독일 ARDㆍZDF의 젊은 수용자 대상 온라인 플랫폼 FUNK의 미디어 플랫폼 전략

FUNK is a online only platform which was designed by ARDㆍZDF to attract young audience, because they are going away from PBS. After comparing liteliture material, programming and In-Depth Interview results, I found that FUNK has 3 media platform strategies like online only strategy, content first strategy and non television format strategy. These strategies are not so successful because by depending on 3rd platforms, FUNK promotes more commercial platforms like Youtube and Facebook than Funk’s own platform. Content first strategy like Contnent-Network-Platform 3 step development model is not suitable for the digital era when content and platform improve together at the same time. Radical strategies of FUNK seem to be the result of obsession to the rapid development of web content in digital era. 젊은 시청자들이 점점 줄어드는 독일 공영방송사 ARDㆍZDF가 만든 젊은 수용자 전용 온라인 플랫폼인 FUNK는 콘텐츠-네트워크라는 개념으로 지상파 방송이 아닌 온라인으로만 유통된다. 문헌조사와 심층인터뷰를 통해 FUNK의 미디어 플랫폼 전략을 고찰한 결과 온라인 온리 전략, 콘텐츠 우선 전략, 비 텔레비전 포맷 전략을 구사하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 전략은 다소 성공하지 못한 것으로 평가할 수 있는데, 왜냐하면 자체 플랫폼의 개발 대신 제3자 플랫폼에 지나치게 의존하고, 콘텐츠-네트워크-플랫폼의 3단계 발전으로 대표되는 콘텐츠 우선 전략은 콘텐츠와 플랫폼의 통합적인 발전보다는 선형 발전을 강조한 것으로 디지털 시대의 흐름과 부합하지 않은 것으로 볼 수 있기 때문이다.

Disturbances in memory are the most common problem in patients with an organic mental syndrome. Other patients with significant psychiatric disorders also often have difficulty with memory. So it is very important in the clinical practice of psychiatry to understand the biological and neurocognitive mechanisms of memory proessing, and to develop the assessment tools with which memory function can be evaluated reliably and validly. Moreover, memory researches provide an important viewpoint from which we can understand the pathophysiological mechanisms of major neuropsychiatric illnesses. This article focuses on our understanding of memory functions in clinical and neurobiological aspects. The relevant material will be presented in four parts : 1) terminologies needed in defining major stages of various types of memory processing : 2) neurochemical and neuroanatomical basis of memory processing : 3) brief bed-side screening tests and more comprehensive neuropsychological tests for the evaluation of memory function : 4) the characteristics of memory dysfunction in several major psychiatric illnesses.

We have prepared ZnO nanofibers by using the electrospinning method and have analyzed the variations in their structure, optical properties, and chemical bonding states with the annealing temperature and the annealing conditions. After annealing at 500 ℃, the average diameter and the average grain size are determined to be approximately 170 nm and 50 nm, respectively. The ZnO nanofibers have a clearly visible dislocation-free crystal structure. The 2<i>p</i> level of Zn caused Zn-O bonds and the O 1<i>s</i> core level caused physisorbed O<sub>2</sub>. When the nanofibers are annealed at 700 ℃, both ions exhibit shifts of the binding energies compared with those annealed at 500 ℃. The observed band in the visible region shows a strong temperature dependence and a red-shift with the oxygen flow in annealing process, which is related to oxygen vacancies.

Rare-earth-doped phosphors for near ultraviolet excitation are under an extensive research for applications to white-light-emitting diodes. In this study, we prepare red-orange emitting samarium- doped rhombohedral tricalcium phosphate particles by using the solid-state reaction method. The synthesis procedures are reported, the formation of prepared particles is conrmed using X-ray diraction patterns, and the morphology and the elemental composition are measured using a scan- ning electron microscope. We also investigate the photophysical properties of trivalent samarium- doped tricalcium phosphate phosphors by taking absorption, excitation, and emission spectra at room temperature. We show that the trivalent samarium-doped tricalcium phosphate phosphors are red-emitting phosphors and have higher eciency with near ultraviolet excitation. The emission intensity increases very sharply up to a samarium concentration of 2.5 mol% and then decreases as the concentration increases. Therefore, the samarium doping concentration in the tricalcium phosphate phosphor needs to be optimized.
