        생리 보조물 함유 기능성 운동복 착용이 운동수행능력 및 자율신경과 체표 온도에 미치는 영향

        여남회. 생리 보조물 함유 기능성 운동복 착용이 운동수행능력 및 자율신경과 체표 온도에 미치는 영향. 운동과학, 제11권 제1호, 259-276, 2002. 본 연구의 목적은 생리 보조물 함유기능성 운동복 착용이 인체에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 건강한 남자 대학생 14명을 연구대상으로 5-20㎛, 37℃에서 방사물 0.991 방사에너지 3.51×10 exp (2)W/㎡·㎛인 원적외선 방사 운동복(특허번호 DO6M-014/04)과 일반운동복을 각각 1주일 간격으로 1일 15시간, 4일동안 착용 전후에 트레드밀 점증부하 최대운동수행능력과 등속성 근력 검사(Cybex 770)를 실시하여, 심폐기능, 운동지속시간, 혈액젖산, 운동중 산소소비량, 최대근력, 최대근력의 발현각도, 총 운동량, 평균파워, 굽힘근력과 폄근력의 비율 등을 비교 분석하였다. 또한 적외선 체열 영상진단 검사법(Medical Thermographic Imaging System;UIR-2000, Meridian Korea)과 스트레스 진단검사법(Autonomic Bioelectric Response Recorder;ABR 2000, Mendian, Korea)을 이용하여 체표온도와 자율신경에 미치는 영향을 비교 분석하였다. 원적외선 방사 운동복을 착용했을 때 최대운동시의 운동지속시간은 평균 9.0% 유의하게 증가(P<0.05)하였고, 최대산소섭취량은 평균 1% 증가시켰으며, 최대 운동직후의 혈액 젖산농도를 23% 유의하게 감소(P<0.01)시켰다. 왼쪽과 오른쪽 어깨관절 단축성 굽힘근과 폄근의 등속성 최대근력과 체중에 큰 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 피하 심층 온도의 상승, 지각신경의 이상 흥분 억제, 자율신경의 기능조정 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 생리보조물 함유 원적외선방사 운동복 착용은 심계기능, 최대근력, 자율신경의 기능을 조절하여 치대 운동수행 능력과 운동 후 회복기능을 향상시키고 안정화시킨다는 결론을 얻었다. The purpose of this study was to assess the feasibility and the effect of far infrared radiation sportswear on cardiopulmonary, blood lactate, ventilatory threshold(VT), autonomic nerve, isokinetic shoulder muscle strength and skin temperature during maximal exercise in college male students. The subjects were 14 college male students who were all participated in treadmill graded exercise isokinetic Cybex test, autonomic nerve, and skin temperature by Thermography(UIR -2000, Meridian Korea) and Meridian(ABR2000, Meridian Korea) test for placebo and experimental group. Experimental group got on far infrared radiation sportswear and placebo group got on regular sportswear for 15 hours a day during four days respectively. Statistical analysis were performed using analysis of variance t-test and paired t-test, accepting level for all significance was above a =0.05 and a =0.01. The results of this study are followings. Far infrared radiation sportswear led to significant improvement in exercise time(12%,9%; P<0.05), during ventilatory threshold and maximal exercise respectively. But blood lactate level of experimental group showed 12%(P<0.05) and 23%(P<0.01) lower than that of placebo group at rest and maximal exercise. Far infrared radiation sportswear were no effective for the improvement isokinetic shoulder muscle strength, but effective for the stabilization of autonomic nerve and skin temperature. These results suggest far infrared radiation sportswear is effective for the improvement maximal exercise performance and recovery.

      • 運動選手들의 最大運動時와 回復期中의 有.無酸素代謝 變化

        The purpose of this study is to examine the aerobic and anaerobic processes during and after maximal exercise in Korean marathoners and long and middle distance runners. Laboratory assessements were made on seven highly trained male marathoners and six long and middle distance runners. Each subject completed a continuous multi-stage treadmill running exercise procedure designed to achive maximum oxygen uptake(VO₂max) within 20 minutes. The treadmill grade was elevated 6%. The test was being performed till a subject could not do a work bout. As the results of this study, conclusions were obtained as follows :The means for the age, height, weight, resting heart rate, and athletic career of the trained male marathoners(middle distance runners) were 21.4 years(21.87), 141.6cm(174.7), 60.6Kg (62.9Kg), 62.9bpm(64.8), and 7.9years (7.6), respectively. The average means of maximal oxygen uptake(VO₂max) were 79.2ml/Kg/min in marathoners and 77.8ml/Kg/min in middle and long distance runners and those of maximal heart rate were 205bpm and 213bpm. respectively. Maximal oxygen uptake at anaerobic threshold(AT-VO₂max)was 63.9ml/Kg/min in marathoners and 58.4ml/Kg/min in middle and long distance runners. The AT was expressed by a percent of VO₂max. It was 80.6% in marathoners, 75.5% in middle and long distance runners that had occured in maximal oxygen uptake, and those of AT-%HR max were 91.6% and 89.0%. This was shown ant maximal heart rate respectively. The average means of oxygen defict during maximal exercise were 35.451 in marathoners and 31.181 in middle and long distance runners. The average means of oxygen debt were 7.461(123ml/Kg) in marathoners and 8.081(126ml/Kg) in middle and long distance runners.

      • 무산소성 역치에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to examine anaerobid threshold. The subjects selected for the experiment twenty three male students enrolle don D-university. They were randomly assigned to experimental group. Maximal and submaximal exercise test were performed before and after training period. Each subjects train of a bicycle ergometer for 8weeks, 3days per week for 30min at work load corresponding to ventilation threshold and lactate threshold. The conclusions of the study are as follow; 1.Ventilatory threshold occurred at a higher values than the lactate threshold. 2.After 8 weeks training. lactate threshold and ventilatory threshold increased significantly(p<0.05). 3.Ventilatory threshold and lactate threshold are more accurate functional terminology than anaerobic threshold.

      • 운동선수들의 환기역치에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to examine the ventilatory threshold in high school elite athletes. The number of experimental subjects were 14 men aged between 16∼17 years without any abnormality in the cardiorespiratory function. Each subjects completed a continuous multi-stage treadmill running exercise test procedure designed to dchive maximum oxygen uptake. Ventilatory rhreshold were determined indirectly from the first and second dreaks in the plot of VE vs VO₂. And computer program has been developed. That models the ventilatery response to exercise using multisegment linear regression. The results of this study indicated that height, weight, reative maximal oxygen uptake, VT, endurance time, oxygen deficit, recovery oxygen uptake, EPOC, and relative signifince of aerobic and anaerobic processes art the beat physiological parameters for sprinters and long distance runners.

      • 기능성 운동복 착용이 인체의 심폐기능과 근육파워와 지구력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of far infrared radiation sportswear on cardiopulmonary and muscle strength in college male students. The subjects were five college male students who were all participated in Cybex test and maximal graded treadmill exercise test. They got on far infrared radiation sportswear for forty-eight hours during two days. Statistical analysis were performed using analysis of variance t-test and paired t-test, accepting level for all significance was α=0.05 and α=0.01. The present data demonstrated that functional sportswear lead to significant improvement cardiopulmonary function, average peak torgue and power in isometric and isokinetic elbow, knee, and trunk muscle strength. These results suggest far infrared radiation sportswear is effective for the improvement cardiopulmonary function and muscle strength and it is necessary to study the effect of ergogeric aids of far infrared radiation sportswear.

        당귀수산(當歸鬚散)투여가 지구성 운동능력회복과 탈수소 효소 농도에 미치는 영향

        여남희, 이학용. 당귀수산 투여가 지구성 운동능력과 회복에 미치는 영향. 운동과학, 제11권 제1호 17-24, 2002. 본 연구의 목적은 당귀수산 투여가 타박부상으로 어혈이 유발된 흰쥐의 지구성 운동능력과 회복에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 있다. 실험동물은 체중 200±20g의 Wister 계 수컷 흰주 85마리를 무작위로 대조군 10마리와 각각 25마리씩 세 실험군으로 나누었다. 대조군은 1일 2회로 0.9%의생리 식염수 5mL/200g을 경구투여하였고 세 실험군은 에테르로 가볍게 마취시켜 30초간 중국산 매화침으로 타박을 주고, 다시 2시간후에는 무게가 20g인 나무망치로 160회/분의 속도로 거의 일정하게 타박을 주어 피하와 근부에 출혈시켜 어혈올 유발하였다. 실험1군은 1일 2회씩 0.9%의 생리식염수를, 실험 2군은 당귀수산 전탕액을 1일 2회씩 5mL/200g을, 실험 3군은 당귀수산 엑기스 분말을 1일 2회씩 150㎎/200g을 경구투여하였다. 지구성 운동능력 경사는 Jacop의 유영실험법을 이용하였고, 유영후 5∼7mL를 채혈하여 젖산탈수소효소(LDH)를 분석하였으며, t-test와 ANOVA를 이용하여 α=0.05 유의수준에서 실험결과치를 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 당귀수산의 전탕액과 엑기스를 투여한 그룹은 지구성운동 능력의 측정을 위한 유영테스트에서 당귀수산을 투여하지 않은 집단보다 빠른 운동회복능력을 보였으며, 젖산탈수소효소(LDH)의 변화로 볼 때 당귀수산 투여는 어혈을 제거하는 작용이외에도 조혈작용이 있음을 알 수있다(p<0.05). 이상의 결과로 볼 때, 당귀수산은 염좌와 타박부상의 위험이 많은 태권도, 복싱, 유도 등의 투기종목 선수들의 부상치료와 운동능력향상과 회복에 활용하면 긍정적 효과가 있을 것으로 생각된다. Yeo, N.H., Lee, H.Y. The Effect of Dang Kwisoo-San on the Restoration of Endurable Exercise Ability. Exercise Science 11(1): 17-24, 2002. The purpose of this study was to know the effect of Dangkwisoo-San, administering it to a white rat which is bruised, on the elimination of hematostasis and restoration of the endurable exercise ability after the elimination. In an experiment on a white rat, the decoction and extract of Dangkwisoo-San is administered to a group of a white rat which is bruised on the abdomen and chest area, and caused hematostasis, after compared a group of white rat which is administered it with the other group which is not, the rusult were summarized as follows: A group which is administered it eliminated hematostasis and restored the endurable exercise ability by swimming test with more rapidity than the other grou which doesn't The Dangkwisoo-San has the function to decrease the activity degree of lactic dehydrogenase(LDH) which is increased in the blood by bruising the abdomen-chest area. Even if it it has a little difference on the change of the blood and restoration of endurable exercise ability between a group which is administered the decoction of Dangkwisoo-San and the extract of it. There is no meaningful change. As a result of the above, it looks like that Dangkwisoo-San will increase the resoration of the endurable exercise ability and will treat a wound effectively and will minimalize the alter effect of wound. This prescription of Dankwisoo-San has a effectiveness on the competitive event of the fight game like boxing, teaekwondo, and judo players as well as on a strain and bruise.

        장기간 환기역치 운동이 심부전증 환자치료에 미치는 효과에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to assess the feasibility and the effect of a long-term ventilatory threshold exercise training program on heart failure patients. The subjects were 20 patients who were divided into control and exercise group. They are mean aged from 61.5yr to 53.3yr. mean New York heart association (HYHA) class fromⅠto Ⅱ, mean left ventrical end-diastolic volume(LVED) from 123 to 123ml, mean ejection fraction (EF) from 39.9% to 38.4%, and mean V˙O_2max from 25.6ml/kg/min respectively. The underwent 6 weeks ventilatory threshold exercise training program which consisted of the workload was V˙O_2 at ventilatory threshold for 30 minutes as day at 3 times per week. Before and after exercise training program, V˙O_2, V˙CO_2 LVED volume and length, left ventrical end-systolic(LVES) volume and length, and ejection fraction were measured. Statistical analysis were performed using analysis of variance T-test and paired t-test. The results of this study are followings. After exercise training program, there were significantly differences in submaximal and maximal exercise performance, V˙O_2 at ventilatory threshold, V˙O_2max, and V˙Emax between control and exercise group respectively (p<0.05). Significantly differences between two groups were also found in left ventrical end-diastolic volum(LVESV) and ejection fraction (EF)(p<0.01). NYHA class also improved form a mean or 2.5 to 1.5(p<0.01). In conclusion, this study showed that the venilatory threshold exercise training program is useful method of clinical application for chronic heart failure.

        성인병 예방을 위한 운동처방 프로그램 개발

        The purpose of this study is to develop an exercise prescription program for adult's disease. The number of experimental subjects were 52 men aged between 30∼59 years without any abnormality in the cardiorespiratory function. They completed a continuous multistage treadmill and bicycle ergometor exercise test designed to achieve maximum oxygen uptake. Ventilatory threshold were determined indirectly from the first and second breaks in the plot of VE vs VO2. And computer program has been developed That models the ventilatory response to exercise using multisegment linear regression. As the results of this study, conclusions were obtained as follows: The maximal heart rate and oxygen uptake were significantly decreased with age (P<0.05). Aerobic Ventilatory threshold and anaerobic ventilatory threshold also significantly decreased with age(P<0.01). These results suggest the work intensity from aerobic ventilatory threshold to anaerobic ventilatory threshold is the best parameter for the development of exercise prescription for adult's disease and the exercise program for treadmill and bicycle ergometer was developed on the basis of the above result.
