      • DSC를 이용한 인듐, 주석, 아연의 열물성 측정 시 승온속도와 분위기의 영향

        시차주사열량계(DSC)를 이용하여 인듐, 주석, 아연의 융점과 용율열의 차이를 조사하였다. 승온속도는 5, 10, 그리고 20℃/min으로 하였고, 분위기 가스로는 아르곤, 질소, 그리고 건조공기를 사용하였다. 인듐의 경우는 융점은 질소와 공기 분위기에서 5℃/min의 승온속도에서, 용융열은 20℃/min의 승온속도에서 아르곤 분위기에서 문헌 값과 유사하게 나타났다. 주석의 경우는 융점과 용융열이 5℃/min의 승온속도에서 공기 중 분위기에서 문헌값과 유사했다. 아연의 경우는 융점은 5℃/min의 승온속도에서 공기 중 분위기였고, 용융열은 10℃/min에서 아르곤 분위기에서 유사하게 나타났다. 이 실험에서는 승온속도가 증가할수록 융점이 증가하는 것으로 나타났고, 분위기보다는 승온속도에 더 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. Indium, Tin, and Zinc were used to investigate the differences of the melting point and heat of fusion by the Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC). The heating rates were 5. 10, and 20℃/min, and the purging gases were Ar, N₂. and Air. The best results comparing to reference were obtained at the following conditions: for T_{m} of Indium, 5℃/min heating rate in N2 and Air atmosphere. for AH of Indium, 20℃/min heating rate in Ar: for T_{m} and AH of Tin. 5℃/min heating rate in Air atmosphere: for T_{m}, of Zinc, 5℃/min heating rate in Air atmosphere. for ΔH of Zinc. 10℃/min heating rate in Ar. In this study, as the heating rate increased. the melting point increased all samples. The melting point and heat of fusion were more influenced by the heating rate rather than by purging gas for all samples.

        개에서 디스템퍼 바이러스와 톡소플라즈마의 혼합 감염

        A 3 month-old male dog with clinical signs of anorexia, soft stool, ocular and nasal discharge, cough and respiratory distress was submitted to the Cheju National University for diagnosis. At necropsy, tan to purple-red sublobar to lobar consolidations were presented in apical and cardiac lobe of lung. Histopathologically, severe diffuse bronchointerstitial pneumonia with necrotic bronchiolitis was noted in the lung. The demyelinating encephalitis and astrocytosis were presented in cerebellum and cerebrum. Numerous round, ovoid or cluster of tachyzoites were also identified in alveolar lumen, alveolar wall and cytoplasm of macrophages in the lung. The orgasnisms were demonstrated as Toxoplasma (T) gondii by immunohistochemistry. Intranuclear or intracytoplasmic eosinophilic inclusion bodies were seen in the glial cells of the cerebellum. Canine distemper virus (CDV) specific antigens were demonstrated in the cerebellum by the immunohistochemistry. In our knowledge, this is believed to be the first confirmed report of co-infection of CDV and T gondii in dog in Korea.

        레이저와 2차원 배열의 광전검출기를 이용한 구조물의 변위측정 시스템의 개발에 관한 연구

        일반적으로 구조물은 외부의 정적 및 동적 하중과 외부환경으로 인하여 피로균열과 부식이 발생하며, 이것은 구조물의 변형을 유발하여 결국 파단으로 이어지기 때문에 균열과 부식의 검출 및 평가와 함께 구조물의 변형에 의한 진동, 변위 기울기와 같은 거동을 감시하는 것도 매우 중요하다. 이에 레이저 센서 시스템을 이용하여 이러한 거동을 측정하여 이상 유무를 모니터링할 수 있는 구조물 안전감시 시스템을 개발하였다. 본 시스템은 2차원으로 배열한 광전센서를 이용하여 구조물의 변형에 의해 유발된 광궤적의 변화를 감시하며 또한 데이터를 취득하고 신호처리 할 수 있는 운용 프로그램도 갖추고 있다. 본 연구에서는 개발한 안전 진단 시스템의 필드 적용에 앞서 실험실에서의 몇 가지 실험을 통하여 그 효용성을 검증하였다. A Safety Monitoring System using a laser and 2-D arrayed photo sensors is developed. To monitor of the deformation and small rotation of structure the developed optical system using 2-D photo sensor array was used to detect the variation of optical orbit of laser which was induced by deformation of the structure. Also, an operating program to manage the system and an algorithm for the data acquisition and the database are introduced. In this study, we demonstrated the capabilities of this system by laboratory experiments before applying the system to the field.

        4세기 백제의 遼西 지역 진출과 그 배경

        In Songshu and Liangshu, the old chronicles of China, there are some articles telling that the troops of Baekje attacked and occupied Liaoxi of China in the 4th century. Many questions have been thrown out on whether it was true or false. Through close examination on the articles, I have reached the conclusion that it was true. Baekje sent its army to Liaoxi in the year 385 and established the military rulership there. At that time, Yu Yan(餘巖), one of the descendents of the king Dongmyung, the founder of Puyu, rebelled against Hou-yan and attacked Liaoxi. Baekje's occupation over Liaoxi hi thought to have been deeply associated with Yu-yan's uprising. And Baekje's overseas dispatch of troops is assumed to have been activated by the request of Dong-jin, which was dreaming of recovery of its lost territory in the northern China. King Chim-nyu of Baekje was also the governor of Le-Iang county of Dong-jin. Perhaps he himself went over to Liaoxi with his army, and was killed by Murong Nong, the Commander in Chief of Hou-yan's army on November in 385. Baekje's occupation over Liaoxi ended in failure. But it made so many impressions on the ruling class of the southern Chinese kingdoms, such as Dong-jin, Song, and Liang that they wrote it at the beginning of the articles concerning Baekje in most of their chronicles.

      • 항공스포츠관련 법 개정에 따른 초경량비행장치 운영에 관한 후속조치 연구

        In the Korean ultra-light flight history, it has been reported a high death toll (3-4 victims a year) although the history of ultra-light plane is less than 15 years since its inception. The mechanic structure of ultra-light plane parallels general passenger planes except for its size (small), speed (slow), and price (low). However, pilots of ultra-light planes have ignored these facts in the use of the planes. They do not take a regular checkup; do illegal remodeling; and make heavy load. This study makes the following suggestions in regards to the flight safety of ultra-light plane. First, this study suggests that there should be regulations on flight weight, amount of fuel, speed limit, test flight rules, the increasing number of ultra-light plane, and reorganization of radio communication. Second, this study suggests that a new flight route connecting ultra-light plane facilities should be constructed and the route should be included in AIP. this study also suggests the creation of airport facility guideline and safety guide. Third, this study suggests a reeducation program for the owners, pilots, and engineers of ultra-light plane. Fourth, this study proposes to set the Ultra-Light Plane Safety Commission in which the government, aviation associations, industry, scholars, and licence holders participate. this study suggests the development of flight insurance and increase of personnel concerning ultra-light plane. This study finally proposes that the domestic aviation industry should develop its own flight at reasonable prices and consider exports to other countries. this study requests that future research should focus on the safety system, and marketing system of ultra-light plane.

        상아질에 적용된 재 습윤제가 미세인장 결합강도에 미치는 영향

        This study investigated that the effect of rewetting agent on dentinal microtensile bond strength (μTBS). Human molars were sectioned to expose the superficial dentin surfaces. Samples were divided into two groups according to type of adhesives-Single Bond (S) and One-Step (0)], and again subdivided into five groups by different dentin surface treatment-dry for 15s (D) , blot dry (BD) or dry for 15s, and rewet with different rewetting agents[distil1ed water (DW), Gluma Desensitizer (GD) and Aqua-Prep (AP)]for 30s. After application of adhesive, composite resin was built up on the bonding surface. Each tooth was sectioned to obtain stick with 1mm^(2) cross sectional area and the μTBS was determined by EZ test. In the S group, the mean μTBS of GD, AP and BD group was significantly higher than that of DW and D group (p < 0.05). In the 0 group, the mean μTBS of AP, GD, BD and DW group was significantly higher than that of D group (p < 0.05). The data suggested that Gluma Desensitizer and Aqua-Prep could be successfully used as rewetting agents, and Distilled water could be acceptable in aceton based adhesive system only.

        치조열 환자에서의 치아형태이상, 결혼치 및 위치이상에 대한 임상적 연구

        Until recent time many studies for relationship of dental abnormalities and cleft lip and palate were reported, higher prevalence of abnormality was revealed. The patients with large cleft size had significantly more missing teeth than patients with small cleft size. The tooth that is most usually missed in normal population is the mandibular second premolar, followed by the maxillary lateral incisor and the upper second premolar. The aim of this study was to analyse the prevalence of dental abnormalities and ectopic eruption in patients with cleft alveolus visiting our hospital. Radiographs, dental cast and records from about 60 patients were analysed to find the relation of missing, malformed, malpositioned tooth and delayed eruption and cleft site.

        백제의 성장과 對中國郡縣 관계의 추이 : 『삼국사기』 백제본기 초기기록의 '樂浪' 관련 기사의 검토를 겸하여

        Baekche, one of the three ancient Korean kingdoms was located in the central area of the Korean Peninsula. It kept very close relationship with its neighboring Chinese Counties from the beginning. In 313, Lolang(樂浪) and Daifang(帶方) were conquered by Koguryo. Many immigrants from Lolang and Daifang came down to Baekche. They made great contributions to its development. In 373, King Geunchogo of Baekche dispatched the envoy to East Chin (東晉) of Southern China, and was appointed as the governor of Lolang by the Emperor of China. Thereafter the friendly relation between Baekche and the dynasties of Southern China was more promoted.
