저자들은 3개월간 지속된 발열을 주소로 내원한 영구형 박동 조율기가 있는 환자에서 99mTc-HMPA0 백혈구 스캔상 상대정맥에 위치한 박동 조율기 전극에 염증소견이 관찰되었고 혈액 배양 검사상 Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans이 동정되어 이 미생물에 의한 박동 조율기 전극 감염으로 진단하고 박동 조율기의 제거없이 항균제만으로 성공적으로 치료된 증례를 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. A 73-year-old man was admitted for intermittent episodes of fever and chills for 3 months. He had been implanted with a permanent pacemaker to control tachy-bradycardia syndrome 7 months before admission. Blood cultures were positive for Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans and a 99mTc-hexamethylpropylene amine oxime (99mTc-HMPAO) WBC scan revealed inflammation on the pacemaker lead in extracardiac site. Oral examination revealed several dental caries. The patient was treated with intravenous ceftriaxone, followed by oral ciprofloxacin without removal of the infected pacemaker lead. He was doing well 10 months without febrile episodes after discontinuation of antibiotics. This report describes the first case of A. actinomycetemcomitans bacteremia associated with a pacemaker lead and localized by 99mTc-HMPAO WBC scan

인터넷 채팅이나 게시판의 언어를 살펴보면 구술언어와 문자언어의 특성이 융합된 새로운 표현 관행을 찾아볼 수 있다. 이는 온라인 환경이 말을 하듯 문자의 메시지를 주고받는 문자발화환경이라는 데 그 원인을 찾을 수 있는데, 구체적으로는 다음 세 가지 측면에서 분석할 수 있다. 첫째, 온라인의 발화행위는 입으로 말하고 손으로 글을 쓰는 인간의 신체운동과 언어 사이의 전통적인 관계를 따르지 않는다. 둘째, 온라인 환경은 컴퓨터가 매개하는 환경이므로 메시지를 시스템에 전송하는 부가적인 행위가 필요하며, 이는 말이나 글이 상대에게 전달되는 양식과 다르다. 셋째, 문자발화환경에서 시각기호와 생산자 관계의 격차는 문자를 생산하는 기존의 미디어기술에 비해 크며, 이는 인류가 시각기호를 생산하는 방식이 필사에서 타자기, 그리고 컴퓨터 인터페이스로 발전함에 따라 심화되었다. 이러한 시각에 따라 젊은 온라인 참여자들이 많이 사용하는 어휘의 특징을 살펴보았다. This paper analyze and find implications of online written expressions which are influenced by verbal language. The verbally-oriented writings which are only characteristics of linguistic conventions on computer-mediated communication environments, are produced by online participants who are motivated to make relationships with other people. However, it is important to regard other variables which are originated from interfaces of computer-mediate communications to explain converged characteristics of online linguistic expressions. First, relationship between language and body movement which are continued from generation to generation changes in online environments. Second, online participants have to press some other keys on keyboard or operate functional devices to produce language, which leads to different language production convention from traditional written language production. Third, signs and sign producers become estranged when using keyboard, and such tendencies have been deepen when human invented graphic signs and literal characters.Converged linguistic expressions reveal paralinguistic cues with which online participants communicate each other, and those are used to simulate non-mediated communication environments.

Purpose: The balcony in the apartment is important space not only as a fire escape but also as a buffer for heat and sound insulation. However, with the legalization of balcony expansion for residential apartments in Korea in 2006, many households have eliminated the balcony space altogether to increase the inner space, often without sufficient consideration for the effects on the indoor environment. This study examined the sound insulation performance of exterior-facing windows in enclosed balconies and the changes in the indoor acoustic environment due to expansion to provide a basis for appropriate balcony expansion. The apartments for the field test were chosen where two balcony types can be compared, and the sound insulation performance for the eighteen balcony windows was measured. The windows installed were typical double window with thickness 16 mm or 22 mm. Measurements of the weighted standard sound pressure level difference showed a decrease of about 3 dB in sound insulation performance due to expansion. For common exterior noise levels of 70-85 dB(A), the indoor noise level can exceed 45 dB(A), the limit level regulated in Korea. However, it was found that the sound insulation performance of the window and the quality of the construction have more influence on indoor noise levels than balcony expansion itself.
유효충돌속도에 따른 어선 충돌사고 피해 상관성에 관한 연구

In maritime accidents, collisions involving fishing vessels are more frequent and severe than those involving other types of vessels. Previous cases of collision accidents caused by fishing vessels causing serious damage implied that fishing vessels maintained high speeds until just before the collision and that they collided with much larger vessels. This study investigated the correlation between the severity of ship damage resulting from fishing vessel collisions and the vessel's speed. The effective impact speed commonly used in the road transport sector was utilized to analyze ship collision accidents. The study collected collision data between fishing vessels and between fishing vessels and non-fishing vessels from accident investigation reports from 2016 to 2022. The effective impact speed was calculated for a total of 617 vessels. After using binary and multinomial logistic regression methodology, the analysis was carried out with effective impact speed as the independent variable and severity of accident as the dependent variable. The analysis revealed a statistically significant correlation between the effective impact speed and the severity of ship damage, indicating that the severity of ship damage is influenced not only by the effective impact speed but also by the tonnage of the vessel. 국내 해양사고에서 어선의 충돌사고는 타 선종보다 빈번하고 사고 심각도는 높은 편에 속한다. 과거 큰 피해를 불러온 국내 어선 충돌사고의 시사점은 어선이 충돌 직전까지 높은 항행 속력을 유지하고 있었다는 것과 어선이 규모 차이가 큰 선박과 충돌하였다는 점에 있다. 본 논문에서는 어선의 충돌사고 결과로 나타나는 선박피해 심각도를 선박의 속력과 분석하여 상관관계를 확인하는 연구를 하였다. 이를 위해 도로교통분야에서 활용되고 있는 유효충돌속도(Effective Impact Speed)라는 개념을 두 선박의 충돌상황에 적용하였고 2016년부터 2022년까지 해양사고 재결서 중 어선과 어선, 어선과 비어선 충돌사고 데이터를 수집하여 총 617척 선박의 유효충돌속도를 산출하였다. 분석된 데이터를 바탕으로 유효충돌속도를 독립변수, 선박피해 심각도를 종속변수로 하는 이항 및 다항 로지스틱 회귀분석을 수행하여 두 변수의 상관성을 살펴보았다. 분석결과 유효충돌속도와 선박피해 심각도가 서로 통계적으로 유의하다는 것과 선박피해심각도는 유효충돌속도와 함께 선박의 질량에도 큰 영향을 받는다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.
한옥과 공동주택 거주자의 거주환경과 소리환경에 대한 의식비교

The purpose of this study is to analyze the awareness of dwellers of traditional hanok houses and modern apartment complexes to understand their perception of lives and lifestyles in Korea. We drafted a questionnaire to identify awareness of residential and sound environments, which was distributed to the residents of hanok and apartment housing in Jeonbuk Jeonju and Jeonnam Damyang-gun. Unlike apartment housing, which has a high degree of convenience, hanok housing had a high degree of satisfaction with stability and intimacy. Apartment housing is a simple sound environment, whereas hanok housing is perceived as a tranquil and pleasant sound environment with a high sound environment satisfaction. While the sound environment of apartment housing is exposed to internal and external noises such as inter-floor noises or car-related noises, hanok housing has the characteristics of a quiet hanok village or a tourist attraction with noises such as tourists/people talking and birds. According to the types and uses of traditional and modern buildings, we were able to confirm that there is a difference in the lives and lifestyles of people today.
