        스웨징(swagging) 작업자에서 수지진동증후군 및 신경전도장애

        목 적 : 스웨징작업자들에서 발생한 수지진동증후군 사례를 실제 진동수준 평가와 함께 보고하고, 진단시 신경전도검사의 소견에 대한 해석을 검토하고자 하였다. 방 법 : 2001년 4월과 5월에 구미소재 스웨징작업 종사자 8인을 대상으로 병력문진, 자각증상평가, 이학적 검사를 실시하고 수지진동증후군의심자 4인에대해 냉각부하검사와 신경전도검사를 실시하였다. 작업장조사는 진동측정장비들을 이용하여 실제 작업환경에서 측정후 국제표준화기구에 따라 평가하였으며, 수근관증후군의 동시 가능성을 알아보고자 인간 공학적 요인에 대해 조사평가 하였다. 6개월후인 12월에는 이들 4인에 대해 진동각검사와 싱경전도검사를 추적검사하였다. 결 과 : 진동수준은 주파수가중가속도값이 단일작업은 0.99∼10.79 m/sec^2, 2개의 복합작업은 3.03 ∼12.98 m/sec^2로서 ISO의 권고치를 초과하고 있었다. 1차 대상근로자 8인의 근무기간은 평균 8.7년(범위 0.8∼15)이었고, 1인은 당뇨병자이었다. 스톡홀름 분류에 의한 증상평가, 손톱압박검사, 진동각검사에서 비교적 진동노출수준과 비려하여 임상소견을 나타내었고, 2차 평가대상자 4인의 경우 신경전도검사에서 1인은 정상, 2인은 수근관증후군, 1인은 말초신경병증으로 해석되었다. 그러나, 문헌 고찰을 통해 수근관증후군으로 나온 신경전도검사결과는 오히려 진동으로 인한 다병소 신경장해로 판단하였다. 6개월후 추적 신경전도검사에서 4인 모두 진동으로 인한 다병소 신경자해를 확인하였다. 그러나, 1인에서는 수근관증후군의 동시존재 가능성을 고려하였다. 결 론 : 고정된 진동공구인 스웨징사용자들에서 수지진동증후군발생을 확인하고, 진동노출수준을 실제로 측정하여 그 양-반응관계를 동시에 평가하였다. 신경전도검사의 해석과 관련하여 수지진동증후군에서 종종 동시 존재하는 수근관증후군과의 연관성 및 감별점을 실례로써 제시함으로써 향후 진동장해를 평가하는데 도움을 주고자 하였다. Objectives : To investigate the hand-arm vibration syndrome (HAVS) among symptomatic swagging workers exposed to hand-arm vibration, using medical evaluation and measurement of workplace vibration. Furthermore, to evaluate the neurophysiological findings. Methods : Four workers showing symptoms relevant to HAVS were evaluated. Medical evaluation consisted of medical interview, questionnaire, nail-bed compression test, and sensory perception tests for vibration and pain. Some other diseases were excluded by a medical interview, hematological assessment, and urinalysis. Cold provocation test was used to assess the peripheral vascular changes, and a nerve conduction velocity (NCV) test was implemented to ascertain the peripheral neural changes. Pegboard, hole plate, and tapping board tests were performed to assess motor nerve function. The hand-arm vibration acceleration levels of the swagging machines were measured. Six months later, follow-up NCV tests were performed. Results : The actual exposure time to vibration was not longer than 15 minutes per day. The hand-arm vibration acceleration levels of the swagging machines, according to actual exposure time, were from 3.63 to 12.98 m/sec^2, by ISO 5349. The vibratory perception thresholds and the recovery time of a nail color following finger cooling were significantly increased in all four workers. The perception of pain was mildly increased. The nerve conduction studies at first diagnosis and follow-up showed multifocal neural impairment caused by vibration. However, we could not rule out the concomitant presence of the carpal tunnel syndrome in one worker. Conclusions : These results show that HAVS can be caused by hand-arm vibration in swagging workers. Interestingly, the NCV results suggested that vibration-induced neural conduction impairments could vary, and need to be interpreted cautiously.

      • 췌장염에 의한 가성낭종내에 생긴 가성동맥류 : 1례 보고

        만성 췌장염의 합병증으로 생긴 가성동맥류는 드문질환으로, 반복적으로 다량의 출혈을 일으킬 수 있으며, 치료를 하지 않을 경우 사망율이 높기 때문에, 조기 진단과 치료가 필수적이다. 저자들은 38세 남자 환자에서 췌장염의 합병증으로 생긴 가성낭종내에서 발생한 가성동맥류 1예를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다. 가성 동맥류의 색혈류도플러상 낭종내에 양방향 흐름의 와류를 볼 수 있었다. Because of high morbidity and mortality, early detection and treatment of the pseudoaneurysm is needed. We report a case of pseudoaneurysm within pseudocyst from pancreatitis. Color-flow Doppler sonography shows bidirectional flow and turbulent arterial flow, within anechoic mass.

        한국인 직무 스트레스 측정도구의 개발 및 표준화

        Background and Purposes: Over the past three decades, numerous studies performed in Korea have reported that job stress is a determinant risk factor for chronic diseases and work disability. Every society has its own culture and occupational climate particular to their organizations, and hence experiences different occupational stress. An occupational stress measurement tool therefore needs to be developed to estimate it objectively. The purpose of this study is to develop and standardize the Korean Occupational Stress Scale (KOSS) which is considered to be unique and specific occupational stressors in Korean employees. Subjects and Methods: Data were obtained from the National Study for Development and Standardization of Occupational Stress (NSDSOS Project: 2002-2004). A total of 12,631 employees from a nationwide sample proportional to the Korean Standard Industrial Classification and the Korean Standard Occupational Classification were administered. The KOSS was developed for 2 years (2002-2004). In the first year, we collected 255 items from the most popular job stress measurement tools such as JCQ, ERI, NIOSH and OSI, and 44 items derived from the a qualitative study (depth interview). Forty-three items of KOSS, in the second year, were retained for use in the final version of the KOSS by using Delphi and factor analysis. Items were scored using conventional 1-2-3-4 Likert scores for the response categories. Results: We developed eight subscales by using factor analysis and validation process: physical environment (3 items), job demand (8 items), insufficient job control (5 items), interpersonal conflict (4 items), job insecurity (6 items), organizational system (7 items), lack of reward (6 items), and occupational climate (4 items). Together they explained 50.0% of total variance. Internal consistency alpha scores were ranged from 0.51 to 0.82. Twenty-four items of the short form of the KOSS (KOSS-SF) were also developed to estimate job stress in the work setting. Because the levels of the subscales of occupational stress were gender dependent, gender-specific standard norms for both the 43-item full version and the 24-item short form using a quartile for the subscales of KOSS were presented. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that KOSS might be an appropriate measurement scale to estimate occupational stress of Korean employees. Further and more detailed study needs to be conducted to improve the validity of this scale.

      • 반송용 선형 유도 전동기의 급속 제동특성에 관한 연구

        The SLIM used in the conveyance system has been generally developed the controller based on the slip frequency control and the VVVF method to obtain the quirk response for the position control signal. This paper deals with the trust control of the SLIM by vector control with Bang-Bang condition. Also, the control system is composed of the Pl controller for soft start of the SLIM and the q-axis current controller for correction in phase with Space Vector for reducing the harmonic pulsation in low speed. The processing for vector control and robust dynamic breaking control is carried out by MC80196KC micro processor and IGBT module. The proposed scheme is verified through the computer simulation and experiments for the 10KW SLIM.

      • X-대역 SiGe HBT MMIC 이중 평형형 상향 주파수 혼합기 개발

        SiGe HBT를 이용하여 X-band에 적용할 수 있는 두가지 형태의 상향 주파수 혼합기를 설계 및 제작하였다. 상향 주파수 혼합기는 Gilbert-cell 구조를 이용하여 LO 및 IF balun을 포함한 이중 평형형 형태로 설계하였으며, 일반적인 Gilbert-cell 구조와 선형성 향상을 위한 degeneration resistor를 삽입한 두가지 형태의 IC를 설계 및 제작하였다. 제작된 이중 평형형 상향 주파수 혼합기는 degeneration resistor를 삽입한 경우,0 to RF 변환 특성 측정 결과, 8.0 GHz의 -5 dBm LO 신호 및 100 MHz IG 신호 입력시, 10.5 dB의 IF to RF 선형 변환 이득과 -10.5 dBm의 Pl-dB RF 출력 전력을 나타내었다. 또한 일반적인 Gilbert-cell 구조를 이용한 상향 주파수 혼합기는, IF to RF 변환 특성 측정 결과, 8.0 GHz의 -5 dBm LO 신호 및 100 MHz IF 신호 입력시, 15.8 dB의 IF to RF 선형 변환 이득과 -14.5 dHm의 P_(1-dB) RF 출력 전력을 나타내었다. 따라서, degeneration resistor를 이용한 이중 평형형 상향 주파수 혼합기가 약 4 dBm의 선형성 개선 효과를 나타내었다.

      • 폐경 후 여성에서 체성분과 골밀도와의 관계

        Background: Body weight is an important factor that influence the bone density in postmenopausal women except estrogen dificiency. However, different results are reported about the relationship between body composition and bone density in the postmenopausal women. We have studied the relationship between age, body weight, body mass index (BMI), waist hip ratio (WHR), muscle mass, fat mass, fat free mass and bone density. Materials and Methods: We have studied 127 persons of postmenopausal women who visited university medical center and examined the inbody 3.0 and Dual Energy X-ray Absorptiometry (DEXA) from Jan, 2001 to Jun, 2002. they didn't have any disease and didn't received homone therapy, osteoprosis therapy or other medication that influence the bone density. Results: The numbers of study subjects is total 127 persons. Mean age is 56.9±5.14, mean weight is 59.3±8.7 kg, mean BMI is 25.37±3.16 (kg/㎡), mean fat mass is 20.02±5.05 kg, mean muscle mass is 37.49±4.50 kg, mean fat free mass is 39.80±4.70, mean BMD is 0.828±0.148 (g/㎠). In the result of linear regression analysis, age, height, weight, muscle mass, fat free mass, fat mass, BMI are significant determinants of BMD. In stepwise multiple regression analysis, age is the most significant determinant of BMD and besides age, fat mass is the most significant determinant of BMD among body composition. Conclusion: In postmenopausal women, age, height, weight, BMI, muscle mass, fat free mass, fat mass are significant determinants of BMD and besides age, fat free mass is the most significant determinant of BMD among the body composition. So, diet and exercise that increase fat free mass will contribute to bone density increment.

        Yacc is one of the general parser generating tool, which is widely used in the related art, and the most Unix operating system has provided the same as a basic program. The Parser is used for checking syntatic and sementic error in a text. However, since a conventional parser generating tool which is used for generating the parser is to provide the text orient generating environment, a user have been inconvenient in using the tool. Further, a user has been required to get a knowledge relative to a complier and a programming language in constructing a grammatical portion. Thus, in view of the foregoing, the object of the present paper is to remedy the disadvantages of the conventional parser generating tool and to allow a user to easily generate the parser. To accomplish the above object, the present paper suggests that the grammatical portion is easily constructed by a visual component, and the constructed grammatical portion is error-processed in an interactive manner, therby allowing a user to easily process errors.

      • 경량화 구조부재의 압궤특성에 대한 실험적 연구

        자동차를 설계하는 가장 중요한 목적은 현제 환경 친화적인 면과 안전수행 측면에 초점이 맞춰져있다. 경량화 자동차 생산의 전반적인 움직임에 있다 환경친화적인 면과 경제적 측면 때문에 자동차생산에서 경량화에 초점이 맞춰져 있다. 본 연구에서는 사각 단면의 압궤 특성을 고려하여 모자형 단면 부재의 에너지흡수와 압궤특성을 분석하였다. 축 정적 압궤테 스트가 각각의 시험편에 대해여 행하여졌다 각각의 부재들의 에너지홉수와 압궤 모드가 분석되었다. 시험편은 알루미늄 사각부재,CFRP 사각부재,Hybrid 사각부재,CFRP 모자형 단면 부재와 Hybrid 모자형 단면 부재가 사용 되었다. 경량화 측면에서 각각의 부재들의 에너지흡수와 압궤특성이 비교 분석 되었다. The most important purpose in designing automobile is currently focus on environment-friendly, safety performance aspect. As for the environment-friendly and economical aspect, the Issues are the overall movements toward lightweight automobile production. In this study ,based on the collapse characteristics of square section member, the collapse characteristics and energy absorption capability of hat-shaped section members were analyzed. The axial static collapse tests were performed for each section members. The collapse modes and the energy absorption capability of the each section member were analyzed. The square sectional members which were composed of the aluminum. CFRP and hybrid were used and hat-shaped sectional members which were composed of the CFRP, hybrid were used by the specimens. In the lightweight design aspect, the collapse characteristics and energy absorption capability of the each member were compared and they were analyzed.

In this point of view, this study suggests management information analyzing regional parking demand characteristics from the parking demand management as the standard of parking areas in Daegu.
