        자연 경과에 따른 만성 B형 간염의 간조직 내 FoxP3 양성 조절 T세포의 침윤 양상: 간 침생검 조직을 이용한 면역 조직 화학적 연구

        Background : Regulatory T cells (Tregs) may contribute to the immunological hyporesponsiveness against hepatitis B virus (HBV), and this can result in chronic infection. Tregs suppress the T cell responses directed against HBV and they protect hepatocytes by down-regulating the immune responses that cause liver damage, but the role of Tregs has not been well characterized. Methods : Fifty four patients were selected and classified into three groups (12 were in the immune-tolerance phase, 35 were in the immune-clearance phase and 7 were in the asymptomatic virus carrier phase). We examined the frequency of CD3+, CD4+ & CD8+T cells and forkhead box P3 (FoxP3)+ Tregs in the needle-biopsied liver tissue by performing immunohistochemistry. Results : The FoxP3+ Tregs were mainly located at the portal tracts. In the immune-clearance phase, the frequency of FoxP3+ Tregs was significantly increased compared to that of the immune-tolerance group and the asymptomatic carrier group. Increased FoxP3+ T cells were observed in the patients with a higher histologic inflammatory index. No correlation was observed among the numbers of FoxP3+ Tregs, the serum alanine aminotransferase level, detection of HBeAg and the HBV-DNA viral load. Conclusions : FoxP3+ Tregs may play important roles in suppressing the immune response to HBV and the complete elimination of HBV.

        대안적 주체로서 포스트휴먼 캐릭터의 가능성 연구 - 마블 시네마틱 유니버스를 중심으로 -

        디지털 기술의 발전으로 인해 인간은 정보와 기술과 불가분의 삶을 살아갈 수 없게 되었으며, 인간은 고전적 휴머니즘이 제시한 이원론적 체계에 따라 정의할 수 없는 혼종적 존재로 거듭나고 있다. 이에 따라 정보와 기술의 진보는 인간에 대한 존재론적 고민을 수반한다. 혼종적 정체성에 대한 이러한 고민과 호기심은 대중매체에 등장하는 인간의 범주에 속하지 않는 주인공을 통해 표현된다. 마블 시네마틱 유니버스에서는 전체 작품의 80% 이상에 포스트휴먼 캐릭터를 등장시킴으로써 이러한 대중의 고민과 욕망을 반영하고 있다. 따라서 본고에서는 마블 시네마틱 유니버스에 등장하는 다양한 행위자들을 구체적으로 분석함으로써 포스트휴먼 캐릭터에 대한 인문학적 함의를 도출하고자 한다. 마블 시네마틱 유니버스는 인간 신체를 매개하는 포스트바디 캐릭터와 물리적 신체와 관계없이 행위능력을 보유하는 포스트에고 캐릭터를 중심으로 구성된다. 포스트바디 캐릭터의 경우, 특정한 사건으로 인해 생체 기능이 강화되거나 초능력을 획득하거나 기계 장치와 결합함으로써 평범한 인간에서 초인으로 변화한다. 한편 포스트에고 캐릭터의 경우, 인간 신체를 가지고 있지 않음에도 불구하고 인간 캐릭터와 다름없이 결단을 내리고 자신이 믿는 가치를 실천한다. 각 유형의 캐릭터들은 공통적으로 고전적 휴머니즘에 따른 규범적 인간 신체를 보유하고 있지 않기 때문에 인간과 비인간 간의 경계를 흐린다. 이처럼 마블 시네마틱 유니버스에서는 초인임에도 억압받아 고뇌하는 모습과 인간이 아님에도 정보 및 기술을 통해 주체적으로 행동하는 포스트휴먼 캐릭터의 삶을 재현한다. 그리고 이를 통해 급변하는 사회에 대한 불안과 기술에 대한 두려움, 그리고 인간의 한계를 초월하고자 하는 욕망을 제시한다. 그러나 포스트휴먼 캐릭터들은 불확실한 현실과 위험에 빠진 세계에 굴복하지 않는다. 해당 캐릭터들은 개인적인 차원에서 이들을 통제하는 현실을 극복하고자 하는데, 이는 개인을 억압하는 불안정한 사회에 대한 극복 의지로 확장된다. 이때 포스트휴먼 캐릭터들은 동일한 고민을 가지고 있는 다른 캐릭터와 조에적인 관계를 수립한다. 캐릭터가 형성한 유대감과 조에적 관계는 캐릭터의 개별 서사를 연결하는 통합적 스토리월드에서 발현되고 나아가 확장된다. 즉 다양한 스토리월드를 중첩하고 통합하는 과정을 통해 캐릭터들의 조에적인 관계와 유대감을 강조한다. 이처럼 마블 시네마틱 유니버스에서는 타인과 연대할 때 현실을 극복할 수 있음을 시사한다. 나아가 정보와 기술이 진보하여 급변하고 불안정해진 현실을 살아가야 할 동시대 대중이 나아가야 할 방향을 대안적으로 제시하고 있다. The human who can not live an indivisible life with information and technology due to the development of digital technology, has become as a hybrid subject that can not be defined according to the binary system which has been suggested by the classical humanism. Accordingly, the progress of information and technology accompanies the ontological worries of human and the desire to overcome the helpless human body. Those worries and curiosity about hybrid identity are expressed through the protagonist characters who are not included in ‘human’ category suggested by the classical humanism appearing in the digital media. The Marvel Cinematic Universe which has introduced posthuman characters in over 80% of the entire work, reflects the desire of the public. Therefore this study aims to reveal the humanistic implication of posthuman characters by analyzing various agents in Marvel Cinematic Universe. Marvel Cinematic Universe is consist of the post body characters who meditate the human body, and the post ego characters who have agency regardless of the possession of physical body. Due to a certain event, the post body characters experience a change from normal human beings to superhumans by strengthening the biological function, acquiring the superpower, or combining their bodies with the mechanical device. In the case of post ego characters, although they do not have human bodies, they make decisions as if they are human characters and implement values that they believe. Because each type of the character doesn't have normative human body which is suggested by classical humanism, the posthuman characters in Marvel Cinematic Universe collapse the boundary between human and non-human in common. Marvel Cinematic Universe represents the aspect of posthuman character who acts with independent attitude by using information and technology actively, or is oppressed by society even if the character is a superhuman hero. Moreover, through the representation, it expresses the anxiety about society which is rapidly changing, the fear of technology development, and the desire to overcome the limitation of human being. However, posthuman characters are not frustrated at uncertain reality and the world which is in danger. These characters try to overcome the reality that controls them on individual level. And their attempts are extended to the determination to overcome an unstable society that oppresses the individuals. In order to overcome the crisis, posthuman characters establish zoetic relationships with other characters who have experienced the same problems. The zoetic relationship and a sense of fellowship that the characters have created, are expressed and expanded in the integrated storyworlds which connects every single storyworld. In other words, Marvel Cinematic Universe emphasizes the zoetic relationship and fellowship between characters through the process of overlapping and integrating various storyworlds. As a result, Marvel Cinematic Universe suggests that human beings in posthuman society could overcome reality when they cooperate with others. Furthermore, it offers alternative directions for the contemporary public who have to live in reality which is unstable and rapidly changing due to the progress of information and technology.

        유도지도자의 전문지식과 선수의 승부근성 및 훈련태도의 관계

        본 연구는 유도지도자의 전문지식과 선수의 승부근성 및 훈련태도의 관계를 구명하는 데 목적이 있었다. 연구목적 에 따라 2020년 대한체육회에 등록된 유도선수를 모집단으로 편의표집방법을 이용하여 표본을 추출하였으며, 최종분석 에는 총 213명의 자료를 활용하였다. 분석은 통계프로그램 SPSS 22와 AMOS 22를 활용하여 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분 석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 구조방정식모형분석을 실시하였으며, 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유도지도자의 전문지식 은 선수의 승부근성에 유의미한 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유도지도자의 전문지식은 선수의 훈련태 도에 유의미한 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 유도선수의 승부근성은 훈련태도에 유의미한 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among instructor’s professional knowledge, tenacity and training attitude of Judoka. In order to achieve this purpose, Judoka from registered in Korea Judo Association. A total of 213 surveys were used for the final analysis. Frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlations analysis, and structural equation model analysis were executed using SPSS 22 and AMOS 22 programs. As the results, the following conclusion was derived. First, it was discovered that the instructor’s professional knowledge had influence to the tenacity. Second, it showed that the instructor’s professional knowledge gave influence to the training attitude. Third, it showed that the tenacity affect to the training attitude.

        연소 후 이산화탄소 포집용 흡수제의 비활성화 원인 규명

        Several materials are used to design the sorbents applied in a fast-fluidized bed process for post-combustion CO2 capture. In this study, K2CO3-based dry sorbent (KMC) was prepared by using Micro-cell C (MCC), one of the materials used to design the sorbent, and then its CO2 sorption and regeneration properties were evaluated. KMC sorbent showed a low CO2 capture capacity of 21.6 mg CO2/g sorbent, which is about 22% of the theoretical value (95.4 mg CO2/g sorbent) even at 1 cycle, and showed a low CO2 capture capacity of 13.7 mg CO2/g sorbent at 5 cycles. It was confirmed that the KMC sorbent was deactivated due to the formation of a K2Ca (CO3)2 phase, resulting from the reaction of the K2CO3 with the Ca component contained in the MCC. In order to solve the deactivation of sorbent, and KM8 sorbent was prepared by adding the process of calcining the MCC at 850 °C. The KM8 sorbent showed a high CO2 capture capacity of 95.2 mg CO2/g sorbent and excellent regeneration property. Thus, it was confirmed that the deactivation of the sorbent could be solved by adding the calcining step to remove the side reaction causing material. 연소 후 이산화탄소 포집용 고속 유동층 공정에서 사용되는 흡수제를 대량생산할 때, 흡수제 강도를 위해 여러 가지 물질을 사용한다. 본 연구에서는 흡수제 설계시 사용하는 물질 중 하나인 Micro-cell C (MCC)를 사용하여 K2CO3 기반 건식 흡수제(KMC)를 제조하였고, 흡수 및 재생 특성을 평가하였다. 흡수반응은 60 oC에서 실험하였고, 재생반응은200 oC에서 실험하였다. KMC 흡수제의 연속실험 결과, 1 cycle임에도 불구하고 이론흡수능(95.4 mg CO2/g sorbent)의 약22%인 21.6 mg CO2/g sorbent의 낮은 흡수능을 나타내었고, 5 cycle에서는 13.7 mg CO2/g sorbent의 낮은 흡수능을나타내었다. XRD 및 TG 분석결과, MCC에 함유된 Ca계 성분으로 인해 제조 및 흡수 과정에서 부반응 물질인K2Ca(CO3)2 구조가 생성됨에 따라 흡수제가 비활성화된 것을 확인하였다. 또한 흡수제 비활성화 문제를 해결하기 위해, MCC를 850 oC에서 먼저 소성하는 과정을 추가하여 흡수제(KM8)를 제조하였다. KM8 흡수제는 1 cycle에서 95.2 mg CO2/g sorbent의 높은 흡수능을 나타낼 뿐만 아니라 5 cycle 동안 우수한 재생성을 나타내었다. 따라서 소성단계를 추가함으로써 부반응 원인물질 제거방법을 통해 흡수제의 비활성화를 해결할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

        다발성 골수종의 병인에서 불확실한 Human herpesvirus-8의 역할

        Background : Human herpesvirus 8 (HHV-8) has been strongly implicated in the etiopathogenesis of multiple myeloma. Cytokines, especially interleukin-6, that are produced by HHV-8 infected bone marrow stromal cells may play a role in the proliferation of neoplastic plasma cells. Viral DNA sequences have been detected in the bone marrow and peripheral blood cells of myeloma patients. Yet some investigators have not found the same results. Methods : We exmined the presence of HHV-8 DNA in the paraffin-embedded cell block specimens of bone marrow aspirations from 26 patients with multiple myeloma by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with KS330(233) primers. Thirteen cases of bone marrow aspirations from patients with other diseases were used as a negative control. The DNA extracted from the BC-1 cell line was used as a positive control. Immunohistochemistry using commercially available HHV-8 antibody was done in the cases that were proven HHV-8 DNA-positive by PCR. Results : One case (3.9%) among the 26 patients with myleoma was positive for HHV-8 DNA by PCR, but no positive cells were detected in this case by immunohistochemistry. Conclusions : We could not find a clear relation between myeloma and HHV-8 in Korean patients examined in the present study.

      • 림프절외 NK/T세포 림프종에서 p73 메칠화 양상

        Objectives : DNA methylation of promoter-associated CpG islands is an epigenetic modification of DNA associanted with gene silencing. p73 is a member of the p 53 family which is a tumor suppressor gene producing apoptosis and cell cycel arrest. We investigated the methylation pattern of p73 on the cases diagnosed at Ewha university hospital between 1993-2002. Material and Methods : Sixteen cases of NK/T cell lymphomas and 7 cases of normal controls, which were 2 cases of peripheral blood mononuclear cells and 5 cases of nasal mucosal tissue were studied. Methylation-speific PCR for p73 were done. Results : All cases of NK/T cell lymphomas except one(93.8%) showed hypermethylation of p73. Six cases among 7 normal control cases(14.2%) revealed unmethylated p73. Conclusion : This results suggested that inactivation of p73 could be associated with tumorigenesis of NK cells.

      • Study on impact of a compatibilizer for sPAES/PVDF/UAN composite membrane in vanadium redox flow battery

        Composite membranes are synthesized by sulfonated poly(arylene ether sulfone) (sPAES) / Poly (vinylidene fluoride) (PVdF) / Urethane acrylate non-ionomer (UAN) for Vanadium Redox Flow Battery (VRFB). sPAES increases proton conductivity and PVdF decreases vanadium permeability. UAN as compatibilizer is added at low content. The morphology of composite membrane is examined by Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM). The VRFB performance demonstrated that introduction of a compatibilizer improved energy efficiency. Therefore composite membrane can be useful for RFB application

        The application of the fine needle aspiration(FNA) cytology to the soft tissue tumors has been used increasingly in the preoperative diagnosis of these tumors due to its usefulness and accuracy. We present a case of liposarcoma, showing mosly myxoid component, but small portions of round cell and dedifferentiated component, diagnosed by FNA cytology with histologic confirmation. Good correlation between histologic and FNA cytologic findings was found. Although the cytologic appearances of liposarcomas varied with histologic type, the main criterion was the presence of atpical multivacuolated lipoblast with characgteristically scalloped nuclei.
