        메타인지 전략을 활용한 수업에서의 초등학생의 수학적 추론과 표현에 미치는 효과에 관한 연구

        이 연구는 메타인지 전략의 특징을 분석하고, 초등학생의 수학적 추론과 표현 능력 향상을 위해 메타인지 전략을 이용하여 이 연구에서 개발된 학습 방법의 타당성과 효과에 대하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 목적을 위해 개발된 학습 방법에 있어서 <3-가> 단계의 수와 연산과 도형 학습 단원이 선정되었다. 이 단원을 선정한 이유는 수와 연산과 도형 학습에 있어서의 규칙과 일반화에 도달하는데 수학적 추론 능력을 향상시키고 수학적 사고력 향상에도 도움을 줄 수 있다고 보여지며, 초등교육과정에 맞는 추론 학습 지도와 추론 능력을 측정할 수 있는 평가 문제 개발에 대한 추가 연구가 필요하기 때문이다. 이를 적용한 결과, 메타인지 전략을 활용한 학습은 사전·사후 귀납적 추론 능력과 유추적 추론 능력에서 효과가 있었으며, 수학적 표현에 있어서 그림 표현, 언어적 표현, 기호적 표현을 학습내용에 맞게 효과적으로 표현 방법을 바꾸어 보는 활동이 정확한 개념이 정립되는 데 효과적이었다. The purpose of this study is to improve learner's mathematical reasoning and representation ability through instruction applicated metacognition strategy. Therefore, first of all, I made up the teaching-learning plan used instruction applicated metacognition strategy and applied it. After that I verified the effects of it by analyzing to improve mathematical reasoning and representation ability of 3rd grade students in elementary school or not. The research questions in this study was designed to look for any differences of mathematical reasoning(inductive reasoning ability and analogical reasoning ability) and also to look for any differences mathematical representation ability(picture representation, language representation, symbolic representation). It is concluded that mathematics learning used instruction applicated metacognition strategy was effective in the improvement of mathematical reasoning and representation ability. That is, instruction applicated metacognition strategy in class can improve mathematical attitude, thought, and knowledge·function gradually. The present findings indicate that educational application which motivates instruction applicated metacognition strategy can improve mathematical reasoning and representation ability in elementary students. However, the above research is limited to generalize the effects of it, because the research was implemented during the short period, only 3rd graders of elementary school were tested and the learning effects were proved just in terms of 1. numbers up to 10000 2. addition and extraction unit.

        가족성 정신분열병 환자에서 임상 특성의 가족내 연관성

        Objectives : This study aims at examining familial associations of symptoms and clinical characteristics in affected sibling or relative pairs of schizophrenia as an effort to identify genetically homogeneous phenotypes. Methods : Forty-seven relative pairs with DSM-IV diagnosis of schizophrenia from thirty-five Korean families multiply affected with schizophrenia were ascertained. Direct interviews were done using the Korean version of Diagnostic Interview for Genetic Studies (DIGS). The Krawieka Rating Scale and the Schedule for the Deficit Syndrome were also applied for further evaluation of psychopathologies. Intra-familial concordances and correlations of clinical characteristics and symptoms were tested using χ² -test and Spearman's correlation. Results : Significantly high concordance rate within relative pairs was found for the diagnosis of paranoid vs. non-paranoidsubtype (χ²=7.623, P=0.006, df=1). Deficit vs. non-deficit syndrome also showed significant concordance (χ² =3.850, p=0.0497, df=1). Among single symptom items in DIGS, only 'auditory hallucination' showed significant concordance rate ( χ² =5.503, P=0.019, df=1). Factor analysis for symptoms items in the Rrawiecka Rating Scale indicated three symptom dimensions ; negative, psychotic and affective, Psychotic (P =0.442, P=0.003) and affective dimension scores (p =0.427, P=0.004) showed significant intra-familial correlations. Age at onset of recognized psychotic symptoms showed significant correlation only within the male sibling pairs. Conclusion : Familial factors, Possibly genetic factor contribute to the phenotypic characteristics of paranoid vs. non-para-noid subtype, deficit vs. non-deficit syndrome, auditory hallucination, and affective syndrome, It supports their use in the delineation of homogeneous subgroups for future genetic studies.

        청량음료용 고강도 감미료의 혼용 비율에 따른 관능적 특성 및 저장기간 산정

        This study investigated the sensory characteristics of mixtures of high-intensity sweeteners for beverage and estiniated the shelf life during storage. Sensory characteristics of mixtures of sweeteners (Aspartame/Acesulfarne-K, Aspartame/Sucralose and Acesulfame-K/Stevioside) were evaluated in aqueous (ranging from 90:10 to 50:50) and citrate buffer (ranging from 90:10 to 50:50) solutions, Significant synergistic effects were found in Aspartame/Acesulfarue-K and Aspartame/Sucralose mixtures. No significant differences were found in other taste attributes (astringency, bitterness, metallic taste etc.). Aspartame/Acesulfame-K 5:5 solution showed the most acceptable sensory attributes. Q_(10) values of Aspartame and Accsulfamc-K mixture in citrate buffer (ranging from 90:10 to 50:50) solution were calculated from the temperature data (between 40℃ and 50℃ ) determined by HPLC. Q_(10) values were in the range of 2.01-2.25. Their shelf lives were calculated to be lengthened with increasing Acesulfame-K mixture ratio Their shelf lives in Aspartame/Acesulfame-K 5:5 citrate buffer solution estimated at 20℃ and 30℃ were 178 days and 88 days, respectively.

        The Internet of Things, the core of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, is growing by incorporating various technologies into various fields. Among them, smart home systems that apply IoT technology to home environments are being actively studied. The home hub market, a means of communication for smart homes, is also developing at the same time. As the home hub market develops, security threats are also increasing accordingly. In this paper, 'Smart Home Mirror' is implemented by combining mirror and IoT technologies so that users can use them to communicate with smart home applications and other devices. To meet security issues, users in it are recognized by using face recognition technology and AES between all data communications in it is applied. The proposed device’s usefulness is approved by implementing it in smart home environments.

        Spectroscopic ellipsometry 은 다양한 물질의 광학적 특징을 연구할 수 있는 강력한 기술이다. 현재 실리콘 웨이퍼 위의 박막 분석에는 그 효율성이 확실히 입증되어 있다. 그러나 현재 산업은 유리 기판위의 박막을 분석하기를 원하고 있다. Ellipsometry로 투명기판을 분석하기 위해서는 후면 반사에의한 비간섭성 효과를 고려해야 한다. 기존의 반사공식을 투명기판의 비간섭성을 고려하여 수정하였다. 투명기판 위의 샘플과 scratch를 낸 같은 샘플을 측정 분석하여 정확성을 확인하였다. 수정된 반사공식을 이용하면 디스플레이와 같은 투명재료를 이용하는 곳에 유용하게 사용될 것으로 기대되고 있다. A Spectroscpic ellipsometry is very strong technology to study optical properties of many materials. It has already substantiated a analytic efficiency about thin films above wafers to be made of silicon. However, the current industry needs thin films analyzed on a glass. When we analyze a glass using a ellipsometry, we have to consider a efficiency of incoherence due to reflect at the back side. So then, we slightly altered the original formula. We compared a scratched sample with a sample on the glass, because off getting a exactitude. Our technical development, using the changed formula, is expected the useful utilization in a part of using gIasses such as display.

      • 열안정형 카테콜-O-메틸전이효소 유전자의 클로닝

        Catechol-O-methyltransferase (COMT; EC 2.1.1.6) is the enzyme which catalyzes the transfer of methyl group to the catecholamine neurotransmitters from its methyl donor S-adenosyl-L-methionine. Partially purified COMT from rat liver has been used to measure the concentration of catecholamines in the blood through solvent extraction and thin layer chromatography after converting ^3H-methyl derivatives of catecholamines. To improve this inconvenient and fluctuating method, an attempt was made to use COMT gene for the measurement of catecholamines. Specific primers, COMT5P (5'-TGC TCA GAG GTG CTT TGA AG-3') and COMT3P (5'-GGA GCC GCA GAA GGT CA G-3'), were used to amplify COMT gene from human placenta cDNA library. The amplified COMT gene through 35 cycles of polymerase chain reaction was cloned into T-vector and the nucleotide sequences are determined by automatic sequencer. Human COMT has two common variants, a thermostable high activity form which has valine at amino acid 158 and a thermolabile low activity form which Has methionine at the same position. The cloned COMT gene in this study has both variants. Clone 4 and 5 have valine at amino acid 158 (guanine at nucleotide 472) and clone 1-3 have methionine at this site (adenine at nucleotide 472). In addition to this, there are other DNA polymorphisms in COMT gene at nucleotide 101, 102 (amino acid 34, a structural mutation cysteine/serine) and nucleotide 186 (a silent mutation). All of the clones have cysteine at amino acid 34 (guanine and adenine at nucleotides 101 and 102) and cytosine at nucleotide 186 except clone 3 which has thymine at this nucleotide. Clone 4 and 5 are thermostable high activity variants, suggesting being more useful for the measurement of catecholamines after expressing the gene.

        휴전선 인접 마을의 새마을운동 사례를 통해 본 1970년대 한국 농촌사회 정치·경제적 변화 : 강원도 철원군 사곡2리와 군탄1리를 중심으로

        이 논문은 1970년대 권위주의 유신체제 하에서 농촌근대화를 목적으로 추진되었던 새마을운동이 한국 농촌사회에 어떠한 정치적·경제적 변화를 초래하였는지 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 실증적인연구제시를 위해 강원도 철원군 근남면 사곡2리와 갈말면 군탄1리 두 마을의 새마을운동을 사례로 분석하였다. 이 사례연구는 한수이남에 집중되어 있던 기존 새마을운동 연구의 공간적 범위를 휴전선인접지역까지 확장시켰다. 1970년대 당시 두 마을 새마을지도자들과의 인터뷰 자료와 현재 마을회관에 남아 있는 새마을운동사업 기록을 토대로 마을간 사업추진 방식과 두 마을 주민들의 참여태도, 사업성과 둥을 분석하였다. 철원군 근남면 사곡2리와 갈말면 군탄1리의 새마을운동 전개양상은 마을의 입지조건 및 마을 구성원의 차이에 따라 상이한 결과로 나타났다. 사례연구의 케이스가 협소하긴 하지만, 이 연구를 통해서 새마을운동이 직 ·간접적으로 농촌사회에 가져온 변화를 찾을 수 있었다. 새마을운동은 마을 단위로 진행되었기 때문에 동일 지역에서도 마을구성의 상이한 조건적 차이로 인해 새마을운동의 결과도 다르게 나타났다. The objective of this thesis is to see political and economic changes in Korean rural society in 1970s when Saemaul Undong(Movement) was launched by authoritarian government for the modernization in an agricultural district. This paper focuses on Saemaul Undong in two villages of Cheorwon, Kangwon Province or Sagok2-ri and Cuntanl-ri in order to provide actual evidence. Based on the interviews of two towns' then Saemaul Leaders and the information on Saemaul Undong of those areas during the 1970s, this research analyzes people's attitudes, the way of the Movement and the achievement of the Movement. In addition, this paper emphasizes on some changes in political and economic areas of the two villages for about 8 years, comparing to before and after the movement being implemented. They have similarities as well as differences in the stages of Saemaul Undong. firstly, it led the dwellers to actvely participate in the process. Secondly, the residents could express their opinion to the government through the town meefngs. Thirdly, newly-elected leaders, called Saemaul Undong leaders were main actors who are at the center of the course. Although they took the helm just within the Saemaul Undong project, their capacities resulted in various consequences of the Movement under the autonomy of the town unit. Apart from other changes, it altered the appearances of the rural communities. It came to build new roads, convert old houses to modernized ones. It is difficult to say that Saemaul Undong has drawn the actual increase in the economic incomes. However, development in the repairing facilities in it played a key role in going up in the crop productivity, Therefore, it is fair to say that Saemaul Undong had a positive effect on the agricultural economy to some extent.

      • 석청(Mad-honey) 복용 후 유발된 부정맥 1예

        석청에 포함된 grayanotoxin에 의해 독성 작용이 나올 수 있으며, 이러한 독성 작용은 일반적으로 24시간 이내 저절로 회복된다. 최근에 본 저자들은 석청 복용 후 발생한 심실빈맥을 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다. 49세 남자가 호흡곤란으로 내원하였으며, 내원당시 분당 40회 정도의 동성 서맥이 관찰되었고, 수액을 투여하던 중 심실 빈맥이 발생하였다. 항부정맥제를 투여 후 정상 동율동으로 전환되었으며, 특별한 이상 없이 4일 후 퇴원하였다. Mad-honey intoxication caused by the consumption of honey producted from the nectar of rhododendrons. The grayanotoxins cause the intoxication. The toxic effects of mad-honey poisoning are rarely fatal and generally last for no more than 24 hours. We experienced one case, a 49 years-old man who presented with dyspnea after ingestion of mad-honey. He showed marked sinus bradycardia with < 40 beats per minute on admission. The cardiac rhythm was changed to ventricular tachycardia immediately. These features resolved completely in 24 hours with continuous infusion of amiodarone(600 mg per day) and fluids. We report the case of intoxication of mad-honey as a presentation of fatal cardiac arrhythmia.

      • 새고막을 이용한 분말조미료 가공

        Conditions for processing dried condiments with bloody clam were investigated. The enzymatic hydrolysis for 1 hour was more profitable than hydrothermal extraction to develop flavoring matters from bloody clam. As a result of omission tests, nucleotides were predominated in the taste compounds of bloody clam hydrolysates rather than free amino acids, and the contribution of nucleotides and free amino acids to the taste of bloody clam hydrolysates was remarkable. The major flavoring components of bloody clam hydrolysates were free amino acids and oligopeptides below 500 dalton. When bloody clam hydrolysates were separated with membrane(molecular weight cutoff 500 dalton) for recovering flavor, recovering yields of amino type nitrogen were 92.4%. Proximate compositions of dried condiments prepared with protease hydrolyzed bloody clam were moisture content 3.6%, total nitrogen were 71.2% amino nitrogen were 47.8%. And drying yield, solubility and absorption rates at Aw 0.88 were 21.4%. 86.3% and 6.6%, respectively.
