        This study was carried out to test the body fat breakdown during topical seaweed extract treatment and in combination with the aerobic exercise. Of 20 female obesity subjects, ten treated a cream types of seaweed extract(control group) and ten treated a placebo cream(placebo group). Topical treatment of each sample was designed for 4 weeks, and treated with 2 times a day about 10ml on the abdomen and the thigh, respectively. All subjects were participated aerobic dance half hour a day and four times a week. After 4 weeks of topical treatment and exercise, they were measured body fat, skinfold thickness, body circumference. Then venous blood samples were taken and analyzed blood cells, serum enzymes, and serum lipids. There were reduction of body weight, % of body fat, antebrachium, brachium, chest, waist, thigh circumference and abdomen thickness between pre and post treatment in both group. Especially, body weight and % of body fat significantly reduced in the subjects treating the seaweed extract than those treating the placebo. There were significant decrement in total cholesterol and LDL whereas increment in HDL and TBIL in the control group, but no significant difference in the placebo group. In conclusion, there were 7.6% of body fat reduction during 4 weeks of aerobic exercise and 21% of body fat reducement in combination of topical seaweed treatment and exercise, respectively. These results suggest that the topical treatment of seaweed extract should be very effective for fat breakdown. Especially, the body fat breakdown maximized in the combination with the topical seaweed extracts treatment and the aerobic exercise.

        협부 화상반흔의 교정에 있어서 Cervicofacial Flap의 이용

        The face and its features have been the subject of poet and artistic endeavors throughout the ages. Because a person's face is hghly visible and difficult to camouflage, large burn scar on sheek is obvious to others and may be distressing to the affected individual. Particular skill is required of the surgeon reconstructing large burn scar on cheek, because the cosmetic result will have physical and psychological implocations for patient. Cervicofacial flap has much advantages for reconstruction of large burn scar on cheek as followings; 1. Satisfactory color and controur match. 2. Excellent result in function and appearance. 3. One stage reconstruction as simple procedure. 4. Inset scar lies along nasolabial fold and RSTL. 5. No requirement of delay procedure. 6. Good viability.

        Dentinogenesis imperfecta is an inherited disorder of dentin formation, usually exhibiting an autosomal dominant mode of transmission. Type Ⅰdentinogenesis imperfects occurs in Patients afflicted with osteogenesis imperfecta. Type Ⅱdentinogenesis imperfecta is not associated with osteogenesis imperfects. Type Ⅲ dentinogenesis imperfecta (Brandywine type) occurs in a racial isolate area in the state of Maryland. Clinically, the color of teeth may range from a gray to brownish violet or yellowish brown with translucent or opalescent hue. The enamel often chips and fractures away, allowing speedy attrition of the remaining, poorly calcified. softer dentin. Roentgenographic features include pulpal obliteration, bulbous crowns and short and blunted roots. The cementum, periodontal membrane and the supporting bone appear normal

        The objective of this study is, that to explore alternative model for integration of team design and institutionalization to team implementation. At first, we suggested that the effective team must be designed to fit organizational context and team design variable. Organizational contexts consist of internal conditions and external environment. We focus internal conditions to employee capability and the interdependence dynamics and complexity. Team design variables were focused on multi-skilling and self-management. Then we argue that institutionalization of the team is very important to maintain organizational performance and survival. The team institutionalization as process based on institutionalization theory. We suggest to institutional environment and process around team in organization. We expect that integration model of this team design and institutionalization is useful for understanding and maintaining team effectiveness.

        SSL 프로토콜은 최근 네트워크 시스템에서 광범위 하게 사용되는 메카니즘중의 하나이다. 본 논문에서는 SSL 프로토콜을 기반으로 인터넷 전자상거래에서 안전한 서비스를 실현하는 정보보호 시스템을 설계하였다. 여기에서는 네가지 중요한 정보보호 서비스를 제공한다. 첫 번째는 SSL에서 제공하는 인증서를 이용한 인증서비스이고, 두 번째는 DES 암호 알고리즘을 이용한 메시지 암호화 서비스이다. 세 번째는 해쉬 알고리즘을 이용한 메시지의 무결성 서비스이고 네 번째는 부인봉쇄 정보 서비스이다. 그러므로, 정보는 본 논문에서 특별히 설계된 부인봉쇄 서비스를 이용한 정보보호 메카니즘을 통해 안전하게 전송된다. The SSL(Secure Socket Layer) protocol is one of the mechanism widely used in the recent network system The information security system for realization of a secured service in the internet electronic commerce based on the SSL is designed in this paper There are important four information security services The first is the authentication service using the Certificate offered from the SSL(Secure Socket Layer), the second is the message confidentiality service using the DES encryption algorithm, the third is the message integrity service using Hash function, and the fourth is Non-repudiation service Therefore, information could be transferred securely under the information security mechanism including Non-repudiation service especially designed in this paper

        Characteristics of the Germline <em>MEN1</em> Mutations in Korea: A Literature Review

        Purpose: Multiple endocrine neoplasia type 1 (MEN-1) is an autosomal dominant disease caused by the <em>MEN1</em> germline mutation. We reviewed previous reports in order to sum-marize the characteristics of germline <em>MEN1</em> mutation in Korea.Methods: We retrieved the relevant literature regarding <em>MEN1</em> germline mutation in Korea using the Pubmed (<a href="http://www.pubmed.org/">http://www.pubmed.org/</a>) and Koreamed (<a href="http://www.koreamed.org/">http://www.koreamed.org/</a>) databases from 2000 to 2012. We evaluated the pedigree of the patients in order to exclude the same, repeated families. We collected all data on the types of mutations and clinical characteristics.Results: There were nine studies with 12 cases of <em>MEN1</em> mutations in Korea. Two cases were sporadic MEN-1. C.196_200dupAGCCC was reported in three families. There were six cases of frameshift mutation, three cases of missense mutation, two cases of nonsense mutation, and one case of splice site mutation. Five mutations were novel mutations not previously reported.Conclusion: We summarized the characteristics of germline <em>MEN1</em> mutations in Korea. Genetic testing of <em>MEN1</em> is rare in Korea; however, it will be useful in preclinical diagnosis and genetic counseling.

      • 다층구조를 갖는 다공질규소층의 제작과 이의 물성

        단결정규소 웨이퍼를 15% HF에탄올 용액에서 양극 산화시켜 다공질규소를 얻는 과정에서 전류밀도와 에칭시간에 따라 굴절률이 주기적으로 변하는 다충의 다공질규소층(porous silicon multilayers)을 구현하였다. 그리고 다층의 다공질규소층(Ⅰ) 다공질규소 발광충, 또 다른 다층의 다공질규소층(Ⅱ)의 순으로 구성된 porous silicon microcavity(PSM)를 제작하고 그 물성을 조사하였다. PSM 상하에 위치한 다층의 다공질규소층의 단면을 AFM(Atomic Force Microscope)으로 조사한 결과 고굴절률과 저굴절률이 주기적으로 교차하는 층이 균일하게 형성되었으며, 중앙의 다공질규소 발광층도 균일하게 나타났다. 다층의 다공질규소층 및 다공질규소 발광층의 두께를 각각 실호파장의 1/4배 및 2배가 되도록 하였을 때 특정파장의 필터로 쓰일 수 있는 브래그 반사경(Brag reflector)의 특성이 나타났다. 또한 PSM의 발광 스펙트럼은 그 반치폭이 현저히 감소하고 발광의 세기가 크게 증가되는 경향을 보였다. By periodically varying the current density and etching time during anodic oxidation of crystalline silicon wafers in 15% HF-ethanol solution, we obtained porous silicon multilayers which have periodically varying refractive index. We fabricated the porous silicon microcavity (PSM) which consist of porous silicon multilayers(Ⅰ), active layer of porous silicon, and porous silicon multilayers(Ⅱ) and investigated its physical properties. The AFM (Atomic Force Microscope) measurement from the cross section of multilayers (Ⅰ and Ⅱ) shows uniformity of high refractive index and low index layers as well as the active layer. We observed the characteristics of Bragg reflector when the thickness of layers was 1/4 and the thickness of active layer was twice of the effective wavelength, which can be used as a filter for specific wavelength. We found the emission characteristic from the PSM, which FWHM (full width half maximum) was considerably decreased and emission intensity was increased.

      • 지반재료의 비선형 응력~변형율 정식화에 관한 연구 : 퇴적연암을 대상으로 Sedimentary Soft Rock

        The deformation behavior of soils and rocks from the small strain (say, less than 0.1%) to large strain is very important when evaluating deformation and stress conditions of ground, soil structures and foundations. In addition, they are needed to be formulated in the form of equation for the use in the numerical analysis such as FEM, categorization of different soil types by means of the parameters used in the formulated equations and the estimation of the deformation modulus at a specified strain or stress level from the stiffness values measured in the field at a certain strain or stress level, by using the formulated strain or stress dependency for the soil type concerned. In the former part of this paper, it is shown that the original hyperbolic relation and other forms of hyperbolic relation with constant parameters of strength and intial stiffness can simulate only a part of a observed stress-strain relation obtained from the triaxial compression test of a sedimentary soft rock, of even cannot utterly. It is expected, therefore, that the hyperbolic relation with the coefficients of correction C_1 and C_2 either or both of which is(are) a function of strain X may simulate better a observed stress-strain relation. In the latter part, this point is examined. In particular, a new form of hyperbolic equation is proposed, which can model stress-strain relation of sedimentary soft rocks from very small strain to the peak stress condition.
