          Influence of Deposition Method on Refractive Index of SiO2 and TiO2 Thin Films for Anti-reflective Multilayers

          Anti-Reflective (AR) thin film coatings of SiO2 (n=1.48) and TiO2 (n=2.17) were deposited by ion-beam assisted deposition (IBAD) with End-Hall ion source and conventional electron beam (e-beam) evaporation to investigate the effect of deposition method on the refractive indicies (n) of the films. Green-light generation using a GaAs laser diode was achieved via excitation of the second harmonic. The latter resulted from the transmission of the fundamental guided-mode wave of 1064 nm through periodically poled LiNbO3. Large differences in the refractive indicies of each of the layers in the multilayer coating may improve AR performance. IBAD of SiO2 reduced its refractive index from 1.45 to 1.34 at 1064 nm. Conversely, e-beam evaporation of TiO2 increased its refractive index from 1.80 to 2.11. In addition, no fluctuations in absorption at the wavelength of 1064 nm were found. The results suggest that films prepared by different deposition methods can increase the effectiveness of multilayer AR coatings.           Exploring the Antecedents of Price Fairness in the Fast Food: A case of McDonald’s

          This study aims to investigate the influencing attributes on price fairness in the domain of fast food service context. As the research subject, this research selects McDonald’s business because of its market share in the fast food market. Five attributes are examined to account for price fairness. The attributes are advertising attitude, employee service, waiting, convenience, and brand love. This study performed survey to collect the data. The survey participants are university students because they are essential market segment for fast food business. The number of observation is 299 for the data analysis. To analyze the data, this research used various statistical instruments (e.g., frequency analysis, mean and standard computation, exploratory factor analysis, reliability test, correlation matrix, and multiple regression analysis). Regarding the results, this research identified advertising attitude, employee service, and brand love are influential attributes to establish price fairness of university students. This research could inform the marketing director of food service business to understand university students target better.

          전자빔 증착시 이온빔 보조증착 장비의 사용에 따른 $SiO_2 & TiO_2$ 박막의 광학적 특성

          다층간섭필터 제작을 위한 $SiO_2 & TiO_2$ 박막을 electron-beam을 이용하여 제작하였다. 이온빔 보조증착 장비를 이용한 경우, 아르곤 가스와 산소 가스의 비율에 따라 양극전류를 변화시키며 증착하였고, 전자빔만을 사용한 경우에는 $100{\sim}250^{\circ}C$까지 $50^{\circ}C$ 간격으로 온도를 조정하여 증착하였다 $SiO_2$ 박막의 경우 표면 거칠기는 $200^{\circ}C$와 양극전류 0.2A에서 가장 낮은 값을 보였으며, 굴절률은 이온빔 보조 장치를 사용한 박막이 전자빔만을 사용하여 증착한 박막보다 전체적으로 0.1 정도 낮았다. $TiO_2$의 경우 표면거칠기는 상온과 양극전류 0.2A에서 가장 낮으며, 굴절률은 이온빔 보조 증착장치를 사용한 박막이 전자빔만으로 증착한 경우보다 전체적으로 낮은 값을 나타내었다. The $SiO_2$ and $TiO_2$ thin films for the multilayer interference filter application were manufactured by electron beam process. In case of electron beam process with ion source, the anode current was controlled by gas volume ratio of $O_2$ and Ar. Substrate temperature of electron beam deposition without ion source was increased from 100 to $250^{\circ}C$ with $50^{\circ}C$ increment. The surface roughness values of $SiO_2$ thin films was most low value at $200^{\circ}C$ substrate temperature and 0.2 A anode current respectively. And the surface roughness values of $TiO_2$ thin films was most low value at room temperature and 0.2 A anode current repectively. The refractive index of $SiO_2$ and $TiO_2$ thin films to be deposited with ion source was usually lower than that of thin films without ion source.

          저가항공사의 서비스 요인이 재이용 의도 및 가격공정성에 미치는 영향: 사우스웨스트 사례를 중심으로

          This research investigates the determinants of low cost carrier reuse intention and price fairness. As the research subject, this research adopts Southwest Airlines because the business is a representative success case as the low cost carrier. This research proposes three elements to account for price fairness, and these are comfort, waiting, and schedule. As antecedents of reuse intention, this research proposes four elements, and these are comfort, waiting, schedule, and price fairness. For the data collection, this research employed Amazon Mechanical Turk. The number of observation for the statistical analysis is 308. This research used statistical tools for the data analysis (e.g., frequency analysis, correlation matrix, descriptive calculation, exploratory factor analysis, reliability test, and multiple regression analysis). The results indicate that price fairness is positively influenced by schedule and comfort. Also, the results showed that reuse intention is positively affected by comfort and schedule. However, reuse intention is negatively influenced by waiting.

          커피 소비자들의 신뢰성에 영향을 미치는 요인: 스타벅스 사례를 중심으로

          This study examined the determinants of reliability in coffee service given the market growth within coffee service industry. This study chose Starbucks as the research context. This study examined four attributes to account for the reliability, and it contains healthiness, price fairness, size option, and comfort. To accomplish the purpose of this research, the data collection was implemented by employing Amazon Mechanical Turk. The number of observation is 370. The main instrument of this research is survey. For the data analysis, this study carried out various statistical analyses (e.g., frequency analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and path analysis in structural equation model). The results showed that price fairness, size option, and comfort positively affected to the reliability, whereas healthiness was identified as the non-significant attributes.

          커피전문점 가격공정성 지각에 영향을 미치는 요인: 스타벅스 사례를 중심으로

          The purpose of this research is to examine the determinants of price fairness using Starbucks. Although coffee service market offers diverse products of price, studies examining the determinants of price fairness is sparsely executed. To fill this research gap, this study uses price fairness as the dependent variable. This research chooses taste, store cleanness, accessibility, product diversity, and consumer nationality as the determinants of price fairness. For the data collection, this research used survey as the main instrument. The survey participants were Korean and American consumers. Online survey was performed to attain the data. The number of observation is 385, and it is used for the data analysis. This research executed frequency analysis, correlation, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, independent t-test, and multiple regression analysis. Regarding the results, taste and product diversity are positively associated with the price fairness of Starbucks. Moreover, this research found that Korean consumers have more negative perception on the price of Starbucks than American consumers. Namely, three hypotheses were supported among five propsoed hypotheses. This research contributes to the literature by examining both Korean and American consumers with regard to the consumer behavior. This study is also practically valuable by providing the information of consumers at the coffee service market. 본 연구는 커피전문점 영역의 가격공정성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐구하는 것을 주된 목적으로 한다. 커피전문점 시장은 소비자들에게 다양한 가격의 상품을 제시하는 시장임에도 불구하고 소비자들의 가격의 인식에 대한 연구는 상대적으로 미진하게 수행되었다. 이러한 측면을 보완하기 위하여, 본 연구는 가격공정성을 종속변수로 선정하여 연구를 진행하고자한다. 가격공정성을 설명하기 위한 변수로 본 연구는 맛, 매장청결성, 접근성, 상품다양성, 소비자 국적을 주된 독립변수로 선정하였다. 데이터 수집을 위하여 본 연구는 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 설문 대상은 국내 소비자들과 미국 소비자들로 선정하여 자료를 수집하였다. 본 연구는 385부의 설문지를 자료 분석에 이용하였다. 자료 분석을 위하여 본 연구는 빈도분석, 상관관계분석, 탐색적 요인 분석 및 신뢰도 분석, 독립표본 t-test다중회귀분석을 이용하였다. 분석 결과를 살펴보면, 맛과 상품다양성은 커피 서비스를 이용하는 소비자들의 가격공정성에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 요인으로 판명되었다. 또한, 다중회귀분석결과를 통하여 본 연구는 국내 소비자들이 미국 소비자들에 비해서 가격공정성에 대한지각이 낮은 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 국내외 소비자들의 특성에 대하여 탐구했다는 점에서 이론적 의의를 갖는다고 할 수 있다. 마지막으로, 본 연구는 커피서비스 관련 소비자들의 가격공정성 지각에 대한 특성을 탐구했다는 측면에 있어서 실무적 시사점을 갖는다고 할 수 있다.
