        Many construction E&C companies have recognized lack of productivity in the execution project. For improvement of productivity in construction industry, they have applied KM to construction industry. As a result, the application of KM in Korea is transition period. There is many difficulty for the KM but advantage also. In this study, consider KM and find difficulty and advantage for application to the Korean construction industry, finally categorize critical success factor of KM.

        This study was formed the basis of propelling for being closely connecting between School PE(Physical Education) and Local Society Exercise for regarding the cooperation possibility depending on the actual situation. From this, it is helpful for evaluating the total understanding of the present condition form School PE and Local Society Exercise and grasping the realities concretely. To gain the above result, the subject of study is on 48 agencies among 50 agencies that include 30 elementary and middle schools, 15 government offices, 5 YMCA offices. After investigating the plan of providing physical activity program except result PE class and the connecting program with School PE and its activation, it comes to the conclusion below this. There is the period of possible time for propelling the cooperating model at School and Local Society PE which is special activity class after school, club activity class, discretional activity class and the vacation, weekends. And also there are many participating agencies that are school, local society, public sports center and community, the youth group, local autonomous entity PE post, prfessional physical association and community, city and countries Education Office and the sports-lover's group etc. So far, the connecting program is operated at 24 agencies which are 3 elementary school(30%), 5 middle school(50%), 4 high school(40%)m 7 government office(70%), 5 YMCA office(80%). As the reason of non-operating it, the first is the lack of the charger, spare time and considering teacher's advantage when time is arranged at the teacher and leader's part. The second is the falling behind facility and the lack of place and appliance for practicing. The third is the insufficient of connecting program at program part and increasingly number of students who are individual participating at the side of local society physical agency at school. The forth is the lack of finances for running at economy part and overpaying of using fee. The fifth is the lack of the activity time at the elementary school and putting first in importance the exam for university enterance at middle and high school. The sixth is the parents and principals and school committee have little understanding of the physical educating in common at recognition part. The seventh is the cooperating company's preparation is not enough and incomplete relation each other. Looking into the opinion for activating plan of connecting program which is classified into common contents, the result is presented the same reaction both of them that the professional leader arrangement is needed at teacher and leader's part. At the facility expansion and open program part is required for a various program. In the case of school at economy condition part, more cheaper than expenses for facilities is needed and also the renovation of the education system And at the recognition part, the positive attitude of school is needed. At the safety part, the solution of safety problem for responsibility is needed. At the administration part, the support for professional agency and the change of systemic role for connecting agency.

        In recent years, gonorrhea has been pandemic and remains one of the most common STDs in the world, especially in developing countries. For the detection of a more effective therapeutic regimen and assessing the prevalence of Penicillinase Producing Neisseria gonorrhoeae(PPNG), we have been trying to study the patients who have visited the Venereal Disease Clinic of Choong-Ku Public Health Center in Seoul since 1980 by menas of the chromogenic cephalosporin method. In 1998, 93 strians of N. genorrhoeae were isolated, among which 60(64.5%) were PPNG. The prevalence of PPNG in Seoul, which had been decreased to 39% in 1996 after a peak of 74.3% in 1993, is increased to 64.5% in 1998.

      • Influence of TiO<sub>2</sub> Particle Size on Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells Employing an Organic Sensitizer and a Cobalt(III/II) Redox Electrolyte

        <P>Dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) are highly efficient and reliable photovoltaic devices that are based on nanostructured semiconductor photoelectrodes. From their inception in 1991, colloidal TiO<SUB>2</SUB> nanoparticles (NPs) with the large surface area have manifested the highest performances and the particle size of around 20 nm is generally regarded as the optimized condition. However, though there have been reports on the influences of particle sizes in conventional DSSCs employing iodide redox electrolyte, the size effects in DSSCs with the state-of-the-art cobalt electrolyte have not been investigated. In this research, systematic analyses on DSSCs with cobalt electrolytes are carried out by using various sizes of NPs (20-30 nm), and the highest performance is obtained in the case of 30 nm sized TiO<SUB>2</SUB> NPs, indicating that there is a reversed power conversion efficiency trend when compared with those with the iodide counterpart. Detailed investigations on various factors-light harvesting, charge injection, dye regeneration, and charge collection-reveal that TiO<SUB>2</SUB> particles with a size range of 20-30 nm do not have a notable difference in charge injection, dye regeneration, and even in light-harvesting efficiency. It is experimentally verified that the superior charge collection property is the sole origin of the higher performance, suggesting that charge collection should be prioritized for designing nanostructured TiO<SUB>2</SUB> photoelectrodes for DSSCs employing cobalt redox electrolytes.</P> [FIG OMISSION]</BR>

        Filtering Bleb Size in the Early Postoperative Period Affects the Long-term Surgical Outcome after Trabeculectomy

        Purpose: To investigate whether postoperative filtering bleb size affects the surgical outcome after trabeculectomy. Methods: In this study, we retrospectively reviewed 145 medically uncontrolled glaucoma patients with intraocular pressure (IOP) values >21 mmHg before surgery and data from ≥2 years of follow-up. Postoperative IOP, filtering bleb size including extent and height, and other clinical factors were measured after trabeculectomy. We divided bleb extent into quadrants and bleb height by 0.5 intervals of corneal thickness. The main outcome measure was surgical success. We confirmed complete success when the IOP was ≤21 mmHg and decreased by >20% from baseline without medication or additional procedures. Qualified success used the same criteria but allowed for medication or additional procedures. Cases with reoperation or two consecutive IOP measurements <6 mmHg were considered failures. Results: A total of 145 eyes of 145 patients was included. The average observation period was 30.8 ± 10.9 months. During multivariate Cox regression analysis, a larger extent of filtering bleb revealed significantly low hazard ratios in both complete and surgical success (0.509 and 0.494, respectively); however, there was no significant relationship between bleb height and surgical outcome. Conclusions: The extent of the filtering bleb was associated with surgical outcomes of trabeculectomy in glaucoma patients.

        OOO급 잠수함 함교 통신 시스템 오작동 개선 연구

        본 논문에서는 ○○○급 잠수함에서 사용하는 함교 통신 시스템에서 발생한 오작동을 분석하고 개선하였다. ○○○급 잠수함의 함교 통신 시스템은 작전 중 사용되는 주요 통신 시스템 중 하나로, 함 지휘 통제를 위해 함내 통신 시스템과 교신 설정을 최대한 신속히 수행하여야 한다. 그러나 자체 시험이나 해상시운전을 비롯한 품질보증 활동 중 함교통신 시스템이 오작동하는 경우가 지속적으로 발생하였다. 특히, 잠항 항해 및 부상 직후에 함교 통신 시스템이 빈번하게 오작동하여 임무를 수행하는데 지장을 초래하는 경우가 많았다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 함교 통신 시스템의 물리적 구조를 분석하고, 이러한 오작동을 일으킬 수 있는 원인들을 분석하여 가장 가능성이 높은 원인을 추정하였다. 그리고 이를 바탕으로 midas NFX을 이용한 시뮬레이션을 통해 장비의 구조적 개선 방안을 도출하였다. 또한, 도출한 개선 방안을 설계 변경을 통해 장비에 적용하여 시제품을 제작하였으며, 시제품에 대해 실상황과 유사한 환경 시험을 수행하여 개선된 장비 성능을 평가함으로써 함교 통신 시스템의 신뢰성을 확보하였다. This paper describes the improvement of a bridge communication system malfunctions in the ○○○ class submarine. A bridge communication system in the ○○○ class submarine is one of the main systems used during operations and has been set up with an Integrated Communication System (ICS) for command and control onboard as quickly as possible. On the other hand, there are frequent malfunctions of a bridge communication system during quality assurance activities, such as self-tests and sea trial tests. In particular, malfunctions occurred after it operated under the sea and floated to the surface. Therefore, this paper proposes a solution to improve persistent malfunctions by analyzing their causes and estimating the most probable cause. Through a simulation with Midas NFX, a method for improving the structure of the equipment was derived. The reliability of a bridge communication system was secured through environmental tests similar to real environments by making a prototype.

        다중경로 신호의 도달 주파수와 시간 차를 이용한 수중음원 거리 추정 연구

        수중에서는 공기 중에서의 신호 전달과는 달리 음파에 의해 신호가 전달된다. 또한 음파는 해수면, 해저면, 수온, 염분 등 다양하고, 복잡한 수중 환경 특성으로 인해 직접 혹은 반사 등의 간접 경로로 전달된다. 이런 복잡한 수중 환경에서 잠수함의 생존성과 적 함정으로부터 피탐 위험성의 정도를 파악하기 위해 반드시 수행하는 시험이 수중방사 소음측정 시험이다. 수중방사 소음 측정을 위한 여러 조건들 중 가장 중요한 것이 측정 센서와 잠수함과의 거리이다. 보통 수중방사 소음의 음원 준위 측정은 측정 센서와 잠수함과의 최근접 점(CPA : Closet Point of Approach) ±수 미터내에서 이루어져야 측정한 음원 준위 값을 유효한 것으로 간주한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 다중 경로 신호들의 도플러 천이 주파수 및 다른 도달 시간 차 신호를 추정하는 방법으로 수중음원에 대한 거리 추정 방법을 제시하였다. 제안한 방법의 타당성을 고찰하기 위해 수중 채널 전달 모델 기반의 모의실험을 수행하였다. Underwater, signals are transmitted by sound waves. Sound waves are transmitted through a multipath, either directly or through reflection, due to the variety of underwater environmental characteristics. In such diverse and complex underwater environments, tests must be conducted to determine the extent of the hazard from the survivability and pitfalls of submarines by measuring the underwater radiated noise. Usually, the sound source level measurement of underwater radiated noise should be made within the closest point (CPA: Closest Point of Approach) ± a few meters between the measurement sensor and the submarine. In this study, FDOA and TDOA methods were proposed to estimate the underwater source range. A simulation based on the underwater channel model confirmed the performance of the proposed method.
