      • 직류방전이 중첩된 용량결합 고주파여기아연증기레이저

        아연증기레이저에서 직류방전이 추가된 용량결합고주파여기에 의해 6 개의 레이저선들이 방출되었다: 두개의 청색선 491.162 nm 와 492.403 nm, 오렌지색 589.433 nm 그리고 세개의 적외선 7.879 nm, 758.848 nm, 773.25 nm. 개개의 선들에 대한 레이저 파라메터들은 오븐온도 780 K - 800 K, 헬륨압력 3.5 kPa - 5.5 kPa 에서 최적화 되었다. 인가된 고주파전력 400 W 하에서 레이저출력은 청색선 약 60 , 오렌지색 1 mW, 적외선에서는 747 nm 에서 3 ㎼, 758 nm 는 1 ㎼, 773 nm 는 100 ㎼를 방출하였다. From a CCRF-excited zinc vapour laser with superposed DC-discharge were emitted following 6 laser lines: two blue at 491.162 nm and 492.403 nm, an orange at 589.433 nm and tee infrared lines at 747.879 nm, 758.848 nm and 773.25 nm. The discharge parameters were determined for an optimal laser operation. At a RF-power of 400 W with the frequency 13.56[MHz] the optimal temperature of the oven lay between 780 K and 800 K, the He-pressure between 3.5 kPa and 5.5 kPa.

        파속 식물의 조추출물과 경엽 처리가 벼의 생육에 미치는 영향

        파속 식물체 내에 있는 활성물질을 추출 분리하여 생물검정하고, 이들 작물의 경엽을 직접 pot에 시용하여 벼를 재배하였을 때 생육 및 수량 구성 요소에 미치는 영향은 다음과 같다. 1. 벼 유묘의 발근 및 생육을 촉진시키는 물질은 마늘의 염기성 분획과 대파, 양파, 부추 및 마늘의 약산성 분획에서 공통적으로 억제 물질보다 촉진물질의 활성이 높았으며 억제물질은 그 외 분획에서 활성이 높았다. 제 2엽초의 신장촉진 혹은 억제 물질은 공시한 파속 식물에는 내재하지 않았다. 2. 이앙 후 벼 유묘의 고사률은 이앙 당일에 비해 이앙 10일 전에 경엽을 시용한 처리가 높았고 특히 대파와 양파에 비해 부추와 마늘 시용구에서 높았다. 이앙 10일 전 동엽시용은 유효분얼수를 현저히 촉진시켰으며 특히 대파의 50g에서 400g까지, 양파의 50g에서 200g까지는 이삭입수의 증가도 나타나 표준시비구에 비해 수량 증가효과를 가져왔다. Crude extracts of 4 Allium SPP. such as welsh onion, onion, chinese chives and garlic were purified by paper chromatography and these activities were bio-assayed with rice seedlings. The stem and leaf slices of Allium spp. were treated and rice seedlings were planted in the soil to know the effect of its application on rice growth. The weak acidic fraction of Allium SPP. enhanced the growth and rooting of rice seedlings and had greater activity in promoting than in inhibiting the growth on rice seedling. Elongation of the second leaf sheath of the rice seedlings were not influenced by the extracts of Allium SPP. The stem and leaf application 10 days before transplanting, increased the number of effective tiller remarkably. Especially, the application of 50~400g welsh onion and 50~200g onions increased the number of spikelets per panicle compared to standard fertilization. But, in application of larger amounts, the-death rate of the rice seedlings after transplanting was higher in the stem and leaf application 10 days before transplanting than the one applied on the transplanting day. In particular, treatments of chinese chives and garlic showed higher death rate than those of welsh onion or onion. The stem and leaf application of Allium SPP. resulted in high yield than standard fertilization.

      • Lilium elegans 'Connecticut King'의 鱗片繁殖에 있어 鱗片繁殖 時期와 方法이 子球의 出葉反應 및 開花에 미치는 影響

        This study was carried out to investigate the effect of scaling dates and methods or. the type and flowering from the formed scale bulblet during scale propagation of Lilium elegans 'Connecticut King' in outdoors. Before winter, scaly leaves were sprouted on bulblet in scales which are planted before September 20, but stem leaves were not emerged. In case of scales which are planted before July 20, the ratio of scaly leaf emergence in mother scale was higher under the light exposed scae than buried scaleg. After winter, both stem leaves and scaly leaves were sprouted from the bulblets which obtained from scaling before July 20. But. bulblets obtained from scaling before July 20. were sprouted only scaly leaves. Ratio of stem leaf emergence in bulblets of mother scale was higher than those of daughter scale. Also, this ratio under the light condition was higher than under the dark condition. It is possible to flower in scaling before July 20. Ratio of flowering was higher in planted scales before July 10 than planted July 20.

        Elevated Serum Homocysteine Levels Were Not Correlated with Serum Uric Acid Levels, but with Decreased Renal Function in Gouty Patients

        Hyperhomocysteinemia is one of the important factors of the cardiovascular disease, andgout is well known to be associated with cardiovascular disease. There are a few reports onthe serum homocysteine (Hcy) levels in patients with gout, however, the results showeddiscrepancies. In this study, we measured Hcy levels in patients with gout and examinedfactors associated with the levels of serum Hcy. Ninety-one male patients with gout and97 age-matched healthy male controls were enrolled in the study. Serum uric acid levelswere not significantly different between gout and healthy control groups. However, serumHcy levels were significantly higher in patients with gout compared to controls(13.96 ± 4.05 μM/L vs 12.67 ± 3.52 μM/L, P = 0.035). In gout group, patients with 1-2stages of chronic kidney disease (CKD) had significantly lower serum Hcy than those with3-5 stages of CKD (13.15 ± 3.46 μM/L vs 17.45 ± 4.68 μM/L, P < 0.001). Multivariatelinear analysis revealed an inverse association between serum Hcy and estimatedglomerular filtration rate (eGFR) (β = -0.107, P < 0.001). In conclusion, serum Hcy waselevated in male patients with gout. Hyperhomocysteinemia was not correlated withserum uric acid, but it was inversely associated with impaired renal function.

      • 대기환경개선을 위한 비열플라즈마중의 NO 입자의 거동 연구

        In this paper, the removal rate of NO in a reactor is measured first using nonthermal plasma generated from a wire-cylinder type reactor, then the discharge image and horizontal signal strength and vertical signal strength of NO particles is observed using ICCD(Intensified Charged Coupled Device) camera. It was found that NO removal rate was increased with NO concetration decreasing, and that horizontal signal strength and vertical signal strength were also increased with NO concentration decreasing. Especially, this research is aimed at clarifying the NO characteristics by observing the images of AC discharge when the nonthermal plasma generated by as discharge( electrical method ) was used.

      • 고주파 방사전자파 측정에 의한 SF_(6) 가스의 방전 특성

        현장에서 많이 사용되고 있는 GIS등에 결함이 발생하면 치명적인 사고로 진전될 수가 있다. 본 논문은 모의 GIS내 도전성 금속이물질 존재 시 발생되는 부분방전 신호를 절연 진단 방법중 하나인 UHF법을 이용하여 부분방전 시 방사되는 방사전자파의 스펙트럼을 분석해 금속이물질이 SF_(6)(이미지참조) 가스 부분방전에 미치는 영향을 측정하였다. 이러한 연구는 현장 CIS 및 SF_(6)(이미지참조) 가스절연 전력설비에서 금속이물질에 의해 발생되는 절연파괴 사고의 방지에 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 사료된다.

      • 다중광선 기체레이저의 헬륨 순도에 따른 출력 특성

        The purpose of this study is to measure and compare the output power characteristics and optical gain for selenium vapour laser depending on the He gas purity. The purity of the He gas was improved with a special He-filter. During the measurement the individual wavelengths were selected with a birefringent filter. The result shows that compared with those of laser without He-filter, the output-coupling power and small signal gain of laser with I-Ie-filter increase in the most of the lines. Especially, the output-coupling power and small signal gain for the strong lines (497.6 nm, 499.3 nm, 506.9 nm, 517.6 nm, 522.8 nm, 530.5 nm), blue(460.4 nm, 464.8 nm) and red(644.4 nm, 649.1 nm) lines lies nutably higher.

      • 동위원소 헬륨이 금속이온레이저의 출력에 미치는 영향

        The outpur-coupling curve of a He-SE^+ laser in dependence on the He4- or He3- discharge measured and compared. The laser parameter of the individual lines are very different. Thus it is necessary, which measurement not in the total output power, but to passed through at the individual lines. In order to output -couple the laser beam from the resonator, was installed in the resonator quartz disk. A computer steers the measuring system. During the measurement were selected the individual line with a birefringent filters. At the strong lines(397.57nm, 499.27nm, 506.87nm, 522.75nm, 530,54nm) lie the output-coupling rate with He3 higher than with He4, i.e. the strong lines with He3 have the higher gain. From altogether 23 lines have 12 lines with He3 a higher gain as with He4.
