일 의미감은 조직구성원의 주요 심리적 및 행동적 결과와 밀접하게 연결되는 핵심 변수로 주목받고 있다. 특히 일 의미감은 단순히 주관적인 평가를 넘어서, 개인의 가치, 관계, 목적의식 등 다양한 심리적 요소와 연계되는 다차원적 구성개념으로 인식되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 일 의미감을 일반요인과 세부요인으로 구성된 bifactor 구조로 모형화하고, 각각이 대표적인 조직관련 변인들인 조직몰입, 이직의도, 번아웃과 어떠한 관계를 가지는지를 분석하였다. 연구를 위해 국내 다양한 산업 분야에 종사하는 풀타임 근로자 407명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 구조방정식모형(SEM)을 활용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, bifactor 구조는 적절한 모형 적합도를 나타냈고, 일 의미감의 일반요인은 정서적 조직몰입 증가, 이직의도 감소, 번아웃 완화 등 모든 조직결과변인에 대해 안정적인 예측력을 보였다. 반면, 세부요인들은 각 결과변인에 대해 상이한 방향성과 유의미한 추가 설명력을 보여주었으며, 일부 요인은 오히려 부정적인 효과를 나타내는 등 복합적인 양상이 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 일 의미감이 단일한 정서적 경험이 아닌 다양한 심리적 자원들이 조합되어 형성되는 복합적 구조임을 시사하며, 각 하위요인이 구성원 태도와 행동에 미치는 영향은 상황과 맥락에 따라 달라질 수 있음을 보여준다. 본 연구는 일 의미감에 대한 이론적 이해를 확장함과 동시에, 조직 내에서 보다 정교하고 실질적인 의미감 기반의 인사전략 수립을 위한 실증적 기초자료를 제공한다는 점에서 학문적 및 실천적 의의를 가진다. Work meaningfulness has garnered increasing attention as a core psychological construct closely associated with employees’ key attitudinal and behavioral outcomes. Rather than being a purely subjective appraisal, meaningful work is now recognized as a multidimensional concept involving diverse psychological elements, such as personal values, social relationships, and a sense of purpose. This study modeled work meaningfulness using a bifactor structure consisting of a general factor and four specific factors, and examined how each relates to three representative organizational outcomes: affective organizational commitment, turnover intention, and burnout. Survey data were collected from 407 full-time employees across various industries in South Korea, and analyses were conducted using structural equation modeling (SEM). Results supported the bifactor structure, showing acceptable model fit. The general factor of work meaningfulness consistently predicted greater organizational commitment, lower turnover intention, and reduced burnout, indicating its broad psychological benefits. In contrast, the specific factors showed diverse and sometimes conflicting associations with the outcomes, with some dimensions demonstrating incremental predictive validity and others showing unexpected negative effects. These findings suggest that work meaningfulness is a complex psychological structure formed by the interplay of multiple resources, rather than a unitary emotional experience. The effects of its subdimensions on employee attitudes and behaviors may vary depending on situational and contextual factors. This study contributes to both theory and practice by offering a refined understanding of the structure of meaningful work and providing empirical evidence for designing more nuanced, meaning-centered HR strategies within organizations.

Purpose: This study was performed to compare the contact area between three different correcting angles after the proximal crescentic and Ludloff osteotomies of the first metatarsal. Materials and Methods: We used the two sawbone models. Proximal crescentic (PCO) and Ludloff osteotomies (LO) were performed and secured using K-wires under the correcting intermetatarsal angle (IMA) $5^{\circ}$, $10^{\circ}$, and $15^{\circ}$. Then each 6 osteotomized model was scanned five times and measured the contact area using the calculating program. We excluded the highest and lowest values. Results: The mean area of cutting surface was 189 $mm^2$ in PCO, 863 $mm^2$ in LO. The mean contact area (contact ratio; contact area $\times$100/area of cutting surface) of PCO was 149 $mm^2$ (79%) in $5^{\circ}$, 139.5 $mm^2$ (74%) in $10^{\circ}$, 107 $mm^2$ (57%) in $15^{\circ}$ IMA. The mean contact area (contact ratio) of LO was 711 $mm^2$ (82%) in $5^{\circ}$, 535.5 $mm^2$ (62%) in $10^{\circ}$, 330 $mm^2$ (38%) in $15^{\circ}$ IMA. Conclusion: A significant decrease in the contact area and contact ratio according to increase in correcting IMA was noticed in LO. We recommend the PCO rather than LO, when the IMA is needed to correct over $15^{\circ}$.

골연골 병변에 관한 논문들을 살펴본 결과, 연구 방법, 각기 다른 치료 방법에 의해 얻어진 결과가 상당한 가변성을 보였다. 현 시점에서 골연골편 제거술 및 병변의 변연 절제와 천공술 그리고 자가 골연골 이식술 등이 가장 널리 이용되고 있으며 효과적인 치료 방법으로 사료된다. 그러나 가장 적절한 치료 수단이 무엇인지에 대한 명확한 결론을 유추하기 위해서는 무작위 임상 실험과 동일한 연구 방법에 의한 결과 측정의 비교가 우선되어져야 할 것으로 사료된다.

In this paper, the patch antenna for 2.64GHz S-DMB applications has been studied. The patch antenna was designed by HFSS (High Frequency Structural Simulator) program and the optimized antenna was fabricated using photolithography method on the FR-4 substrate. To find optimal conditions of microstrip patch antenna, design parameters with different patch size, length of feedline and metal thickness were analyzed.

In this paper, we have studied on the microstrip antenna for satellite DMB from 2.63 to 2.65 GHz. Microstrip patch antenna was designed using HFSS simulation program and fabricated by FR4 substrate that has substrate thickness of 1.6mm, metal thickness of $17{\mu}m$, and dielectric constant of 4.4, respectively.
Electrical Properties of a Piezoelectric Transformer for an AC-DC Converter

The electrical properties of a ring/dot piezoelectric transformer were analyzed for applications as an AC-DC converter using the step-down behavior of a piezoelectric transformer. The ring/dot piezoelectric transformer was prepared using Pb(Mn1/3Nb2/3)O3 and Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3 modified Pb(Zr,Ti)O3 ceramics sintered at a relatively low temperature of 930 ℃ for 90 min. When the transformer was matched with a load resistance of 1000 Ω, it transferred a maximum power of 27 W. The maximum power was produced at a dc output voltage of 30 V and a matching load resistance of 1000 Ω. While the manufactured ring/dot piezoelectric transformer released the maximum power at a resonance frequency of 71 kHz, the available frequency bandwidth was about 1 kHz at most due to strong frequency dependence of the piezoelectric transformer. The output dc current was highly improved up to 905 mA because no anisotropy of poling direction existed in the ring/dot piezoelectric transformer. Under a commercial input of 220 Vac, AC-DC converter successfully produced 27 W at 30 Vdc and 905 mA.

In this paper, microstrip antenna for Digital TV from 406 to 806 MHz has been designed and fabricated. In order to broaden the bandwidth of the antenna and improve of frequency properties, slot size, radius for capacitance controls were changed. DTV antenna was designed using HFSS simulation program and fabricated by FR4 substrate of dielectric constant 4.4.

The characteristics of UHF antenna with microstrip structure was studied. Design parameters as center frequency, band width, and VSWR by slot length, stub was analyzed by HFSS simulator. UHF antenna with microstrip structure was fabricated using FR4_epoxy substrate of 4.4 dielectric constant.

Purpose: To evaluate the radiographic results of the treatment for Danis-Weber type B lateral malleolar fracture with 2 cannulated screws. Materials and Methods: Thirty-four cases of Danis-Weber type B lateral malleolar fracture were available. Follow-up averaged 8 months (6-25 months). The medial clear space for lateral displacement of talus, talo-crural angle for lateral malleolar shortening, and malunion evidence of lateral malleolar fracture were observed. Results: Medial clear space was from 2mm to 4mm in 34 cases. Talo-crural angle was from $73^{\circ}$ to $82.5^{\circ}$ in 33 cases. One case was complicated with malunion of lateral malleolus. But, we found the same condition in the immediate post- operative radiographic film. Conclusion: We believe that the 2 cannulated screws fixation for Danis-Weber type B lateral malleolar simple fractures is an excellent treatment method.
