        붕장어 부산물로 제조한 붕장어탕의 식품학적 특성

        붕장어 가공부산물인 머리와 frame를 효율적으로 이용하기 위한 일련의 연구로 붕장어 부산물을 이용한 붕장어탕의 개발을 시도하였고, 아울러 이의 식품성분 특성에 대하여도 살펴보았다. 살균조건 및 가온일수에 따른 붕장어탕의 저장성 부여를 위한 최적 살균조건은 F? value=8분으로 판단되었다. 붕장어탕의 일반성분은 수분의 경우 90.7%, 조단백질의 경우 4.8%, 조지방의 경우 2.6%, 조회분의 경우 1.5%를 나타내었다. 붕장어탕의 엑스분 질소 함량은 243.1 ㎎/100 g으로 시판 추어탕의 208.0 ㎎/100 g보다 높았다. 붕장어탕의 총 아미노산 함량은 4,310 ㎎/100 g이었고, 주요 구성아미노산은 glutamic acid(637.3 ㎎/100 g, 14.8%), glycine(409.1 ㎎/100 g, 9.5%) 및 alanine(404.4 ㎎/100 g, 9.3%)등이었다. 붕장어탕은 관능적인 비린내는 거의 감지되지 않았고, 맛은 우수하였으며, 항산화능이 인정되었으나 ACE 저해능은 크게 기대할 수 없었다. For the effective use of the conger eel by-products, such as head and frame, Tang, which is the Korean-type soup, from conger eel by-products (TCEB) was developed and its food component characterization was compared with that of commercial Chueotang, loach Tang. According to the results of viable cells and coliform group of TCEB heated at 115oC for various times, the reasonable F0 value was 8 min. The proximate composition of TCEB was 90.7% for the moisture, 4.8% for the protein, 2.6% for the lipid, and 1.5% for the ash. The extractive-nitrogen content of TCEB was 243.1 ㎎/100 g, which was higher than that of commercial Chueotang, 208.0 ㎎/100 g. The total amino acid content of TCEB was 4,310 ㎎/100 g and its major amino acids were glutamic acid (637.3 ㎎/100 g, 14.8%), glycine (409.1 ㎎/100 g, 9.5%) and alanine (404.4 ㎎/100 g, 9.3%). TCEB was not felt in the sensual fish odor and its sensual taste was good. The health functional properties for health of TCEB were 1.29 as a PF (protection factor) for antioxidative activity and 39.4% for angiotensin Ⅰ converting enzyme (ACE) inhibiting activity.

        Aerobic exercise training enhances cell proliferation and reduces IL-2 and IL-6 cytokine production in spleen of high fat diet-induced obese mice

        This study investigated the effect of aerobic exercise training on immune cell proliferation and inflammatory cytokine production in the spleen of high fat diet-induced obese mice. C57B1J6 male mice (4 weeks aged. n20) were fed a high fat diet (45% fat) for 5 weeks so that obesity was led intentionally. Then, these obese mice were divided into 2 groups: control group (CON. n10) or exercise group (EXE, n=l0). EXE performed treadmill running for 30-60 min/day at 10-22 m/min, 0% grade, five times per week for 8 weeks. After 13 weeks, all the splenocyte was collected and Con A (Concanvalin A 10 ㎍/ml) was used to stimulate the cell proliferation. MTS and BIOPLEX assay were used for cell proliferation and cytokine production. Independent t-test was used and a p-value under 0.05 was considered as statistically significant. In the results, body weight, IL-2 and IL-6 production were significantly reduced and Splenocyte proliferation was significantly increased after 8 weeks of exercise training. These findings suggest that aerobic exercise training has a positive effect for improving the obese-induced immune dysfunction.

        온풍 조건에서 수분 탈락 정도에 따른 피부 분류 및 개선 방안에 대한 연구

        피부를 탄력있고 부드럽게 하는 역할은 각질층에 존재하는 수분량에 의해 좌우된다. 피부 수분량은 냉온풍, 건조환경 등 다양한 환경 변화에 의해 영향을 받음이 알려져 있으나, 개인 피부 차이에 따른 피부수분량 변화와 회복 정도에 대해서는 많은 연구가 이루어 지지 않은 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 온풍 조건하에서 피시험자들의 피부 수분 탈락 및 회복 정도를 비교 평가하여 새로운 피부 타입을 제시하고, 온풍 조건에서 저하되는 피부 수분량을 개선 시켜주는 효능 물질을 개발하고자 하였다. 온풍 환경 조성을 위해, 건강한 피험자(남: 10 명, 여: 39 명, 25 세 - 63 세)의 전완부에 온풍(30 cm, 40 ℃, 6 m/s)을 30 min 간 피부에 노출시켜, 피부 수분량의 변화를 평가하였다. 26명(남: 4 명, 여: 22 명, 평균 연령: 42.7 ± 9.4)이 온풍 노출전에 비하여 온풍 노출 후 수분량이 유의하게 감소하며, 노출 후 30 min이 지나도 회복이 되지 않았다. 온풍노출 후 수분량이 떨어지는 피험자(여: 10 명)를 대상으로 보수력이 높은 크림을 3 주간 전완부에 적용한 이후 동일 온풍 조건하에서 피부 수분량을 측정한 결과, 노출 30 min 후 피부 수분량이 온풍 노출 전 수준으로 회복됨을 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 피부는 건조 조건에서 쉽게 수분을 잃어버리는 피부(탈수형 피부)가 존재하는 것을 확인하였다. 이는 앞으로 화장품 개발을 보습 기능뿐만 아니라, 이러한 환경변화에 따른 피부수분이 쉽게 빠져나가는 피부(탈수형 피부)의 특성에 맞는 제품의 효능 개발이 필요함을 보여준다. Elasticity and softness of the skin depend on the level of moisture present in the stratum corneum, which is known to be affected by various environmental changes, such as cold and hot winds and dry environments. However, not many studies have been conducted on changes in skin moisture and the degree of recovery due to individual skin differences. In the present study, we aimed to investigate the effect of warm air heating on skin hydration levels and develop moisturizing formulas to improve lowered skin hydration levels. In order to deliver warm air heating condition, heating dryer (40 ℃, 6 m/s, 30 cm apart from forearm) was applied into inner forearm of healthy subjects (male: 10, female: 39, age: 25 - 63) Among 49 subjects, 26 subjects showed significantly lowered skin hydration levels until 30 min after warm air heating exposure (lowered group). In addition, moisturizing cream with high water holding capacity was applied to forearm of 10 subjects in lowered group for 3 weeks and skin hydration levels after warm air heating were significantly improved at the levels of before application of warm air heating. From this study, we found out that there is a skin type that skin hydration levels are significantly decreased under warm air heating condition (dehydrated skin) and this dehydrated skin can be improved by moisturizing formulas with high water holding capacity.

        급성 유기인제 중독환자의 혈청 Cholinesterase 활성도와 임상적인 의의에 관하여

        To study the pseudocholinesterase acticity and its clinical significance in patients with acute organophosphate poisoning, Authors checked the serum cholinesterase activity in 49 normal subjects and 31 acute organophosphate poisoned patients. The results were followings. 1. The mean pseudocholinesterase activity f normal subjects was 1271 IU/L in male and 1131 IU/L in female. The total mean cholinesterase activity was 1209/ IU/L. 2. The pseudocholinesterase activity of patients were significantly reduced compare to normal. 22 patients(73%) were below 10% of normal, 6 patients(20%) were between 10-20% of normal and only 2 patients (7%) were between 20-50% of normal. 3. As a whole there was more depressed cholinesterase activity in patients with comatous and drowsy mentality, but there was no statistically significant difference between three groups. 4. The pseudocholinesterase activity in patients with respiratory failure was more depressed than without respiratory failure, but there was no statistically significant difference between three groups. 4. The pseudocholinesterase activity in patients with respiratory failure was more depressed than without respiratory failure, but there was no statistically significant difference presented. 5. The mean arterial blood gas checked on arrival was pH 7.386, PaO?? 66mmHg, PaCO?? 38mmHg 02 Saturation 91%. There was noted no statistically significant correlation between pseudocholinesterase activity and these parameters. 6. The pseudocholinesterase activity on the 1st day of admission was 5.7% of normal and progressively increased during admission. On the 14th day of admission, the pseudocholinesterase activity was 35.5% of normal and it takes 20 days to reach 50% of normal. Authors concluded that serum cholinesterase activity of acute organonphosporus poisoned patients were markedly depressed and progressively increased during admission. As a whole the pseudocholine-sterase activity seemed to be related to the clinical findings but no statistically significant difference was found.

        개에서 이중 결찰법을 통한 동맥관 개존증의 완치 예

        A ten months old, female Yorkshire terrier weighing 2.88 kg referred to veterinary teaching hospital of college of veterinary medicine, Konkuk University because of syncope, cough and dyspnea. First hematological and serum chemical test revealed thrombocytopenia, mild anemia, and increase of concentration of ALP (195 U/L). On 57 days later, second hematological and serum chemical test revealed polycythemia, increase of concentration of ALP (211 U/L), and Tchol (387 mg/dl). Right atrium enlargement, main pulmonary artery bulge and cardiomegaly (VHS = 11.5) were observed in radiographic findings. Ultrasonographic images showed both right and left ventricular dilation and turbulent flow between the descending aorta and the main pulmonary artery in color Doppler imaging. ECG showed left ventricular enlargement, SA block, and electrical alternant. Thoracotomy was performed through left fourth intercostal incision under isoflurane anesthesia. Patent ductus arteriosus was double ligated with 1-0 silk. Cough and dyspnea disappeared on 5 days after operation. Turbulent flow was not found in color doppler imaging of ultrasonography on 10 days after operation. Ten months later after the operation, syncope could not exist any more.

        수산물 산지종합처리장 부지선정 모형 개발 및 적용에 관한 연구

        Recently increasing amount of efforts has been devoted to the improvement of logistics in the marine products industry. Yet, few studies have been conducted on the development of site selection models of marine products centers. This paper proposes a systematic assessment model for the decision making, which is composed of a set of evaluation criteria and an appropriate evaluation method. In choosing criteria we consider completeness and comprehensiveness to reach a right solution. For more flexibility of the model in the future, this study proposes two sets of criteria according to the size of planned centers. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is adopted in this study, since the criteria incorporate both subjective factors and objective factors and the AHP is known effective in the situation. This study then illustrates the model application with plausible alternatives. Finally, a dependency problem in the decision criteria is discussed and the Analytic Network Process (ANP) is recommended, in the context, as a solution method.

        The purpose of this study is to explore store patronage factors in the service industry and to analyze their importances. The research design of this study incorporates two phases ; structuring a hierarchical factor model and evaluating composed factors. The Analytic Hierarchy Process is employed to produce objective priorities from subjective judgments. The empirical survey reveals that the location-related factor is the most important, out of four factors, and is almost equivalently followed by the product-related factor. The results of this study would contribute to solving location problems in the service industry. v

      • 金綱 充塡管을 통한 氣體-固體의 輸送에 관한 硏究

        This study was carried out to investigate the effect of solid mass flow rate and mean particle diameter on minimun carrying velocity, which was defined as the superficial gas velocity of the upper limit of choking phenomenon, when vertical pneumatic conveying was made through a screen-packed pipe whose inner diameter and length were 4.6cm and 180cm respectively. It was also examined the effect of superficial gas velocity, solid mass flow rate and mean particle diameter on pressure drop. And these minimum carrying velocity and pressure drop were compared with those in an empty pipe. Superficial gas velocity was taken 3.0m/sed to 5.5m/sec. Solid mass flow rate was controlled by five orifices which had different opening dimensions and its range was 2.90g/sec to 16.35g/sec. Silica sand of three sizes (mean diameter; 425㎛, 280㎛, 180㎛) was used as solid particle. The pressure drop in a screen-packed pipe increased as superficial gas velocity, solid mass flow rate and mean particle diameter increased. And the pressure drop in an empty pipe also increased according to the increase of solid mass flow rate, but it decreased though superficial gas velocity increased within the range of experimental conditions. In the case of minimum carrying velocity, it increased as solid mass flow rate and mean particle diameter increased. The pressure drop in a screen-packed pipe was far higher than that in an empty pipe. However, the minimum carrying velocity in the former was slightly lower than that in the latter.

        This study was formed the basis of propelling for being closely connecting between School PE(Physical Education) and Local Society Exercise for regarding the cooperation possibility depending on the actual situation. From this, it is helpful for evaluating the total understanding of the present condition form School PE and Local Society Exercise and grasping the realities concretely. To gain the above result, the subject of study is on 48 agencies among 50 agencies that include 30 elementary and middle schools, 15 government offices, 5 YMCA offices. After investigating the plan of providing physical activity program except result PE class and the connecting program with School PE and its activation, it comes to the conclusion below this. There is the period of possible time for propelling the cooperating model at School and Local Society PE which is special activity class after school, club activity class, discretional activity class and the vacation, weekends. And also there are many participating agencies that are school, local society, public sports center and community, the youth group, local autonomous entity PE post, prfessional physical association and community, city and countries Education Office and the sports-lover's group etc. So far, the connecting program is operated at 24 agencies which are 3 elementary school(30%), 5 middle school(50%), 4 high school(40%)m 7 government office(70%), 5 YMCA office(80%). As the reason of non-operating it, the first is the lack of the charger, spare time and considering teacher's advantage when time is arranged at the teacher and leader's part. The second is the falling behind facility and the lack of place and appliance for practicing. The third is the insufficient of connecting program at program part and increasingly number of students who are individual participating at the side of local society physical agency at school. The forth is the lack of finances for running at economy part and overpaying of using fee. The fifth is the lack of the activity time at the elementary school and putting first in importance the exam for university enterance at middle and high school. The sixth is the parents and principals and school committee have little understanding of the physical educating in common at recognition part. The seventh is the cooperating company's preparation is not enough and incomplete relation each other. Looking into the opinion for activating plan of connecting program which is classified into common contents, the result is presented the same reaction both of them that the professional leader arrangement is needed at teacher and leader's part. At the facility expansion and open program part is required for a various program. In the case of school at economy condition part, more cheaper than expenses for facilities is needed and also the renovation of the education system And at the recognition part, the positive attitude of school is needed. At the safety part, the solution of safety problem for responsibility is needed. At the administration part, the support for professional agency and the change of systemic role for connecting agency.

      • GDI 엔진의 흡기계 정상상태 유동 특성에 관한 연구

        Lean burn gasoline engine, classified into port injection and direct injection, is recognized as a promising way to meet better fuel economy. Especially, gasoline direct injection engine is becoming increasingly popular due to their potential for improved fuel economy and emissions. Also, GDI engine has the advantages of higher power output, higher thermal efficiency, higher EGR tolerance due to the operation characteristics of increased volumetric efficiency, compression ratio and ultra-lean combustion scheme. However, GDI engine has many difficulties to be solved, such as complexity of injection control mode(fuel injection timing, injection rate), fuel injection pressure, spark timing, unburned hydrocarbon and restricted power. This study aims to develope fundamental key techniques for the lean burn in GDI engine. The techniques in this study include intake port design (SCV) and test method. Experimental is applied to investigate the effects of swirl control valves to improve the engine performance and emission, efficiency in GDI engine.
