        If we apply a circularly polarized light to semiconductors, in the external static magnetic field, then the electrons absorb the light at the resonance frequency, resulting in the interband-transition from valence band to conduction band. The linewidth is affected by various mechanisms. Here we will compare the isolated operator method and the single operator method.

        지역·지구 경계부 대지의 건축기준 적용에 관한 연구 : 개발용량에 의한 총합개념을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to analyze a problem of the application of 'Korean building code' occurred by discord a zoning line and a lot line, and to find a way out of this problem. The application of 'Korean building code' is based on the development capacity which is decided by urban planning, and it is grounded that 'the total development capacity' should not be over-estimated for the public profit. In a lot, that is including several zones, we suppose to estimate the 'floor area ratio'&'building coverate ratio', which determine the lot's development capacity, by respective zone's area ratio.

      • 월출산국립공원 수질특성에 관한 연구

        Because mountain streams have narrow widths and steep slopes compared to streams and lakes, hours of immobility are considerably short, and the quality of mountain streams has been greatly influenced by rainfall, land-use, components of the streambed and types of forests. During the summer when heavy rainfall occurs, eroded earth and sand flow into mountain streams and cause temporarily high turbidity. It is also the cause of eutrophication, which is frequently found in downstream. As evaluation standards for the quality of mountain streams were not established in Korea, this quality was evaluated by examining some items based on quality standards for drinkable water and research on the influences of pollution in mountain streams, which showed that these were seldom in downstream water systems. Mountain streams within Wolchulsan National Park flow into a reservoir and when characteristics of mountain streams from forests and rainfall that flow into mountain streams through forest ecosystems were studied, results of measuring its changes are as follows. Monthly changes of pH were low between April and August and higher starting October, and the EC was measured higher in the winter and the spring and tended to be low starting April. The EC on the 19th of May and the 23rd of October and the concentration of floating materials and COD_(Mn) were observed to be higher due to the influence of rainfall on the 19th of May and the 22nd of October, and it was judged that the washing out of dried deposits attached to the water pipe and the leaching of woods were influenced by rainfall. It is considered that real-time monitoring of water quality for a long time and water quality conditions during and after rainfall should be examined for ensuring basic data of water quality and evaluating characteristics and seasonableness of mountain streams, which may be greatly changed by artificial influence in the future.

        Since modern attacks against information system utilize large-scale and distributed network, they become more versatile and complicated. We propose a new model of intrusion detection system, IDSS that can effectively detect multiple resource attack from to the inter-system and intra-system. IDSS (Intrusion Detection System for Seoul women's university) is optimized in agent unit to detect multiple attacks on network effectively and designed to and respond to them in real time.

      • 담양신설 IC의 교통소음도 조사연구

        After the vehicle has become a large formation with high-speed, loud noise from an express highway is increasing, and the number of large-scale apartment complexes, which are recently being constructed in the metropolitan area nearby the express highway and IC, is increasing gradually. Compared with a main road, the traffic volume and the speed of a vehicle between IC and the ramp way [turn-off] are smaller. If the ramp way is rightly connected with the downtown area, however, the traffic-noise that comes about in surrounding areas will be in conjunction with the traffic-noise from the main road of express highway and that of the ramp way. This research has selected a place that hasn't had a road or a commercial quarter nearby the main-road of IC and ramp way. Then we have studied the traffic-noise status under minimizing influence of its outer-noise, which occurs in IC. 1. The traffic volume change of a small and full-sized car with time has been kept on regularity in 2004 and 2005. As the traffic volume of a full-sized car has diminished remarkably, it has been maintaining through 6:00a.m.-10:00 a.m. As it has decreased since lO:OO a.m.. we have also observed the traffic proportion going up. 2. Monthly traffic volume of small cars was higher in May, August and October than other months. We have observed that the high traffic volume during these months is due to the following: May-The Damyang festival, August-a high-demand season, October-viewing scarlet maple leaves. Monthly traffic volume of full-sized cars was generally higher in August, but it has decreased during 2006. This was due to the many construction trucks that were working on the extension of the 88 Olympic expressway. Therefore, there was more traffic volume in 2006 compared to 2004 and 2005. 3. In this study, the noise figures have been less than 55 dB(A) in 18 spots. There were 14 spots from 55dB(A) to 58dB(A). 58-61dB(A) : 20, 61-64dB(A) : 17, 64-67dB(A) : 18. There were 8 spots we observed at the highest level from 67dB(A) to 70dB(A). Those were the nearby spots separating the main road and Damyang IC. 4. Traffic-noise at the boundary between IC and the main road of an expressway was higher than that of the same distance in other places. 5. We have observed that traffic-noise is low in places with mountains that serve the role of soundproofing walls. Thus, the fundamental sound hadn't affected it.

        EFFECT OF EUGENOL AND CAPSAICIN ON THE VOLTAGE-DEPENDENT ION CHANNELS OF TRIGEMINAL AFFERENTS

        삼차신경절의 뉴런이 구강악안면영역에서의 촉각, 압각,온도각 및 통각 등 다양한 감각을 중추신경계로 전달하는 역할을 하는 것은 주지의 사실이다. 이러한 신경전달에 있어서 이온통로는 감각정보를 전달하는데 핵심적인 역할을 수행하며 특히 소디움 통로는 활동전위의 발생에 중요하다. 소디움 통로는 tetrodotoxin-sensitive(TTX-5) 및 tetrodotox-in-resistant(TTX-r) 통로로 나누어지는 데 이 중 TTX-r 통로에 발생되는 tetrodotoxin-resistant sodium cur-rent(TTX-r INa.)는 capsaicin에 민감한 일차구심신경세포에서 유해자극에 의해 통각신호를 발생시키고 전달하는데 중요하다. 또한 칼슘 통로는 시냅스 전토에 있어서 필수적인 역할을 수행하고 있다. 한편 치과영역에서 치수의 진정 목적으로 eugenol이 흔히 사용되고 있다. 그러나eugenol의 그 작용 기전에 대해서 현재까지 이온통로에 대한 상세한 결과가 없는 실정이며 최근의 보고에 의하면 eugenol이 capsaicin수용기를 통하여 감각신경에 대한 억제작용을 나타낸다고 한다. 따라서 본 실험은 eugenol과 capsaicin이 흰쥐의 삼차신경절의 TTX-r INa와 칼슘통로에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고 eugenol이 capsaicin 수용기를 통하여 작용하는지를 검증하고자 시행되었다 삼차신경절 뉴런은 100-150g의 흰쥐의 삼차신경절로부터 외과적으로 절제하여 통법의 화학적 및 기계적 처리를 통해 단일세포로 분리하였고 이를 Whole-cell patch clamp 방법을 이용하여 시행한 바 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1.1mM의 dugenol은 흰쥐 삼차신경절 뉴런의 TTX-r INa.와 HVA INa.를 억제하였다. 2.1㎛의 capsaicin은 흰쥐 삼차신경절 뉴런의 TTX-r INa 와 HVA INa 를 억제하였다 3.Capsazepine은 capsaicin의 HVA ICa 에 대한 억제작용을 차단하였다. 4.Capsazepine은 capsaicin의 HVA ICa .에 대한 억제작용을 차단하지 못하였다. 결론적 으로 eugenol과 capsaicin은 tetrodotoxin-resistant sodium current(TTX-r INa )와 high voltage-activated calcium current(HVA ICa )를 모두 억제하는 것으로 나타났으며 , 이러한 작용이 통각의 발생과 시냅스 전달과정을 차단하여 치수 진정 목적으로 많이 사용하는 eugenol의 작용기전으로 판단된다. 한편 capsaicin의 길항제인 capsazepine을 전처치하였을 때에도 eugenol의 HVA ICa 에 대한 억제효과는 변화가 없었다. 이와같은 결과로 보아 HVA ICa 에 관한한 eugenol은 capsaicin 수용기를 통하여 나타나지 않는 것으로 사료된다.

      • 新除草劑 Mon-0358의 除草效果

        水循 本畓用 新除草劑 Mon-0358의 除草效果를 알기 爲하여 1975年에 本 大學校 畓作圃場에서 藥量과 時期別로 Machete와 比較하여 몇가지 實驗을 하였던 바 그 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. Mon-0358 RAT 2kg 處理區는 除草效果나 收量에 있어서 慣行區 및 Machete 1DBT 3kg 處理區와 有意性이 없는 것으로 나타나 Machete와 더불어 本畓 除草劑로서 效果가 좋은 藥劑라고 본다. 2. Mon-0358 RAT 2kg 處理區와 8 DAT 4kg 處理區는 除草效果에 있어서 有意性이 없어 使用藥量은 RAT일 경우 2kg, 8 DAT일 경우 4 kg이 適當하다고 思料된다. 3. 이 地方 優生雜草인 알방동신이의 防除效果는 Mon-0358 RAT 2kg 處理區가 慣行區 및 其他 處理區에 比하여 가장 높았고, 물달개에 對해서는 Machete 1DBT 3kg 處理區와 7DAT 3kg 處理區가 慣行區 및 Mon-0358 處理區에 비하여 높았으며, 여귀버들에 對해서는 Mon-0358 RAT 2kg, 8DAT 4kg 處理區가 다른 處理區에 比하여 높았다.水循 本畓用 新除草劑 Mon-0358의 除草效果를 알기 爲하여 1975年에 本 大學校 畓作圃場에서 藥量과 時期別로 Machete와 比較하여 몇가지 實驗을 하였던 바 그 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. To find out the effect of weed control of Mon-0358 , new herbicide, in transplanted rice paddy, this field experiment was carried out by the ratio and time of application in compared with Machete on the test field of Agricultural College, Chonnam National University in 1975. The results are summerized as follows; 1. There was no difference in effect of weed control and grain yield among the application of 2kg Mon-0358 RAT(Right After Transplanting) and hand weeding, application of 3kg Machete 1DBT(Day Before Transplanting). Mon-0358 is considered as a excellent new herbicide with Machete in transplanted rice paddy. 2. There was no difference in effect of weed control between the application of 2kg Mon-0358 RAT and 4kg Mon-0358 8DAT(Day After Transplanting). The desirable ratio of application is considered 2kg in case of RAT and 4kg in case of 8DAT. 3. The application of 2kg Mon-0358 RAT was more effective to increase the percentage of weed control to Cyperus difformis which is a predominant weed in Chonnam area compared with hand weeding and other treatments. The effect of 3kg Machete 1DBT and 7DBT to Monochoria vaginalis was higher than that of hand weeding and Mon-0358. The effect of 2kg Mon-0358 RAT and 4kg 8DAT to Ludwigia prostrata was higher than that of other treatments.
