      • Aerobic Dance가 主婦의 體力 및 身體構成에 미치는 效果에 대한 硏究

        The purpose of this study was to see the change of pulmonary function, physical fitness, physique and Body Composition affected by Aerobic movement during 10 weeks. The study was conducted by observing. The following results were concluded the home-keepers who were in their 30s. 1. Body weight, Waist Girth, and Thigh Girth of physique were decreased, and Chest Girth and upper Arm Girth were increased. 2. Skinfold Thickness of Body Composition was totaly decreased, but Lean Body and mass was increased. 3. Book strength and Trunk Flextion were improved better than before, and the height of sargent Jump and the Number of side step were decreased. 4. Average and total Lung Function were decreased after the training compared to before exercise. According to the results of this research, Aerobic exercise has a little effect on weight reduction and physical fitness improvement, but has no effect on Lung function. Also, although strength and Flexibility has been improved as a result of the Aerobic movement, some aspects of power and Agility have not been improved. As a conclusion, although Aerobic exercise can not improve general fitness of the homekeeper but maintain previous fitness level and body shape.

      • PWM AC-DC 컨버터의 입력전류 직접추종제어

        본 논문에서는 PWM AC-DC 컨버터의 정상상태 제어오차를 제거하고, 과도 특성을 향상시키기 위한 새로운 전류제어계를 제안한다. 먼저, 일반적인 PWM 컨버터에 대한 상태공간 모델로 표현된 수학적 모델이 제시된다. 컨버터의 상태공간 모델은 제안하는 전류제어계를 포함한 PWM 컨버터의 시뮬레이션에 사용된다. 본문에서 제안하는 정현추종 제어계는 교류성분의 전류를 직접추정 제어 하기때문에 좌표변환 알고리즘을 필요로하지 않는다. 입력전류 제어계의 전달함수롤부터 정상상태 오차가 영이되는 것을 입증한다. 그리고, 시뮬레이션과 실험을 통하열 본 제어방식의 타당성을 입증하고자 한다.

        공공갈등 관리체제 구축 방안에 관한 연구

        In South Korea, the recent implementation of participatory surveys for public deliberation on the suspension of the construction of Shin-Gori Nuclear Reactors No. 5 and 6 presents the necessity and also the possibility of building a public conflict management system. As large-scale national projects such as the construction of dams, high-speed railroads, airports, naval bases, radioactive waste disposal facilities, or transmission towers have repeatedly faced situations of public conflict in the process of their planning and construction, discussions began in the early 2000s to seek measures to proactively prevent public conflicts by way of proactively managing them, rather than post facto resolving them. As a result, legislative bills to institutionalize a public conflict management system were submitted to the National Assembly many times, in which conflict impact analysis is articulated as a core device for the prevention of public conflicts, and conflict mediation councils provide a process for voluntarily resolving conflicts. On the other hand, several bills concerning a “public deliberation committee” were submitted to the National Assembly, too. These bills are mainly about the formation of a public deliberation committee, intended to be an independent consensus-building organization that would determine whether a certain public policy or project needs to be discussed and debated publicly, and that would facilitate such discussion and debate when necessary. Although these two different types of bills seem to be separate, in fact they are jointly intended to construct a methodical public conflict management system from the viewpoint of the democratization of the work of government and the realization of the principle of citizen’s participation. Therefore, this study aims to compare and review the detailed contents and core issues of those bills related to public conflict management and those related to a public deliberation committee that have been submitted to the Korean National Assembly thus far, and to integrate the public conflict management systems presented in those two types of bills. All this is in order to propose the construction of a comprehensive public conflict prevention and resolution system that can integrate a public deliberation committee-centered management and support system with voluntary public conflict management procedures of public organizations. 신고리 원자력 발전소 5・6호기 건설 중단 관련 공론화위원회의 운영 및 공론화 절차는 우리 사회에 체계적인 공공갈등 관리체제 구축의 필요성 및 가능성을 제시하고 있다. 댐, 고속철도, 공항, 해군기지, 방사성폐기물처리장, 송전탑 건설 등 대규모 국책사업의 추진 과정에서 반복적으로 대규모 공공갈등 상황에 직면하게 되면서, 2000년대 초반 공공갈등을 사후에 해결할 것이 아니라 공공갈등‘관리’라고 하는 관점에서 사전적으로 예방하기 위한 방안을 모색하여야 한다는 논의가 이루어지기 시작하였다. 그 결과, 갈등영향분석을 공공갈등 예방의 핵심적인 장치로 하고, 갈등조정협의회를 통하여 공공갈등의 해결방안을 자율적으로 모색하게 하는 절차를 구체화한 공공갈등관리 관련 법률(안)이 여러 차례 국회에 제출되었다. 다른 한편으로는, 일정한 규모 이상의 공공정책의 추진 과정에서 공공토론 여부를 결정하고 공공토론을 개최하는 역할을 담당하는 독립적인 사회적 합의 기구의 성격을 지닌 공론화위원회 설립을 주요 골자로 하는 공론화위원회 관련 법률(안)이 국회에 제출되었다. 이 두 가지 논의는 별개로 보이나 사실상 공통적으로 행정절차의 민주화 및 시민참여의 원리 실현의 관점에서 체계적인 공공갈등 관리체제를 구축하려는 것이다. 따라서 본 논문은 이제까지 국회에 제출되었던 공공갈등관리 관련 법률(안) 및 공론화위원회 관련법률(안)의 구체적인 내용 및 핵심적인 쟁점을 비교・검토하고, 이 두 가지 유형의 법률(안)에 제시된 공공갈등 관리체제를 통합하여 공론화위원회 중심의 관리 및 지원체제와 공공기관의 자체적인 관리 절차가 연계될 수 있는 총괄적인 공공갈등의 예방 및 해결 체제의 구축을 제안하고자 한다.

      • 정현추종 제어기를 이용한 전압형 PWM 컨버터의 입력전류제어

        This paper presents the sinusoidal tracking controllr in order to eliminate the steady state control error and to improve the transient characteristics for input current in voltage source PWN congerter. A general mathematical model with switching functions of the PWM converter that is represented as differential equation is established. The proposed model in current control system that does not require coordinate transformations is described. It is proved that the steady state deviation reduces to zero from a transfer function of input current control system. The sinusoidal tracking controller is realized by differential equations for the LC equivalent circuit. From simulations and experimental work, it is verified that the control system can eliminate the steady state error of input current and also improve the transient state characteristic.

      • 공압을 이용한 수중운동체의 수압시뮬레이터 설계 연구

        HILS(Hardware In Loop Simulation) is an effective means of testing unmanned underwater vehicle under extreme operational conditions and a variety of operational environments. In order to verify the vehicle performance under time-varying pressure conditions, a reliable pressure simulator is vital to an integrated system for the HILS. This paper presents the results of design research for the pressure simulator using pneumatic pressure (nitrogen), a high speed solenoid valve and a PWM control method. The test and evaluation results of the pressure simulator show that the simulator can generate an appropriate level of desired pressure with an average error below 1m depth for time-varying pressure change conditions corresponding to vehicle dynamics. In addition, the levels of overshoot and vibration have been shown to be under the requirements of design specifications.

        3개 대학병원의 주 진단 코딩사례 평가

        Background : Coding of principal diagnosis is essential component for producing reliable health statistics. We performed this study to evaluate the current practice of principal diagnoses determination and coding, and to give some basic data to improve coding of principal diagnosis. Method : Nineteen medical record administrators(MRAs) of 3 university hospitals participated in coding principal Dx. From August 1, 2001 to August 31, 2001. From each hospital, 10 medical records of patients with high frequency disease were selected randomly. Each 10 medical records were grouped into three(A,B,C). Then, these 30 medical records were given to each MRAs for coding. At the same time questionnaire was given to each of them. Questions were to prove how they decide and code the principal diagnosis among many current diagnoses ; how they decide and code the principal diagnosis when day see irrelevant diagnosis recorded as the principal diagnosis in medical record, when only tentative diagnoses were recorded without final diagnosis, and when different diagnoses were recorded in different sheets of same record. Agreement of coding among 3 hospitals were compared and survey results were analysed with SAS 6.12. Results : Agreement of coding was found in medical records 5-6 of each 10 medical records. Causes of disagreement were as follows. Difference of clinician’s opinion from each hospital; mixed use of guideline from KCD-3 and guideline from DRG; difference in 4th digit classification according to the absence of pathology report in the medical record; difference of abbreviations among hospitals. 57.9% of decided principal diagnosis after consulting to KCD-3 guideline. When there were difficulties in determining the principal diagnosis, 42.1% of MRAs decided principal diagnosis after discussion with the physician, 26.3% after discussion with fellow MRAs. Conclusion : There were differences in coding among hospitals. To minimize the difference, we suggest the development of disease-specific guidelines for coding in addition to the current general guideline such as KCD-3. To do this, Coding Clinic which can produce guidelines is needed.

      • Flavobacterium meningosepticum에 의한 균혈증 1예

        1996년 6월 카톨릭대학교 부천성가병원에 뇌경색으로 입원했던 61세 남자 환자의 혈액에서 Flavobacterium meningosepticum을 분리하였다. 환자는 폐렴을 동반한 패혈증의 예로 ceftriaxone과 metronidazole을 투여하였으나 입원 48시간만에 사망하였다. Flabovacterium meningosepticum is a rae cause of nosocomial infection which shows multi-drug resistance. It mainly invades patients with impaired immunity. Recently, we experienced a case of F. meningosepticum bacteremia in a patient with chronic debilitated state owing to stroke. The clinical progress was so rapid that he died within 48 hours. Blood culture revealed F. meningosepticum which showed characteristic yellow colony in blood agar plate.

        의원성 사고로 발생한 타액선염 : 증례보고

        A case of sialadenitis is presented in a patient with painful swelling of the right mouth floor. The condition was caused by trauma on the right mouth floor during dental treatment, which had happened 15 days before admission. On aspiration, mucous secretion was found and ultrasonography showed obstruction of duct. Histopathological studies and surgical investigation established a definite diagnosis of obstructive sialadenitis caused by ductal laceration. As surgical treatment sialodochoplasty was selected. The case and relevant considerations are discussed.
