      • 종양병동과 일반병동 간호사의 암성통증 관리에 대한 지식과 수행 비교

        Purpose: to compare the level of knowledge and practice regarding cancer pain management between nurses working in general units versus nurses working in oncology units. Method: The subjects of this study were 260 nurses in total. They were 129 nurses in oncology units and 131 nurses in non-oncology units who have had more than 6 months of work experiences recently. Data collection was carried out in six different university hospitals in five different cities in the southern part of Korea The data were collected using structured questionnaires from October 25, 2010 to November 7, 2010. To measure the level of knowledge and practice of cancer pain management in nurses, the instrument, which was initially translated and later revised by Jo, Eun-Kyung(2009), was utilized in this study. The instrument was based on the Cancer Pain Management Guideline (2008) developed by the Korean Ministry for Health, Welfare and Family Affairs. The data were processed and analyzed by SPSS Window 18.0 program in terms of frequency, percentage, mean, t-test, and X 2-test. Results: 1. The results revealed that there was no significant relationship between those two groups when their age, the length and the place of work experiences, religion, education level, work experiences with cancer patiaits and the needs of pain education were compared However, there were significant differences between those two groups when their position, current work place, experience of cancer pain education and the number of exposure to the cancer pain education were compared. 2. Total mean score of knowledge regarding cancer pain management was significantly higher in cancer unit nurses(21.57±4.46) than those(18.78±4.30) in general units (t=-5.130, p< .000). The degree of knovdedge about non-drug therapy (t=-3.834, p< .000) were significantly higher in nurses in oncology units than those in general units. 3. Total mean score of practice regarding cancer pain management was not significantly different in those two grcxips(t=-1.406, p= .161) and the degree of practice about non-drug therapy (t=0.751, p= .453) were significantly higher in oncology unit nurses than those in general units. Conclusion: total mean score of knowledge regarding cancer pain management was significantly higher in cancer unit nurses than those in general units. And total mean score of practice regarding cancer pain management was not significantly different in those two groups. Therefore, it is likely that the education about cancer pain management seems highly recommended for nurses working in non-oncology units as well as nurses in oncology units.

        Today human needs for health promotion and maintenance are increasing. The nursing progression has a great responsibility for helping clients to practice good health behavior. self efficacy was found to be potent predictor in initiating and maintaining the health-related behavior. Therefore, the concept is important in nursig intervention for change of health behavior. The purpose of this paper was to analyze and clarify the meaning of the concept, self efficacy. This study used Walder & Avant's process of concept analysis. Critical attributes of self efficacy were : 1) positive perception of his won capability; 2) intrapersonal strength; 3) possibility of being learned; 4) individuality; 5) specificity; 6) generalizability. Antecedents of self efficacy consist of those facts that 1) new situation occurs; 2) individuals have needs to change the new situation; 3) there are some required actions in new situation. Consequences occurring as a result of self efficacy consist of those facts that 1) individual initiates the of failure; 5) cope with the situation; 6) controls the situation; 7) the level of self efficacy is enhanced; 8) the level of self-esteem is enhanced.

      • 임상실습 교육개선을 위한 간호학생의 간호활동시간 분석

        신규간호사의 능력은 간호학생 때의 다양한 임상경험에 기초를 둔다. 따라서, 간호대학의 교수, 병원 지도자, 임상지도자는 간호학생들이 다양한 지식을 획득하고 간호기술을 경험할 수 있도록 도와주는 중요한 역할을 한다. 이 연구의 목적은 이러한 간호학생들의 임상실습에서 수행하는 간호활동과 간호활동 시간을 분석하고자 하는데 있다. 연구결과 간호학생 1인당 직접간호활동 시간은 185.5분(직접간호비율은 56.7%)으로 141.65분(간접간호 비율은 43.3%)인 간접간호활동 시간보다 많았다. 직접간호활동 시간 중 활력징후 측정이 51.9분으로 가장 많은 시간을 차지하였고, 간접간호활동 시간 중에는 차트보기가 22.98분으로 가장 많은 시간을 차지하였다. 전반적으로 기본적인 임상간호 수행기술에 소요되는 시간이 고도의 숙련된 간호기술을 수행하는데 드는 시간보다 많은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 본 연구결과를 토대로 간호대학의 지도자와 병원의 지도자 및 임상지도자가 함께 임상실습 교육과정의 지침서와 평가서를 평가할 필요가 있다고 제언하는 바이다. The competence of newly graduated nurses is based on various clinical experiences gained when they were students. Therefore, professors in nursing schools, directors in hospitals or preceptors must play a critical role in assisting them to obtain various knowledge and experienced nursing skills. The purpose of this study is to investigate nursing care activities and nursing care hours practiced by nursing students in clinical experience. The results of this study showed that the direct nursing care hours per each nursing student are 185.5 mins(direct nursing care rate 56.7%) and it is higher than indirect nursing care hours, 141.65 mins(indirect nursing care rate 43.3%). The hours of checking vital signs are the longest(51.9mins) among the direct nursing care activities, and the hours of reviewing chart are the longest(22.98mins) among the indirect nursing care activities. In general, the time of performing basic clinical nursing technique was higher than that of performing high skilled nursing technique. And nursing observation was higher than that of directly performing task. So, we suggest based on the results of this study as follows. It is needed for nursing instructors in nursing schools and hospitals together to evaluate the guidelines and check-list of clinical practice courses.

      • 간호 학생의 임상실습 효율을 위한 기초 조사 연구

        임상실습 교육은 간호이론을 실무에 적용하는 기회를 제공하는 과정으로서 임상실습이 간호교육의 중요한비중을 차지하고 있다는 것은 주지의 사실이다. 이러한 중요성에도 불구하고, 임상실습 교육에 즉각적인 해결이 어려운 많은 문제점이 있음도 이미 알고 있는 사실이다 이에 임상실습 교육의 기초 자료로 활용되고 있는 실습목록표에 대한 간호 학생들의 실습목표의 명확한 이해와 더불어 이론과 실습의 연계성을 강화시키고자 하였다. 성인간호, 모성간호, 이동간호 3개 영역 모두에서 공통적으로 기본임상간호 항목이나 기본간호술과 관련된 항목에서 직접수행의 빈도가 높았고 숙련된 기술적인 처치나 전문성을 필요로 하는 항목에서는 관찰과 수행경험이 부족한 것으로 나타났다. Clinical performance is not only the process of providing the opportunity for applying nursing theory into practice but also it is a well-known fact that clinical performance is an important part in nursing education. lnspite of this importance, it is also true that many problem with no immediate solution exist in clinical performance of nursing students. thus, through measuring and analyzing the degree of clinical experience of the nursing students, on the nursing checklist that is being used as the basic guide in clinical education, we tried to clearly understand the objectives of clinical performance and to emphasize the connection between theory and clinical performance. The results of the study showed that the frequency of directly performing tasks was high in all areas of adult health nursing, maternity nursing, and child nursing for the items of basics clinical nursing and items related with basic nursing techniques, and that the experiences of observation and execution were lacking in the items needing skilled treatment or speciality.

      • 체크리스트를 통한 대학생의 환경실천현황 분석

        본 연구는 서울여자대학교 대학생의 환경실천현황과 인식조사를 통해 기후변화시대에 대응하기 위한 대학에서의 환경교육 활성화와 실천의 문제점 등을 파악하기 위하여 수행되었다. 연구는 2011학년도 1학기 ‘기후변화와 녹색성장' 과목을 수강한 학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 학생들의 행동양식을 분석하였다. 설문내용은 크게 응답자에 대한 일반사항, 체크리스트에 관한 설문, 그리고 기후변화와 녹색성장과 환경에 대한 사항의 3개 분야로 나누어 41개 문항으로 이루어져 시행되었다. 설문조사를 통해 강의 후 환경의 심각성에 대해 느끼는 정도와 설문대상자들의 환경을 위한 실천 활동 정도 등에 대해 분석한 결과 평소 환경에 관심을 갖고 있던 학생이 50%정도로 나타났으며, 강의 후 환경의 심각성을 느낀다고 답한 학생은 75%정도의 비율을 보여 이는 환경에 대해 큰 관심이 없던 학생들에게 대학에서의 환경교육을 통해 그 심각성을 일깨워준 것으로 나타났다. 또한 수업을 들은 학생의 대부분이 항상 또는 자주, 가끔 등 그 빈도의 차이는 있으나 환경을 위해 평소 생활에서 가능한 실천들을 행하고 있는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 종합해 볼 때 대학에서의 환경교육은 학생들의 환경의식 변화를 꾀하여 보다 지속가능한 삶을 위해 필요한 환경적 인재를 양성하는 것은 물론 지역사회로의 확대를 통해 사회적, 환경적 변화를 가져올 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구에서 확인할 수 있었던 학생들의 환경에 대한 인식을 통해 대학에서는 지속가능하며, 로하스적인 삶을 위한 교육을 더욱 확대해야함을 인지하고, 또한 이를 위해 환경에 대한 교육적 프로그램에 관한 연구가 이루어지는 것이 필요하다. 주요어:인식조사, 체크리스트, 한국대학, 환경교육 For this study, the check list for environment were written through the environment education of 'Climate change and green growth', an academic liberal arts subject which is necessary for freshmen of Seoul Women's University. And then, the study was conducted so as to vitalize the environment education of universities for responding the age of climate change based on the survey of students' recognition on environment after the class. For the study, students' behavior pattern was analyzed by the survey for students who attended the subject of ‘Climate change and green growth' during the first semester of 2011. The survey was fulfilled with 41 questionnaires whose contents are divided into 3 fields greatly. Through the survey, the degree that they feel the seriousness of environment, the degree that they conduct environment action, etc. after the class were analyzed. As the result, students who were usually interested in environment were about 50% and students who responded they felt the seriousness of environment after the class were about 75%, so it means that environment education of universities let students who were not interested greatly in environment know its seriousness. Also, most of students who attended the class put the things which are possible in daily life for environment into practice although each student had a difference of the frequency. If synthesizing the above results, environment education of universities is judged to not only cultivate environmental people which are necessary for more sustainable life by promoting the change of students' recognition on environment but also bring social and environmental changes by expanding into regional society. Through the students' recognition on environment, which could be confirmed by this study, universities must recognize that the education for sustainable and LOHAS life should be more expanded and conduct studies on the educational program for environment.         의복단서 및 착용자 연령이 인상형성에 미치는 영향 : 남성 정장을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study was to investigate men's clothing in regard to (1) the effect of wearer's age and clothing cues on impression formation, and (2) the effect of perceiver's age on impressions formed by the wearer's age and the fuction of clothing cues. The experimental design of this study was between-subjects 2⁴-full factorial design by 4 independent variables. The subjects consisted of 192 subjects in each of two male perceiver groups according to age(20s and 50s). The experimental materials developed for the study were a set of stimuli and a response scale. The stimuli consisted of 16 color photographs made by identical manipulations of 4 independent variables consisting of 2 levels each. Each one of the sixteen sub-samples included 12 subjects from 2 perceiver groups. The independent variables provided by the photographs were (1) wearer's age (20s and 50s), (2) suit color (navy blue and beige), '(3) suit style (single breasted and double breasted), and (4) necktie color (analogous and complementary colors). The 7-point semantic differential response scale which was designed to measure the impression of the stimuli was composed of 30 bipolar adjectives. The responses to the semantic differential scales were analyzed using factor analysis and ANOVA. The results were as follows:1) Wearer's age, suit color, suit style, and necktie color had significant effects on impression of the 3 factors (appearance·potency, individuality·activity, and evaluation) partially. However, the suit style was the most dominent clothing cue : the single breasted suit conveyed positive impression of individuality·activity to both of the wearer's age groups than double breasted suit did on both of the perceiver's age groups. 2) Perceiver's age partially influenced impressions formed by the age and the clothing cues of men clothed in suits : the young perceiver's group was less affected by them than middle aged group.

        TIMSS-R 과학 성취도에서의 성 차이

        학업성취도 국제 비교 연구 결과에서 우리나라 남렛?학생의 과학 성취도 차이가 큰 것으로 보고되고 있다. 이 연구에서는 TIMSS-R과학 성취도에서의 성 차이를 문항 수준에서 살펴보기 위하여 각 문항의 GDI(Gender Difference Index) 값을 산출하였다. 그리고 문항 유형, 성취수준, 내용 영역에 따른 GDI 값을 비교하였다. 문항 유형에 상관없이 우리나라와 국제 결과 모두 남학생이 여학생보다 성취도가 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 우리나라의 성차가 국제 평균보다 크게 나타났다. 특히 우리나라 여학생들은 선다형 문항에서 상대적으로 낮은 성취도를 나타내었다 성취수준에 따른 우리나라와 국제의 GDI 값을 비교해 보면, 상위 10%에 해당되는 문항들에 대해서는 우리나라의 GDI 값이 국제의 경우보다 낮게 나타났으나 그 이외의 성취수준에 해당되는 문항들에 대해서는 우리나라의 GDI 값이 더 높게 나타났고 특히 상위 50%에 해당되는 문항들의 경우 우리나라와 국제의 차이가 크게 나타났다. 내용 영역별로 남ㆍ여학생의 성취도를 비교했을 때는 과학 탐구와 과학의 본성 영역을 제외하고는 모든 내용 영역에서 우리나라 남학생들의 성취도가 여학생들보다 높았다. GDI가 10 이상인 문항 중 남학생들의 성취도가 높은 문항들은 생물과 지구과학 영역에 속하는 경우가 상대적으로 많았으며, 학교 교육과정에서 전혀 배우지 않은 문항들의 비율 또한 비교적 높았다. 그리고 남학생들이 높은 성취도를 보이는 문항은 전 수행 영역에 걸쳐서 비교적 골고루 분포되어 있었다. 이상에서와 같이 문항 유형, 성취수준, 내용 영역에 따라 과학에서의 남렛㈖剋萱?성취도 차이가 다르게 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 여학생들의 과학 성취도를 향상시키기 위한 방안을 모색하는 과정에서 보다 구체적인 방향을 제시할 것으로 기대된다. The purpose of the study was to produce resources to help develop instructional methods and programs for school science to reduce gender differences in science achievement by analyzing TIMSS-R results according to item type, benchmark, and content category. Korean male students performed higher than Korean female students and gender differences of Korean students were higher than international means in all item types including multiple-choice, short answer, and extended response type. GDI(Gender Difference Index) of Korean students was lower than international mean in top 10% benchmark but higher than international means in other benchmarks. Korean male students also exhibited higher performance than Korean female students in all content categories except scientific inquiry and the nature of science category. Regarding items that GDIs were higher than 10, the number of items belonged to life science and earth science category was relatively larger and a high percentage of them was not included in school science curriculum. In addition, the items were equally distributed in each performance category. In sum, the study showed various gender differences according to item type, benchmark, and content category. The results could be used to find appropriate instructional methods to reduce gender differences in science achievement.

        수업용 CD-ROM 제작 및 이를 적용시킨 효과적인 학습지도안 개발 : 중학교 1학년 가정 한복 입기를 중심으로 In the Point of Wearing Korean Traditional Costume for First Grade of Junior Middle School Students in Home Economics Teaching

        The goals of the research are for producing and optimizing the CD-ROM effective and practical Teaching-Learning method. It consists of Wearing Korean Tradition Costume for the First Grade of Middle School Students in Home Economics Teaching. This research's summarization in following. First, the multi- media material, CD-ROM making use of Powerpoint. Wearing Korean Traditional Costume is produced to help the students learn the difficult contents in terms of video and audio. Second, It is introduced the model of "Open Education for increasing the efficiency f class. Third, it is developed to proceed the class with the CD-ROM and small group study of place activity. Fourth, it helps students concentrate on the class with proper sound effect whenever the slide films are changed. And it helps to link the web sited related to Korean Traditional Costume. Finally, another kinds of suggestions are following. The effective verification of this software that is tested and applied at the field for a given period willbe necessary. And, it is necessary to upgrade for the CD-ROM and the supplementary teaching materials in Korean Traditional Costume education.

        원형의 관점에서 본 초등문학교육

        본 연구의 목적은 문학교육의 접근 방법의 하나인 원형의 관점에서 초등문학교육의 특성을 살펴보는 데 있다. 이를 위해 먼저, Aristoteles의 일원론적 인식론, Kant의 무목적의 합목적성, Moulton의 종합예술로서의 ballad dance설을 중심으로 문학 원형의 의미를 고찰하였다. 원형의 일원론적 인식론은 문학을 종합예술로 인식하고 있다는 점에서 기존의 문학에 대한 관점을 새롭게 조명한다. 그리고 텍스트, 학습자, 수업방법적 특성으로 나누어 문학 원형으로서 초등문학교육의 특성을 제시하였다. 이 논의는 아동문학 작품의 상징성과 윤리성 및 아동의 특성인 원형적 심상(동심)을 충분히 살려야 초등문학교육의 본질에 다가서는 교육을 할 수 있으며, 이를 위해 기호언어와 비기호언어 등 다양한 방법을 활용하여 초등문학교육이 이루어져야한다는 것을 시사한다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the characteristic of elementary literature education from the viewpoint of archetype. To begin with, we examined the meaning of literature archetype, focusing on the Aristotelian epistemology of monism, Kant's purposeless of purposiveness, and Moulton's theory of ballad dance. In epistemology of monism, we redefine the existing literature as a synthetic art. The characteristic of elementary literature education as literature archetype was suggested according to the characteristic of text, learner, and teaching method. This study suggest that we will perform to approach the nature of the elementary literature education in consideration of symbolism and ethicality of the children's literature and the innocence of a child. Therefore we will use various methods as colloquial language, written language, paralanguage, aural medium and visual medium.
