예비보육교사의 실습기관에서의 수업계획과정 탐색

최근 개정된 영유아보육법 시행규칙을 보면, 보육교사의 전문성을 강화하기 위해 보육실습기간의 확대가 포함되어 있다. 이처럼 예비교사의 자질강화에 필요한 보육실습에서 가장 중요한 경험 중의 하나는 수업진행이라고 할 수 있다. 이경선(2015)은 실습기관에서의 수업실연과 관련한 연구에서 예비유아교사가 지도교사에게 가장 많은 지도를 받기 원하는 것은 수업협의였으나, 실제 실습에서는 수업협의가 잘 이루어지고 있지 않다고 하였다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 예비보육교사가 보육실습에서 수업을 계획할 때 어떤 과정을 통해 준비를 하는지 탐색하고 이를 통해 지도교사의 수업협의에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구를 위해 2016년 보육실습을 마친 B시의 4년제 유아교육과 학생 40명에게 설문지를 실시하였고, 빈도분석 등을 통해 다음과 같은 결과를 산출하였다. 첫째, 활동주제나 활동내용은 지도교사와 의논하여 선정하였다. 둘째, 수업활동을 계획할 때의 순서는 활동주제, 활동유형, 활동내용 순으로 결정하였다. 셋째, 수업을 계획할 때 가장 중요하게 고려한 것은 영·유아의 발달수준인 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 통해, 보육실습의 질적 고양을 위해, 영·유아발달에 적합한 교사발문 및 수업진행에 관한 직전교육과 지도교사의 안내가 필요할 것으로 보인다.

cobas 항-Cyclic Citrullinated Peptide 항체 검사의 분석능 평가

Background: Anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide(CCP) antibody is very useful test for diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis(RA) because of its high specificity. However, the test has been developed for ELISA(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) method, it has a limitation to get a rapid result or deal with small number of tests. In this study we evaluated the analytical performance of cobas anti-CCP test(cobas), which has developed recently, has random accessibility and can be applied on automated immunochemical analyzer, to know appropriate clinical applications. Methods: cobas(Roche Diagnostics GmBH Mannheim, Germany) was performed on automated immunochemical analyzer. The imprecision and linearity were evaluated using commercialized controls and pooled sera. Sixty serum samples(26 RA, 34 controls) were measured by cobas and ELISA method(DIASTAT; Axis-Shield Diagnostics, UK)to define the correlation, sensitivity, specificity, and agreement of both tests. Results: cobas showed less than 5% of imprecision and its linearity was retained up to 639 U/mL. It showed good correlation with DIASTAT(R=0.90). The diagnostic sensitivity was 84.6% and specificity was 88.3%. The qualitative agreement with DIASTAT was 95.0%. Conclusions: Automated cobas anti-CCP test showed acceptable analytical performance as a semi-quantitative test and high agreement rate with DIASTAT anti-CCP test. Considering random access capability and short analytical processing time of cobas anti-CCP assay, it will be useful in laboratories with small sample sizes and/or with a need of rapid turnaround time. 배경 : 항-CCP 항체는 류마티스 관절염의 혈청학적 표지자로 특이도가 높아 류마티스 진단에 매우 유용하나, ELISA법 검사로 개발되어 소수 검사나 신속 검사에 활용하기에는 어려운 단점이 있었다. 본 연구에서는 자동화된 면역화학 장비에 적용하여 임의 액세스가 가능한 방법으로서 최근에 개발된 cobas 항-CCP 항체 검사(cobas)의 분석능을 조사하여 적절한 임상적 활용성을 검토하고자 하였다. 방법 : cobas(Roche Diadnostics GmBH Mannheim, Germany)는 자동면역화학 장비를 이용하여 실시하였다. 상품화된 대조 물질 및 혼주 혈청을 이용하여 정밀성, 직선성을 평가하였다. 상관성, 민감도, 특이도, 검사간 일치도 평가를 위해 총 60명의 검체(26명 류마티스 관절염, 대조군 34명)를 cobas 및 ELISA법(DIASTAT; Axis-Shield Diagnostics, UK)으로 분석하였다. 결과 : cobas는 5% 미만의 변이계수를 보였고, 639 U/mL 이하의 범주에서 적절한 직선성이 확인되었다. DIASTAT과 비교한 상관성 평가에서는 상관 계수는 0.90으로 좋은 상관성을 보였다. 진단적 민감도는 84.6%, 특이도는 88.3%였고, 두 검사간 정성적 일치도는 95.0%였다. 결론 : cobas는 반정량 검사로서 적절한 분석능을 보였으며, DIASTAT과도 높은 일치율을 보였다. cobas의 임의 액세스 기능과 짧은 분석 시간을 고려할 때 cobas는 검체 수가 적은 검사실이나 신속한 결과가 필요한 검사실에서 유용하리라 사료된다.

Korean economy has been overestimated by the superficial and narrow-minded development. Since we have joined as OECD members, we are misunderstood into thinking that our country became one of the advanced countries I the world. This circumstance brought our country under the control of IMF(International Monetary Fund) and the people have been in the situation which we have never been experienced before. Our economy has been treated by possibility of dishonorness, meargeance, and selling overseas. Under the control of IMF, the image of korea was got worst, and the international competitiveness of our country has been weakened. As we got into the IMF program, the Patriotism became an important marketing tool in the advertising market. Redesigning the Korean national flat, which is called Takguk, has been developed in the design market by appealing the unification to overcome from our economic corruption and promote the Korean image in the world market. In the nationwide aspect, Takguk will be our symbolic identity, which will gathered national power under the name of patriotism. From the international point of view, Takguk will be the trademark of our country and will promote the our image, which has got worse by the economic corruption in the wold market. For 21st centry, the design power will be the main competitive factors in the world market. Just like the company promote its image by the Corporation Identity Program, We must promote national image in the global world and this promotional program will be excuted with the image of Takguk.

朴殷植의 歷史ㆍ傳記小說

Not only as a fighter for Korean Independence, confucianism scholar, and historian but as a writer under the Japanese colonization, Park, Eun-Shick(朴殷植) wrote many literary works. Especially, He was deep interested in the study of Yangming school(陽明學)and wrote H.B.N. Now, the present writer aimed the purpose of this thesis at the study of Park's H.B.N., comparing it with his view of history, thought of Yangming, and weltanschauung. 1. Sushakunkookji(瑞士健國誌) (The Biographical novel of heores founding Swiss) Sushakunkookji translated Wilheim Tell written by Friedrich von Schiller (1759∼1805) into Chinese and Korean. This novel is a story of Wilhelm Tell who repulsed an attack by the Powers and restored national rights. In this novel, Park suggested that Korean, inspired by Wilhelm Tell, should recover the spirit of national identity and patriotism. 2. Chungeasomoonjeon(泉蓋蘇文傳)(The Biographical nover of Gen. Yungesomoon) This novel is a life-story of Gen. Yungeasomoon who maintained Kokuryo's independence by resistance against Tang(唐). Presenting the process of Yun's struggling against Tang, Park attempted to encourage racial consciousness that should fight against Japanese Invaders. 3. Ahn Joonggeun Jeon(安重根傳) (The Biographical novel of Ahn Joonggeun) This novel is a life-story of a righteous man, Ahn, Joonggeun who shot at Ito, Hirobumi of a ningleader for Korean colonization. So, he expected that Korean should restore hostilities against Japan and patriotism. 4. Conclusion Park's view that national history and literature as the element of spirit must be vital was reflected deeply in these novels. So, he wrote these novels for the purpose of encouraging nation's patriotism, and with feverent hope that Korean nation should fight against Japanese. Consequently, the significance of these novels lie not in the literary value but in the literary historical value.

Anti-cancer Activity of the Ethylacetate Fraction from Orostachys japonicus for Modulation of the Signaling Pathway in HepG2 Human Hepatoma Cells

The molecular mechanisms of the ethylacetate(EtOAc) fraction from Orostachys japonicus (OJE) (includinggallic acid, kaempferol, and quercetin) for anti-canceractivities in HepG2 cells were investigated. Apoptosis wasdetected using morphological observation of nuclear changesand investigation of phosphatidylserine exposure at thecytoplasmic membrane using FITC-Annexin V/PI staining. Activities of the apoptotic factors bcl-2, bax, cytochrome c,pro-caspase-3, 8, and 9, as well as MAPKs levels, weremeasured using western blotting. Some morphologic featuresof apoptosis were identified using confocal microscopy. OJE caused the expression of apoptotic proteins to change,as evidenced by an increased bax/bcl-2 ratio and increasedexpression of cytochrome c, and decreased expressions ofpro-caspase-3, 8, and 9. After HepG2 cells were exposed toOJE, expressions of p-JNK and p-ERK1/2 increased in adose dependent manner. OJE exhibits anti-cancer activityvia apoptosis induction through a mitochondria dependentsignaling pathway in HepG2 cells.

開化期 小說에 나타난 文化意識

The enlightenment time in Korea was an upheaval age. This paper attempted to investigated the cultural conception in that time, through the novel of the enlightenment time, Sinsoseol(新小說). The cultural conception is human's consciousness movement, which pursued an enlargement and improvement through the course of life. In that time, the cultural conception devided two ways. One is the defeatism which is envious of an foreign idea unconditionally and disregard a native culture. The other is the autonomy idea which is caused by introspection and self examination. The defeatism adhered to foreign culture unconditionally, and which was not enlightenment for independence but assimilatin on foreign. This thought eventually denied native culture, and pursued escaptism, for which is lack of overcoming the difficulty. In conclusin, defeatism keep step with a Japan's policy which rule over the Korean. It is root the privain that overcome the situaion of those days, and that has not pride of native culture. On the contrary, autonomy idea show the volition which overcome the situain of those days, through the active movement. This is root the pride and support of native cultural. The act that translatin of foreign's historical novel and writting the historical biographical novel those protagonist is our racial hero, lead that movement. This movement emphasized a positive resistance for invader.

병인양난녹과 1866년 프랑스의 江華島遠征記

In this thesis, I compared and examined the differences between the two notes which were put down by a Korean and a Frenchman. It's theme is a historical event, BYUNG IN YANG YO, broke out in Korea from October to November in 1866. The one of the two notes is a BYUNG IN YANG NAN NOK by a daughter-in-law of Mr. Min who had lived in Kang Hwa Do, and the other is AN ACCOUNT OF MILITARY EXPEDITION OF FRANCE TO THE KANG HWA DO 1866 by an offiicer of France, Zuber. If we analyze these two works in detail we can find an interesting fact, that is, the former was described from a sufferer of war, the latter was from an injurer. Therefore, we come to know how the historical event has different meanings according to each standpoint. In their works, each of them emphasized or concealed the other points, respectably. For example, in BYUNG IN YANG NAN NOK, a tragic condition of war and savagery of Frenchman are priincpally depicted by Korean and in AN ACCOUNT OF MILITARY EXPEDITION OF FRANCE TO THE KANG HWA DO 1866, the writer described some Korean customs, cultures and scenes well which were strange for foreigner. In the Zuber's work, there is no record about the tragic conditions of war. The reason is that the author was an educated class of those days, and real condition of slaughter or suppression which was commited by Frenchman in foreign country was not glorious and he couldn't tell the failure of expeditionary force frankly. In this way, when we compare those works, we can see the fact that though same events are happened in same time, they assumed other aspects respectably, according to the writer's situation. And in comparison of those two works, we can find out the real aspects of BYUNG IN YANG YO, the Korean customs and the historical connections in those days.
