        이화방어기제검사 표준화연구

        This study aimed at an evaluation of the reliability and validity of Ewha Defense Mechanism Test(EDMT) for standardization during the period from June 25 to July 10 with nationalwide sample which was standardized by Rhee Kun Hoo. Kin Jae Un. Kim Jung Kyu. and Park Young Sook. The number of subjects were 1.323 who were sampled by the method of proportional stratification on age. sex. education. local area variables. This test is composed of 20 defense mechanism subscales and total items of the test are 200. The results were as follows : 1) The range of means of each scales were from 2.70 to 3.34 and the range of items standard deviation was from .71 to 1.28. 2) The corrected item-total correlation coefficients were than .10 for all items except two items which was the index of internal consistancy. 3) The spearman-Brown split-half reliability coefficients were more than .66 and the retest reliability coefficients were more than .72 for all scales. 4) By the evaluation of the cross validation with “16 Personality Factor Inventory”. it was found that 11 factors were consistent with expectation among 16 factors so that the result of cross validity was moderately sufficient. 5) By the factor analysis. four factors were extracted. Factor 1 was “unstable sensitization defense mechanisms”which were acting out, displacement, somatization. dissociation. projection. and passive-aggressive behavior. Factor 2 was “ego-expansive defense mechanisms” which were composed of controlling. distortion. altruism. humor. and sublimation. Factor 3 was “ego-denial defense mechanisms” which were reaction formation. bragging identification. and regressin. Factor 4 was “reality evasive defense mechanisms” which were denial rationalization. suppression. anticipation. and evasion.

        A rainfall distribution is very complicate owing to topographic influence in Korea. Hence, the variations in the distribution of monthly rainfall are required precise analysis in order to predict a flood control and to secure a sufficient capacity of water. In this study, time series of 32 rain gage stations over Gyeongnam area are examined for a 36-year secular period(1963-2000) and the extent and nature of changes, such as fluctuations, trend and persistence, are investigated. The trend analysis of regional rainfall practised a tendency towards annual rainfall and seasonal rainfall totals in all regions divided into two climatologically homogeneous regions by cluster analysis for annual rainfall series ; namely, Region Ⅰ(gyeongnam's inland area), Region Ⅱ(western mountain & southern coastal area), the periodicity is examined by the power spectrum analysis.

        국내 원전의 건전성 및 안전성 확보에 직결되는 자동 초음파검사의 신뢰도 및 검사시스템의 기량을 평가하기 위해 자동UT-PD RRT를 수행하였다. 수행된 RRT의 조건은 2001년 수동 PD-RRT에 적용된 설계변수와 동일하다. 본 연구에서는 자동 UT의 결함검출확률 및 오판확률과 결함크기측정에 대한 불확도 분석을 이용하여 자동 초음파검사의 통계적인 신뢰도를 평가하고 수동 UT PD-RRT의 결과와 비교하여 기량을 검증하고자 한다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 향후 각종 비파괴검사에 대한 RRT를 수행하여 기술수준을 파악하고 비파괴검사기술의 발전을 도모할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

      • GIS를 위한 홍수유출해석에 관한 연구

        In the rainfall-runoff simulation, it is crucial problem to extract the hydrologic topographical factors that are used as the model input parameters. Those factors are drawn out from DEM(Digit a1 Elevation Model) along with GIS(Geographic Information System) techniques represent a wide range of topographical informations. GIS is employed to estimate the parameters and examine application. Also, the results from different GIS data and analysis methods are examined. In the study, spatial data are calculated using WMS(Watershed Modeling System) v.6.1, which is hydrologic analysis software coupled with GIS, and flood analysis is accomplished by HEC-1 included in WMS, and applied to Dukchon River basin. To calculate the effective rainfall CN values of NRCS are used. Clark, Snyder and NRCS methods are selected to derive unit hydrograph respectively. In addition, the characteristics of runoff responses according to the selection of GIS spatial data for NRCS CN, TIN or Grid used to extract hydrologic topographical informations. and the number of partitioning sub-basin are investigated.

        유도초음파를 이용한 2.25Cr-1Mo재의 열화도 평가

        고온에서 장시간 사용으로 인하여 발생되는 경년열화 평가에는 파괴적인 방법이 신뢰성이 높지만 시험편 채취의 어려움이 있다. 그러므로 비파괴적인 방법에 의한 열화도 평가가 바람직하다. 본 연구에서는 2.25Cr-1Mo강에 대하여 장시간 등온열처리로 모의 열화시험편을 제작하여 고온설비부재에서 발생되는 탄화물의 석출 및 조대화, 불순물의 입계편석 등 금속학적 미세조직을 관찰하고, 미세조직의 변화와 유도 초음파의 전파특성과의 상관관계를 규명하고, 파괴시험치와 그 결과를 비교하여 초음파 비파괴평가에 의한 고온부재의 열화도 평가의 가능성을 실험적으로 검증하고자 한다. The destructive method is reliable and widely used for the estimation of material degradation but, it have time-consuming and a great difficulty in preparing specimens from in-service industrial facilities. Therefore, the etimation of degraded structural materials by nondestructive evaluation is strongly desired. In this paper, the use of guided wave was suggested for the evaluation of thermally damaged 2.25Cr-1Mo steel as an alternative way to compensate for limitations of fracture tests. The observation of microstructure variations of the material including carbide precipitation increase and spheroidization near gain boundary was conducted and the correlation with the guided wave features such as energy loss ratio and group velocity changes was investigated. Through this study the feasibility of ultrasonic guided wave evaluation for thermally damaged materials was explored.

        Two Stage 발효에 의한 고산도 식초 생산

        산업적으로 산도 17.0% 이상의 고산도 식초를 생산하기 위하여 반연속식인 1st stage와 유가식인 2nd stage로 구성된 two stage 초산 발효를 온도 30 ℃, 교반속도 600 rpm, 통기량 0.1 vvm에서 실시하였다. 1st stage에서 초기 에탄올 농도를 50.0 g/ℓ, 잔류 에탄올 농도를 5.0 g/ℓ로 정하여 반연속적으로 초산발효를 하고, 2nd stage 에서 발효시간의 경과에 따라 에탄올을 유가식으로 첨가하여 초산발효액내의 에탄올 농도를 5.0 g/ℓ에서 10.0 g/ℓ로 유지했을 때 산도가 17.6%인 고산도 식초를 생산할 수 있었으며, 또한 이 ??의 최대 초산 생산성은 3.3 g/ℓ·hr였다. The production of vinegar containing 16.0 ∼18.0% of acetic acid was examined in two stage fermentation consisting of semi-continuous and fed-batch type. The optimum conditions were obtained when the fermentation was carried out at agitation of 600 rpm, aeration of 0.1 vvm and temperature of 30℃. The initial and residual ethanol concentration in 1st stage were 50.0 g/ℓ and 5.0 g/ℓ, respectively, and the ethanol concentration in 2nd stage was maintained from 5.0 to 10.0 g/ℓ. The maximum productivity was 3.3 g/ℓ-hr and the acidity was 17.6% after the two days of acetic acid fermentation.

      • 플라스틱의 열분해 및 촉매분해 특성연구

        Themal and catalytic pyrolysis of plastics have been carried out. The thermogravimatric analyzer(TGA) and batch type laboratory scale catalytic reactor were used as experimental rigs. Pure or waste plastic samples(HDPE, PP,PS, ABS), collected from domestic industry were used for the experiment. The powder of silica alumina(50g) was used as catalyst for pyrolysis. The experimental results showed that the decomposition temperature was increased with an increase of heating rate, because of time lag associated with heating of plastic samples. It was also found that the maximum decomposition rate and decomposition temperature of HDPE are much higher than those of other samples.

        To investigate the effect of alcohol drinking on the absence pattern, we conducted survey for 606 male workers who employed at the small & medium sized manufacturing factories located in Taejon city and Chungnam region. The following results were obtained. Among the variables, age, marrital status, body mass index, smoking, working hours per day, and working climate showed significant realtionship with the alcohol drinking times. Gross absence days and sickness absence days showed significant relation with alcohol drinking frequency, but non-sickness absence days did not showed any relation with alcohol drinking frequency. After adjusting the variables which had significnat relation with absence days and alcohol drinking, there were still significant relation between absence days and alcohol drinking frequency.

      • 흑두로 제조한 청국에서 분리된 Bacillus subtillus BB-1으로부터 혈전용해효소 유전자 크로닝 및 특성규명

        A bacterium producing five fibrinolytic isozymes was isolated from black bean chung kuk. The bacterium was identified as Bacillus subtilis BB-1 by 16s rDNA sequence homology search. A gene out of five fibrinolytic genes in the Bacillus subtilis BB-1 was cloned by shot-gun method. A Cla ⅠDNA fragment of B. subtilis BB-1 chromosome was cloned in to pBluescript ⅡSK(-) and showed the fibrinolytic activity to bacterial cells. The Cla ⅠDNA fragment was sequenced and the sequences did not show homology with gene for protease or fibrinolytic enzyme genes in other organisms. The Cla ⅠDNA fragment was reduced to 2,142 bp by activity-guided PCR cloning method. The optimum pH and temperature of the enzyme were 5.0 and 35℃, respectively. Substrate specificity of the fibrinolytic enzyme was detected in skim milk, casein, gelatin and blood agar plates. The activity of the enzyme was not detected with these substrates. Taken together, this enzyme is a new fibrinolytic enzyme and may be used to prevent thrombosis and arteriosclerosis.
