캡스톤 디자인을 적용한 역량중심 사회복지현장 실습세미나의 효과성 연구

본 연구는 캡스톤 디자인을 적용한 사회복지현장실습 교육과정을 구성하여이에 대한 효과성을 검증하기 위한 목적을 가진다. 캡스톤 디자인을 적용한 사회복지현장실습 교육과정의 효과성을 검증하기 위해 본연구에서는 사회복지현장실습 전, 후로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 이를 통해 총 61명의 예비사회복지사핵심역량에 대한 변화를 확인하였다. 캡스톤 디자인을 적용한 사회복지현장실습교육과정의 효과성을 확인해 보았을 때주요 결과는 다음과 같다.우선 예비사회복지사의 7대 핵심 역량은 전반적으로 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 예비사회복지사의 7대 핵심 역량을 개별적으로 살펴본 결과 ‘핵심역량3: 조사와실천의 결합’의 점수가 가장 많이 향상된 것으로 확인되었다. 이와 같은 분석결과를 토대로 본 연구에서는 예비사회복지사의 핵심역량을 향상하기 위해서 교육기관 및 실습기관 간의 유기적인 협력체계에 대한 필요성을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to construct a social welfare field training curriculum applying the capstone design and verify its effectiveness. In order to examine the effectiveness of the social welfare field training curriculum applying the capstone design, this study conducted a survey before and after the social welfare field training, through which changes in the core competencies of a total of 61 prospective social workers were confirmed. When confirming the effectiveness of the social welfare field training curriculum applying the capstone design, the main results are as follows. First of all, the seven core competencies of prospective social workers were improved overall. Among the seven core competencies of prospective social workers, the score of ‘Core Competency 3: Combination of Research and practice’ improved the most. Based on these results, this study suggested the need for an cooperation system between educational institutions and practice institutions to improve the core competencies of prospective social workers.
수성2상계를 이용한 Cyclodextrin Glucanotransferase 분리 및 회수

Cyclodextrin Glucanotransferase(EC 2.4.1.19 : 1,4-${\alpha}$-glucano) transferase, cyclizing; CGTase) can be separated and recovered in an aqueous two-phase system composed of poly(ethylene glycol)(PEG)/dextran and PEG/salt. In an aqueous two-phase system consisting of PEG 35000 (5%) and dextran T2000 (7%), all cell and debris were collected at the interphase. CGTase partitioned to the denser dextran phase at an yield of 83.4%. On the other hand, in an aqueous two-phase system consisting of PEG 35000 (10%) and sodium phosphate (15%), CGTase partitioned to the denser salt phase at an yield of 95.5%. In order to recover CGTase using an aqueous two-phase system, the PEG/salt system proved to be more efficient than the PEG/dextran system in terms of yield and cost.

13-Deacetyl-taxchinin I, a taxoid having a rearranged 11(15\longrightarrow1)-abeo-taxane skeleton, has been isolated and identified from plant cell cultures of Taxus chinensis. The compound has not previously been encountered in nature. Its structure was elucidated by 1-and 2D NMR techniques including H-H COSY, HMQC, and HMBC experiments. This taxoid also provides information for better understanding of structure-activity relationships and biosynthesis, as well as improving the quality control of paclitaxel production.

The number of disputes between physicians and patients caused by medical malpractice has showed a sharp increase for the past several years. Medical malpractice may be resolved either in court or by direct negotiation between both sides concerned. However, most of the medical disputes in Korea have been resolved merely through legal technicalities without reference to actual medical practice. Recently medical disputes are showing the aspect of collective showdown between medical doctors and patients. Keeping in mind that medical disputes are sharply increasing and getting more and more serious, government proposed a new system or the Mediation Law of Medical Malpractice Disputes. However, it was critisized to be pro-doctors. The new system has no special acts that demand the civil or penal liability of physicians. This paper discusses some issues mentioned above.
