        다래나무 및 노각나무 수액의 성분조성

        본 실험에서는 다래나무 및 노각나무 수액을 천연 건강음료로 개발하기 위한 기초 자료를 얻고져 물리ㆍ화학적 성질과 유리당, 무기물 및 구성 아미노산 등을 분석하였다. 다래나무와 노각나무 수액의 pH, 비중, 당도, 수분, 회분 및 조단백질의 함량은 거의 비슷하였다. 유리당 함량은 fructose가 다래나무 수액에서 378.4㎎/100㎖, glucose는 노각나무 수액에서 125.4㎎/100㎖로 가장 높은 함량이었다. 무기물 조성은 망간과 알루미늄을 제외한 모든 무기물에서 노각나무 수액에 비해 다래나무 수액에서 함량이 높았으며 특히 칼슘은 다래나무 수액이 172.0㎎/ℓ, 노각나무 수액에서 13.7㎎/ℓ로 다래나무 수액이 노각나무 수액보다 약 13배나 높은 함량을 보였다. 다래나무 및 노각나무 수액은 분석된 총 17종의 구성 아미노산 중 다래나무 수액은 4종, 노각나무 수액에서는 6종이 검출되었는데, 다래나무 수액은 cystine, aspartic acid, serine 그리고 valine의 순으로 노각나무 수액에서는 cystine, glutamic acid, aspartic acid, serine, valine 및 phenylalanine 등의 순으로 함량이 높게 나타났다. Natural compounds such as free sugars, minerals and composition amino acids in Darae(Actinidia arguta) and Korean stewartia(Stewartia koreana) saps were analyzed to establish to the basic data of foods. Free sugars of the saps determined were fructose and glucose which were detected higher amounts as 378.4 and 125.4㎎/100㎖, respectively, but sucrose and maltose were not detected. Among 10 kinds of mineral detected in the saps, the content of calcium in Darae and aluminum in the Korean stewartia saps was the highest 172.0 and 56.1㎎/ℓ, respectively. The calcium content in Darae saps was 13 times higher than that of Korean stewartia saps. The Darae saps were composed of 4 kinds of amino acids such as cystine, aspartic acid, serine and valine, and then Korean stewartia saps 6 kinds of amino acids such as cystine, glutamic acid, aspartic acid, serine, valine and phenylalanine. It is concluded that saps of Darae and Korean stewartia contain a good variety of natural compounds such as free sugars, minerals and amino acids to serve as an excellent source of very natural and health promoting drinks.

      • 졸-겔법에 의한 Mullite 코팅막의 제조 및 특성에 관한 연구

        출발원료로 알루미늄 세크 부톡사이드(ASB)와 테트라 에톡시실란(TEOS)을 사용하는 졸-겔법에 의해 뮬라이트 조성의 졸 용액을 제조하고, 지지체 표면위에 침지 시간의 변화에 따라 코팅을 실시하였다. 그 결과 뮬라이트 결정화를 위해서는 1,300℃이상의 열처리 조건으로 균열 없는 뮬라이트 코팅막을 제조하는 것이 가능하였으며 침지시간에 따라 코팅막의 두께가 선형적으로 증가하고 평균 기공의 크기는 20∼30Å까지 기공 제어가 가능하였다. Optimal Mullite sol was synthesized by sol-gel process using Aluminium sec-butoxide(ASB), Tetraethoxy-silane(TEOS) and then, Mullite films were dip-coated with various holding time in sol bath and heat-treated at 1300℃ above for crystallization. The thickness of coated film increased linearly with holding time in sol bath and average pore size was controllable within 20-30Å.

        The purpose of this paper is to survey historical view on financial regulations and institutions of Japan and to show an fundamental implication on financial irregulation policy of Korea. To analysis a case of Japan, We divided time into three, i.e., a period of high-speedy growth(1945-1969), low-speedy growth(1970-1980), and at a later period. Financial regulations in high speedy growth period aimed at regulating competition. Such regulations were finished supporting benefits of financial institutions. After 197Os(Oil Shock), Japan had set in a period of low-speedy growth and former regulations had been unsuitable for new economic environment, i.e., rapid development of the communication facilities and computer system. Due to these development, new financial commodities with high risk had been developed. Such changes had speeded up financial irregulation. Besides, after from 1992 on, the collapse of "Bubble Economy" has accelerated institutional reorganization of financial irregulation. But we are able to say that financial irregulation of Japan was "controled irregulation". In conclusion, we demend introduction of a concept of law and economics. This concept is preventing government from direct control of economic behavior and is needing to make minimal law to constitute a basical frame of markets which is effectively working by invisible hand. This concept of market principle is effective in Korea.

        이동통신 멀티미디어 데이터서비스의 트래픽 특성 모델링 및 성능분석

        The aim of this study is to identify the data traffic capacity of 3G mobile communication networks, especially of cdma2000-1X networks. Three-layered ON/OFF traffic model is used to describe the dynamics of data traffics and the process of data transmission such as packet scheduling. We construct a simulator fully incorporating packet handling process of cdma2000-1X data network as well as three-layered ON/OFF traffic model describing the behavior of source data traffics. To get influence of traffic parameters on performance measures, the extensive simulations were performed for several data sets which are obtained from real trace data or previous studies. The experimental results show that the engineered throughput satisfying QoS criteria is approximately 20% of total capacity. Finally, some proposals to improve the system capacity are followed.

        Ductile Fracture of Dual Pase Steel begins with void nucleation, at Martensite-Ferrite interface or deformed Martensite particle. In this study void nucleation, void growth, void volume fraction and void coalescence at given strain were studied in dual phase steel. Therefore, by means of the heat treatment of low corbon steel the study deal with void nucleation and void growth for ferrite grain sizeof dual phase steel. Void nucleaton and void growth with increasing strain are shown depend upon the ferrit grain size. The number of voids and volume fraction of voids generary increase as ferrite grain size decrease. At the close to fracture the void coalescence in the direction of the applied tensile stress, but near the fracture surface they linked in direction transverse to the tensile axis.

        월경전기증후군의 심리적 요인에 관한 연구

        Authors surveyed how the psychologic factors, especially the personality traits were related to the premenstrual syndrome, using PAF and MMPI, with 110 married nurses and 106 unmarried nursing students. The results were as follows : 1) There were no relations between the premenstrual syndrome and the demographic characteristics. 2) The high-scored types in PAF were turned out to be fatigue, lability, anxiety and atypical depressive features in rank order. On the contrary, the low-scored types in PAF were turned our to be increased well-being, hostility/anger, miscellaneous mood/behavior changes and impulsivity in rank order. 3) In the mean comparison of the MMPI scales among three clusters Pa, Pt and Sc scales showed statistically significant relations both in married and unmarried group, also D scale showed statistically significant relation in married group only and Hs, Ma scales showed statistically significant relation in unmarried group only. 4) In the mean comparison of the MPDS scales among three clusters BDL, ANT, CPS, PAG, PAR and STY scales showed statistically significant relations both in married and unmarried group, also DEP scale showed statistically significant relation in unmarried group only.

      • Staphylococcus aureus α-toxin과 용연구균 간의 인혈액 배지에서의 상승 용혈반응의 민감성에 관한 연구

        Recently, a new synergistic hemolysis between S. aureus α-toxin and factors of group A β-hemolytic streptococci, similar to CAMP phenomenon observed between S. aureus β-toxin and group B of streptococci, has been demonstrated (Choi and Yang, 1980). This phenomenon appeared to be one of useful presumptive tests for the primary differentiation of group A streptococci from other groups of β-hemolytic streptococci encountered in human infections as the CAMP test for group B streptococci. However, this new synergistic hemolysis did have a disadvantage that approximately 80%, of group A streptococci gave positive synergistic hemolysis reaction on sheep blood agar but only rarely the strains gave the synergistic hemolysis reaction on human blood agar (Lee et al., 1981). In this study, a sensitivity of the new synergistic hemolysis on human blood agar was studied. An attempt was made to enhance the production of streptococcal factors by the addition of dextrose, sucrose or lactose to human blood agar under the aerobic and microanaerobic (candle jar culture) conditions. Also the effect of each one of these three sugars on the production of α-toxin of S. aureus was investigated. In addition, a comparative sensitivity of synergistic hemolysis reaction, bacitracin susceptibility test and colony inhibition test was evaluated with group A β-hemolytic streptococci. The results are summarized as follows: The addition of dextrose, an inhibitor of streptolysin S, to human blood agar markdely inhibited the hemolytic activity and retarded the growth of colonies of group A streptococci, whereas both sucrose and lactose apparently retarded the growth of colonies but only slightly lowered the hemolytic activity of them. The production of α-toxin of S. aureus was markdely enhanced on the media supplemented with either 1%, dextrose or sucrose, and α-toxin production was further augmented by candle jar culture system, The sensitivity of the synergistic hemolysis reaction was much higer in candle jar culture system than in conventional culture system. However, the addition of one of three sugars to the human blood agar medium completely abolished the synergistic hemolysis reaction. Of 41 strains of group A streptococci tested, 39 strains (98.%) were bacitracin susceptible, 38 strains (92.6%) were sensitive to colony inhibition by dextrose, and 40 strains(97.5%) were positive in synergistic hemolysis reaction. All of group A streptococci that exhibited the synergistic hemolysis reaction were characterised by "crescent-shaped" synergistic hemolysis, while two of 5 strains of group B streptococci gave 'arrowhead-shaped' synergistic hemolysis. All of the other groups of streptococci tested were negative in these three parameters. This study clearly indicated that the microanaerobic (candle jar culture) condition is essential for the enhancement of the synergistic hemolysis reaction between S. aureus α-toxin and factors of group A β-hemolytic streptococci, and that an advantage of the dual test with the synergistic hemolysis test and bacitracin susceptibility test over the single test with bacitracin test in the presumptive. identification of group A streptococci.

        PECVD법으로 증착된 전자소자용 thiophene 박막의 전기화학적 신뢰성에 관한 연구

        The corrosion failure of electronic devices has been a major reliability concern lately. This failure is an ongoing concern because of miniaturization of integrated circuits(IC) and the increased use of polymers in electronic packaging. In this paper plasma-polymerized thiophene films were considered as a possible candidate for an interlayer dielectric for multilever metallization of ultra large scale integrated (ULSI) semiconductor devices. The protective ability of above films as a function RF power in an 3.5 wt.% NaCl solution was examined by electrochemical methods and contact angle measurement. The protective efficiency of the film increased with increasing RF power, which induced the higher degree of cross-linking and hydrophobicity of the films.
