위암환자의 복강내에 투여한 Mitomycin C-Carbon Particle의 Mitomycin 용출에 관한 연구

Locoregional recurrence is the most common type of recurrence in surgical operation of gastric adenocarcinoma, and peritoneal dissemination is one of the most difficult problems in advanced gastric adenocarcinoma treatment. Because the peritoneal cavity is the most common site of the first recurrence after gastric cancer resection, intraperitoneal chemotherpy seems a logical choice for cancer chemotherapy. The Mitomycin C(MMC) adsorbed by the activated charcoal particles(CH) is relatively released when the drug concentration surrounding the carbon particles becomes low in the peritoneum of the peritoneal cavity. For the intraperitoneal chemotherapy on the advanced gastric adenocarcnoma, mitomycin C adsorbed on activated carbon particles was administered in the peritoneal cavity just before abdominal wall closure. The closed drainage tubes were inserted in the peritoneal cavity and clamped for tuo hours after completion of operation. MMC concentrations were serially measured in peritoneal fluid, plasma and urine at 2hour, 48 hour, 72 hour and 168 hour following its administration in order to study the efficacy of the MMC-CH as a drug delivery system. There were minimal toxicities in born marrow, liver, and gastrointestinal system after intraperitoneal MMC-CH administration. The data of this study suggested that MMC-CH may have a somewhat more beneficial effect than surgery alone when administered in optimal dose and schedules, but the MMC concentration of the peritoneal fluid was not sufficient to eradicate remnant cancer cells, and effective duration of maintenance was only below 24 hours in the peritoneal fluid and plasma.

Most nations have enacted a law and designated a protective zone of cultural assets in order to preserve them. However, todays protective zone of the cultural assets is for only the cultural assets, and is limited to preserve a wide range, for example, protecting the environment around them. In other to cope with the limit, each city has operated a committee of the cultural assets. this study has an object to show the status of the circumstance change around the cultural assets, and propose the deliberating problem, and the improvement on this matter, reviewing the related legislations, the conference reports, and deliberation reports on the subject of 8 areas applying the state change in Kyunggi province from 1998 to 2000. First, the application of the circumstance change is for a building, a graveyard, and a site of a castle, types applied from a middle-civic district, a middle-agricultural district, and a greenbelt zone. Second, in the condition of approval and disapproval, approval conditions are the height amendment of a building and security of the distance between things. Third, regarding the deliberation problem and the improvement proposal of the circumstance change, the step of pro-deliberation and deliberation is separated each in order to solve the problem of scenery destruction.

응급통신소생술 도착전지시 프로토콜 기본설계 방안

As technology advances rapidly, emergency medical dispatching systems must also advance. Optimal emergency medical dispatching requires the courage to practice medicine at dispatch. Modern emergency medical dispatch provides appropriate resource responses with the use of an (Advanced Medical priority Dispatch System(AMPDS) in U.S.A. The AMPDS is a systematic protocol for all aspects of the dispatch process. Based on the AMPDS chief complaint list, we initiated a basic design on pre-arrival instruction protocol and completed the scripted pre-arrival instruction protocol, using Cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) protocol. Implementation of this study creates computerized emergency medical dispatching system for future enhancements, such as the AMPDS.

This study deals with following subjects; 1. overview(about the Literature and the Art Weekly) 2. the trends of poets and novels during the period and the critical analysis on those words 3. the critique on the analysis of public opinions using editorials 4. the investigation of writers geographic movements(from North to South Korea or from South to North because of ideological and political reasons) and their behavioral responses We need to reconsider the statement that this period can be categorized into a dark age in literature and also need to make any conclusions only after careful studies on the writers and their works during that period.

This study analyzes "Binsangseol by Lee, Hae-Jo" published in 1908. We focused on the sentence styles of this work. Following are found in this study: 1) The Title : "Binsangseol" plays combined roles of stimulating curiosity of the audience and of attracting them to the work. 2) The Theme : This work was written for the purpose of enlightening people. Also the theme is closely related to the views of the author on novel. 3) The Style : The style of the work was new at the period and thus we may categorize this style into that of modern novels. We may find the characteristics of "Shinsoseol" (novel written during the period between the end of the last century and the beginning of this century) by analyzing one of the works in that era (the age of the philosophy of enlightment when Koreans started to accept foreign cultures). We can also understand popular literature in the period of transition from novels of Rhee Dynasty to modern ones.

다결정 실리콘 박막 트랜지스터의 전기적 특성 향상을 위한 구조적 개선

실리콘 고집적화와 대형화를 위해 실리콘 산화층과 동일한 조건으로 유리기판 위에 고상결정화(SPC)로층을 형성시켜서, 이층을 이용하여 제작한 n-채널 다결정 박막 트랜지스터(poly-Si TFT's)에 대해 전류-전압 특성을 측정하였다. 문제점으로 지적된 강한 kink 효과와 큰 누설전류를 개선하고자 제안된 LDD(Lightly Doped Drain)구조가 TFT에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 측정 결과로부터, 다결정 실리콘 박막 트랜지스터는 채널길이가 짧아짐에 따라, kink 효과는 심해졌고, 누설전류는 드레인 전압과 게이트 전압에 상당히 의존적이며, 낮은 게이트 바이어스하에서 채널길이에 영향을 받았다. 그러나, LDD구조로 제작함으로서 드레인 전계의 감소로 인하여 kink 전류와 누설전류가 상당히 감소하였다. 또한, LDD길이(△L)이 증가할수록 직렬 저항의 증가로 인하여 드레인 전류가 감소하나, 핫 캐리어에 의한 열화현상이 감소되기 때문에 적절한 △L를 결정해야 한다.

黑字經濟가 證券市場에 미치는 영향 및 대책

Recently our economy has made remarkable achievements. One of these achievements is current A/C surplus since 1986. Korea's current A/C surplus with the world was reported to be about $9.8 billion in 1987, which is 90% higher than the figure in 1986. Korea needs to run some surplus in order to pay its foreign debt and to reduce its debt-servicing burden. But these surplus has brought many pressure on Korea's economy. First of all, trade surplus directly increase domestic money supply. Also Korea's bilateral trade surplus with the world, especially with the united States, offers some basis for arguing in favor of exchange rate adjustments and increasing market opening for U.S. products. The Purpose of this paper is to investigate the effects of current A/C surplus on the Korea's stock market, especially via increase in the domestic money supply and currency appreciation. Although we do not regress using these variables, the historical experience in Japan and Taiwan give the confidence that current A/C surplus generally tend to increase stock price too much, particulary via international hot money. So we have following policy implication: if we want to stabilize the stock price movements, we must deal with current A/C surplus effectively. The policy course may be different with Japan and Taiwan because Korea should take to meet Korea's desire to reduce its external debt. A desirable course for Korea may be to slow down the rapid growth include increasing market opening for world product and gradual goreign exchange liberalization, if the trade surplus grow excessively.

수치지도를 활용한 주제도 작성에 관한 연구

본 연구는 2003년부터 ‘도시계획법’과 ‘국토이용관리법’이 ‘국토의 계획 및 이용에 관한 법률’로 통합 제정되면서 ‘도시계획정보체계’가 ‘국토이용정보체계’로 전환됨에 따라 국토이용정보체계에서 활용할 수 있는 의사결정 지원을 위한 지표 개발과 주제도 작성을 목적으로 한다. 지표 개발을 위한 기초적 작업으로서, 부산광역시 각 읍?면?동의 사회?경제데이터와 수치지도상의 공공 편익시설 레이어를 이용하여 데이터베이스를 구축하였다. 구축된 데이터베이스를 이용하여 첫째, 다변량해석(multivariate analysis)을 통한 부산광역시 공간구조분석을 실시하고 이를 지도로 표현하여 하나의 주제도를 작성하였으며 둘째, 수치지도의 공공 편익시설 레이어와 읍?면?동과의 최소거리를 측정하여 각 시설별 주제도를 작성하였다. In early year 2003, the previous Urban Planning Law and National Land Use Management Law were abolished and integrated into the Law regarding National Land Planning and Land Use Management. Accordingly, previous Urban Planning Information System is reformed into National Land Use Information System. This paper intends to develop indexes supporting decision-making process and to construct theme map using digital map that can be utilized for the National Land Use Information System. As a base for the index development, necessary database(DB) was established by utilizing the socio-economic information of towns and villages in Busan and a layer of public facilities. Base on the DB, multivariate analyses were performed to examine and analyze the spatial structure of Busan. It was then expressed constructed as a theme map. The facility theme map was also constructed based on a layer of public facilities and the shortest distance between towns and villages.

진한 염 매트릭스에서 모세관 전기영동으로 음이온 분석물질의 스태킹

Conventional sample stacking in capillary electrophoresis requires that anaytes be in a low conductivity matrix. However, the real samples are mostly in high conductivity matrices and incompatible with usual stacking methods. Possibilities of loading the capillary with large volume of dilute anionic analytes in a highly saline sample were investigated. The half of a coated capillary was filled with analytes such as fluorescein sodium salt and fluorescein isothiocyanate isomer I in > 150mM NaCl. When a reverse voltage was applied along the capillary, a baseline separation with efficiency in the order ~ 100,000 was obtained. Several hundred-fold sensitivity enhancements were realized as compared to the normal capillary zone electrophoresis injection. Limits of detection at 500nm were in low nM ranges.
