청년 1인 가구의 건강 관련 삶의 질 영향요인: 회복탄력성의 매개효과를 중심으로

Purpose: To identify factors influencing health-related quality of life for young single-person households, this study investigated physical and mental health status, health behavior, depression, resilience, and health-related quality of life. Methods: An online survey was administered to members of young single-person households from March 22 to 30, 2022. The data were analyzed using the chi-square test, independent t-test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson correlation coefficients, multiple regression, and a simple mediation model applying the PROCESS macro model 4 with 95% bias-corrected bootstrapped confidence intervals. Results: The participants were 229 members of young single-person households. Health-related quality of life showed significant relationships with residence (t = 2.80, p = .006), monthly income (F = 3.70, p = .026), mental health status (F = 20.33, p < . 001), and high-intensity exercise (F = 7.35, p = .001) among general and health-related characteristics. Health-related quality of life had significant correlations with depression (r = -.72, p < .001) and resilience (r = .58, p < .001). Multiple regression analysis showed that depression (β = -.57, p < .001) and resilience (β = .21, p < .001) influenced health-related quality of life. Moreover, resilience had a mediating effect between depression and health-related quality of life (indirect effect = -0.002, 95% bias-corrected bootstrapped confidence interval = -0.003 to -0.001). Conclusion: Members of young single-person households tended to be more vulnerable to emergency situations, such as during the coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic, when lockdowns and quarantines were frequent. To improve health-related quality of life in young single-person households, people with high levels of depression or low levels of resilience need special attention and support to promote mental health.

QFD 기반 공공기관 기록관 서비스 품질 비교 및 개선방안

The records centers service of public institutions helps efficient work activities of internal users, who actually do the work, and becomes the foundation for strengthening the competitiveness of the institution. Based on QFD technique, one of the quality control techniques, this study was intended to propose a plan to improve the quality of the records center service by analyzing and comparing the quality of the records center service of public institutions. To this end, as a follow-up study of Lee, Su-jin(2018), the research target was expanded to local governments to apply the QFD technique and reconstructed the HoQ based on the results of the expanded QFD application. Moreover, this study suggested measures to improve the quality of service in the records center of public institutions by compiling the implications of comparing the records center service HoQ and prioritizing the technology characteristics of the records center service. 공공기관 기록관 서비스는 실제 업무를 수행하는 내부이용자의 효율적인 업무활동을 돕고, 나아가 기관 경쟁력 강화의 기반이 된다. 본 연구는 품질관리기법 중 하나인 품질기능전개(QFD) 기법에 기반을 두어 공공기관들의 기록관 서비스 품질을 분석·비교함으로써 기록관 서비스 품질 개선방안을 제안하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 중앙행정기관을 대상으로 수행한 이수진 외(2018)의 후속연구로서 연구대상을 지방자치단체로 확장하여 QFD 기법을 적용하고, 확장된 QFD 적용결과를 토대로 기록관 서비스 품질의 집(HoQ)을 재구성하였다. 나아가 중앙행정기관과 지방자치단체의 기록관 서비스 HoQ를 비교하여 도출된 시사점과 기록관 서비스 기술특성의 우선순위를 종합하여 공공기관 기록관 서비스 품질 개선방안을 제언하였다.

본 연구는 영유아 어머니의 코로나19 관련 불안 영향요인을 확인하고자 실시한 연구이다. 온라인 설문조사는 2020년 10월 7일부터 12일까지 실시하였고, 데이터는 χ2, Fisher's exact test, Pearson’s correlation coefficients, 다중 로지스틱 회귀로 분석하였다. 총 234명의 영유아 어머니가 본 연구에 참여하였고, 영유아 어머니 중에서 68.4%가 불안 상태인 것으로 나타났으며, 경증 불안이 특히 큰 비율을 차지하였다. 코로나19 관련 불안은 코로나19 지식(r=-.15, p=.026)과 예방행위(r=-.46, p<.001)가 유의한 음의 상관관계에 있고, 감염위험지각(r=.16, p=.012)과 우울(r=.77, p<.001)은 유의한 양의 상관관계에 있었다. 그리고 어린이집을 이용한 경우(OR=3.60, 95% CI=1.23-10.52)와 우울 정도가 높을수록(OR=1.88, 95% CI=1.58-2.25) 불안이 증가하고, 코로나19 관련 예방행위를 잘할수록(OR=0.90, 95% CI=0.84-0.97) 불안이 감소하는 것으로 나타났다(Nagelkerke R2 =.679). 따라서 향후 영유아 어머니의 감염예방을 위한 건강정책과 간호중재 제공 시에 대상자의 정신건강 상태를 사전에 파악하고, 불안 영향요인을 고려할 필요가 있다.

□ 신용할당(credit rationing)은 정보 비대칭성으로 인해 자금수요자가 더 높은 이자를 부담하고자 함에도 불구하고 자금을 차입할 수 없는 상황을 일컫는데 이의 존재는 중소기업에 대한 금융지원 정책의 주요 근거 중의 하나임. □ 이수진·임형준(2017)은 균형 이자율에서 초과수요가 존재한다는 신용할당의 특징을 이용하여 2013년 7월부터 2014년 6월까지의 우리나라 중소기업대출 자료를 바탕으로 신용할당의 규모를 실증적으로 추정하였음. □ 추정 결과 분석기간 동안 시행된 전체 중소기업대출 중 원하는 대출금액만큼 대출을 받지 못할 확률이 80% 이상인 경우가 0.4% 미만으로 추정되는 등 국내 중소기업대출시장에서는 대출을 받는 경우 신용할당이 거의 발생하지 않았던 것으로 나타남. □ 이는 중소기업에 대한 금융지원 정책의 목표를 중소기업의 대출에 대한 접근성을 제고하는 것으로 재설정할 필요가 있음을 시사함. □ 즉, 중소기업 금융지원 정책은 자력으로 대출을 받을 수 있는 기업에 대한 지원보다도 사업성이 있음에도 불구하고 대출을 받지 못하는 기업에 대한 지원에 초점을 맞추는 것이 바람직함.

정보기술 발전과 함께 스마트폰이나 태블릿PC와 같은 터치스크린 기반의 다양한 휴대용 디바이스가 보급 및 활용되고 있다. 이러한 스마트 기기들은 탭(tab)이나 핀치(pinch)와 같은 단순하고 직관적인 터치 제스처를 활용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 스마트기기 사용자의 지도 애플리케이션에 대한 접근성 및 편의성을 증대시킬 수 있는 제스처 라이브러리를 구현하여 터치 제스처, 에어 제스처, 조이스틱 제스처 등이 웹지도 제어에 사용하도록 하였다. 이러한 제스처 라이브러리의 가용성 평가를 위하여 프로토타 입 애플리케이션을 제작하여 다양한 제스처 인터페이스의 동작이 원활함을 확인하였다. 본 연구에서 구현한 제스처 라이브러리는 개발자가 사용하기에 편리한 형태의 객체 및 함수로 구성되었기 때문에, 웹지도와의 연동만으로도 다양한 제스처 인터페이스를 갖춘 지도 애플리케이션을 개발할 수 있다. 또한 현재까지 지도 인터페이스로서는 제안되지 않은 형태의 다양한 제스처 기능을 포함하고 있으며, 향후 HTML5 기반으로 확장하여 모바일 운영체제 비의존적인 라이브러리로 기능할 수 있을 것이라 사료된다. With the development of information technologies, touch screen-based mobile devices like smartphone and tablet PC have been widely provided. These smart devices usually employ touch gesture, which is a simple and intuitive way of interaction such as tab and pinch on the screen. In this paper, we implemented a gesture library to manipulate smartphone maps for improvement of user access to the web map services. Our gesture library included the functionalities for touch gesture, air gesture, and joystick gesture that enable more convenient manipulation of smartphone maps. We also built a prototype application to test the feasibility of our library and made sure each functionality for gesture interface worked properly. Because our library consists of several objects and functions that can be easily used by program developers, a variety of smartphone apps with gesture interface can be implemented simply by liking web maps. Our library includes a novel method for gesture that has not been tried for smartphone maps and can be extended in the form of HTML5 which allows for an OS-independent library for smart devices.
