영화 <킹스 스피치>의 1:1 대화 장면 쇼트/역쇼트 연구- 인물과 인물 간의 거리, 인물과 프레임 간의 거리를 이용한 인물 관계와 주제 표현

The ‘dominant schema’, called the shot/reverse-shot can function, is a style that achieves structural unity of an entire film by establishing the composition rules of expression elements suitable for the characters, relationships, narratives, and themes, and consistently ‘repeating’ and ‘changing’. The 1:1 conversation scenes in the movie The King’s Speech represent the result of a strategy to ‘correct’ the schematic of shot/reverse-shot without ‘imitation’. The 1:1 conversation scenes in the movie effectively visualize not only the basic functions of narrative development but also the characters, the characters' inner sides, the character relationships, and the themes. The style of directing the 1:1 conversation scenes in the movie The King’s Speech can be summarized into four types, as follows. Style 1: the shot/reverse-shot type using one shot and over-the-shoulder shots expresses the character relationship. Style 2: the character relationship is expressed through the distances between characters and changes in the distances between the characters. Style 3: the distance between the characters and the frames expresses the character relationship and the inner state of the character (psychological distance to other characters). Style 4: the dynamic movement of the camera expresses the 'psychological agitation' inside the character. 쇼트/역쇼트라는 지배적 도식은 인물, 인물 관계, 서사, 주제 등에 적합한 표현 요소의 구성 준칙을 수립하고, 이것을 일관성 있게 ‘반복’하고 ‘변화’시킴으로써, 전체 영화의 구조적 통일성을 달성하는 스타일로써 기능할 수 있다. 영화 <킹스 스피치>의 1:1 대화 장면은 쇼트/역쇼트라는 도식을 ‘모사’하지 않고 ‘수정’하는 전략을 취한 결과물이다. 영화 속 1:1 대화 장면들은 서사 전개의 기본적 기능뿐만 아니라 인물, 인물의 내면, 인물 관계, 주제 등을 효과적으로 시각화한다. 영화 <킹스 스피치>의 1:1 대화 장면 연출 스타일은 다음과 같이 네 가지로 정리할 수 있다. 스타일1. 원 쇼트, 오버 더 숄더 쇼트를 이용한 쇼트/역쇼트는 인물 관계를 표현한다. 스타일2. 인물과 인물 간의 거리 설정 및 그 변화를 통해 인물 관계를 표현한다. 스타일3. 인물과 프레임 간의 거리는 인물 관계와 인물의 내면(상대방에 대한 심리적 거리감)을 표현한다. 스타일4. 카메라의 동적 움직임은 인물 내면의 ‘심리적 동요’를 표현한다.

The aim of this study was to search for the effects of health self-efficacy and technology self-efficacy on user's behavioural intention by the extended TAM focused on smartphone base ubiquitous health system. In this research, in view of small sample size, PLS - SEM methodology was applied to this study in order to the proposed research model. As a result of analysis, the statistical fitness of proposed research model was confirmed through GoF value and the path coefficient was calculated for the hypotheses test. Finally, the implications of analysis result showed that when the use of smartphone device could be easily accessed in the side of technology self-efficacy, the possibility of user's behavioural intention also might be higher.

In this paper, we described the design and measurement results of a Front-End Receiver for S-band active phased array radar. The Front-End Receiver has input P1dB of -4dBm and IIP3 of 7dBm. The measurement results show that gain is $24{\pm}0.7dB$, noise figure are less than 2.3dB over the frequency range of $fc{\pm}0.2GHz$. The Front-End Receiver can protect the receiver path from large input signals with a maximum peak power of multi-kW and recovery time is less than 0.8us. The measurement results satisfy all specifications.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of oriental medical combined treatment on the fibromyalgia syndrome patient. Methods : Oriental medical combined treatment was administered during 3 weeks at 2 times admissions. The improvement of clinical symptom was evaluated by VAS(visual analogue scale), SF-MPQ(short form-McGill pain questionnarie) and PRS(pain rating scale), change of tender points. Results : After treatment, the patient's VAS score was reduced to 3-5, 4-5 point. First admission, there is no observable change in the SF-MPQ. But, Second admission, SF-MPQ score was reduced from 16 to 6. The PRS score was reduced from 72 to 24, from 75 to 48 respectively. Tender points was reduced generally. Conclusions : Oriental medical combined treatment for the fibromyalgia syndrome patient was effective. Although this case presented valuable result, further research is encouraged to confirm the effectiveness of this treatment with large number of patient.
안중산 투여 후 증상호전을 보인 급성 소화성 궤양 환자 1례 증례보고

Objectives : The prevalence of peptic ulcer disease is estimated about 10% in Korea, and has declined due to Helicobacter pylori eradication therapy. Symptoms of peptic ulcer are postprandial epigastric pain, hunger pain, anorexia, nauea, vomiting, soreness, postprandial fullness, postparandial discomfort. The purpose of the study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the Anjungsan in the improvement of the symptoms in patients with peptic ulcer. Methods : After taking Anjungsan to patient with peptic ulcer, Examined to assess the improvemnet by Ordinal Scale VI grade and VAS. Results : Patients with symptoms of the appeal was taking Anjungsan gets better after 3 dyas appeared to be more than half. And 11 days after treatment all symptoms were improved under the VAS 1-2 except for epigastric lump sensation. Conclusions : After treatment with Anjungsan, patient showed improvement in all symptoms associated with peptic ulcer.
Investigation of Various AC Electrokinetics in a Microniche System for Cell Separation

We investigate various AC electrokinetic (dielectrophoresis, electro-thermal and electro-osmosis) phenomena in a micro-niche system for negative-dielectrophoresis (n-dep) based cell separation. For that purpose, an experimental system is constructed. The system is comprised of a slit-type electrode array to apply voltage, a micro cam-scope to monitor cell movement, micro stages to adjust the focal length of the cam-scope properly, a function generator to apply voltage with various frequencies, and an illumination system. After the conductivity of the medium and the magnitude and frequency of the voltage are selected as experiment variables, cell movement is investigated. The ranges of each variable studied are 0.001 ~ 0.2 S/m, 1 ~ 7 Vpp, and 100 Hz ~ 1 MHz respectively. For the target cells, k562 cells of a leukemia cell line were employed. In the experimental study, n-dep is most dominant over other electrokinetic phenomena with 5 Vpp of input voltage and in the range of 100 ~ 500 kHz although the theoretical equation indicates that the higher voltage (7 Vpp) generates a higher n-dep force. This is because the higher voltage causes not only a higher n-dep force but also higher electro-thermal and electro-osmosis. Based on the obtained experimental results, we expect to establish a reliable n-dep force based cell sorting system in the near future.
