이동희 새한철학회 2000 哲學論叢 Vol.20 No.-
이 논문은 본 연구팀에 의해 수집 분류된 헤겔의 연구문헌목록(김윤구, 이동희, 헤겔연구문헌목록, 철학논총 17집, 1999)에 기초해서 한국의 헤겔철학수용과 그 연구사를 다루고 있다. 연구 대상의 범위는 『정신현상학』과 『논리학』을 제외한 이제까지 한국에서 발표된 헤겔연구와 관련한 모든 논문, 즉 『법철학』, 『역사철학』, 『종교철학』, 『미학』, 『자연철학』, 『청년기저작 및 엔치클로패디』, 『기타』 등이다. 이 연구대상의 범위는 공식적 학위취득을 목적으로 해서 쓰여진 석박사학위논문이며, 다른 하나는 개별적 연구자들에 의해 자유롭게 학술지에 발표된 개별적인 논문, 즉 단논문으로 다시 나누어져 다루어졌다. 연구팀이 이제까지(1998년 9월 15일) 수집한 결과에 따르면, 국내에서 헤겔과 관련한 석박사학위논문은 총 270개로 집계된딘 그리고 단논문은 총 454로 집계된다. 이 논문이 분석의 대상으로 삼은 미학, 법철학, 종교철학, 자연철학에 관련한 논문들을 이 중에서 다시 추려보면 석박사학위 논문은 총편수 270중 128편이고, 단논문은 총편수 454 중 212 편이다. 세분하면, 미학은 17편(석박사 12, 단논문 7), 자연철학 10편(석박사2, 단논문 10), 종교철학 40편(석박사19, 단논문 21) 역사철학 64편(석박사24, 단논문40), 범철학 110편(석박사65, 단논문, 45), 청년기저작 21편(석박사6, 단논문15), 기타 78편(단논문 78)이다. 이 논문의 연구방법으로는 주로 시기별 통계방식을 사용했고, 시기별로 헤겔연구사의 경향과 특징들을 적어 놓았다. 예외적으로 헤겔의 법철학과 관련해서 주제별 통계방식도 사용하였다. 헤겔철학의 현실관련성 때문 탓인지, 한국에서 행해진 헤겔철학의 연구경향과 연구주제는 시기별로 시대적 문제의식이 뚜렷하게 드러나지만, 공통적으로 나타나는 특성은 연구물들 이 특정한 몇몇 주제와 텍스트에 주로 편중되어 있다는 점이다. 그러나, 다행스러운 일은 시기별로 보면 헤겔철학의 다양한 주제의 연구들이 매년 증가하는 추세를 보인다는 점이다.

Polymide系 濕度센서의 容量特性에 대한 實驗的 考察

感濕物質로 polyinide를 사용하여 含濕狀態에 따른 이 感濕薄膜의 誘電率變化로부터 相對濕度를 檢出할 수 있는 濕度센서를 製作하여 그 特性을 살펴 보았다. 素子는 IC 製造技術의 適用可能性을 檢討해 보기 위하여 Si 基板上에 設計하여 製作하였다. 實測結果를 解析하기 위해 複合誘電體의 誘電率에 대한 Looyenga 方程式과 固體 內部로의 蒸氣吸收에 대한 Dubinin 方程式을 組合하여 適用해 본 結果 理論値와 實測値가 상당히 잘 一致하였다. The design of a relative humidity sensor is studied in which the principle of operation is based on the change of dielectric constant of a thin film of polyimide. The design of the sensor is established on the Si substrate in such a way that it would be suitable for an integrated-circuit type of fabrication. The studies have shown that the experimental data are described well by the use of Looyenga equation for dielectric constant behavior of the heterogeneous dielectrics coupled with the Dubinin equation to describe the absorption of vapor as a function of relative humidity.

鑄鐵의 固相反應에 의한 組織變化, 特히 鑄鐵內의 黑鉛狀態의 變化를 고찰하였다. 本 基礎硏究에서는 鑄鐵에 Mg을 여러 條件下에서 擴散시킨 結果 鑄鐵組織內의 固相反應에서도 黑鉛이 球狀化하는 것을 관찰할 수 있었으며 또한 時效에 의해 球狀黑鉛이 成長함을 확인하였다.

Methods are described for the design and fabrication of the temperature compensation circuits on the Clark electrodes for measuring the dissolved oxygen(DO) concentration. The discussion includes a method of the sensor interface circuits for the DO sensor. Typical polarograms for the DO probes under test using this sensor circuits are presented. High accuracy over 99% of the Ⅰ to Ⅴ conversion using the proposed circuit is verified. Temperature dependence for the test DO probe is well compensated automatically in the temperature range of the 0-50℃.

This paper proposes high speed SRM drive system for blower with a novel 4-level inverter and precise excitation position generator. In order to get a fast build-up and a demagnetization of excitation current, 4-level inverter system is proposed. The proposed 4-level inverter has additional charge capacitor, power switch and diode in the conventional asymmetric converter. The charged high voltage is supplied to the phase winding for fast current build- up, and demagnetization current is charged to additional capacitor of 4-level inverter. In addition, a precise excitation position generator can reduce turn-on and turn-off angle error according to sampling period of digital control system. The proposed high speed SRM drive system is verified by computer simulations and experimental results.

In general, mobile devices use flash memory as their permanent storages. To maximize performance and reliability, flash memory requires specially designed software such as flash memory file system. This paper describes how to design and implement flash memory file system, named as TFS (Transactional File System). The TFS is similar to the DOS/FAT file system. It provides logging technique for fast power-fail recovery. After being developed on a flash memory emulator in the UNIX system, the TFS is ported to the Web Video Phone that has Strong-ARM CPU and pSOS operating system. Them the TFS is ported to the embedded Linux system.
