곤충의 수컷생식부속선물질 : Aedes aegypti 모기를 중심으로

곤충의 수컷생식부속선물질: Aedes aegypti 모기를 중심으로 이종진, 오세원^*(전북대학교 농생물학과, 광주보건대학 치위생과^*) Aedes aegypti 모기의 수컷생식부속선물질이 암컷의 난성숙, 산란전행동,산란행동 및 숙주탐색행동에 미치는 생리학적 기능을 고찰하였다. 흡혈과 함께 교미한 암컷은 미교미암컷 보다 훨씬 더 많은 난발육이 진행되었으며, 교미와 관련하여 정상교미, 수컷생식부속선전입 혹은 수컷생식부속선 균질물 주입 등의 경우 이들 모두는 난성숙 암컷의 산란전행동을 유도한다. 수컷생식부속선물질의 주요 구성성분은 종특이성을 가지고 있으며, 수컷생식부속선물질의 생물학적 활성은 4˚C에서 24시간, -10˚C에서 2주간 지속되나 그 이상의 시간이나 가열 등에 의해 불활성화된다. 교미시 전달되였거나 암컷에 직접 주입된 수컷생식부속선물질은 난성숙이 이루어진 암컷의 숙주탐색 행동을 현저히 감소시킨다. 따라서 교미시 암컷으로 전달된 Aedes aegypti 수컷생식부속선물질은 암컷의 난성숙, 산란전행동, 산란행동을 유도하는 반면 숙주탐색행동을 억제하는 등 성충암컷의 여러가지 생리 및 행동변화에 직접적인 영향을 미친다. An endogenous physiological mechanisms of the male accessory gland substances (MAGs) of Aedes aegypti mosquitoes are reviewed in regard to the effects on female behaviors such as egg maturation, pre-oviposition, oviposition, and especially host-seeking. Mated females that were maintained on water for 4 days before ingesting blood were more likely to develop eggs than were unmated females. Normal mating, the implantation of whole glands, or the injection of male accessory gland homogenates, all induced pre-oviposition behavior in gravid virgin females. The components of MAGs are species-specific. MAGs retained their biological activity when stored at 4˚C for 24h or when maintained at -10˚C for 2 weeks, but lost their activity after longer periods and were inactivated by heating. MAGs, when transferred during mating or injected directly into females, significantly reduced the host-seeking behavior of the female when they gravid.

Complications of pelvic fractures and sacroiliac joint luxation include hemoabdomen, pulmonary trauma, and soft tissue injury. Among them, rectal perforation accounts for 1% of pelvic fracture complications. Delayed diagnosis is commonly associated with a poor prognosis. A mixed-breed dog was presented to Jeonbuk Animal Medical Center (JAMC) after a traffic accident with no signs of rectal perforation. After fracture surgery, rectal perforation was seen as a perianal fistula. This report describes a case of a perianal fistula progressed from rectal perforation after a traffic accident that was curatively treated with lateral caudal axial pattern flap surgery to the perianal skin.

조명나방, Ostrinia furnacalis Guenee의 성페로몬선과 화학수용기의 형태에 관한 연구

조명나방, O.furnacalis Guenee, 성충 암컷의 성페로몬선과 숫컷의 안테나를 각각 광학현미경과 주사전자현미경을 이용해서 관찰한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 성페로몬선은 암컷 복부 제 9복절과 10복절 사이에 위치하고 있다. 2. 성페로몬선의 형태는 페로몬 분필공을 중심으로 해서 앞쪽으로 연속 절편을 관찰하면 점점 ring모양, 갈매기모양, W자모양, 약간 굴곡된 모양으로 절편위치에 따라서 형태가 다르게 관찰되었다. 그리고 앞쪽으로 약간 몰입되어 있으며 그 양끝에서는 근육이 관찰되었다. 3. 성페로몬선의 세포는 원주형(columnar)이었으며 난형의 핵이 관찰되었고 Cuticle은 exocuticle과 endocuticle로 되어 있으며 exocuticle은 가시형의 돌기로 분필강(lumen) 안쪽으로 배열되어 있다. 4. 암컷과 숫컷의 안테나는 모두 사상(filiform)이고 편절(flagellum)의 마디수는 숫컷의 경우 63$\pm$2개, 암컷의 경우 69$\pm$1개 이었으며 인편이 부착되어 있다. 5. 감각기는 한겹의 벽으로 둘러 싸여 있으며 끝이 길고 가는 형, 바깥쪽의 얇은 벽과 안쪽의 두꺼운 벽으로 둘러 싸여 있으며 끝이 길고 가는 형, 벽이 없고 길이가 비교적 짧으며 끝이 무딘 형, 끝이 무디고 길이가 극히 짧으며 장축 방향으로 여러개의 골이 패인 형 등 4가지 형태가 관찰되었다. Morphological features of the female sex pheromone gland and the male antenna in Ostrinia furnacalis Guenee were observed under light microscope and scanning electron microscope. Sex pheromone gland is located between the ninth and tenth segments of the female abdomen and is ring shape at the sex pheromone secretion pore and gradually changes into a sea-gull shape, a W-shape, and a slightly curved form when dissected anteriorly. It is sunken slightly toward anterior part and muscles were observed at both sides of the gland. Shape of cells in sex pheromone gland is columnar and the nucleus is oval, and the cuticle of the gland is consisted of endo-and exocuticle. Both female and male had filiform antennae and there were 69$\pm$1 segments in the female flagellum and 63.2$\pm$ 2 segments in the male flagellum. Numurous scales were observed on each segment. Four types of sensilla were observed and they were described as single-walled long taper, double-walled long taper, no-walled short blunted, and grooved peg, respectively.

논문 : 범곤정(范곤貞) 시가문학(詩歌文學)의 성취(成就)

範곤貞, 華亭(上海, 松江)人, 系嘯園範氏後代孝廉範選之女, 與胡公壽(1823-1886)的9世祖諸生胡蘭(號: 원生)結爲夫妻, 但至今無從獲知這對夫婦的生卒年代。範곤貞對詩歌有著흔深的造詣, 曾留下作品集 《胡繩集》8卷.29)這本詩集裏有陳繼儒、範允臨等人的<序言>30)。流傳下來的範곤貞詩集只有其後代胡公壽再次印刷的《胡繩集詩초》3卷。這些詩歌流露著非寫不可的眞實情感, 體現了範곤貞固有的風格。其夫胡蘭不爲人所熟知, 且在動亂中戰死, 或許由於這些原因, 範곤貞的詩歌成就未能被大衆所知曉。《胡繩集詩초》卷上, 收錄古詩58首, 卷中, 收錄律詩48首, 卷下, 收錄絶句71首, 總共收錄177首。其中古詩和律詩成就較高, 因此, 筆者將其中的129首作爲硏究對象。本稿將範氏詩歌的主題分爲思婦的愛與怨, 節候之感, 貞節和崇德, 世態諷刺與人生觀, 題畵詩等來評價저的詩歌成就。령外, 《胡繩集詩초》最後收錄<遊嘯園賦>幷序和<春閨夢裏人賦>賦2首. 此2首賦爲窺觀範氏生活環境和詩作背景的重要資料。範곤貞生前活動範圍幷不寬闊, 但因詩才橫溢、感情豊富, 저創作了大量感人的優美詩作。丈夫頻繁外出, 長期外遊後戰死, 使저創作了大量思婦詩和別離詩。範家代代相傳的華亭嘯園會在不同季節激發出不同的詩情, 給저提供了創作優美的節候詩的環境。同時, 저的曾祖母徐媛與蘇州著名女詩人陸卿子同是吳門兩大家, 受曾祖母影響저得以創作出更高水平的詩作。而且因爲曾祖母徐媛撰寫的《訓子》給저輸入了儒家觀念, 以至저留下了大量崇尙儒家之德的詩歌。因爲與丈夫的婚姻生活幷不美滿, 使저更加沈浸於詩作世界, 從而創作出優雅而風姿動人的作品。本稿因篇幅限制, 未能涉及령外的71首絶句, 將留爲課題以待做更深入的硏究。
