골반 골절 환자에 있어서 골절 위치에 따른 하부 요로 손상의 연관성

Background and Objectives: Lower urinary tract injuries in pelvic bone fracture can lead to significant complication. We tried to find out the relationship between the fracture location and the bladder, urethra injury in patients who sustaining pelvic bone fracture. We thought that the fracture locations could serves as markers for injury. Materials and Methods: A clinical study was made on 43 patients who sustaining pelvic bone fracture with bladder or urethra injury in the Chosun University hospital during the period of 5 years from January, 2002 to December 2006. Diagnosis was done by retrograde cystography, retrograde urethragraphy, abdomenpelvic computed tomography. Results: Of the 43 patients reviewed, 27 patients had intraperitoneal type bladder rupture, and 12 patients had extra-peritoneal type bladder rupture. 9 patients had urethral rupture. Intraperitoneal type bladder rupture cases are most commonly associated with infrapubic ramus, suprapubic ramus and acetabulum. but the statistically significance is abscent (p= 0.642). Also extraperitoneal type bladder rupture cases are most commonly associated with infrapubic ramus, suprapubic ramus and acetabulum. but the statistically significance is abscent (p= 0.548). And all type bladder rupture cases are most commonly associated with infrapubic ramus, suprapubic ramus and acetabulum. but the statistically significance is abscent (p= 0.775). And urethral rupture cases are most commonly associated with infrapubic ramus, suprapubic ramus and acetabulum but the statistically significance is abscent (p= 0.528). Lastly, Combineded bladder rupture and urethral rupture cases are most commonly associated with infrapubic ramus, llium, Symphysis pubis. But the statistically significance is abscent (p= 0.462). Conclusions: In our study when there is a pelvic bone fracture, the fractured site of pelvic bone have no statistically association with lower urinary tract injury. But most common pelvic bone fracture site of all lower urinary tract injury cases is infrapubic ramus. Therefore, if infrapubic ramus fracture is found in the condition of pelvic bone fracture, it is highly likely to have lower urinary tract injury. More careful observation and diagnosis is necessary for this case.

The current study evaluates the capacity of Caryophylli Flos water extract(CFWE) to regulate immediate allergic reaction by control of histamine release. CFWE was found to exhibit a ingibitory activity on the compound 48/80-induced anaphylaxis. CFWE inhibited the serum histamine release induced in anaphylaxis by compound 48/80. CFWE was also showed a dose-depent activity on the conpound 40/80-induced histamine release from the highly purified population of Alcian Blue-positive peritoneal mast cells. This result suggest that CFWE may be useful for the prevention and treatment of allergy related disease.
漸進的·急進的 運動負荷가 血液의 pH, Sugar 및 Lactate에 미치는 影響

The purpose of this study is to in-vestigate the effects of gradual and radical exercise load on the treadmill for PH, Sugar and Lactate in Blood by selecting 14 subjects in H university, All subjects began exercise by 6mPH for 4 minutes at start and increased exercise speed up to HR 140 by increasing every minute as gradual load. And subjects began exercise by 9mPH at first and increased load up to HR 140 as radical exercise load. The results are as follows: (1) In PH in Blood, gradual exercise load is lower than radical training in all subjects. (p<0.05) (2) In Sugar in Blood, radical exercise load is higher than gradual exercise load in all subjects. (p<0.05) (3) In Lactic Acid in Blood, gradual training is higher than radical exercise load in all subjects. (p<0.01) (4) In Lactic Acid, all subjects showed high value and its is also in Sugar, than the method of exercise load is according to anaerobic energy metabolism.
소비자-브랜드 관계가 확장된 브랜드 평가에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 소비자-브랜드 관계(BRQ)가 확장된 브랜드 평가에 미치는 영향력을 알아보고, 또한 소비자-브랜드 관계의 강도에 따라 확장된 브랜드에 대한 평가시에 적정한 불일치성 효과(MIE)가 나타나는지 검증하고자 하였다. 연구 결과 소비자-브랜드 관계 강도에 따라 확장된 브랜드에 대한 태도와 구매의도는 다른 것으로 나타났으며, BRQ의 여섯 개 하위차원 중에서 확장된 브랜드 평가에 직접 영향을 미치는 것은 관계의 질 차원과 사랑과 열정 차원인 것으로 분석되었다. 한편, BRQ가 높은 집단에서 확장된 브랜드에 대한 적정한 불일치성 효과는 나타나지 않았으며 속성 유사성 효과도 나타나지 않았다. 반면 BRQ가 낮은 집단에서는 기존의 연구들과 마찬가지로 속성 유사성에 따라 확장된 브랜드에 대한 평가가 다른 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 확장된 브랜드에 대한 평가에는 기존 브랜드와의 BRQ가 중요하며, 관계가 강할 때에는 속성 유사성 정도에 관계없이 확장 브랜드에 대해 호의적인 평가가 일어날 수 있음을 시사하고 있다. We examined how consumer-brand relationship affects the evaluation of extended brands. Specifically, we investigated the effect of the sub-dimensions of consumer- brand relationship quality (BRQ) on the evaluation of extended brands and the existence of moderate incongruity effect (MIE) in high BRQ consumers. The results shows that the BRQ sub-dimensions have different effects to the attitude toward the extended brand and purchase intention to the extended brands. We tested MIE in high BRQ consumers, the result did not support of moderate incongruity effect in brand extension. It means that strong BRQ consumers evaluate positive to the extended brands regardless of the degrees of the product attribute similarities. For the weak BRQ consumers, the product attribute similarities with parent brands affect their attitudes and purchase intentions of extended brands in the same result of the previous study. These results showed that the strong consumer-brand relationship is key important factor to the favorable evaluations to the brand extensions. Finally, theoretical and practical implications and limitations of this study were discussed.

The current study evaluates the capacity of eugenol to regulate immediate allergic reaction by control of histamine release. Administrations of eugenol (1 M/kg. i.p.) at 60 min before and 5.10 min after the compound 48/80 treatment (8 mg/kg.i.p.) were shown the mortality rates as 0.44.4. and 77.8%. respectively. A 60 min before administered group revealed a singificant inhibition of serum his-tamine release compared with those of 5 and 10 min after the compound 48/80 injection. Eugenol (6-48mM) was also showed a dose-dependent activity on the compound 48/80-induced histamine release from the highly purified population of Alcian Blue-positive peritoneal mast cells. These results indicate that in vitro treatment with exogenous eugenol inhibited the active response of mast cell populations and modulated its characteristics.
