        The graft copolymer, consisting of a flurorinated macromer(F-macromer) and a 2-(dimethyl amino)ethyl methacrylate, were prepared by marcromonomer technique and radical copolymerization. In this study, the surface propeties of the graft copolymer and its additive effect on the surface energy of polymer film were compared with the random copolymer of poly(perfluoroalkyl ethyl acrylate)-r-poly(2-dimethylamino ethyl methacrylate)(PFA-r-P(2-DMAEMA)). The contact angles of the surface modified by the graft copolymer is large than that of random copolymer with similar FA monomer content, and surface free energy of the substrate containing 0.01wt% of the graft copolymer is similar with that of 0.1wt% random copolymer surface. That is, The low-energy modification effect of the graft copolymer is better than that of the random copolymer.

        We describe the synthesis and characterization of amphoteric poly(acrylate), consisting of the F-marcromer and a 2-(dimethyl amino)ethyl methacrylate (2-DMAEMS) The amphoteric polymer were prepared by marcromonomer technique and radical copolymerization. After copolymerization, the resultant rection solution was purified by silica column. In this study, separation of resultant reaction sloution was purified by silica column. In this study, separation of amphoteric poly(acrylate)s and characterization by InfraRed Spectroscopy, Gel Permeation Charomatography. The IR traces showed that the amphoteric poly(acrylate) was separated successfully polymr of p(2-DMAEMA). The amphoteric poly(acrylate) have number average molecular weights(Mw) about 38,000 by GPC.

        The anti-fingerprint coating agents, consist of a fluorinated macromer(F-macromer) were prepared by marcromonomer technique and hydrosilation reaction. The products were characterized by ¹H-NMR, differential scanning calorimetry. The surface properties of the anti-fingerprint coating agents were investigated by the contact and sliding angle measurement. The modified surface with the anti-fingerprint coating agents showed the extremely low surface free energy of a 10.09 dyn/cm and the sliding angle was smaller than that of commercial products. That is, The synthesised coating agents can be the good candidate for the water and oil repellent, soil release and anti -fingerprint application coating agent.

      • 정신병원 간호사의 공정성 지각과 조직몰입이 이직의도에 미치는 영향

        Objectives: The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of equality perception and organizational commitment on turnover intention of jobs among psychiatric hospital nurses. Method: Data were collected by questionnaire survey among 158 nurses working in 10 psychiatric hospitals from August 1st to September 30th. 2004. Results: The degree of turnover intention of jobs was significantly different by marital status, religion, qualification of psychiatric specialized nursing, monthly income and the location of hospitals. The correlation analysis showed that the turnover intention of jobs decreased as the equality perception and the organizational commitment increased. The hierachical multiple regression analysis showed that significantly related variables with turnover intention of jobs were religion, monthly income, equality perception and organizational commitment. The model explanation power was 53.1%. Conclusion: Because the equality perception explained 53.1% of variance of turnover intention among psychiatric nurses and organizational commitment was related with the turnover intention of nurses at psychiatric hospitals, activation strategy of organization must include the promotion strategy of equality perception and organizational commitment to decrease turnover intention of jobs among nurses.

        외식 통계 계정 필요도 분석

        The purpose of the study to examine the requirement of food service statistical account. the questionnaire was composed of two part: the traits of food service statistical accounts by USA and Japan and demographic characteristics. 325 questionnaires were distributed by mail to the member of Korean Food service Management Society and Korea university and college Culinary Management Faculty Association and 92 questionnaires were returned. the data was completed using the SPSS for frequency, mean, t-test, and ANOVA test. As a result of the follows. the 23 traits showed a high priority placed. Seeing the category, Number of customer, unit volume, solid waste, and information technology and application were higher than employee information. Comparing company members to academic members, both of them thought that dimension of unit, sales result, and number of customer. However, company member group indicated that employee information was important.

        성인간호학회지 논문(1989-2000)의 내용과 경향 분석

        "Journal of Korean Academy of Adult Nursing" has been published since 1989 and more than 330 articles have been published up 2000. We reviewed all the articles published in this journal to analyze the contents and trend of published articles and to find out the way of improvement both in quantity and quality of studies in this area. The results are as follows : 1) Ninety percent of articles were quantitative studies. Experimental design was used in 16.1% and quasi-experimental design was adapted in 73.6% of articles. Qualitative research were 10.3% of total articles reviewed. 2) Only 5.1% of articles described theoretical framework and 73.6% of experimentally designed articles included research hypotheses. 3) Among experimental studies, only one was true experimental studie design. Eighty nine point three persent had descriptive survey method among non-experimental studies. Amog the thirty four qualitative studies, phenomenologic(73.5%), grounded theory(14.7%), and ethnographic (11.8%) design were used. 4) Most of research subject were patients and few healthy people, healthcare worker, and patient family. 5) Psychosocial data collection method which used questionnaire were 53.7% and interview. physical measurement, observation were used in 22.8%. 8.2% 5.4% of articles respectively. 6) Total number of keywords were 692, and average number of key words per article was 2.2. Health-related keyword was the most frequently used according to four metaparadigm of nursing (human, health, nursing, and environment). Environment related keyword was rarely appeared. The number and quality of nursing research in "Journal of Korean Academy of Adult Nursing" have been improved continuously. It is difficult to find out special trend or characteristics which is unique in this journal because of relatively short history of adult nursing studies. This review study was performed to analyze adult nursing studies only in the view of quantitative aspect, but it is needed to analyse qualitatively to find philosophical or theoretical trend in nursing.

        임상검체에서 분리된 그람 음성 세균들에 대한 Isepamicin의 시험관내 항균력

        Background : The increasing incidence of multidrug-resistant gram-negative bacteria causing nosocomial infections is an important clinical problem. Isepamicin is a recently developed aminoglycoside which has been known to have potent activity against gram-negative organisms. We evaluated the in vitro activities of isepamicin and other aminoglycosides against a large number of gram-negative organisms. Materials and Methods : We tested the in vitro antimicrobial activities of isepamicin, amikacin, gentamicin, and tobramycin against 566 gram-negative organisms collected between January 2006 and June 2006 in Asan Medical Center. Minimal inhibitory concentrations (MICs) were determined and interpreted according to the recommendations of Clinical and Laboratory Standard Institute (CLSI). The breakpoint MIC used for interpretation of isepamicin was MIC≤16 ㎍/mL as susceptible, 32 ㎍/mL as intermediate, and 64 ㎍/mL as resistant. Results : The MIC_(50)/MIC_(90) of isepamicln for Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumon/ae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Acinetobacter baumannii, and Enterobacter cloacae were 1/2, 0.5/>128, 4/16, 16/>128, and 1/2 ㎍/mL, respectively. The susceptibilities for E. coli, K. pneumoniae, P. aeruginosa, A. baumannii, and E. cloacae were 100%, 86.4%, 89.7%, 50.0%, and 96.6%, respectively. For E. coli, K. pneumoniae, P. aeruginosa, and E. cloacae, isepamicln had better in vitro activities than gentamicin and tobromycin, and had similar activities with amlkacin. For A. baumanii, all four tested aminoglycosides had similar in vitro activities. Conclusion : Isepamicin had excellent in vitro activities against gram-negative organisms, except A. baumanii. The overall in vitro activities were similar with amikacin. 목적 : 그람 음성 세균은 다양한 지역사회 및 병원 획득 감염의 원인균이다. 최근에는 병원 감염을 일으키는 그람 음성 세균에서 항균제 내성균의 출현과 확산이 큰 문제가 되고 있다. Isepamicin은 최근에 소개된 gentamicin B의 유도체로 외국에서의 연구에 의하면 그람 음성 세균들에 대한 항균력이 우수함이 보고 된 바 있다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라의 임상 균주들을 대상으로 그람 음성세균에서 isepamicin의 시험관내 항균력을 기존의 아미노배당체 제재들과 비교하여 평가하고자 하였다. 재료 및 방법 : 2006년 1월에서 6월 사이에 서울아산병원 환자에서 분리된 Escherichia coli 113 균주, Klebsiella pneumoniae 110 균주, Pseudomonas aeruginosa 117 균주, Acinetobacter baumannii 108 균주, 그리고 Enterobacter cloacae 118 균주를 대상으로 isepaimcin, amikacin, gentamicin, tobramycin에 대한 최소억제농도(minimal inhibitory concentration, MIC)를 한천 희석법(Mueller-Hinton Agar)을 이용하여 측정하였다. 감수성여부는 CLSI 기준에 따랐으며, isepamicin은 MIC≤16㎍/mL를 감수성, MIC=32 ㎍/mL를 중등도 내성, MIC≥64 ㎍/mL를 내성으로 판정하였다. 결과 : Isepamicm의 E. coli, K. pneumoniae, P. aeruginosa, A baumannii, E. cloacae에 대한 MIC_(50)/MIC_(90)은 각각 1/2, 0.5/>128, 4/16, 16/>128, 1/2 ㎍/mL였고, 항균제 감수성률은 차례대로 100%, 86.4%, 89.7%, 50.0%, 96.6%였다. 기존 아미노배당체 제재들과 비교하면 E. coli, K. pneumoniae, P. aeruginosa, E. cloacae에서는 amikacin과 비슷한 감수성률을 보였고, gentamicin과 tobramycin보다 높은 감수성률을 보였다. A baumannii의 경우 isepamicin의 감수성률이 50.0%로 비교적 낮았지만 amikacin, gentamicin, tobramycin도 각각 50.0%, 46.3%, 47.2%의 감수성률을 나타내어 4가지 항균제가 모두 비슷한 항균력을 보였다. 결론 : Isepamicin은 그람 음성 세균들에 있어 기존의 아미노배당체 제재들과 비교했을 때 amikacin과는 동등한 시험관내 항균력을 보이고 gentamicin, tobramycin보다 뛰어난 시험관내 항균력을 보여 사용이 유망한 아미노배당체 중 하나라 생각된다.

        NIHSS 활용을 통한 뇌졸중 환자 간호의 질향상 전략

        문제: 뇌졸중 환자를 돌보는 간호현장에서는 급성기 뇌졸중 환자의 증상악화에 대한 조기사정과 적절한 대처가 매우 중요한 문제이다. 그러나 임상현장에서는 이를 객관화하고 수치화하여 모든 의료진이 의사소통할 수 있는 유용한 도구를 사용하고 있지는 못하는 실정이다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기위해 NIHSS(National Institute of Health Stroke Scale)를 신경과 진료의사를 중심으로활용하고 있지만 아직 간호현장에서는보편적으로사용하지 않고있다. 이에 뇌졸중환자간호에 NIHSS를 활용하여 뇌졸중 증상악화의 조기사정과 빠른 대처로 궁극적으로는 뇌졸중환자 간호의 질을보다 향상시키기 위하여 본활동이 시도되었다. 목적: 첫째, 간호사의 NIHSS 측정 신뢰도의 현수준을 점검하고 이를향상시키기 위한 프로그램을 개발·적용한다. 둘째, 간호사가급성기 뇌졸중환자에게 NIHSS 측정을 통하여 뇌졸중악화를 얼마나 예측할 수 있는지 분석하고 이를 향상시킬수있는 방법을 모색한다. 셋째, 궁극적으로 급성기 뇌졸중 환자의 증상악화의 조기 발견과치료를위한의료진의 올바른 대처지침을 마련하여 이를 적용한다. 의료기관: 경기도에 소재한 대학병원의 뇌졸중 집중치료실 질 향상 활동: 첫째, 간호사의 NIHSS 측정 신뢰도 향상을 위해 「NIHSS 간호사 교육 프로그램」을 마련하였다.

        함초(나문재 및 퉁퉁마디) 추출물의 항산화 작용에 관한 연구(I)

        본 연구에서는 함초 추출물(나문재 및 퉁퉁마디)의 항산화능을 조사하였다. 나문재 추출물의 free radical (1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl, DPPH) 소거활성(FSC<sub>50</sub>)은 100 % ethanol 추출물(329.33 g/mL) < 50 % ethanol 추출물(40.73) < ethylacetate 분획(13.87) < ethylacetate 분획에서 당을 제거시킨 aglycone 분획(7.80) 순으로 증가하였다. 퉁퉁마디의 경우, free radical 소거활성은 ethylacetate 분획 및 aglycone 분획이 각각 23.21 및 28.50 g/mL이었다. Luminol-의존성 화학발광법을 이용한 Fe<sup>3+</sup>- EDTA/H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub> 계에서 생성된 활성산소종(reactive oxygen species, ROS)에 대한 나문재 추출물의 총항산화능은 50 % ethanol 추출물(OSC<sub>50</sub>, 0.99 g/mL) < ethylacetate 분획(0.05) < aglycone 분획(0.03)순으로, aglycone 분획에서 가장 큰 활성을 나타내었다. 퉁퉁마디의 경우, ethylacetate 분획 및 당을 제거시킨 aglycone 분획의 ROS 소거활성은 각각 0.10 및 0.20 g/mL이었다. 나문재 및 퉁퉁마디 추출물에 대하여 rose-bengal로 증감된 사람 적혈구의 광용혈에 대한 억제 효과를 측정하였다. 100 % ethanol 나문재 추출물의 경우 농도 의존적(1 ∼ 100 g/mL)으로 광용혈을 억제하였다. 특히 ethylacetate 분획에서 당을 제거시킨 aglycone 분획은 50 g/mL 농도에서 τ<sub>50</sub>이 310 min으로 매우 큰 세포보호 효과를 나타내었다. 퉁퉁마디의 경우는 ethylacetate 분획에서 비교적 큰 세포보호 활성을 나타내었다. 이상의 결과들은 나문재 추출물이 <sup>1</sup>O<sub>2</sub> 혹은 다른 ROS를 소광시키거나 소거함으로써 그리고 ROS에 대항하여 세포막을 보호함으로써 생체계, 특히 태양 자외선에 노출된 피부에서 항산화제로서 작용할 수 있음을 가리킨다. In this study, the antioxidative effects of Sueada asparagoides and Salicornia herbacea extracts were investigated. The free radical (1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl, DPPH) scavenging activity (FSC<sub>50</sub>) of extract/fractions of Sueada asparagoides was in the order: 100 % ethanol extract (329.33 g/mL) < 50 % ethanol extract (40.73) < ethylacetate fraction (13.87) < deglycosylated aglycone fraction (7.80). In case of Salicornia herbacea, the free radical scavenging activities of ethylacetate fraction and aglycone fraction were 13.87 and 7.80 g/mL, respectively. Reactive oxygen species (ROS) scavenging activities (OSC<sub>50</sub>) of Sueada asparagoides and Salicornia herbacea extracts on ROS generated in Fe<sup>3+</sup>-EDTA/H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub> system were investigated using the luminol-dependent chemiluminescence assay. The order of ROS scavenging activity of Sueada asparagoides extracts was 50 % ethanol extract (OSC<sub>50</sub>, 0.99 g/mL) < ethylacetate fraction (0.05) < aglycone fraction (0.03). Aglycone fraction showed the most prominent scavenging activity. In case of Salicornia herbacea, the ROS scavenging activities of ethylacetate fraction and aglycone fraction were 0.10 and 0.20 g/mL, respectively. The protective effects of extract/fractions of Sueada asparagoides and Salicornia herbacea on the rose-bengal sensitized photohemolysis of human erythrocytes were investigated. The ethanol extract (100 %) of Sueada asparagoides diminished photohemolysis in a concentration dependent manner (1 ∼ 100 g/mL). Particularly deglycosylated aglycone fraction exhibited the most prominent celluar protective effect (τ<sub>50</sub>, 310 min at 50 g/mL). In case of Salicornia herbacea, ethylacetate fraction exhibited more potent protective effect. These results indicate that extract/fractions of Sueada asparagoides can function as antioxidants in biological systems, particularly skin exposed to UV radiation by scavenging <sup>1</sup>O<sub>2</sub> and other ROS, and protect cellular membranes against ROS.
