        온라인 紛爭解決에 관한 硏究

        One of the main challenges facing e-commerce is how to resolve cross-border disputes in the electronic business environment. The main forms of ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) are arbitration, mediation and negotiation, processes that are effective in settling disputes out of court and in a manner that is less formal than litigation in court. When ADR takes place using computer-mediated communications in the online environment, it is often referred to as ODR (Online Dispute Resolution). The value of ODR extends beyond the number of disputes actually resolved. This paper looks at the history of ODR, its nature and use in different contexts, and what role it can perform in fostering the trusting relationships that are necessary for e-commerce to grow in developing countries. Also, focuses on the challenges involved in implementing ODR in developing countries. The history of ODR can be divided into three main time periods: pre-1995, 1995 to 1999 and post-1999. Although ODR is still in its infancy or non-existent in a majority of developing countries, it has the potential to grow and to provide fair and inexpensive adjudication of disputes arising out of online transactions. Developing countries wishing to promote and facilitate ODR as an alternative to national litigation can consider the following recommendations. ⅰ) Treat as a priority education and awareness raising among merchants and consumers regarding the impact and increasing importance of ADR/ODR in resolving commercial disputes. Educational programmes aimed at promoting awareness and knowledge of out-of-court dispute settlement mechanisms in developing countries could play a crucial role in the development of ODR. ⅱ) Give sufficient attention to cultural and linguistic differences in providing ODR services. ⅲ) Ensure that national legislation facilitates the use of out-of-court dispute settlement schemes. ⅳ) Consider acceding to the 1958 New York Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards, which allows the enforcement of foreign arbitral awards. ⅴ) Promote voluntary adherence by e-businesses to trustmark and reliability programmes.

      • RF-MSP에 의한 LiCoO₂박막전극의 형성에 관한 연구

        LiCoO₂는 높은 전기충전밀도를 가진 전지로서 기대되고 있는 리튬 2차전지의 양극물질이다. 최근에는 주로 고출력 2차전지에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 만일 리튬 2차전지가 IC 기판에 박막으로 제작된다면 이것은 IC 칩, 마이크로기기, 박막형 전자 디스플레이 소자 등의 전원으로 사용할 수 있다. LiCoO₂박막은 CVD, Laser 증착, E-beam, 스파트링 등의 방법으로 제작할 수 있으나, 전지에 고성능의 양극으로 사용하기 위해서는 격자상수와 조성비를 맞추기 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 반응성 마그네트론 스파트링을 이용하여 기판의 온도와 산소분압을 변수로 하여 LiCoO₂박막을 제작하였다. 기판온도 700℃, 산소분압 5%에서 전지로서 가장 적합한 격자상수와 결정구조를 나타내었다. LiCoO₂is a electrode material of Li ion cell which is expected as the cell with a very high electric charge density. The recent study is mainly to focused on a high power secondary cell. If very thin Li ion cell can be made in the scale of IC substrate, it can be a electric source in IC ship, micro machine or very thin electrical display etc. LiCoO₂thin film can be made by CVD, laser ablation, E-Beam, ion beam process, sputtering etc. But, it is difficult to make the material with a high quality for a cell as the electrode of a cell with the same ratio in components and a lattice parameter bulk etc. In this study, LiCoO₂is made by R.F magnetron sputtering with the variance of substrate temperature and oxygen partial pressure etc. At the substrate temperature of 700℃ and the oxygen rate of 5%, we can acquire the good thin film LiCoO₂compared with a bulk material.

        This study aimed to identify leaf sheath function through the investigation of effect of removal times and removed number of leaf sheath on growth and flowering in gladiolus. The leaf sheath influenced on the growth and flowering regardless of light condition at early growth stages. When total leaf sheath were removed in early growth stages, flower stalk length and spike length remarkably decreased. Whereas days of flowering were little different by leaf sheath removal. Also when removed numbers of leaf sheath were 1, 2 and 3, the growth and flowering were little different compared to control. But when removed numbers of leaf sheath were 4, flower stalk length decreased above 25㎝ compared to others treatment, spike length and number of flower decreased and stem diameter became thick abnormally.

        The objectives of the present study is to solve problems in PC tile before-fixing method using ordinary concrete by adopting the liquefaction method in manufacturing PC to which the tile before-fixing method is applied, and to provide basic information for the practical use of the PC tile before-fixing method, which uses high workable concrete, through manufacturing a complex body based on the optimal mix proportion.

        A comparison of the BISAP score and serum procalcitonin for predicting the severity of acute pancreatitis

        Background/Aims: The bedside index of severity in acute pancreatitis (BISAP) is a new, convenient, prognostic multifactorial scoring system. As more data are needed before clinical application, we compared BISAP, the serum procalcitonin PCT), and other multifactorial scoring systems simultaneously. Methods: Fifty consecutive acute pancreatitis patients were enrolled prospectively. Blood samples were obtained at admission and after 48 hours and imaging studies were performed within 48 hours of admission. The BISAP score was compared with the serum PCT, Ranson`s score, and the acute physiology and chronic health examination (APACHE)-II, Glasgow, and Balthazar computed tomography severity index (BCTSI) scores. Acute pancreatitis was graded using the Atlanta criteria. The predictive accuracy of the scoring systems was measured using the area under the receiver-operating curve (AUC). Results: The accuracy of BISAP (≥ 2) at predicting severe acute pancreatitis was 84% and was superior to the serum PCT (≥ 3.29 ng/mL, 76%) which was similar to the APACHE-II score. The best cutoff value of BISAP was 2 (AUC, 0.873; 95% con- fidence interval, 0.770 to 0.976; p < 0.001). In logistic regression analysis, BISAP had greater statistical significance than serum PCT. Conclusions: BISAP is more accurate for predicting the severity of acute pancreatitis than the serum PCT, APACHE-II, Glasgow, and BCTSI scores.

      • 수평유동장에서 난류증진을 위한 초음파 적용에 관한 연구

        A study on the application of ultrasonic vibration for the turbulence enhancement in a horizontal flow field was carried out by laying emphasis of the Reynolds numberand the ultrasonic incidence angle on the laminar flow field. A large water tank was made of the transparent acrylic plates and city water of 25℃ was used as working fluid. Angles of the ultrasonic oscillator such as 30°, 45° , 60° , 90° , 120° , 135° and 150° were selected and experiments for the above were made. Data, such as time mean velocity vector and time mean turbulent intensity which was obtained by PIV measurement, were examined, compared and discussed at Reynolds No. 2,000 and 4,000 to know the degree of turbulence enhancement in each case.

      • 턱걸이(Pull-up) 수행 시 숙련자와 비숙련자의 근육사용 차이에 관한 운동학적 연구

        This study was conducted to find out the difference in the use of latissimus dorsi muscle and forearm muscles between skilled and unskilled people when performing pull-up. The subjects of the study were one skilled in the department of sports science at Soon-chun-hyang University, one unskilled person who had no problems with the musculoskeletal system over the past year, and a total of two people who could do pull-ups more than 20 times. A total of one experiment was conducted, and two tests were conducted. The electromyogram data of the light back and forearm muscles were compared using a wireless electromyogram measurement device (EMG). As a result of the study, first, when performing pull-up, the unskilled person performed the movement with the strength of the forearm muscle rather than the light back muscle compared to the skilled person. Second, when performing pull-up, the skilled person showed similar use of force in both pull-up movements, and for non-skilled people, the activity of the forearm muscle in the second movement was significantly increased.
