        Diagnostic characteristics of supplemental laboratory criteria for incomplete Kawasaki disease in children with complete Kawasaki disease

        Purpose: In 2004, the American Heart Association (AHA) had published an algorithm for the diagnosis of incomplete Kawasaki disease (KD). The aim of the present study was to investigate characteristics of supplemental laboratory criteria in this algorithm. Methods: We retrospectively examined the medical records of 355 patients with KD who were treated with intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) during the acute phase of the disease. Laboratory data were obtained before the initial IVIG administration and up to 10 days after fever onset. In 106 patients, laboratory testing was performed more than twice. Results: The AHA supplemental laboratory criteria were fulfilled in 90 patients (25.4%), and the frequency of laboratory examination (odds ratio [OR], 1.981; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.391–2.821; P<0.001) was a significant predictor of it. The fulfillment of AHA supplemental laboratory criteria was significantly associated with refractoriness to the initial IVIG administration (OR, 2.388; 95% CI, 1.182– 4.826; P=0.013) and dilatation of coronary arteries (OR, 2.776; 95% CI, 1.519–5.074; P=0.001). Conclusion: Repeated laboratory testing increased the rate of fulfillment of the AHA supplemental laboratory criteria in children with KD.

        교육서비스 품질이 대학선택만족도에 미치는 영향: SERVQUAL 모형을 중심으로

        The Effect of Educational Service Quality on UniversitySelection Satisfaction: Focusing on the SERVQUALHyeonok Jeon & Minjung Chei Abstract: The purpose of this study is to identify the factors affecting university selection satisfaction before and after COVID-19. The collected data were classified into five factors of the SERVQUAL model, and multiple regression analysis was conducted using the SPSS 23.0 program for analysis. The results of the study are as follows: First, the factor that had the greatest influence on university selection satisfaction was tangibles. Second, the influence of educational quality and reliability changed before and after COVID-19. Third, responsiveness had an effect on university selection satisfaction before COVID-19, but did not have an effect after COVID-19. The results of this study are meaningful in that they identified the factors of educational service quality that affect university selection satisfaction.         비교과 프로그램이 학습역량 향상에 미치는 영향 - A대학 사례를 중심으로 -

        In this study, we tried to check the changes in the learning capabilities of students who participated in the program provided based on the comparative department system of University A, and to see whether there is a difference in the impact of the comparative department. To this end, a MANOVA analysis was conducted on 501 people who participated in the Comparative Division of University A using a learning competency measurement tool(DIA-LC). As a result, it was confirmed that study group learning tutoring learning consulting contributed to the improvement of linked learning capabilities, affecting 42% learning commitment, 34% practical learning, and 24% self-determination learning motivation. Based on this study, it is hoped that the non-subject, which positively affects students' learning capabilities, will be established as an axis of the curriculum closely linked to major and liberal arts, and the administrative and institutional foundation at the university level will be reorganized.

        대학생이 지각한 부모의 거부적 양육태도가 관계중독에 미치는 영향: 자기자비로 조절된 외로움의 매개효과

        연구목적: 본 연구는 대학생이 지각한 부모의 거부적 양육태도가 관계중독에 미치는 영향을 확인하고, 이 관계에서 외로움의 매개효과, 그리고, 부모의 거부적 양육태도와 관계중독의 관계에서 외로움과 자기자비의 조절된 매개효과 탐색을 목적으로 하였다. 연구방법: 대학생 387명을 대상으로 부모의 거부적 양육태도, 관계중독, 외로움, 자기자비 척도 등을 실시하여 SPSS 25.0과 SPSS PROCESS Macro 3.5를 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 대학생이 지각한 부모, 부, 모의 거부적 양육태도는 관계중독에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 외로움은 대학생이 지각한 부모, 부, 모의 거부적 양육태도와 관계중독 관계에서 모두 매개효과가 있었다. 둘째, 대학생이 지각한 부모, 부의 거부적 양육태도가 외로움에 미치는 영향에서 부모, 부의 거부적 양육태도가 외로움에 미치는 영향에서 통계적으로 유의한 조절효과 있는 것으로 나타났으나, 모의 거부적 양육태도는 외로움에 미치는 영향에서 유의하지 않았다. 결론: 대학생 자녀가 부모의 거부적인 양육을 경험하면서 관계중독으로 나아가는 경로에 대한 설명을 제시할 뿐만 아니라, 그러한 경로에서 자기자비 수준에 의해 달라질 수 있음을 시사한다. Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of rejective parenting attitudes as perceived by college students on relationship addiction. This study also explored the mediating effect of loneliness in this relationship, and the mediating effect of self-compassion in the relationship between rejective parenting attitudes and relationship addiction. Method: The scales of rejective parenting attitude, relationship addiction, loneliness, and self-compassion were administered to 387 college students. Data were analyzed through SPSS 25.0 and SPSS PROCESS Macro 3.5. Results: The rejective parenting attitudes of both parents, fathers, and mothers, as perceived by college students, have significant effects on relationship addiction. Loneliness had mediating effects on the relationship between the rejective parenting attitudes perceived by college students and the relationship addiction. Statistically significant moderating effects were likewise found on loneliness as influenced by the rejective parenting attitudes of parents and fathers, except for mothers, perceived by college students. Conclusion: Results provide an explanation relationship addiction of college students experiencing rejective parenting, and further pave the way for exploring moderation by self-compassion.

        동적가족화(KFD) 반응에 나타난 기능적 가족과 역기능 가족의 모-자 상호작용 특성 비교

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the mother-child interactions of functional and dysfunctional families by comparing their responses to kinetic family drawings. The subjects were 16 mother-child pairs of male middle-school students aged 13 to 15 years and their mothers residing in the metropolitan city C. These 32 subjects were administered the Korean version of the family functionality scale by Yu Yeong-ju & Choi Hee-jin (2003), and median-divided into 16 functional and 16 dysfunctional families. The results of this study are as follows. First, regarding the mothers` responses, there were no significant differences between the functional and dysfunctional family mothers` KFD responses in both the activity dimension and place·distance·barrier dimension for the mother figure and the son figure, except for in the activity level, the subscale of the activity dimension for the son figure. Second, as for the children`s responses, there were no significant differences between the functional and dysfunctional family children`s KFD responses for the mother figure at each KFD, but significant differences were found for the mother-child figures` direction, a subscale of the place· distance·barrier dimension. As for the son figure at each KFD, there were significant differences between the two families in the overall activity dimensions and their subscales of interaction level, cooperation level, and nurturing level, and the place·distance·barrier dimension and its subscale of mother-child direction.

        The characteristics of oxide slow trap was extracted from gate-induced drain leakage (GIDL) random telegraph noise (RTN) measurement. The ratio of trap-assisted tunneling (TAT) GIDL current before and after carrier capture into the slow trap was derived with consideration to the type of slow trap. And, the distance between fast and slow trap was extracted and compared in case of acceptor-like and donor-like trap based on the measurement and equations derived from the accurate field enhancement factor. Finally, the relative positions of the two trap can be determined at the gate-to-drain overlap region with consideration to the type of slow trap.

        구석구석 충주탐험대 프로그램이 아동의 지역공동체 의식과 애향심에 미치는 영향

        In this study, we wanted to validate the effectiveness of the program by analyzing how the Chungju Expedition Program, which consists of lectures and experiences on local culture, affects the local community consciousness and affection of participating children. To this end, 37 Chungju children who participated in the program were subjected to community examination scans and a loving examination prior to participation in the program - and the results were analyzed through t-test. The results of the study showed statistically significant results in improving community awareness and affection as a result of local cultural experience activities. This suggests that the program has a positive impact on children’s awareness of community and affection. Based on this research, we hope to diversify the educational content and methods of local cultural experience programs for children, and we hope to establish an administrative and institutional foundation for this purpose. 본 연구에서는 지역문화에 대한 강의와 체험으로 구성된 구석구석 충주탐험대 프로그램이 아동의 지역공동체 의식과 애향심에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 분석하여 프로그램의 효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 프로그램에 참여한 충주시 아동 37명을 대상으로 지역공동체의식 검사와 애향심 검사를 사전-사후에 실시하고 그 결과를 t-test를 통해 분석하였다. 연구결과 지역문화체험 활동이 지역공동체 의식과 애향심 향상에서 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미친다는 결과가 도출되었다. 이는 본 프로그램이 아동에게 지역공동체 의식과 애향심 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미침을 시사한다. 본 연구를 기초로 하여 아동을 대상으로 하는 지역문화 체험 프로그램의 교육내용 및 방법이 다양화되기를 희망하며, 이를 위한 행정적․제도적 기반이 정비되기를 기대한다.
