        Comparison of the Crystallization Behavior of Silica Between Mg and Al‑Phosphate Used in Tension Coatings of Grain‑Oriented Electrical Steel

        The effect of the phosphate component on the thermal stability of tension coatings was investigated with a focus on thecrystallization behavior of amorphous silica in the tension coating. After stress-relief annealing, core loss of samples coatedwith a Mg-phosphate was improved, while that coated with an Al-phosphate was deteriorated. The domain wall spacing ofthe samples coated with Mg- and Al-phosphates was respectively increased and decreased after stress relief annealing. Thismeans that the stress relief annealing did not much diminish the tensile stress for Mg-phosphate coating but much diminishedthe tensile stress for Al-phosphate coating. Based on FTIR and XRD results, we found that the crystallization temperatureof silica with Al-phosphate was lower than that of silica with Mg-phosphate. The crystallization of silica was accompaniedby an abrupt volume change, which formed cracks in the tension coating and deteriorated the tensile stress.

        Insulation Coating of Fe–Si–Cr Soft Magnetic Powder by Selective Oxidation

        This study examines the insulation coating technology of Fe–Si–Cr powder via selective oxidation annealing, which oxidizeselements selectively by controlling the oxidation potential. The study calculated the oxidation driving force of Fe, Si, andCr, and conducted a thermodynamic analysis of oxidation and reduction conditions according to temperature and oxidationpotential. Based on the results, a selective oxidation annealing was performed in an atmosphere in which Fe is reduced andonly Si and Cr are selectively oxidized. The oxidation potential was controlled through the partial pressure ratio of hydrogenand water vapor. The XPS analysis results confirmed that a Si and Cr complex oxide layer formed on the powder surfaceafter the selective oxidation annealing. Afterward, withstanding voltages were analyzed to evaluate the insulation property. Then, the withstanding voltage of the powder applying the selective oxidation annealing increased significantly comparedto that of the initial powder. Further analysis showed that the powder annealed in an air atmosphere had a significantly lowersaturation magnetic flux density than the initial powder, while the powder applying the selective oxidation annealing hadonly a slightly reduced saturation magnetic flux density.

      • 비강 및 비인두에 발생한 도립유두종과 편평상피암종의 p53단백 및 세포증식능에 관한 연구

        The inverted papilloma and squamous cell carcinoma are common neoplasia in the sinonasal cavity and nasopharynx, but the incidence of these tumors are very low and the study on the oncogenesis or biological activity of the tumor cells are not well known. This study was designed to evaluate the oncogenic roles of the p53 gene and the proliferative activity of the tumor cells in the inflammatory polyp, inverted papilloma and squamous cell carcinoma. The experiment was carried by the immunohistochemical stains about the p53 protein, PCNA and Ki-67, histochemical stain about the AgNORs. and flow cytometric analysis about the DNA ploidy using the formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissues. The frequency of the expression of p53 protein was 0%(0/16 cases) in the inflammatory polyps, 18.8% (3/16 cases) in the inverted papillomas, and 87.5%(14/16 cases) in the squamous cell carcinomas. The labelling index(%) of the PCNA and Ki-67 was 5.3% and 3.3% in the inflammatoy polyps, 29.6% and 25.2% in the inverted papillomas, and 51.9% and 36.8% in the squamous cell carcinoma. The expression of the PCNA and Ki-67 was distributed in the periphery of the tumor islands of the inverted papilloma and was distributed in the both of center and periphery of the tumor islands of the squamous cell carcinoma. The number of nuclear AgNORs was increased in the order of inflammatory polyps (0.96), inverted papillomas(1.34) and squamous cell carcinoma(2.09). The frequency of the DNA aneuploidy was 0%(0/16 cases) in the inflammatory polyps, 18.8%(3/16 cases) in the inverted papillomas. and 12.5%(2/16 cases) in the squamous cell carcinomas. Above results indicates that the changes of the p53 gene and proliferative activity of the tumor cells are involved on the oncogenesis and the biological activity of the inverted papilloma or squamous cell carcinoma in the nasopharynx and sinonasa cavity.

        우리나라 전 국토의 6.58%를 차지하고 있는 국립공원은 생태계 현황을 대표하는 지역으로 한국에 서식하는 생물종 39,150종 중 40%에 해당하는 15,727종이 서식하고 있다(국립공원관리공단, 2012). 특히 환경부에서 지정한 멸종위기종 221종 중에서 65%에 해당하는 144종이 서식하고 있어 인간의 간섭 및 개발압력으로부터 마지막 피난처의 중요한 역할 또한 수행하고 있다. 국립공원은 자연생태계와 자연 및 문화경관 등을 보전하고 지속가능한 이용을 도모함을 목적으로 하는 자연공원법에 의하여 지정되는 자연공원의 하나로서 자연생태계의 보전뿐만 아니라 지속가능한 이용 또한 고려되어야 한다. 즉, 생물종 서식처의 보존 뿐만 아니라 탐방객의 이용 또한 고려되어야 하며 이를 위해서는 생물종의 서식현황 분석은 반드시 선행되어야 할 과제이다. 그러나 생물종이 다양하고 서식처가 광범위하여 종의 전체적인 서식현황을 분석에는 많은 시간과 비용이 수반된다. 따라서 시간과 공간이 제한되는 산불조심기간 중 산불통제 구간을 대상으로 야생동물의 서식현황을 분석해 보고자 하였다. 아울러 구례군 지역에 서식하는 야생동물의 서식현황을 분석하여 보호지역 관리에 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 월 1회 정기적으로 탐방로를 중심으로 야생동물의 식흔, 배설물 등 흔적을 2010년부터 2012년까지 최근 3년간 모니터링 하였으며, 모니터링 시 GPS 좌표 측점, 사진촬영, 주변환경조사 등을 병행하였다. 아울러 무인센서카메라를 10대 설치하여 실체를 확인하였으며, 조사된 자료는 GIS DB로 최근 3년간, 지리산국립공원 노고단~피아골계곡에서 조사된 야생동물 흔적은 124건으로 삵 59건, 담비 27건, 족제비 21건, 멧토끼 10건, 멧돼지 4건, 고라니 2건, 오소리 1건 등이었다. 이중 삵과 담비는 멸종위기종으로서 86건으로 발견종의 69%를 차지하고 있었다. 특히 봄과 가을철 산불통 제기간 중에는 월평균 19회 관찰되었는데 이는 다른 기간 평균 4회 보다 5배정도 많은 횟수로 탐방객의 출입이 제한되었을 때 위협요인이 감소됨으로서 서식여건이 보다 안정화되어 훨씬 많이 발견되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 2010년부터 2012년 지리산국립공원 구례지역에서 조사된 야생동물 698건의 서식 분포특성을 분석한 결과 삵 286건, 담비 139건, 족제비 95건, 수달 53건, 오소리 30건, 멧돼지 30건, 멧토끼 29건, 너구리 16건, 고라니 13건, 노루 4건, 하늘다람쥐 3건 등이었다. 특히 멸종위기종인 삵, 담비, 수달, 하늘다람쥐 등이 481건으로 68%를 차지하고 있어 멸종위기 야생동물의 출현빈도가 매우 높음을 알 수 있었다. 최근 3년간 야생동물 서식현황을 분석한 결과 타기간 보다 산불방지기간에 출현빈도가 높아 탐방객의 출입에 따른 위협요인을 계량적으로 파악할 수 있었으며, 특히, 봄철 산불방지기간은 야생동물의 번식기라는 점에서 보다 안정된 서식처를 제공한다는 의의가 있을 수 있다. 또한 멸종위기종의 흔적이 전체종의 68%가 발견됨으로서 멸종위기종의 서식처를 제공하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 향후 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 각 야생동물에 대한 서식처 분석과 더불어 이를 통한 관리방안이 수립될 필요성이 있다.

        DC Servo Motor를 이용한 초정밀 위치결정기구의 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션 및 제어성능 평가

        Recently, High accuracy and precision arc required in various industrial field especially, semiconductor manufacturing apparatus, Ulna precision positioning apparatus, Information field and so on. Positioning technology is a very important one among them. As such technology has been rapidly developed, this field needs the positioning accuracy as high as submicron. It is expected that the accuracy of 10nm and 1nm is required in precision work and ultra precision work field, respectively by the beginning of 2000s. High speed and low vibration arc also needed. This work deals with the design method and control system of Ultra precision positioning apparatus. Control perfor-mance and stability analysis were performed in advance by modeling and designing the controller with Simulink.

        A variety of precise stages are adopted for precise machinery. To secure vibration isolation, those precise stages are mounted on a heavy base structure supported by compliant springs. Then the base structure is often subjected to vibration due to the reaction force induced by the stage motion. This paper investigates the dynamic behavior of base structures as well as a vibration reduction technique. A 6 DOF dynamic model is established to investigate the vibration of positioning stage and base structure. A new input shaper is devised to eliminate both the residual vibrations in base structure. Simulations show that the proposed input shaper effectively remove the residual vibrations in base structure.

      • 비디오 흉강경을 이용한 자연성 기흉 수술에서 재발 방지 방법에 대한 연구

        Background : This study aims to assess the efficacy of VATS pleurodesis in the treatment of spontaneous pneumothroax. Method and material : 131 consecutive patients who underwent videoUassisted thoracoscopy (VATS) bullectomy and pleurodcsis procedure in Chosun Uniservity Hospital between May 1999 and June 2003 were included in the study. Theses patients were performed the VATS with Talc pleurodesis (Group A, n=72), VATS with Doxycycline pleurodesis (Group B, n=36), and VATS with reinforcement by absorbable mesh (Surgicel_(R)) and fibrin glue (Group C, n=23). The follow-up period was from 4 months to 30 years. Result: The patient's population consisted of 117 men and 14 women, and the mean age of the patients was 25.6 years. Recurrence rate was 1.4% ( 1 of 72 patients) in group A, 5.6% (2 of 36 patients) in groug B and 0% (0 of 23 patients) in group C. The median removal period of drainage chest tube was 3.3 days. Conclusion : Careful surgical technique is fundamental in reducing early air leakage and recurrence. Moreover, the covering of the suture area with an absorbable mesh and the fibrin glue is safe and effective method with an acceptable recurrence rate.
