        내부식성과 경량성 향상을 위한 비금속 재질 집진판의 2단 전기집진기 집진효율 연구

        We developed non-metallic electrodes that can replace metallic electrodes of the electrostatic precipitator(ESP) for the purpose of light weight, corrosion resistance, cost reduction. We manufactured three types of collection electrodes made of stainless steel (M), Carbon ink coating layer-Plastic sheet-Carbon ink coating layer (CPC), and Plastic sheet-Carbon ink coating layer-Plastic sheet (PCP). We studied the collection efficiency of a two-stage ESP using oil mist particles with and without collection stage by changing the flow rate, the material of collection electrode, and the applied voltage of the pre-charger module and the collection module. Here we measured concentrations of particles at diameters of 0.45 ㎛ (CMD; count median diameter) and 3.0 ㎛ (MMD : mass median diameter), as well as PM<sub>2.5</sub> and PM<sub>10</sub>. As a result of the experiment, two-stage ESP had 22~25% higher collection efficiency in PM<sub>2.5</sub> than one-stage ESP at the same applied voltage. The difference in collection efficiency by varying the materials of collection electrodes was less than 5%. The weight of the non-metallic electrode was only one eighth the weight of the metal electrode. CPC electrode had a thickness of 0.27 mm, which was 1.5 times thinner than a thickness of PCP electrode, so when the flow rate increased, the CPC electrodes couldn't be kept at equal intervals due to the fluttering unlike PCP electrodes. In addition, the PCP-CPC collection module of the present experiment followed the theoretical efficiency based on Deutsch equation and Cochet's charging theory.

        Basal anxiety during an open field test is correlated with individual differences in contextually conditioned fear in mice

        Fear conditioning has been used to study pathogenic mechanisms underlying anxiety disorders. Several studies have shown that humans with anxiety disorders exhibit strong fear responses during the acquisition of conditioned fear. However, there have been no studies investigating whether basal anxiety within the normal range is related to conditioned fear in rodents. We hypothesized that individual differences in conditioned fear are correlated to the basal anxiety level of each individual. To test this hypothesis, we measured the basal anxiety of mice by using the elevated-plus maze (EPM) and open field test (OFT) and correlated these data with contextual freezing during contextual fear conditioning (CFC). Strong correlation was found between the basal anxiety level measured in the OFT and contextual freezing in the CFC. Baseline freezing was also strongly correlated with the contextual freezing level during the retrieval phase of CFC. However, the basal anxiety level measured in the EPM was correlated neither with conditioned fear nor with baseline freezing in the CFC. These results suggest that both basal anxiety in the OFT and baseline freezing are related to contextually conditioned fear.

        Effect of Necrosis on the miRNA-mRNA Regulatory Network in CRT-MG Human Astroglioma Cells

        Purpose Glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) is the most common adult primary intracranial tumor. The remarkable features of GBM include central necrosis. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) have been considered as diagnostic/prognostic biomarkers for many cancers, including glioblastoma. However, the effect of necrosis on the miRNA expression profile and predicted miRNA-mRNA regulatory information remain unclear. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of necrotic cells on the modulation of miRNA and mRNA expression profiles and miRNA-mRNA network in CRT-MG cells. Materials and Methods We used human astroglioma cells, CRT-MG, treated with necrotic CRT-MG cells to examine the effect of necrosis on the modulation of miRNA and mRNA by next-generation sequencing. For preparation of necrotic cells, CRT-MG cells were frozen and thawed through cycle of liquid nitrogen–water bath. The putative miRNA-mRNA regulatory relationship was inferred through target information, using miRDB. Results The necrotic cells induced dysregulation of 106 miRNAs and 887 mRNAs. Among them, 11 miRNAs that had a negative correlation value of p < 0.05 by the hypergeometric test were screened, and their target mRNAs were analyzed by Gene Ontology enrichment analysis. Using the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes database, we also found several necrotic cell treatment-activated pathways that were modulated by relevant gene targets of differentially expressed miRNAs. Conclusion Our result demonstrated that dysregulation of miRNA and mRNA expression profiles occurs when GBM cells are exposed to necrotic cells, suggesting that several miRNAs may have the potential to be used as biomarkers for predicting GBM progression and pathogenesis.

        한국인 학습자의 영어 의문문 발화에 나타난 가장자리 성조와 의미의 연관성

        This study is to investigate whether Korean English learners can associate the meanings of questions with their intonational contours. Different tunes convey different meanings with respect to speaker and addressee commitment, degree of assertability and anticipated answers. Various types of English question sentences were selected from a TV drama, and speech of high school students was compared with that of actors to examine whether the meanings of questions are correctly merged with intonational contours. We found that English learners did not properly manifest the intonational contours in questions with respect to their different pragmatic meanings. We assume that this is due to the unidirectional instructions given in class regardless of contexts. Our results further suggest that contexts should be incorporated in teaching intonational contours of questions so that learners can correctly associate the different intonational configurations with their meanings.

        메타버스플랫폼 활용 학급단위 집단상담 프로그램이 초등학생의 학급응집력 및 공감능력에 미치는 영향

        This study takes into account the possibility of distance learning and remote life guidance after COVID-19, Considering the implementation of life guidance and counseling during vacation, preparation for the outbreak of a new pandemic, and the characteristics of recent elementary school students who are familiar with digital devices and platforms, we developed a class-level group counseling program using the Metaverse platform and attempted to verify its effectiveness. Based on prior research on class cohesion and empathy group counseling programs and metaverse-based life guidance and counseling research, a 10-session program was developed in five stages: intimacy formation, self-understanding, understanding others, relationship formation, and closure, and was completed through review by a group of experts. One class of 4th grade elementary school students whose homogeneity was confirmed was used as the experimental group, and one class was used as the control group, and the program was applied for 2 months. The ‘ZEP EDU’ metaverse platform map was constructed and applied, and after application, statistical verification of class cohesion and empathy was conducted. As a result of the study, first, the class-level group counseling program using the Metaverse platform showed a statistically significant difference in students' class cohesion, and there was a statistically significant difference in the sub-elements of class atmosphere and communication elements. Second, for empathy ability, the independent samples t-test results were not significant, but the paired samples t-test results showed that the average of all sub-factors increased. Third, in the follow-up test four weeks after the test, it was confirmed that both class cohesion and empathy were statistically significant. Fourth, through student data collected during the application and completion stages of the program, it was confirmed that relationships were improved, a sense of belonging and unity among members was enhanced, and attachment to the class was improved.

        모호한 다크패턴에 대한 정책적 대응방안 고찰:연성규범과 규제적 도구

        소비자 행동과 선택을 조작하기 위한 기만적인 디자인 전략인 다크패턴은 디지털시대에 중요한 도전과제로 부상하고 있다. 이러한 관행은 심리적 편향과 넛지를 악용하여 수용 가능한 마케팅과 소비자 기만 사이의 경계를 모호하게 만든다. 일부다크패턴 유형은 위법성이 명확하여 소비자 보호법 등의 적용이 가능하지만, 많은경우 현행법 및 규제의 범위를 벗어나 모호한 회색영역에 존재한다. 본 연구는 합법성과 소비자 기만 사이의 모호한 영역에 놓여 현행 법⋅규제의 적용 범위를 벗어나는 다크패턴에 대한 정책적 대응방안을 모색하는 것을 목표로 한다. 기존의 법적 프레임워크를 보완하기 위해 정부, 산업계 및 이해관계자 간 공동으로 개발된가이드라인과 같은 연성규범 적용을 제시한다. 또한, 기술적 도구를 활용하여 기만적 디자인 설계 관행을 사전에 감지하고 다크패턴에 대한 인식을 높이고 효과적으로 대응할 수 있도록 권한을 부여하는 소비자 교육의 중요성을 강조한다. 궁극적으로 본 연구는 디지털 영역에서 소비자 보호를 강화하며 끊임없이 진화하는 디지털기술과 기만적인 설계 관행에 유연하게 대응하기 위한 정책적 대응방안을 제시하는 것을 목표로 한다.

        유자녀 건강가정사의 일,가족 양립 경험에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 가족정책을 일선에서 실천하며 일-가족 양립을 지원하는 서비스 제공자인 건강가정사 자신의 일·가족 양립경험과 의미는 무엇인가를 탐색하기 위한 목적으로 시도되었다. 연구참여자는 30대 중반에서 40대 중반 유자녀 건강가정사 7명으로, 자료 수집은 심층면접을 통해 이루어졌고, 자료분석은 Giorgi의 현상학적 방법을 따라 수행되었다. 연구결과 유자녀 건강가정사의 일·가족 양립 경험은 70개의 의미단위, 17개의 하위구성요소, 8개의 구성요소로 도출되었다. 구성요소는 ‘시작, 일·가족 병행으로의 진입과 기대’, ‘더 가까이, 현장으로의 접근, 양립 어려움에 봉착’, ‘위기와 고뇌, 자녀양육에 대한 부담과 돌파구의 부재 지각’, ‘딜레마의 경험, 건강가정사이기에 겪는 아이러니한 상황에놓임’, ‘상황대처, 다양한 자원동원을 통한 양립 노력’, ‘함께라면, 어려움의 극복과 가족원의 역량강화’, ‘경험의 양방향 적용, 현장경험을 가족으로, 가족경험을 일의 현장으로’, ‘계속되는 도전, 양립 위한 열망과 노력 이어가기’로 분석되었으며, 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 유자녀 건강가정사의 일·가족 양립 관련 논의사항을 제시하였다. The main issue of this study is ``what is the core meaning of the work-family balanceexperience of married child-raising healthy family specialist?`` To solve this research question,Phenomenological method, specially Giorgi`s phenomenological method is applied on thisstudy. In-deapth interviews were carried out with 7 child-raising healthy family specialists. aging thirties and forties.         H₂O₂로 산화적 스트레스가 유도된 각질 형성 세포에서 흑삼 추출물의 항노화 효과

        본 연구에서는 95°C에서 6번 증숙하여 제조한 흑삼 추출물의 항산화 활성과 피부세포에서 산화적 스트레스로부터 보호 효과를 확인하고, 항산화 효소 발현, 주름개선 및 보습관련 단백질 발현에 미치는 영향을 측정하였다. 흑삼 추출물(BGE-A6)의 항산화 활성을 평가하기 위하여 DPPH, ABTS, superoxide anion 라디칼 소거 활성 및 환원력을 측정하였다. 그 결과 증숙 후 흑삼 추출물이 증숙 전에 비하여 DPPH 라디칼 소거 활성은 4배, ABTS 라디칼 소거 활성은 5배 정도 항산화 활성이 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 피부 각질 형성 세포에서 산화적 스트레스로부터 BGE-A6의 세포보호 효과를 측정하기 위하여 BGE-A6를 1시간 전처리하고 0.5 mM H₂O₂를 6시간 동안 처리하여 분석한 결과, H₂O₂ 처리로 증가된 ROS 생성이 BGE-A6를 100 μg/mL 농도로 처리한 경우 약 40% 정도 감소되는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, BGE-A6의 ROS 소거 효과를 규명하기 위하여 세포 내 존재하는 항산화 효소의 발현량을 western blot으로 평가한 결과 H₂O₂에 의해 유도된 산화 스트레스로부터 감소된 항산화 효소(HO-1, CAT, SOD)의 발현을 농도 의존적으로 회복시켰다. 또한, BGE-A6의 주름 개선 효과를 확인하기 위하여 콜라겐 발현 및 MMP-1 발현 억제 정도를 ELISA와 western blot으로 측정한 결과 0.5 mM H₂O₂를 처리하였을 때 감소된 콜라겐 생성량이 BGE-A6를 100 μg/mL 농도로 처리할 경우 H₂O₂ 처리에 의해 감소된 콜라겐 생성량을 약 20% 정도 회복시키는 것으로 확인되었다(P<0.05). 0.5 mM H₂O₂를 처리하였을 때 증가된 MMP-1의 생성이 BGE-A6 처리 시 농도 의존적으로 억제되는 것으로 나타났다. BGE-A6의 피부보습 관련 단백질 발현에 미치는 영향을 western blot으로 측정한 결과 HAS2와 AQP3 발현량 및 EGFR의 인산화를 처리 시 농도 의존적으로 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 피부세포에 H₂O₂를 처리하여 산화적 스트레스를 유도하였을 때 BGE-A6는 항산화 효소의 발현을 통해 세포보호 효과를 나타내고, AQP3, HAS2 및 콜라겐 단백질의 발현은 증가시키고 MMP-1의 발현을 감소시켜 피부보습 및 피부장벽 기능을 유지하는 것으로 사료된다. 또한, AQP3의 증가는 피부조직 및 피부세포막에 발현되는 EGF 수용체의 인산화를 증가시킴으로써 피부 건조에 대한 보호 효과도 있는 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 흑삼 추출물은 항산화 효과, 피부보습 및 장벽기능 유지를 통한 항노화 화장품 소재로 활용이 가능할 것으로 기대된다. In this study, black ginseng extract steamed six times at 95°C (BGE-A6) was evaluated for its antioxidant, anti-wrinkle, and skin moisturizing effects in human keratinocytes. When steamed six times at 95°C, the content of total ginsenosides including minor ginsenosides (Rg3, Rh4, Rk1, and Rg5) was the highest at 14.97 mg/g. The antioxidant properties of BGE-A6 were measured by using different in vitro antioxidant assays such as 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH), 2-azino-bis (3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid, ABTS), and superoxide anion radical scavenging activity. The antioxidant activity of BGE-A6 was increased in a dose-dependent manner. A 2′,7′-dichlorofluorescin diacetate (DCFDA) assay and a western blot assay were performed to verify the reactive oxygen species (ROS) scavenging activity of BGE-A6 in H₂O₂-induced human keratinocytes. Pretreatment with 100 μg/mL of BGE-A6 inhibited intracellular ROS production by about 40%. Also, the expression of heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1), catalase (CAT), and superoxide dismutase-1 (SOD-1), very well-known as antioxidant enzymes, was increased by BGE-A6 in a dose-dependent manner. BGE-A6 was shown to significantly inhibit the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-1 and increase the production of type I collagen, thus confirming its anti-wrinkle activity (P<0.05). Furthermore, BGE-A6 significantly increased the phosphorylation of the epidermal growth factor receptors (EGFR) and the expression of moisturizing proteins, such as hyaluronic acid synthase 2 (HAS2) and aquaporin 3 (AQP3), indicating that it is effective in enhancing skin hydration. The results of this study suggest that BGE-A6 has potential for use as an effective compound in anti-aging cosmetics to address wrinkle formation and skin hydration.
