Objective: This study summarizes retrospectively collected data of an institutional experience with venovenous-extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (VV-ECMO) in severe respiratory failure. We also evaluated to identify clinical, hemodynamic, and ventilator parameters associated with successful VV-ECMO removal. Methods: From March 2011 to March 2013, 30 cases of VV-ECMO were performed. After excluding six cases of perioperative use of ECMO, we analyzed 24 cases of VV-ECMO for acute severe respiratory failure. Results: Among the 24 cases who received ECMO for pneumonia (n=11), Exacerbation of ILD or AIP (n=6), or ARDS secondary to sepsis (n=4), aspiration pneumonitis (n=2), and postoperative ARDS (n=1), 14 (58.3%) had successfully weaned from ECMO. In hospital survival rate was 20.8% and mean duration of ECMO was 11.2±10.2 days. In univariate analysis, mean platelet count (×103/μl) of initial admission day (199.4±130.8 vs. 99.0±61.4), pre-ECMO day 1 (200.5±134.6 vs. 80.6±42.8), and post-ECMO day 1 (144.1±80.6 vs. 83.5±28.4) were significantly higher in ECMO weaning group than those values of non-weaning group (p=0.022, 0.013, and 0.034). However, age, BMI, initial SOFA score, duration of mechanical ventilation before ECMO and the degree of hypoxia were not significantly different. Conclusion: The weaning of ECMO was related to platelet counts of ICU admission, pre ECMO and post ECMO day 1. 淸華簡<傅說之命>三篇推斷爲已經失傳兩千多年的古代文獻中所提到的<說命>三篇. <傅說之命>的內容和東晉出現的僞古文≪尙書·說命≫完全不同,因此其在經學、古代曆史學、思想史、文字學等各個領域都具有重大意義. 以李學勤先生爲首的淸華大學出土文獻硏究與保護中心的整理者對這三篇竹書作了釋文和注釋,資料公布後,又有衆多學者發表硏究文章. 本論文在此基礎上對簡文內容做了進一步的解釋和番譯.

Photovoltaic performance of all solid state dye-sensitized solar cells with carbazole-based oligomer as a hole transporting material

The potential problems caused by the liquid electrolytes, such as the leakage and volatilization of liquid, are considered as some of the critical reasons limiting the long-term performance and practicable use of dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs). By replacing the liquid electrolyte with a solid-state hole transporting material in DSSCs, dye desorption can be prevented, liquid leakage or evaporation cannot occur, and finally an all solid-state DSSC can be realized, which is easier to encapsulate and to series-connect. In this study, a carbazole-based oligomer was synthesized from N-(4-aminophenyl)carbazole and N-(2-ethylhexyloxylphenyl)-3,6-dibromocarbazole, and photovoltaic performance of solid-state DSSCs with the oligomer as a hole transporting materials was examined.

양웅(揚雄) ≪방언(方言)≫의 통어(通語)와 공통어

討論秦漢時期是否存在共同語,要數揚雄的著作≪方言≫最爲典型的參考範例。흔多學者將≪方言≫中出現的``通語``一詞解釋爲使用於全國範圍的共同語,倂將此作爲地域方言與共同語在當時倂存的依據。但仔細觀察≪方言≫中``通語``的使用例子就會發現將``通語``理解爲使用於全國範圍的共同語一說是有問題的。本文將對≪方言≫中的體例與內容進行分析,然後對``通語``一詞使用情況也做分析,進而明確≪方言≫中``通語``的正確意義。령外,還將對``通語``被解釋爲共同語的語言史上的意義和背景也進行推敲,倂指出需要糾正已往以``通語``解釋爲全國範圍的共同語的觀點。本文認爲在漢語的發展史上文字的統一,詞彙的彙集,讀音的標准化是按順序而發生的。經過魏晉南北朝的分裂期,語言也經曆了一個複雜的融合過程,到了隋唐時期爲正音而出現了韻書,關於共同語的問題一定是經過這樣的過程之後才能意識到的。

『모두를 위한 페미니즘』을 읽고

페미니즘에 대해 부정적인 인식이 만연한 한국 사회에서 페미니즘을 받아들인 여성들은 주로 남성 중심적인 사회와 한국 남성으로부터 부당함을 겪은 경우가 많다. 한국 여성이라면 성희롱, 외모 평가는 물론이고 된장녀, 김치녀 등 온갖 비하적인 용어로 낙인찍힌 경험이 있을 것이다. 그러나 여성은 가부장제와 성차별주의의 피해자이지만 계급이나 장애 여부, 성 지향성, 경제력, 외모, 학력 등의 측면에서는 기득권의 위치에 처하기도 하고, 같은 여성보다도 더 약자가 되기도 한다. 이처럼 각자의 정체성이 여성 하나뿐인 것이 아니고 서로 다른 상황과 입장을 갖고 있어 여성들 사이에서도 의견이 부딪히거나 약자를 억압하는 일이 발생할 수 있다. 이러한 상황에 관심을 갖던 차에 페미니즘 지리학 강의를 들으면서 위치성과 교차성이라는 개념에 주목하게 되었다. 젠더 이분법을 흔들고 페미니즘의 다원화를 가져온 제3물결 페미니즘에 대해 더 알고 싶어서 흑인 페미니스트인 벨 훅스(Bell Hooks)의 책 󰡔모두를 위한 페미니즘󰡕을 선정했다.

퍼실리테이터의 성찰학습수준이 비판적 성찰업무행동에 미치는 영향과 긍정심리자본의 매개효과

The purpose of this study is to identify the impact of reflective learning on facilitators' positive psychological capital and critically reflective work behavior. Also, this study examines the relationships of these variables while focusing on the mediating role of positive psychological capital on the other variables. The target population for this study is facilitators of South Korea including lecturers, teachers, coaches, consultants, helpers, leaders in education and business organizations. The data have been collected via e-mail and traditional paper-and-pencil survey method. A total of 621 questionnaires have returned, of which 541 are used for the structural equation modeling analysis. The summary of the findings is as follows: First, reflective learning has a direct and positive impact on positive psychological capital and critically reflective work behavior. But, two levels of reflective learning (non-reflection and critical reflection) have differentiated effects on them. Non-reflection tends to decrease of positive psychological capital and critically reflective work behavior, while critical reflection is more likely to increase them. Second, facilitators' positive psychological capital mediates reflective learning and critically reflective work behavior. Specifically, when facilitators' reflective learning is on non-reflection level, positive psychological capital has a negative mediating effect. But if the level is on critical reflection level, the direction of mediating impact of positive psychological capital on critically reflective work behavior is opposite. In other words, when a facilitator does not know how to reflect, positive psychological capital actually decreases the level of critically reflective work behavior. 현대사회의 전문가는 기존의 사고방식과 지식을 뛰어넘어 새로운 관점으로 문제를 바라볼 수 있는 비판적 성찰능력이 요구된다. 전문가의 성찰수준은 교육, 의료, 사회복지, 경영 등의 여러 분야에서 구체적 업무행동에 영향을 미치고 있다. 퍼실리테이터는 다양한 분야에서 전문가로서 그 중요성이 증대하는데 비해 퍼실리테이터의 성찰에 관한 연구는 미진한 편이다. 본 연구는 퍼실리테이터의 성찰학습수준이 긍정심리자본과 비판적 성찰업무행동에 미치는 영향과 그 과정에서 퍼실리테이터의 성찰학습수준과 비판적 성찰업무행동 사이에서 긍정심리자본의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 국내 퍼실리테이터 541명을 설문조사 후 구조방정식을 이용해 분석한 결과, 퍼실리테이터의 성찰학습수준이 무성찰일 경우 긍정심리자본과 비판적 성찰업무행동에 부적 영향을 주었고, 비판적 성찰일 경우는 두 요인 모두에 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 긍정심리자본의 매개효과 역시 퍼실리테이터의 성찰학습수준에 따라서 무성찰과 비판적 성찰일 경우 각각 부적 매개와 정적 매개를 나타내었다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 통해서 퍼실리테이터의 성찰학습수준이 무성찰일 경우 비판적 성찰업무행동과 긍정심리자본에 부정적 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있다. 이 연구는 퍼실리테이터의 성찰수준이 미치는 영향력을 환기시키고 긍정심리자본의 선행요인이 부정적일 경우 결과행동에 부정적 영향을 증대시킨다는 것을 밝혔다는 데 의의가 있다.

Process of Cross-border Marriage and Marital Satisfaction: Cases of Korean Men and Foreign Wives

The advancement of information and transportation technologies in the context of economic and cultural globalization facilitates international marriages. However, it is ironic that image and fantasies play a significant role in the actual process of these marriages. Using data from a national survey conducted in 2006 (Survey for the Conjugal Life of the International Marriage Families) this study examines the experiences of Korean men and foreign wives. The findings confirm the negative impacts on marital satisfaction of the spousal image of hypergamy (i.e., imaginings of a high-earning husband and a submissive wife) and abbreviated marriage processes (i.e., brokermediated marriage and incorrect information about a future spouse), but the detailed patterns differ by gender and by the ethnic origin of the wife. Korean Chinese (and to a lesser extent Han Chinese) wives are more negatively affected by the marriage process and spousal imaginings than are Southeast Asians and ‘other’ wives. While Southeast Asian wives are more likely to have received incorrect information about their husbands, they show significantly more flexible attitudes toward the marriage and spouses. Unification Churchmembers are excluded from the analysis because their marital lives are distinctive enough to warrant separate research. As previous qualitative findings suggested, some Korean Chinese wives seem to perceive that returnees to the home country deserve an improvement in economic status as opposed to the disappointing reality. Imagining a submissive wife hurts the marital satisfaction of husbands regardless of the ethnic origin of the wife.
