      • 순차 참조와 순환 참조들을 고려한 버퍼 캐쉬 관리 기법

        최근 버퍼 캐쉬의 성능을 향상시키기 위한 많은 블록 교체 기법들이 제안되었으며 이 중에서 작업 집합 (working set) 변화에 잘 적응하고 구현이 용이한 Least Recently Used (LRU) 블록 교체 기법이 널리 사용되고 있다. 그러나 LRU 블록 교체 기법은 블록들이 규칙적인 참조 패턴을 보이면서 순차 참조되거나 순환 참조될 때 이 규칙성을 적절히 이용하지 못해 성능이 저하되는 문제점을 가진다. 본 논문에서는 다중 응용 트레이스를 이용하여 LRU 블록 교체 기법의 문제점을 관찰하고, 이 문제점을 해결하는 통합된 형태의 효율적인 버퍼 관리 (Unified Buffer Management, 이하 UBM) 기법을 제안한다. UBM 기법은 순차 참조 및 순환 참조를 자동 검출하여 분리된 공간에 저장하고 이들 참조에 적합한 블록 교체 기법으로 이 공간을 관리한다. 또한 순차 참조와 순환 참조를 위한 공간과 나머지 참조를 위한 공간의 비율을 최적으로 할당하기 위해 온라인에서 수집된 정보를 이용하여 계산된 단위 공간 증가당 예상 버퍼 적중 증가율을 이용한다. 다중 응용 트레이스 기반 시뮬레이션 실험에서 UBM 기법의 버퍼 적중률은 LRU 블록 교체 기법에 비해 평균 12%, 최대 28%까지 향상된 결과를 보였다.

      • GAITRite보행시스템을 이용한 치매노인의 보행분석

        Purpose. This study was classified into normal and demented elderly through K-MMSE. The purpose of this study was to analyze gait characteristics of normal elderly and demented peoples using GAITRite walking system. Methods. The subjects of this study were selected as elderly people receiving home visit physical therapy. An independent t-test was conducted to verify the statistical significance of the time-space variables of the elderly with dementia. Results. Step time(p=0.041), cycle time(p=0.037), distance(p=0.024), and cadence(p=0.048) were significantly shorter in the normal elderly than in the demented elderly on flat place. The mean age was significantly longer in normal elderly than in elderly persons with dementia. Step time(p=0.022), cycle time(p=0.023), distance(p=0.019), and cadence(p=0.015) were significantly shorter in the mat walking. The mean age was significantly longer in normal elderly than in elderly patients with dementia. Stretch time, cycle time, distance, and hair support time were significantly shorter in the mat walking. The mean age of the elderly was significantly longer than that of the elderly with dementia. The spinal support time, which is a spatial variable, was significantly shorter in the normal elderly than in the demented elderly. Conclusions. It compares the various gait characteristics of the normal and demented elderly people, thereby increasing the walking ability of the elderly person more effectively. This study should be utilized as basic data for preventing fall-down.

        F-Doped SnO<sub>2</sub> Thin Film/Ag Nanowire 이중층의 전기적 및 광학적 특성

        Fluorine-doped $SnO_2$ (FTO) thin film/Ag nanowire (NW) double layers were fabricated by means of spin coating and ultrasonic spray pyrolysis. To investigate the optimum thickness of the FTO thin films when used as protection layer for Ag NWs, the deposition time of the ultrasonic spray pyrolysis process was varied at 0, 1, 3, 5, or 10 min. The structural, chemical, morphological, electrical, and optical properties of the double layers were examined using X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, field-emission scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, the Hall effect measurement system, and UV-Vis spectrophotometry. Although pure Ag NWs formed isolated droplet-shaped Ag particles at an annealing temperature of $300^{\circ}C$, Ag NWs covered by FTO thin films maintained their high-aspect-ratio morphology. As the deposition time of the FTO thin films increased, the electrical and optical properties of the double layers degraded gradually. Therefore, the double layer fabricated with FTO thin films deposited for 1 min exhibited superb sheet resistance (${\sim}14.9{\Omega}/{\Box}$), high optical transmittance (~88.6 %), the best FOM (${\sim}19.9{\times}10^{-3}{\Omega}^{-1}$), and excellent thermal stability at an annealing temperature of $300^{\circ}C$ owing to the good morphology maintenance of the Ag NWs covered by FTO thin films.

        송전철탑 부분축소모형의 실험적 연구

        This paper presents both of an investigation on the ultimate responses and a verification study on the structural methodology using beam-truss element of steel transmission towers using experimental study. The partially scaled tower which verified with analytical model was fabricated and the horizontal load was applied up to failure in the laboratory. The structural methodology for finite element analyses was verified against experimental results and both the ultimate load capacity and collapse mechanism were shown in the test to give sufficiently accurate results with those of analytical study. It was shown as well that the ultimate failure is primarily attributed to instability of the main posts in the leg parts. 본 논문에서는 실험적 연구를 통해 송전철탑의 극한 거동을 규명하고 보-트러스 구조해석모델의 적합성을 평가하였다. 해석적 연구를 통해 충분히 검증된 송전철탑의 부분 축소 모형을 실험체로 제작하였으며, 이를 극한파괴가 발생할 때 까지 수평방향으로 가력하였다. 그 결과 기존 연구에서 제안된 구조해석모델을 실험적으로 검증하였으며, 송전철탑의 극한 내력 또한 해석적 연구 결과와 잘 부합하는 것으로 판명되었다. 그리고 각재부 및 각재부 제1윗절간 주주재에서 파괴가 일어난 후 인접 부재로 전이되는 송전철탑 구조물 파괴 모드의 유사성을 확인하였다.

      • 이축하중을 받는 십자형 시편의 파괴인성 및 구속효과 평가

        Current guidance considers that uniaxially loaded specimen with a deep crack is used for the determination of the ductile-to-brittle transition temperature. However, reactor pressure vessel is under biaxial loading in real and the existence of deep crack is not probable through periodic in-service-inspection. The elastic stress intensity factor and the elastic-plastic J-integral which were used for crack-tip stress field and fracture mechanics assessment parameters. The difference of the loading condition and crack geometry can significantly influence on these parameters. Thus, a constraint effect caused by differences between standard specimens and a real structure can over/underestimate the fracture toughness, and it affects the results of the structural integrity assessment, consequentially. The present paper investigates the constraint effects by evaluating the master curve $T_0$ reference temperature of PCVN (Pre-cracked Charpy V-Notch) and small scale cruciform specimens which was designed to simulate biaxial loading condition with shallow crack through the fracture toughness tests and 3-dimensional elastic-plastic finite element analyses. Based on the finite element analysis results, the fracture toughness values of a small scale cruciform specimen were estimated, and the geometry-dependent factors of the cruciform specimen considered in the present study were determined. Finally, the transferability of the test results of these specimens was discussed.

        경골 과간 융기부 골절은 슬관절의 뒤틀림, 과도한 굴곡 및 신전, 내반 및 외반 손상으로 인한 견열 골절의 형태로 발생을 하며 정확한 해부학적 정복이 이루어지지 않을 경우 슬관절의 불안정성과 관절 운동 제한을 초래할 수 있다. 최근 관절경을 이용한 정복과 다양한 고정 방법이 시행되고 있으며, 저자들은 이 중 견인 봉합술을 시행함에 있어서 도관 나사못을 이용한 터널을 만들어 기존에 시행되어지던 술기에 비해 보다 쉽고 편리하게 내고정을 얻을 수 있었으며, 이에 수술방법의 소개와 증례를 보고하고자 한다. Tibial eminence fracture is caused by distortion, excessive flexion and extension, varus and valgus injury of the knee joint in the form of avulsion fracture. A failure over the exact anatomical reduction of fragment can lead to instability and limitation of joint motion. Recently, a variety of arthroscopic assisted reduction and fixation technique have been used. In the tibial eminence fracture, we created an arthroscopic pull-out wire fixation technique using a cannulated screw that is easy and more convenient than in the conventional technique. So we report this technique with a review of current literatures.

        CWR(Continuous Welded Rail) and bridge interaction produce rail force, bridge displacement and rail/bridge relative displacement. Each of these has limitation by many codes. In this paper, analysis of interaction has been carried out by using foreign codes(UIC 774-3 R code of Europe etc.) because there is no code about interaction between rail and bridge in Korea. Recently, railway bridges with CWR has been constructed for structural and economical reasons. When designer plans railway bridges, design a bridge model first and then investigate railway forces and displacement by interaction analysis. If these results go out bounds from limitation, designer plans railway bridges again and again. In this paper, using the parametric study on CWR and railway bridge interaction, railway bridge parameters such as length of bridge span, area of bridge, moment of inertia, stiffness of pier, etc. are presented. It helps preliminary design of railway bridges.

        마그네트론 스퍼터링 증착 조건에 따른 $\textrm{SnO}_2$ 박막의 미세구조와 가스검지특성 변화

        마그네트론 스퍼터로 알루미나 기판위에 $\textrm{SnO}_2$박막을 증착하여 증착온도, rf 전력, 공정기체 중 산소분율(O$_2$/Ar)등 공정변수에 따른 박막의 미세구조와 가스검지 특성을 조사하였다. 증착된 박막의 미세구조는 결정성이 없는 비정질 구조(A), 비정질 기지 중에 결정이 분산된 구조(A=P), 방향성이 거의 없는 다결정 구조(P), 미세 기둥구조(FC), 조대한 기둥구조(CC), 고밀도 특성을 보이는 섬유상 구조(Zone T)의 6가지로 분류되었다. 공정 중 산소를 첨가하지 않았을 때, 저온, 낮은 rf 전력에서 A 구조가, 저온, 높은 rf 전력에서 A+P 구조가, 고온, 높은 rf 전력에서 P 구조가 형성되었고, 산소 첨가 시는 낮은 rf 전력, 저온에서 FC 구조가, 낮은 rf 전력, 고온에서 CC 구조, 높은 rf 전력, 저온에서 Zone T 구조가 형성되었다. 위의 미세구조를 가진 박막들을 센서로 제작하여 $200^{\circ}C$, $300^{\circ}C$, $400^{\circ}C$에서 CO 가스에 대한 민감도를 측정한 결과$200^{\circ}C$에서는 감도가 나타나지 않으며, $300^{\circ}C$, $400^{\circ}C$에서는 FC 구조를 가진 센서가 다른 미세구조를 가진 센서에 비해 우수한 감도를 나타냈다. 이는 미세한 column 들로 이루어진 FC 구조의 높은 비표면적으로 인해 산소와 피검가스의 흡착이 많아지게 되고, 가스흡착에 의한 저항변화, 즉 감도가 높게 나타나는 것으로 판단된다. Microstructures and the gas-sensing characteristics of the $\textrm{SnO}_2$ thin films were studied, which were deposited at various conditions (rf power, sample temperature, $\textrm{O}_2$/Ar ratio) by the rf magnetron sputtering. As a result, six typical microstructures were derived, such as amorphous(A), amorphous mixed with polycrystalline grains (A+P), polycrystalline with random crystalographic orientation (P), fine columnar (FC), coarse columnar (CC) and Zone T (T) with dense fiberous structure. Typically, A, A+ P, and P structures were formed when no $\textrm{O}_2$ was added to the sputter gas, whereas FC, CC, and T structures were obtained when $\textrm{O}_2$ was added. The A structure formed at low rf power and low temperature, the A+P at high rf power and low temperature, and the P at high rf power and high temperature. The FC structure was obtained at low rf power and low temperature. the CC at low rf power and high temperature, and the T at high rf power and low temperature. Results of the gas-sensing test of the sensor chips fabricated from the typical films indicated that the fine columnar microstructure shows the highest sensitivity both at $300^{\circ}C$ and $400^{\circ}C$. It was proposed that this is due to the high specific surface area of the micro-columns.

      • 이봉분포 마스터커브를 이용한 SA508 Gr. 3 원자로용기강의 파괴인성 평가

        The standard master curve (MC) approach has the major limitation because it is only applicable to homogeneous datasets. In nature, materials are macroscopically inhomogeneous and involve scatter of fracture toughness data due to various deterministic material inhomogeneity and random inhomogeneity. RPV(reactor pressure vessel) steel has different fracture toughness with varying distance from the inner surface of the wall due to cooling rate in manufacturing process; deterministic inhomogeneity. On the other hand, reference temperature, $T_0$, used in the evaluation of fracture toughness is acting as a random parameter in the evaluation of welding region; random inhomogeneity. In the present paper, four regions, the surface, 1/8T, 1/4T and 1/2T, were considered for fracture toughness specimens of KSNP (Korean Standard Nuclear Plant) SA508 Gr. 3 steel to investigate deterministic material inhomogeneity and random inhomogeneity. Fracture toughness tests were carried out for four regions and three test temperatures in the transition region. Fracture toughness evaluation was performed using the bimodal master curve (BMC) approach which is applicable to the inhomogeneous material. The results of the bimodal master curve analyses were compared with that of conventional master curve analyses. As a result, the bimodal master approach considering inhomogeneous materials provides better description of scatter in fracture toughness data than conventional master curve analysis. However, the difference in the $T_0$ determined by two master curve approaches was insignificant.

        곡선 개구제형 거더의 곡률에 따른 매개변수 해석연구

        A parametric study for varying the radii of curvature is performed with a curved tub girder bridge having three continuous spans. The bracing forces of top lateral bracings from the results of numerical equations are compared to those of 3-dimensional finite element analyses. New modifying factors applicable in computing the nominal member forces of top lateral bracings were suggested. The numerical equations were derived based on one girder system, and it is shown that the numerical equations exhibit some errors compared with 3D FEA results. The main reason for this phenomenon lies on the number of girders. The twin girder system has an external cross-beam between inner and outer girder. It also has larger lateral stiffness than the single girder system. Finally, the distributions by the torsion, bending, distortion, and lateral loading of the top lateral bracing forces were presented in this paper. 본 연구에서는 개구제형 트윈 거더 교량의 곡률에 따른 상부수평브레이싱 부재력 산정식의 적절성 및 적용성을 검토하였다. 이를 위해 3경간 연속교를 대상으로 곡률반경을 50m에서 1,200m로 변화시켜 상부수평브레이싱의 부재력 산정식과 3차원 유한요소해석을 통한 부재력을 비교하였다. 그리하여 상부수평브레이싱의 공칭부재력을 계산할 수 있는 보정계수를 제안하였다. 특히 상부수평브레이싱 수직재 부재력 산정식은 3차원 유한요소해석결과와 잘 부합하지 않는 것으로 나타났는데, 이는 가로보의 유무에 따른 교축직각방향 강성의 영향이라 판단된다. 그리고 사재와 수직재의 휨, 비틀림, 뒤틀림 및 수평분력의 영향을 곡률별로 도식화하여 나타내었다.
