K-pop 스타 패션에 나타난 키치의 조형적 특성 연구

개성 있는 패션 연출로 차별화된 스타일을 추구하는 현대인들은 스타들의 키치 패션을 중요한 패션 코드로 수용하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 K-pop 스타 패션 가운데 키치 패션을 수집, 분석하여 그 미적 특성과 표현방법을 도출하는 것으로, 이를 바탕으로 개성적 스타일링을 제안하고 독창적 디자인 아이디어를 제공하고자 함이다. 먼저, 문헌 연구를 통해 키치의 개념 및 변천, 조형적 특성과 키치패션의 개념 및 변천을 고찰하였다. 다음으로, K-pop 스타 가운데 키치 패션을 대표하는 싸이, 2NE1, 지드래곤, 이효리의 의상을 수집, 분석하여 K-pop 스타 패션에 나타난 키치의 조형적 특성을 분석하였다. 키치 패션은 1950, 1960년대 하위문화에서 나타났으며 현대인들에게 키치는 개성 표출과 즐거움을 전달하는 펀(fun)의 도구로서 트렌드를 리드한다. K-pop 스타들의 키치 패션에 나타나는 미적 특성 가운데, 과장성은 과다한 장식이나 액세서리의 사용, 산만한 패턴의 무질서한 조합, 인체 특정 부위를 부풀리는 형태적 과장에서 비롯되었으며, 부적절성은 어울리지 않는 색이나 패턴의 부조화적 매치, 서로 어울리지 않는 아이템의 스타일링으로 요약된다. 끝으로 유희성은 동물 인형, 애니메이션 등 동심을 자극하는 유아적 요소를 모티브로 한 키치적 액세서리나 장식의 사용, 기괴한 발상에서 비롯된 장난스럽고 유치한 패턴에서 비롯되며 펀의 감정을 유발한다. 이상과 같이 K-pop 스타들의 키치 패션은 기존 문화에 식상함, 지루한 일상을 탈피하고자 하는 현대소비자들에게 신선함과 즐거움을 제공할 것이며 신선한 스타일링과 디자인의 영감을 제공할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the aesthetic characteristics of Kitsch fashion based on K-pop stars fashion, suggest the way of unique styling, and provide the inference to contemporary fashion design. As a background research, the definition and history of Kitsch fashion were reviewed. And the ways of expression and meanings of Kitsch appeared in K-pop stars fashion were extracted by analyzing fashion of Psy, 2NE1, G-dragon, Hyori Lee from 2010 until now. Kitsch fashion appeared among the subculture styles in 50s and 60s, and leads the contemporary trends. Kitsch fashion of K-pop stars is characterized as follows. 1) The characteristic of exaggeration is expressed in use of excessive accessaries and details, mix of patterns, exaggeration of certain body part. 2) the characteristic of inappropriateness is expressed in mismatch of colors, patterns, and cross-coordination of items. 3) the characteristic of playfulness is expressed in the accessary, decoration, and patterns using childish motifs causing fun. To sum up, K-pop stars fashion playes a key role in fashion trend providing fresh and fun ideas to contemporary fashion.

Catechol-O-methyltransferase (COMT; EC 2.1.1.6) is the enzyme which catalyzes the transfer of methyl group to the catecholamine neurotransmitters from its methyl donor S-adenosyl-L-methionine. Partially purified COMT from rat liver has been used to measure the concentration of catecholamines in the blood through solvent extraction and thin layer chromatography after converting ^3H-methyl derivatives of catecholamines. To improve this inconvenient and fluctuating method, an attempt was made to use COMT gene for the measurement of catecholamines. Specific primers, COMT5P (5'-TGC TCA GAG GTG CTT TGA AG-3') and COMT3P (5'-GGA GCC GCA GAA GGT CA G-3'), were used to amplify COMT gene from human placenta cDNA library. The amplified COMT gene through 35 cycles of polymerase chain reaction was cloned into T-vector and the nucleotide sequences are determined by automatic sequencer. Human COMT has two common variants, a thermostable high activity form which has valine at amino acid 158 and a thermolabile low activity form which Has methionine at the same position. The cloned COMT gene in this study has both variants. Clone 4 and 5 have valine at amino acid 158 (guanine at nucleotide 472) and clone 1-3 have methionine at this site (adenine at nucleotide 472). In addition to this, there are other DNA polymorphisms in COMT gene at nucleotide 101, 102 (amino acid 34, a structural mutation cysteine/serine) and nucleotide 186 (a silent mutation). All of the clones have cysteine at amino acid 34 (guanine and adenine at nucleotides 101 and 102) and cytosine at nucleotide 186 except clone 3 which has thymine at this nucleotide. Clone 4 and 5 are thermostable high activity variants, suggesting being more useful for the measurement of catecholamines after expressing the gene.

제주신화 자청비(ㅈ청비) 콘텐츠를 응용한 텍스타일 디자인

The purpose of this study is, as one of Jeju culture contents projects, to suggest a new method to develop the textile design using contents of Jeju Myth, Jacheongbi, in other words, to create mythic patterns by borrowing effectively from the mythic image of Jacheongbi on contemporary fashion. To achieve this, after extracting mythic contents from real animals from the myth (chicken, horse, cow and owl) of Jacheongbi, we draw the animal motifs from a mythic image basis of archetypal symbols and empirical awareness about animals and shamanistic imagination, and create mythic patterns. In order to achieve this design pattern, Adobe Photoshop CS5 Extended was used to design the animal motifs, and then they were arranged via bidirectional layout. And to conclude, development of the creative textile design using the mythic contents of Jacheongbi contribute to invigorating the fashion industry and regional culture contents projects in Jeju, and also become the basis of creating added value to it.
