        미래 사회를 대비하기 위한 개인의 개성을 존중과 창의적인 능력을 지닌 인간을 양성을 목적으로 충청남도 지역의 초 ㆍ 중고등학생들을 대상으로 한 창의력 경연대회가 공주대학교 과학교육연구소에서 개최되었다. 충청남도 초 ㆍ중 ㆍ 고등학생들을 대상으로 실시한 창의력 경연대회는 창조적 아이디어를 내어 스스로 문제를 해결해 나갈 수 있는 교육 프로그램을 제공하는 좋은 기회였음이 확인되었으나, 일부의 팀에서만 참신하고 재미있는 아이디어들이 제안되었다. 여학생의 참가자 수가 상당히 증가하였으며, 대체적으로 입상권의 학생들의 상당 부분이 여학생이라는 것이 특이할만하다. 학년이 올라감에 따라서 창의적인 아이디어를 내는 양이나 질에 있어서 뒤떨어지는 것으로 분석되었으며, 토론 학습의 적응력이 미흡하고 발표력 및 청취력에 있어서도 떨어지는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 중 ㆍ고등학교의 학교교육에서도 학생들에게 프로젝트형 탐구학습 프로그램의 적용은 물론 토론식 수습을 통한 학생들의 사고의 전환의 기회를 제공해야 할 것으로 사료된다. The creativity competition was held to foster the creativity of elementary and secondary school students in the Institute of Science Education, Kongju national University. It was found that the creativity competition effected on the improvement of inventing creative ideas and problem solving activities. But, only some competitors participated in semifinal and final contests, presented original and interesting ideas. More female students participated in competition than last year. More female participants were awarded a prize than males. Totally, participants were defective in discussion and communication, and presentation and listening ideas. Increasing grades correlated inversely with creativity and originality. There is need of inquiry project teaming programs and presenting opportunities of conversion of thinking by discussing instructions in school

      • 6주간 유산소 운동 트레이닝이 심장 질환자들의 운동수행능력과 혈액 생화학 성분에 미치는 영향

        Seven male patients with heart diseases, over 50.6 years old, were randomly selected for this study. They received 6 week aerobic exercise with 60% maximum heart rate at 2 or 3 times a week. ECG was measured during exercise, and blood sample was taken before and after exercise. The conclusions of this study are the followings. 1) Mean exercise durations were 1317±2:11 min, 9:58±1:36 min, 10:39±2:21 min at pre phase, middle phase, and post phase, respectively. The mean exercise duration was significantly decreased during training(p<0.001) and after training(p<0.05). 2) LDL-cholesterol was decreased from 116.14±27.63 mg/dl to 104.42±36.78 mg/dl after training(p<0.05). 3) MCV was significantly decreased from 93.14±3.32fl to 89.72±3.16fl after training(p<0.01). In conclusion, 6 week aerobic exercise decreased the diastolic blood pressure, metabolism index, exercise duration and LDL-cholesterol among male patients with heart disease.

      • ANFIS를 利用한 送電線路의 故障判別 技法에 關한 硏究

        This paper proposes a technique for fault detection and classification for both LIF(Low Impedance Fault)s and HIF(High Impedance Fault)s using Adaptive Network-based Fuzzy inference System(ANFIS). The inputs into ANFIS are currents signals only based on Root-Mean-Squrare(RMS) values of 3-phase currents and zero sequence currents. The performance of the proposed technique is tested on a typical 154kV Korean transmission line system under various fault conditions Test results show that the ANFIS can detect and classify faults including(LIFs and HIFs) accurately within half a cycle.

      • 전광 트리 네트워크에서 WRA 문제를 해결하는 알고리즘

        본 논문은 전광 트리 네트워크상에서 WDM(Wavelength Division Multiplexing)을 이용한 파장 할당 및 경로 설정문제 즉, WRA 문제를 해결하는 알고리즘을 개발하는데 있다. 현재까지 전광 네트워크상의 임의 경로에 파장을 할당하는 문제는 NP-hard 문제[4]로 알려져 있으며, 또한 전광 네트워크상에서 주어진 노드쌍들을 연결하는 각각의 링크에는 서로 다른 파장을 할당해야 한다는 기술상에 제약조건을 안고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 주어진 네트워크의 유형을 일반트리 형태로 한정지어 생각하고, 일반트리구조상에서 위의 제약조건을 만족하면서 논문 [5]에서 제안된 이론을 토대로 분할정복방법을 이용하여 실제 모든 경로에 파장을 할당하는 다항시간 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 제안한 알고리즘의 분석 결과는 O(Q·R)로, 여기서 Q는 일반트리구조상의 모든 노드에서 다른 모든 노드로 가는 요청 노드쌍들의 수이며 R는 일반트리구조상에서 모든 경로에 대해 할당할 수 있는 최대 파장수이다. 또한, 제안한 알고리즘을 펜티엄Ⅱ 233MHz에서 C언어를 이용하여 실험, 본 알고리즘을 검증하였다. This paper considers the problem of the WRA(Wavelength and Routing Assignment) in all-optical tree networks using WDM(Wavelength Division Multiplexing), where each connection between a pair of nodes in a network is assigned a path through the network and a wavelength on that path, such that connections whose paths share a common link in a network are assigned different wavelengths. The problem of optimal colouring of paths on all-optical networks is NP-hard[4], but if a network topology is a tree and the colouring of all paths, then exists an efficient polynomial time algorithm. In this paper, using divided & conquer method we give an efficient algorithm to assign wavelengths to the all paths of a tree network based on the theory of [5]. The time complexity of this algorithm is O(Q·R), in which Q is the request nodes for all-to-all communication in a tree topology and C is the maximum number of wavelength. Also We implemented our algorithm in C and analyzed performance results.

      • 淺水灣 沙長浦 海岸의 朝間帶 表面堆積物의 分布에 관한 硏究

        Total 102 surficial sediment samples were taken from the intertidal flat of Sajangpo basin in Cheonsu Bay to study the sediment distribution and depositional processes. The intertidal flat sediments are divided into eight types based on grain size data. The eight types are mud, silt, sandy mud, sandy silt, gravelly mud, gravelly muddy sand, silty sand, and sand. Each type is characterized by textural characteristics. These sediment types occur in three patterns from high to low tide zonation. The landward-fining distribution is controlled by the relative time of submergence across the intertidal flat and concurrent changes of tidal current and wavy activity, lag effect, and flood-dominated time-velocity asymmetry. Eastern intertidal sediments are coarser than western ones. This results from the steep slope of the eastern intertidal flat and strong wavy activity along the eastern coast by predominant WNW-NW and S-SW wind. Local disitribution of coarse grained sediments near high tide level is due both to the erosion of exposed bed rock and to the addition of beach sediments by wave and tidal current.

      • 稻熱病 抵抗性에 關한 硏究

        This study was made to investigate the degree of rice blast disease developing in various plants and also the relationship between the disease developing and the amount of content of nutrients in rice plants which were differently dressed. Possibility for culture of rice-blast race was studied and the structure of infected leaves were observed by electron microscope. 1) The varieties sampled, Pung-kwang, Jin-heung, Pal-tal, Pung-ok and Tong-il, were seeded and cultivated in pots. When fifth or sixth leaf emerged, the races of blast T,C,N were innoculated in all varieties. In dressing test Pung-ok, which leas susceptible to blast, was dressed with nitrogen fertilizer in ordinary and twofold and in none-dressing or dressing of silicon fertilizer. When the fifth or sixth leaf was appeared, races T, C, N was innoculated in each varieties of pot. In all experiment the degree of infection was checked out according to the order of leaf, and at the same time, the relationship between the degree of disease developing and the contents of nutrients by determining the total nitrogen, total sugar, phosphoric acid, kalium, silicon dioxide soluble nitrogen and soluble sugar was studied. The occurance of symptom was relatively frequent in upper primary or secondary leaf in all varieties regardless of the kind of fertilizers or their dressing amount. Comparing the occurrencies of disease development in examined varieties, Jin heung was lowest and Pung-ok was highest, while Tong-il was completely free from the infection of the disease. The race T-type attacked most seriously the varieties of Jin-heung, Pal-Tal and Pung-kwang except Pung-ok, C-type was moderate and N-type was very weak in Pung-ok. In the amount of dressing, the occurance of disease was very rare in the rice plant of N-ordinary-silicon fertilizer dressed and frequent in that of nitrogen fertilizer-twofold-and-silicon fertilizer none dressed. The disease developing differed with the races, indicating T-type was most poweful, C-type moderate while N-type was weak. In the interaction between the contents of nutrients in riceplant and the degree of disease developing, Pung-ok, which was very abundant in nitrogen, phosporic acid, glutamic acid, asp artic acid glutamine, asparagine, cystine, serine and sucrose but little in sugar, kalium and silicondioxide, was most susceptible to the disease. Jin-heung, resistant one, was opposite to Pung-ok in all aspects. As a result there was a correlation between the kind or amount of nutrients in rice plant and the disease attack. According to the amount of dressed fertilizer, the rice plant dressed in N-twofold and silicon dioxide none dressed had the larger amounts of total nitrogen, phosphoric acid, aspartic acid, glutamic acid and gldtamine but little in sugar and silicon dioxide contents. While in the rice plant dressed with N-ordinary and silicon fertilizer. the tendancy of disease occuring was low respectively. 2) The study on the cultivation of race T,C,N in the media added such organic acid as succinic acid, valeric acid, malic acid, ketoglutaric acid and such phenolic chlorogenic acid and salicylic acid was made. The result of which was as follow: ① There were no differences in growth of T,C,N type races. ② In the media added organic acid the growth was favorable. ③ In the media added chlorogenic acid the growth was promoted but in the one added salicylic acid the growth was inhibited. 3) The morphological changes of the infected waves alls the structure of hypha of blast which had penetrated into the leaf cell of Pung-ok, which was susceptible one to the disease, was observed by electric microscope. The following facts were found. ① In healthy leaves normal nucleus, mitohcondria, chloroplast, entoplasmic reticulum, vacuole and cytoplasm, especially round substances, were chearly observed by electron microspcope. ② In the infected leaves, the space of the nucleus double memberance was enlarged, and some of the nucleu walls were destroyed. The thinlayer structure of glanalamelae in lamela system was enlarged, somewhere spates were appeared while stromas were disappeared. In mitochondria the spaces of the double membrance were enlarged. ③ Cytoplasm of cell which were attacked by hypha was completely destroyed and the hypha lost their normal structure. ④ In the structure of hypha which penetrated into the cell wall of epidermis, nucleus, mitochondria, round ectoplasmic reticulum, vacuole and substances were clearly observed.

        Behcet's disease is a multisystem vascular inflammatory disease of unknown origin. It is characterized by recurrent aphthous stomatitis, uveitits, genital ulcer and skin lesions. All these common manifestations are self-limiting except for the ocular attack. Repeated attacks of uveitis can cause blindness. Involvement of the gastrointestinal tract, central nervous system and large vessels is less frequent, although it can be life-threatening. There is no pathognomonic laboratory test but there are clinical criteria to assist in establishing the diagnosis. One of the clinical features of Behcet's disease is low-grade fever, which usually accompanies the inflammatory manifestations of the disease. But high fever is rare. Therefore, we reported a case of Behcet's disease presented by high fever in a patient with diabetes mellitus.
