Malignant peritoneal mesothelioma is a rare neoplasm that arises from the mesothelium of a serosal cavity and is a rapidly fatal disease with a median survival of 4 to 12 months for untreated cases. Recently, we experienced a case with malignant peritoneal mesothelioma who was suspected hepatocelluar carcioma by abdominal CT scan and was confirmed by biopsy including immunohistochemical stain(calretinin) after surgery. We performed tumor excisions and wedge resection of the liver(segment Ⅷ)and inserted Tencoff catheter in abdominal cavity at 25th day of post-operation. We treated with intraperitoneal paclitaxel(25mg/m^(2)/day for 5 days) six courses monthly. She was well tolerable and is still living without any evidence of recurrence for 14th month of post-operation.

In content-base video data retrieval, the detection for scene change is needed. Color histogram approaches are generally used. Color histogram approaches are simple and more robust to object and camera movements but they ignore the spatial information and fail when two different frames have similar histograms. We propose a new algorithm to use color histogram and entropy to enhance the false-positive occurred by brightness variation and the miss by similar color histogram. At the experiments, it is more robust to brightness variation and have spatial information.

내륙물류기지는 도로 철도 항만 공항 간의 연계운송 및 복합운송을 할 수 있는 규모와 시설을 갖춘 대규모 물류처리 시설을 지칭하며 화물의 대량수송으로 인한 물류비절감을 위하여 전국의 주요 물류 거점에 구축하여 운영을 하고 있다. 하지만 수도권 물류를 처리하는 유일한 화물거점시설인 의왕ICD의 경우 2015년 이전에 물류시설의 용량이 한계치에 도달할 것으로 예상되어 추가적인 시설개량이나 다른 수도권 물류처리시설 신설이 필요한 실정이다. 특히 입지적으로 부지 확장에 대하여 주변 여건상 한계가 있으므로 물류처리시설 신설로 인한 용량 및 처리능력 향상이 요구된다. 또한 현재 남북 간 화물철도운송에 대한 관심이 증대됨에 따라 향후 화물운송은 도로와 선박에서 철도로 물량전환이 가능할 것으로 판단되나 이들 살화물의 주요 수요지인 수도권(서북부 지역)에는 이 물동량을 처리 및 보관 할 수 있는 화물역과 물류기지가 부재하여 이들 확보할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 서해안축 신규 물류기지(송산역 안중역)와 서북부 신규 물류기지(대곡역) 신설을 통하여 수도권 물동량 급증에 따른 철도 선로용량 부족 문제 해소방안과 남북 간의 효율적인 철도수송 수도권 철도화물의 분산효과 등을 검토함으로써 원활한 철도수송서비스를 제공하여 물류비를 절감하는 데 그 목적이 있다. The inland logistics center is a large scale of logistics facility that enables roads rails ports and airports to carry out chained-transports and combined-transports and the logistics center are established at the main logistics posts in order to reduce the cost of transport by mass transportation. However it is expected that the capacity of Euiwang ICD the only inland logistics centers in the capital area will reach its limit before 2015 so it is required to establish another stations or to improve the existing facility. Especially in case of Euiwang ICD the expansion of the center is not possible because of its position so it is required to establish new logistics centers in other places in order to raise the capacity of transport. Therefore this study suggests to establish new metropolitan logistics centers on the western coast line in order to solve the problem of shortage of tract capacity that is brought on by the newly established inland logistics centers on the axis of the western coastline (Song-san Station and An-jung Station) and analyzes how the new logistics center will distribute railroad cargoes. By these this study contributes to reduce the cost of transport by providing smooth railroad transport service.

현재 고정밀도 저수량 측량에 사용되는 측량장비에는 수평위치결정방법으로 실시간 DGPS측량장비가 많이 활용되고 있고, 수심측량에는 디지털 음향측심기를 많이 사용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 현재, 수심측량 결과처리 시 문제가 되고 있는 소프트웨어의 가격부담을 줄이고 수심측량과 내업처리에 의한 저수량산출을 통합처리 할 수 있는 국내 자체개발의 저가형 외 · 내업 일체형 저수량산출시스댐을 개발하였다.

Design is a result from representation of visual language by designer's creative thinking and reasoning, and operated only in our internal organization system. Design as ill-defined problem cannot be described logically and perfectly. Depend on situation, design require subjective analysis. and It has the organization of What is Rank character. But because "Concept" is only considered in the designer's thinking system, shape vocabularies that actually can be used for expressions of design are extremely restricted. Sometimes design should start with changing situations, unclear requirements, subjective analysis. But design concept can control design thinking system from starts to productions. Design concepts are stored in our brains and retrieved as three major types such as elements, relationships and schema. One of these words, the schema that formed by problems settlement and process repetitions for the best conclusion, not only play an important part in the designer's thinking system about a specific problem but also appeared by distinctive features and included by connotations as like a designer's ideology. At this point. The purpose of this study is that analyze not only the formative expression but also modeling process of design elements in modern architectural design to establish a clear-system of "Design Operating System" and to show the "Characteristic of Plane Organization" by the he Architectural Design Elements and the Relationship through the Design of Louis I. Kahn. and Design knowledge as elements, relationships and schema have been explained to understand "Design System" operated in our brains. Upon these studies, design of Louis, I. 여성생식계 상피세포에서 Glutathione S-Transferase 출현도에 관한 면역조직화학적 관찰

Both placental form (GST-Pi) and basic form (GST-L) of glutathione S-transferase were studied in the epithelium of normal, tumor and tumor like lesions of female genital system. The results obtained were as follows : 1. Staining reaction of GST-Pi were moderate in normal cytotrophoblasts, mild in syncytiotrophoblasts, strong in corpus luteum, moderate to strong in salpingeal mucosa and in proliferative glands, moderate in secretory glands of indometrium and moderate in superficial squamous epithelium of cervix 2. Staining reaction of GST-L were mild in cytotrophoblasts and in syncytiotrophoblasts, of chorionic villi in corpus luteum, negative in salpingeal mucosa, very weak in proliferative glands, mild in secretory, glands of endometrium and in superficial squamous epithelium of cervix. 3. Staining reaction of GST-L were mild in cytotrophoblast and syncytiotrophoblast of choriocarcinoma, moderate in cytotrophoblasts, mild in syncytiotrophoblasts of hydatidiform mole, negative in mucinous epithelium of cust adenoma, in hyperplastia and adenocarcinoma, and mild in adenocarcinoma of cervix. 4. Staining reaction of GST-L were very weak in cytotrophoblasts and syncytiotrophoblasts of choriocarcinoma and in hydatidiform mole, negative in mucinous epithelium of cust adenoma, very weak in serous eptiethlium, negative to mild in hyperplastic and adenocarcinoma, mild in squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma of cervix. Therefore, staining reaction and distribution of GST-Pi and L isoengumes were different in normal and neoplastic cell of trophoblasts, salpinx, endometrin and cervix
