        處格助詞 統合 沮止 現像과 零派生에 관한 몇 問題

        In Contemporary Korean, different combinations of the locative case marker ‘-e’ or particle ‘-ya’ and some temporal or spatial nouns occur depending on nouns and constructions. This paper aims to explain this phenomenon by taking a diachronic approach to the combinational restriction of the locative case marker. In Contemporary Korean, whether or not the locative case marker can be combined with nouns depends on the type of the nouns: whether they are temporal or spatial. In Middle Korean, however, if temporal nouns and locative nouns originally included locative case markers, then the combinational restriction of locative case marker occurs in both types of nouns. Yet, in locative nouns, this restriction was removed in the Enlightenment period. In addition, it is from the Middle Korean that the temporal nouns in Contemporary Korean have different ways of combining with the locative case marker. Existing arguments that some temporal and spatial nouns zero-derived nouns into adverbs should be reconsidered taking into account both the synchronic and diachronic information. 최준호, 2019, 처격조사 통합 저지 현상과 영파생에 관한 몇 문제, 어문연구, 181 : 101~128 현대 한국어에서는 일부 시간명사나 장소명사에 처격조사 ‘-에’나 보조사 ‘-야’가 통합하는 양상이 명사에 따라, 또 구문에 따라 달라진다. 본고는 이 현상을 ‘처격조사 통합 저지 현상(處格助詞 統合 沮止 現像)’의 통시적 검토를 통하여 설명하였다. 현대 한국어에서는 시간명사인지 장소명사인지에 따라 처격조사 통합 가능 여부가 달라지지만, 중세 한국어에서는 시간명사나 장소명사가 기원적으로 처격조사를 포함하고 있다면 공통적으로 처격조사 통합 저지 현상을 보였다. 그런데 장소명사는 개화기에 이르러 처격조사 통합 저지 현상이 해소되면서, 현대 한국어에서는 처격조사 통합 가능 여부가 시간명사와는 달라지게 되었다. 한편, 현대 한국어의 시간명사는 단어에 따라 처격조사와의 통합 양상이 상이하게 나타나는데 이러한 현상 중 일부는 중세 한국어에서부터 이어져 온 것으로 생각된다. 공시적인 현상과 통시적인 정보를 모두 고려해 보았을 때, 일부 시간명사나 공간명사에서 명사가 부사로 영파생된다고 파악한 기존 논의는 재고될 필요가 있다.

        급성 심근경색증 환자에서 순환 내피전구세포에 대한 조기 스타틴 치료의 효과

        Background and Objectives: The mobilization of circulating endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) might represent a useful strategy for the clinical therapy of ischemic heart disease. We examined the effect of early statin therapy before reperfusion therapy on the circulating EPCs during the acute phase in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Subjects and Methods: A total of 84 consecutive AMI patients undergoing primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) within 24 hours of pain onset were included in this study. We randomly divided the patients into 3 groups according to rosuvastatin therapy before PCI: the control group (n:27, 19 males and 8 females, 58±2 years of age), the rosuvastatin 10 mg group (n: 28, 21 males and 7 females, 58±3 years of age) and the 40 mg group (n: 29, 23 males and 6 females, 59±2 years of age). The circulating EPCs and high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) levels were analyzed on admission and at 1, 3, 5, 7 and 30 days after PCI. The circulating EPCs were measured by flow cytometry as the CD45lowCD34+VEGFR2+ cells. Results: The circulating EPCs peaked on day 3 after PCI, whereas the increment of circulating EPCs was significantly suppressed in the rosuvastatin 10 mg and 40 mg groups compared with the control group on day 3 (control vs rosuvastatin 10 mg vs rosuvastatin 40 mg: 0.072% vs 0.067% vs 0.061%, respectively, p=0.002) and day 5 (0.068% vs 0.060% vs 0.058%, respectively, p=0.029). The level of hs-CRP markedly increased from day 1 and this peaked on day 3 after PCI. Early statin therapy significantly suppressed the elevation of hs-CRP compared with the control group on day 1 (24.36 mg/L vs 17.88 mg/L vs 13.08 mg/L, respectively, p=0.035) and on day 3 (30.15 mg/L vs 22.78 mg/L vs 17.16 mg/L, respectively, p=0.034). There was a statistically significant correlation between the circulating EPCs and the hs-CRP (r=0.349, p=0.007). Conclusion: In the AMI patients, the early stain therapy before reperfusion therapy didn’t increase the mobilization of circulating EPCs, but it suppressed the elevation of hs-CRP. This data suggests that the mobilization of circulating EPCs may be related to systemic inflammation during the acute phase in patients with AMI.         경제성 관련 계육 도체 결함과 축산물등급사에 의한 품질 A등급의 상관관계

        To investigate the relationship between the carcass defects considered by a meat grader and quality grade A, a total of 59,700 broiler carcasses, which were reared from September 1, 2007 to August 31, 2008 and randomly selected from 597 broiler farms with 100 broilers in each farm, were graded by a meat grader using the Korean meat grading system. The average slaughter weight of the broilers increased at the 31- to 33-d age but decreased after the 37-d age. The average daily gain to grade A ratio of the broilers was highest in autumn, and the bruises, flesh blemishes, and abnormalities of the carcasses were found to have been most frequent in winter (p<0.05). The number of economical defects (EDs) increased with the increase in the slaughter age, and the correlation coefficients of the EDs and grade A were -0.88, -0.48, and -0.12 in terms of the conformation, exposed flesh/cuts/tears, and skin discolorations of the carcasses, respectively. The correlation coefficients of the non-economical defects (NEDs) and the grade A of the broiler carcasses were -0.16, -0.22, and -0.32 in terms of the feathers, alien substances, and carcass treatment, respectively. The total number of defects (EDs + NEDs) and the grade A were highly correlated (-0.93), and in particular, the correlation between the grade A and the EDs was -0.91. It can be deemed that the grade A from a meat grader is highly correlated with the EDs. Therefore, the results suggest that broiler carcass grade evaluation using a meat grading system can provide direct information on profits in the market. The resulting carcass grade of broilers can also provide the information needed to decide on a proper incentive for a farm that has attained a good quality grade.

        Recently, there is the growing concern about the environment and energy. Such concern has been seen in the field of building. In this study, Analysis was performed about a variety of techniques that can be applied to the building sector. By conducting a survey of expert, Characteristics of each technology and each Building types application are certificated. As a result, The application of renewable energy in buildings and determine the characteristics of each technology are presented. Based on these results, the selection method of the efficient technologies that take advantage of the building of the project from the planning stage are expected.

        山中峯太郎『民族』論 - アイヌ表象を中心に -

        Yamanaka Minetaro’s “Minzoku” can be broadly divided into two depending on its contents. The first part is the part where the Japanese invasion process and resistance to it were drawn, centered on Sinetkuru and Sibichara. The second part is the part where Iboshi’s Ainu race fate and suffering and setback on revival were portrayed. Previous studies so far have mainly analyzed the second part. And they also criticize the writer for taking the responsibility of destroying the Ainu people or Asian nations to the victim, not the vicious invaders. However, according to the analysis of this article, the work depicts the image of ‘Nodarappu’, which has betrayed its own people and has become a subordinate to the Japanese, yet still hides the enemies of the Japanese inside. It also depicts ‘Sibichara’, who is trying to preserve the traditional lifestyle of Ainu society. In addition, it depicts a ‘Sinetkuru,’ who united the Ainu race and resisted the aggression as a son of a leader. There are also depictions of the villainous Japanese who are deceived and use the Ainu people suffering from them. Therefore, while this work has the characteristics of the literature for national policy, there is also the author’s understanding of the inner conflict and agony of the Ainu people on the other side. 山中峯太郎の『民族』はその内容によって大きく二つに分けられる。シネックルとシビチャラを中心に描かれた部分と、若いヰボシが描かれた部分である。先行研究では後者を主な分析対象として、作家がアイヌ民族ひいてはアジア諸民族の滅亡の責任を悪辣な侵略者の側ではなく被侵略者の側に求めていると批判する。 しかし、本稿における分析によると作品の中には同族を裏切って日本人の手下となりながらも、内面には日本人に対する敵愾心を潜ませていたノダラップ、既存のアイヌ社会の伝統的な生活様式を守ろうとするシビチャラ、オテナ(酋長)の息子としてアイヌ民族を団結させて侵略者である日本人たちに抵抗するシネックルなど、多様なアイヌ人像が描かれている。また、卑劣な謀略をもってアイヌ民族を欺き利用しようとする日本人たちと、そのような日本人が経営する漁場において過酷な環境で低賃金による重労働を強いられるアイヌの惨状、そして日本政府の政策に従って農業に従事するもむしろ税負担によって貧しさが増す現状なども描かれている。 従って、この作品には時代迎合的な国策文学としての性質が備えられている一方で、その根底にはアイヌ民族が持つ内的葛藤と苦悩に対する理解の眼差しをも横たわっている。

        한정된 계측 변위를 이용한 구조물 변형 형상 추정

        구조물의 변형 형상은 구조해석을 위한 중요한 정보이다. 구조물 모니터링 시스템에서도 충분한 변위 계측점이 확보되어 명확하고 합리적인 구조물의 변형 형상이 도출된다면 이를 이용한 구조해석이 가능 할 것이다. 하지만 실제 구조물에서는 한정된 비용으로 인해 충분한 변위 계측점이 확보되지 못하기 때문에 합리적인 구조물 변형 형상의 도출이 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 경제적이고 합리적인 구조물 변형 형상 추정을 위해 최소의 변위 계측 데이터를 이용한 효과적인 구조물의 거동 형상 추정기법인 SFSM-LS알고리즘을 개발하였다. 본 기법은 구조물의 변형 형상을 추정하기 위해 계측 대상 구조물의 사전 유한요소해석을 통해 여러 구조 거동 형상을 기본 구조형상함수로 정의하고, 이들 함수를 추정 변위의 오차를 최소화 시키는 각 함수의 가중치로써 중첩한다. 2경간 연속교 모델의 수치해석을 통해 개발된 알고리즘을 검증하고 매개변수 연구를 수행하였다. 개발된 알고리즘의 매개 변수인 구조형상함수, 변위 계측 위치, 변위 계측 개소에 대한 형상 추정 결과의 특성을 분석하고 Polynomial, Lagrange, Spline 보간법과 형상 추정 정밀도를 비교하여 개발된 기법의 적용성을 검증하였다. 이를 통해 적은 개소의 변위 데이터로 정밀한 형상을 추정하는 결과를 도출하여 제안된 기법의 우월성을 입증하였다.
