        3분과 : 가선집재작업에서의 작업 생산성 및 비용 분석

        본 연구에서는 임목수확작업에 사용되는 집재기계의 작업효율성을 분석하여 경사가 급한(20° 이상) 작업조건에 적합한 가선계 집재기계를 선정하는데 기초 정보를 제공하고자, 타워야더(RME-300T), 트랙터부착형 집재기(일명: 춘천집재기), 트랙터윈치(FARMI) 등에 의한 집재작업에서의 작업생산성 및 비용을 비교 분석하였다. 평균 흉고직경이 20 cm, 집재거리 60 m, 가로집재거리 10 m, 그리고 기계이용률이 70%인 동일한 작업 조건에서 작업이 이루어질 경우, 타워야더의 1일 집재작업 생산성은 33.04 m3/일, 트랙터부착형 집재기는 38.47 m3/일, 그리고 트랙터윈치는 14.17 m3/일으로 분석되었으며, 이에 따른 집재작업비용은 각각 25,105원/m3, 20,520원/m3, 37,835원/m3으로 나타났다. 동일한 작업조건에서 집재거리에 따른 각 집재기계별 작업효율성을 비교하였을 경우, 집재거리가 40 m 이내로 짧을 경우에는 트랙터윈치에 의한 집재작업이 효율적이며, 40~140 m의 집재거리에서는 춘천집재기가, 140 m 이상의 장거리 집재작업에서는 타워야더가 가장 효율적인 것으로 나타났다. This study was conducted to provide field-based harvesting study information which can be used to select an optimal cable system for certain work conditions on steep grounds (>20° ground slope) in Korea. Toaccomplish this study objectives, we evaluated three cable yarding systems (RME-300T tower-yarder, Chuncheontower-yarder, FARMI tractor winch) working in typical work conditions for their yarding productivity and operational efficiency. Those yarders are commonly used for removing logs or trees on steep grounds in Korea. Under the same work conditions (average DBH of tree to be cut, 20 cm; yarding distance, 60 m; lateral yardingdistance, 10 m; and machine utilization rate, 70%), the average productivities were 33.04 m3/day, 38.47 m3/day, and 14.17 m3/day for RME-300T, Chuncheon tower-yarder, and FARMI, respectively. Our standardized cost comparison study also showed that the yarding cost was highest at 37,835 won/m3 with FARMI, followed byRME-300T at 25,105 won/m3 for the same work conditions. We found the lowest yarding cost with the Chuncheon tower-yarder at 20,520 won/m3 which was resulted primarily from high yarding productivity at theyarding distance (60 m). Our analysis suggested that a small machine such as FARMI could be a low-costyarding machine option for a cable yarding job with a short yarding distance (40 m or less). The Chuncheontower-yarder is well suited for a mid-range yarding distance job in Korea, ranged between 40 to 140 m. Ifyarding distance were longer than 140 m, the RME-300T tower yarder appears to be most cost-effective.

        오공약침의 안전성에 대한 임상적 연구

        Objective: Recently scolopendrid aquacupuncture has been a good effect on pain control but it has not been known about clinical safety. So, In order to prove the clinical safety of scolopendrid aquacupuncture, We have observed the physical reac-tion and clinical pathology test after scolopendrid aquacupuncture treatment. Methods: We analyzed physical reaction and clinical pathology test before and after Scolopendrid aquacupuncture treatment of 30 patients suffering from pain, who admitted department of Acupunture and Moxibustion, College of Oriental Medicine, Won-Kwang University Kwangju hospital. Results & Conclusions: The results were summarized as follows. 1) The distribution of sex was 14 males and 16 females, and the average of patients age was 46.2 years. 2) The distribution of symptom was lumbago, lumbago with radiating pain, nuchal pain and knee joint pain. 3) In the 30 patients treated with Scolopendrid aquacupuncture, hematologic test did not show remarkable change. 4) In the 30 patients treated with Scolopendrid aquacupuncture, Liver function test(AST, ALT, ALP) showed a slight decrease on the contrary, and abnormal rate showed a decrease of 1.0%(from 3.3% to 2.3%) compared with previous study. 5) In the 30 patients treated with Scolopendrid aquacupuncture, Renal function test(BUN, Cr) and abnormal rate(from 2.5% to 2.0%) showed a slight decrease on the contrary. 6) In the 30 patients treated with Scolopendrid aquacupuncture. Electrolyte were normal range before & after treatment. 7) In the results of the Urine analysis of 30 patients, Leukocyte, Protein. Glucose, Keton, Bilirubin, U-bilinogen were not detected before and after Scolopendrid aquacupuncture treatment, and the rest almost made no difference. 8) In the Physical reactions, all of the patients complained of pain of body partially, only one patient showed reddish and itch, but symptoms like those were entirely disappeared within 24 hours and whole body pain, swelling, headache, dizziness, fatigue and nausea was not observed.

      • 자기공명영상을 이용한 정신분열병 환자의 뇌량크기 측정

        Objectives : Nowadays many studies with MRI have reported structurai abnormalltles of corpus callosum of schizophrenic patients. However, the results are various and inconstant. In this study, we attempted to identify structural change of C O ~ U S cailosurn. Method : We measured the size of corpus callosum of the 24 schizophrenia patients (male 11, female 18) who were diagnosed by DSM-IV (19943, visited at department of psychiatry, catholic university hospital of Daegu from January 2002 to December 2003, by using midline sagittal slice of MRI. These results were compared with the size of corpus callosum of 25 controls (male 7, female 78). We divided corpus callosurn into 7 areas. We calculated and compared the areas of each subregion, mid-sagittal cerebral area, and entire corpus callosum. The results were analyzed by independent t-test. Result :When we compared subregion to corpus callosum adjusted wth mid-sagittal cerebral area, schlzoph-renia patients had significantly smaller genu (1.64k0.32 vs. 1.43k0.26 p<O.O5) and splenium (2.16f0.27 VS. 1.96+0.30 ; ~(0.05). Similarly, the ratio of total corpus callosum to midline sagittal cerebral area (%)(7.50*0.72 vs. 6.90t0.82 ~(0.05) was significantly smaller In schizophrenia than control group. Conclusion : In this study, we found significant differences in corpus callosum between schizophrenic patients and normal control group.

      • Trichoderma viride에서 분리한 Endoglucanases와 Cellulose의 상호작용에 있어서 Enzyme에 존재하는 Trytophan기의 역할

        곰팡이 Trichoderma viride 셀룰라아제로부터 세가지의 endoglucanase (endoglucanase Ⅰ,Ⅱ및Ⅲ)가 다양한 크로마토그래피 과정을 통해 분리되었다. 또한 활성에 미치는 tryptophan기의 역할을 화학적 변형을 통하여 알아보았다. N-bromosuccinimide에 의한 효소의 화학적 변형으로부터, endoglucanase Ⅰ,Ⅱ및Ⅲ의 분자당 지니고 있는 tryptophan의 개수가 각각 6,1,1.5개 임을 알수 있었다. 즉 endoglucanase Ⅰ은 분자당 여섯 개의 tryptophan을 함유하고 있으며, 활성부위에는 한 개가 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 endoglucanase Ⅱ및Ⅲ는 분자내에 대략 하나의 tryptophan이 단지 활성부위에서만 작용하는 결과를 보여주었다. 또한 endoglucanase Ⅰ의 경우 활성부위가 아닌 다른 부분에 있는 tryptophan기가 기질의 표면에 흡착하는데 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. Three endoglucanases (endoglucanase Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ ) as major cellulase components were isolated from the fungus Trichoderma viride by a of chromatography procedures, and the role of tryptophan residues in the activity towards carboxymethyl cellulose were investigated through kinetic and chemical modification studies. Through the modification of cellulase with N-bromosuccin-imide, it was found that endoglucanase Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ contained 6, 1, and 1.5 tryptophan residue(s) per enzyme molecule, respectively. From the result of the kinetic data on the modification, it was estimated that the active site of enzyme includes at least one or two tryptophan residue. These results indicated that, in the case of endoglucanase Ⅰ, five tryptophan residues are exposed to another region of the enzyme except that of active site. In the case of the endoglucanase Ⅱ and Ⅲ, however, tryptophan residue exists almost in the active site. In addition, the relationship between endoglucanase activity towards cellulose and the role of tryptophan residue exposed to the enzyme surface was discussed.

        This paper presents a reducing IPSec delay scheme of a Mobile Node and VPN(Virtual Private Network) gateway using a efficient and secure IKEv2(Internet Key Exchange) message. When the Mobile Node changes its CoA(Care-of-Address), it re-establish all SA(Security Association) with the VPN gateway. Creating new SAs often also involves expensive calculations , possibly a large number of roundtrips in the Mobile IPv6 environment. In the proposed scheme, We extend the IKEv2 message to updates the IP addresses associated with the IPSec SA(Security Association)s. In this way, our scheme reduces a IPSec delay resulted from an SA re-negotiation.

      • 수액 세트의 Drip Chamber를 이용한 상부소화관의 이물 제거 1예

        In the upper gastrointestinal tract, in particular, there are parts consisting of esophageal sphincter muscles to carry out physiologic functions, which causes impairments when removed, as well as such complications as mucosal injuries, bleeding and even perforations in the case of foreign bodies with large size and/or sharp angles. Therefore, it is essential to use an appropriate type of supplementary instrument for a safe procedure. Frequently utilized supplementary instruments are overtube, protector hood, latex glove and transparent cap. We report a case in which authors were successful in removing a watch bend consisting of metal ring from gastric body while using a modification of a widely available drip chamber of fluid set attached to vertical end of endoscopic device.

      • 유연성 Routing을 가지는 생산시스템 Scheduling에 관한 고찰

        In this paper the problem of scheduling production systems with flexible routings is investigated. An efficient algorithm is prestented to determine an optimal or near optimal schedule of the n jobs on m machines problem with alternative routings allowed for each operation with the objective being the minimization of the makespan. It is found that the proposed algorithm can solve large problems in relatively short time. The details of the algorithm as well the results of applying the algorithm to a large problem set are presented.

        백서 척수에서 Capsaicin과 Eugenol이 iCGRP (immunoreactive calcitonin gene-related peptide) 분비 조절에 미치는 영향

        Neuropeptide such as calcitonin gene-related peptide and substance P may mediate neurogenic inflammation, but little is known about the regulation of neuropeptide release from rat spinal cord. Eugenol has been reported to reduce odontogenic pain and is known to have a structure similar to capsaicin, a potent stimulant of certain nociceptors. This study was done to examine the effect of capsaicin and eugenol on immunoreactive calcitonin gene-related peptide (iCGRP) release from rat spinal cord and whether eugenol regulates capsaicin-sensitive release of iCGRP or it evokes capsaicin-sensitive release of iCGRP. The dorsal half of rat lumbar spinal cord was chopped into 200㎛ slices. They were superfused (500㎕/min) in vitro with an oxygenated Kreb's buffer. The EC50 of capsaicin on iCGRP release was measured. Eugenol (600㎛ and 1.2mM) and vehicle (0.02% 2-hydroxyl-β-cyclodextrin) were administered prior to stimulation of rat lumbar spinal cord with capsaicin. The amount of iCGRP release from rat lumbar spinal cord was measured by radioimmunoassay. The results were as follows : 1.iCGRP release from rat lumbar spinal cord was dependent on concentration of capsaicin. The EC50 of capsaicin on iCGRP release was 3㎛. 2.In the vehicle treated group, capsaicin (3㎛) evoked a 14-fold increase over basal iCGRP level. 3. Administration of 600㎛ and 1.2mM eugenol evoked a 2.2-fold increase and a 2.3-fold increase over basal iCGRP level respectively. 4.Administration of 600㎛ and 1.2mM eugenol increased capsaicin evoked release of iCGRP by more than 50%. These results indicate that eugenol evoke CGRP release from central nervous system and potentiate the pain-inducing action of capsaicin on it Key words : Eugenol, Capsaicin, Rat lumbar spinal cord, Superfusion, Radioimmunoassay

        Input shaping is an efficient tool to eliminate residual vibration caused by motion of mechanical systems. However, the presence of input shapers may increase the rise time of system. This paper is concerned with the rise time reduction when using input shaping. To this end, this paper proposes an input shaper design method for an undamped single mode vibration system using virtual modes, which are not actual mode but reflected in the design process. This paper proposes a new input shaper which has multiple impulses as if a single mode system has more than one modes: one actual mode and several virtual modes. The natural frequencies of the virtual modes are design parameters to change the rise time of the system. This paper discusses the characteristics of the 1 virtual mode and 2 virtual mode input shapers. The performance of the proposed input shapers is tested by experiments.
