는 경향을 보였다. Experimental study was performed regarding the effects of disc-like filler orientation and contents on the coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) of polypropylene composites using the three dimensional ellipsoids (a1 > a2 > a3) analyzed by two aspect ratios(ρα=a1/a3 and ρβ=a1/a2). Measured data were compared with the theoretical approaches proposed by Lee et al. Mica and talc were useed as disk-like fillers in the composites. As experimental results, α11/αm decreased down to ca. 0.56 with mica content of 20 wt% and the aspect ratios, ρα=13.5, ρβ=1.8. However, α33/αm increased to more than 1. In the case of talc, α11/αm decreased to ca. 0.63 with 20 wt% and ρα=3.7, ρβ=1.4. Finally, the longitudinal CTEs (α11) of polypropylene composites decreased as filler contents increased, but normal CTE (α33) increased in the low filler contents like the theory.

        판상형 충전제의 함량과 배향에 따른 PP복합체의 영률 변화 연구

        이 논문은 판상형 충전제의 함량과 배향에 따라 폴리프로필렌 복합체의 영률 변화에 미치는 영향을 연구 하였다. 이론적인 예측은 Lee와 그의 연구자들에 의해 제안된 두 개의 종횡비, ρα=a1/a3과 ρβ=a1/a2 를 이용하여 3차원 타원체의 형상을 계산하였고 실험값과 비교 분석하였다. 판상형 충전제로 운모와 탈크를 사용하였다. 충전제의 형태는 SEM을 이용해 관찰하였고, 종횡비는 고분자의 흐름을 기준으로 좌표축을 설정하여 통계적 방법으로 계 산하였다. 충전제가 운모인 경우에 ρα=13.5와 ρβ=1.8이었고, 탈크의 경우는 ρα=3.8과 ρβ=1.4이었다. 또한 충전제 의 2개의 종횡비와 함량이 기계적 물성에 미치는 영향을 실험적으로 연구하였다. 운모의 경우 30 wt% 함량일 때 E11이 약 2.7배 향상되었다. 탈크의 경우는 E11이 약 2.3배 향상하였다. This paper studied the effects of the content and the orientation of the disk shape fillers on the modulus of PP composites. The experimental results were compared with the theoretical calculations which included the three dimensional ellipsoids and analyzed by two aspect ratios, ρα=a1/a3 and ρβ=a1/a2 proposed by Lee and his researchers. Mica and talc were used as disk shape fillers in the composites. The shapes of mica and talc were observed by SEM and aspect ratios were statistically calculated. For the case of mica, the average aspect ratios were ρα=13.5 and ρβ=1.8, and for the case of talc, they were ρα=3.8 and ρβ=1.4. Also, the effects of two aspect ratios and the content of filler on the mechanical properties were studied: For 30 wt% of mica, E11 increased up to about 2.7 times, and for the other case of talc, E11 increased up to about 2.3 times, respectively.

        Reclamation area has a characteristic nature surroundings than a town-region or a inland area. It has a adverse conditions; low temperature, gale, much sunshine, moistured salt; at climate than inland area. In case propelling development with examining enough topography and climate characteristics of Water Front, climatic environment would grow worth. And it would lead to a rise of energy and maintenance expenses by calculating inaccurate capacity of installed equipments and by occurrence of defects of equipments. On this study, final object is selecting a friendly environment facility system and establishing a accurate energy supply and demand program in grasp of climate characteristic on reclaiming and developing in Busan Newport Area. So we drew up it based on AWS(Automatic Weather System) measure data and standard climate data in Busan Newport Area.

      • 低鹽 明太(Alaska pollack, Theragra chalcogramma)젓의 加工條件에 따른 遊離아미노酸의 變化에 關한 硏究

        Myong-Tae Joet samples were separately prepared at 20℃±1℃, for period of 60 days by adding 10% salt (low salt) and 20% salt (high salt) to Myong-Tae Joet (Alaska pollack, Theragra chalcogramma) to compare free amino acid content change and organoleptic evaluation. These samples were investigated at 15 days interval: 0, 15, 45, 60 days fermentation. Free amino acid content of raw sample in the sequence of large to small were: Lys 4137.1mg%>His 2156.5mg%>Ala 1911.8mg%>Gly 1766.4mg%>Ser 1292.3mg%>Arg 1273.4mg%. These 6 amino acid occupied 64% of total free amino acid. Free amino acid content of low salt sample at 45 days fermentation in the sequence of large to small were: Ala 39779.1mg%>Met 20691.1mg%>Gly 13430.1mg%>Glu 11919.5mg%. These 4 amino acid occupied 63.4% of total free amino acid. Total free amino acid content of high salt sample at 45 days fermentation was 41181.2mg%, while 135197.7mg% for low salt sample. Total free amino acid of low salt sample contains as much as 330% than that of high salt sample under the same fermentation temperature, and period, thus it can be assumed that low salt sample contributed to develop distinctive flavor. Organoleptic scores for color, flavor, chewiness and taste were higher in low salt sample at 45 days fermentation than that of high salt sample.

      • 중합효소연쇄반응을 이용한 도말양성 폐결핵 환자에서의 결핵균 DNA 검출방법에 관한 연구

        Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) is the most sensitive and rapid method for the diagnosis of M.tuberculosis infection. Many reports have shown different methods for mycobacterial DNA extraction, but revealed many differences in simplicity and time-consumption. We studied which method was the best among 7 different ones for DNA extraction from 32 smear-positive sputa, using PCR of targeting 123bp DNA fragment of IS6110. The methods were the following : SDS-Microwave oven method, NaOH Lysis method, Triton X-100, Proteinase K method, Lysis buffer method. SDS-Proteinase K method, Bead Beater method, and Bead Beater/CTAB method. The amplification products were identified by electrophoresis on ethidium bromide-stained agarose gels, and confirmed by restriction enzyme, Southern blot hybridization, and DNA sequencing. All 32 cases were positive (100%) by the 7 different methods. It took 1 hour or more to detect DNA in SDS-Microwave oven method, NaOH Lysis method, and Bead beater/CTAB method. It took 2 hours or less in the others. SDS-Proteinase K method and Bead Beater/CTAB method were simpler and more convinient than the others. These results suggest that SDS-Proteinase K method and Bead Beater/CTAB method might be better than the others for the extraction of mycobacterial DNA in terms of simplicity and time-consumption, although all the methods were sensitive.

      • ICR mouse 체중성장에 관한 연구

        Authors analyze the growth quantities and several factors including in the health ICR mouse by the growth formula utilizing the mean of measured ICR mouse body weight from 3 th week to 8th week. The result were as followings. 1. The variance coefficient of deviation to the mean was lower than 30 percent in all groups. 2. The growth quantities of male was larger than female in body weights of the all group, and body weight of the male and female was gradually increased from 3th week to 8th week. 3. The deviation between the measured and theological body weight of the ICR mouse was below the 2g in all groups of male and female. 4. the deviation precent to the theological growth quantities was below than 5,6% and 11% in male and female group. 5. The sum of the deviation percent of the theological growth quantities of the each group in male and female was 1.69% and 2.3%. thus measured and theological body weight was almost coincidence in all measured weeks. 6. The growth rate of the each week was larger in the 3th week in male and female, after then the growth rate of the male and female was gradually decreased. 7. The specific growth rate of the growth rate to the growth quantities in male and female was largest in the 3th week, after that the rat was gradually decreased.

      • Pefloxacine의 광분해에 관한 연구Ⅱ : Discussion on the kinetics of the photodegradation of Pefloxacine 광분해 속도에 관한 고찰

        Pefloxacine, one of the fluoroquinolone antibacterial agent, is photolabile under the aerobic coditions. When in Ao/A is plotted against time of irradiation, a straight line is obtained in pH 4.0 and in water. The photodegradation of PFX is inhibited by reduced glutathione, a radical scavenger. It means that the process is operated by the radical chain mechanimsm. PFX has proved to be a photosensitizer for photobleaching 1,3-diphenylisobenzofuran(DPBF). In HPLC chromatogram, we has obtained three photoproducts. The initial photoproduct(1) is relatively stable against UV light. The jajor photoproduct(2) with retantion time 3.07 min. is more polar than PFX.

      • 재활용 실리카 슬러리의 기계 화학적 연마 특성 개선

        In this paper, we have studied the possibility of recycle of reused silica slurry in order to reduce the costs of CMP slurry. The post- CMP thickness and within-wafer non-uniformity(WIWNU) were measured as a function of different slurry composition. As a experimental result, the performance of reused slurry with annealed silica abrasive of 2 wt% contents was showed high removal rate and law non-uniformity. Therefore, we propose two-step CMP process as follows ; In the first-step CMP, we can polish the thick and rough film surface using remaked slurry, and then, in the second-step CMP, we can polish the thin film and fine pattern using original slurry. In summary, we can expect the saving of high costs of slurry.

        Not only as a fighter for Korean independence, thinkers, and historian, but as a writer under the Japanese colonization, Shin, Chae-ho(申?浩) worte many literary works. But, the study about his works was not so active. Moreover, it is also true that any regular study of his H.B.N. have not been tried. Now, the present writer aimed the purpose of this thesis at study of Shin's H.B.N. comparing it with his view of history, nationalism and literature. 1. Italy Konkook Samkul Jeon(伊太利健國三傑傳) (The Biographical novel of three heroes founding Italy) 1. K.S.J, translated the Iddi jienguo Sanjie Zhuan(意大利建國三傑傳) of Liang, Chi-Chao(梁啓超) (1873~1929) into Chinese and Ko-rean by Shin who was largely influenced by him, is a H.B.N. This novel is a story of three Italian heroes heroes such as Mazzini, Garibaldi, Cavour. In this novels, Shin suggested that Korean, inspired by these heroes, should resist against Japaneses. Namely, Shin wrote this novels for the purpose of infusing patriotism into the hearts of people and encouraging nationalism. 2. Euljimoonduck(乙支文德) (The Biographical novel of Gen. Euljimoonduck) The novel is a story of General Eulji, moon-duck who defeated Swei's(수) big force during Kokuryo(高句麗) age in Korean history. Presenting the hero who won the battle against other nation, Shin attempted to encourage racial consciousness that should fight against invader, and desired that such a hero should come into being. 3. Yishoonshinjeon(李舜臣傳) (The B.N.of Admiral Yi, shoon-shin) Yishoonshinjeon is a story of Admiral Yi who cut down Japa-nese navy during Japanese invasion in 1592 Showing a hero who gained a victory over Japanese that is invading now, Shin tried to cheer up patriotism and resistence against Japanese directly. 4. Choidotongjeon(催都統傳) (The B.N. of Gen Choi, Young) Choidotongjeon is a story of General Choi young(崔瑩) who tried to conquer Ming's(明) Manchuria region. Shin would be regret to lose this region. So, he desired to restore this region, and wanted that Korean nation should regain the lost country with cherishing in nation's mind desiring for rehabillitating it. 5. Conclusion Therefore, we learned to know the follwing. Shin's historical view of heroism that bero is a subject of history was reflected deeply in these novels. And he created these novel for the purpose of encouraging nation's patriotism, therby, making a model of hero, and with feverent hope that nation should act or fight against others and as these heroes. Consequently, the significance of these novels lie in the value the history of literatue than literary that.
