Background : In recent years gonorrhoea has been panendemic and remains one of the most common Sexually Transmitted Diseases in the world, especially in developing countries. Objective & Method : For the detection of a more effective therapeutic regimen and assessing the prevalence of Penicillinase Producing Neisseria Gonorrhoeae(PPNG), Ive have been trying to study the patients who have visited the VD Clinic of Choong-Ku Public Health Center in Seoul since 1980 by means of the chromogenic cephalosporin method. Results : In 1994, 168 strains of N. gonorrhoeae were isolated, among which 109 (64,9% ) were PPNG. Conclustion : Our results suggests that the prevalence of PPNG in Seoul is still increasing.

This report based on the United Nations Korean Upland Project soil survey method, and study the land Soosin and Sungnam-Myun in Chung-Nam Province. Result: 1.64.2ha (15.6%) of upland requires gulley control, where shows more than 16% soil slope. 2.Grade of erosion is shown as follow Erosion 1 13.36% Erosion 2 13.59% Erosion 3 28.59% Erosion 4 9.56% 3.The acreage of less than 16% of soil slope was erosion 1,2. 4.About 45% of erosion 1,2 is covered with vegiataion more than 50%, only erosion 4 and gully are covered with vegitation 4∼5. 5.Erosion soil depth 4,5 shows generally in 3,4 and gully land. 6.General slope and good vegitation are observed to be less soil erosion.

水稻의 適正 用水量 算定에 關한 硏究 : 葉水面 蒸發量을 中心으로 For Amount of Evapotranspiration

1. 試驗기간의 氣象現況은 Table 1과 같다. 2. 벼의 엽면증발량은 活着後 점차 增加하여 第8기에 Peak로 되며 이때의 1日 엽면 증발량은 5.16mm/day로 되었다가 점차 減少現象을 보인다. 3. 엽면증발량은 第8期에 全 葉面증발량의 17.5%에 達한다. 4 벼의 증산비는 282이였다. 5. 株間수면증발량은 Table 3과 같으며 葉面증발량과는 負(一)의 相關關係가 있음을 보였다. 6. 증발계증발량과 엽수면증발량과의 比는 1.43이였다. 7. 증발계증발량과 葉面증발량과의 비는 0.89이였다. 8. Blaney- Criddle method에 依한 k値는 Table 5와 같다. 9. 증산强度는 총계 1021로, 증발산强度는 총계 1141.8로 나타났다. The resuts of the study on consumption use of irrigated water in pabdy field during the growing stage of gaddy rice are summarized as follow. 1. Amount of transpiration of paddy rice increases gradually after trasplantation and reaches peak on 8th growing period and amount of traspiration reached on 5.16mm/day, then it decreases gradual1y after that. 2. Trnspirstion reached l7. 5% of amount of transpiration at 8th growing period. 3. Transdiration ratio of paddy rice approximate1y 262. 4. As we know from Fig. 2 correlation between the amouut of everporation from water surface in paddy field and amount of trans piration shows high negative. 5. Ratio of between evaportion and evapotranspiration is 1.43. 6. Ratio of between evaportion and transpiration is 0.89. 7. The k value of Blaney-Cliddle methed shows Tab1e 6. 8. Transpion and evaoptranspiration intennsities is each other 1021 and 1141.8.本 試驗은 엽수면증발량 株間수면증발량을 實測하였으며 이 試驗에 여러 가지 未備한 点이 있는 것으로 思料되나 以上의 試驗結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다.

수업개선을 위한 멘토링 프로그램의 적용과 분석

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of instruction which uses mentoring program in a universities. The sample for this study was 120 professors in a university. They are grouped in pairs and participated in mentoring program for instruction improvement. The results of the study shows that: ① It is found that professors need to have opportunity for instruction improvement. ② There are some change of recognition on methods which show the lens view of the classroom and classroom observation by peer. Though many professors feel the need for classroom observation, they don't have appropriate instruments to use. Because professors regard the observation as teaching evaluation rather than an effective means for professor development. However, professors in industrial university can use observation instruments and techniques to find out what actually is going on in their instruction improvement. ③ Most of professors realize the mentoring program is effective for professors to form "Educational Fellowship Culture".

The accounting processing ofsocialwelfare incorporations as non-profit institution is done notby generally accepted accounting principles butby various laws and regulations.The financial reporting is made much of reporting of carrying out the stewardship for mainly administrative institutions than reporting of providing useful information to the direct interest group.Therefore this paper is accomplished by means of books, scientific journals, administrative data and positive research through the interview with accountants of the social welfare incorporations which providedmewithfinancialstatementsandauditingreport.Astheresultsthe problems and theirimproving methods in the accounting processing ofthe socialwelfareincorporationsareasfollows: First,itshould be regulated thatthe accounting is processed by accrual basis. Second,the accounting should be processed by duality book keeping for thepurposeofefficientmanagingofassets,promoting effectivelyestablishing objectandprovidingofusefulaccountinginformation. Third,the budgetshould be is made up and evaluated in the long-term pointofview Fourth,thetangibleassetsshould becapitalized to heighten thereliability ofaccountinginformation. Fifth,generalprinciples,procedures and method ofaccounting processing shouldbeprescribedatleastinFinancialAccountingRegulations. Sixth,the auditing fordivision ofoperation should be carried outby an administrative authority and should be carried outby a certificated public accountantsocalledexternalauditingsystem.

A synthesis of 4-hydroxy-2-methyl-N-(2-pyridyl)-2 H-1, 2-benzothiazine-3-carboxamide-1, - dioxide is described 4-Hydroxy-2-methyl-N-(2-pyridyl)-2 H-1, 2-benzothiazine-3-carboxamide-1, 1-dioxide, nonsteroidal, antiinflammatory drug (PIROXICAM) was synthesized by two different methods. (1) Rearrangement : Ring expansion of a N-alkylated compound followed by methylation and amination. (2) Cyclization : Cyclization of an open chain compound which are formed by sulfonation, afforded the product by use of cyclization. Sulfonation of aromatic sulfonyl chloride with N-methyl glycine ester followed by base-catalyzed cyclization afforded the final product.

통일독일의 경제정책 : 사유화 및 투자정책을 중심으로 Privatization and Investment Promotion Policy

獨逸의 경험이 보여주는 바와 같이, 經濟統合 이후 제기되는 가장 중요한 과제는 國營企業의 私有化方案이다. 여기에는 매각, 무상양여 및 혼합모형이 있으며 독일식의 매각방식은 經營의 效率性과 迅速性을 보장하는 일방 社會的 收容性 문제를 안고 있다. 南北韓 經濟統合에서 이러한 副作用을 방지하기 위해서는 매각방식과 從業員持株制를 혼합적용할 필요가 있다. 不動産을 중심으로 하는 財産權의 행사에는, 독일이 취한, 原所有主에 대한 返還의 原則보다 補償의 原則을 적용하는 것이 私企業의 投資促進에 유리하다. 반환의 원칙은 法的 所有主가 명확하게 드러나지 않는 한 合理的 解決을 기대하기 어렵다. 産業의 構造調整과 관련해서는 독일식의 高賃金-高度技術戰略은 南北韓의 경우 그 적응이 불가능할 것이다. 經濟統合이후 對北韓地域 産業政策은 독일식의 단기적인 두 지역간의 소득격차 해소전략보다는 단계적 同質化 전략이 필요할 것이며 일차적으로 勞動集約的 中小企業을 축으로 하고, 경쟁력을 상실한 資本財産業에 대하여는 과감한 市場退出을 적용하며, 이와 병행하여 두 地域間 勞動力의 大量流出入과 二元的 經濟構造가 배태시키는 政治的 費用을 극소화 시킬수 있는 方案을 마련하여야 한다. There are various methods in the privatization of state enterprises in the former socialist countries. The German method of privatization by the 「Treuhandanstalt」has merits such as managerial efficiency and speed; however, it has some problems from the view of social acceptance. In the Korean case, it might be recommendable to combine the German method with employee's stock sharing system. As to the former ownership of real estates, compensation would be preferable to restitution since problems of ownership are far more complicated in Korea than in Germany. To pursue effectively investment promotion policies in the northern part of Korea, wages must be kept down on the level of labour productivity. Thus, the 「high wage - high tech policy」pursued in Germany would not suitable in Korea. Industrial adjustment policy in unified Korea must be formulated on the assumption that dual industrial structure would be unavoidable on long-term perspective. Otherwise, mass unemployment and huge budget deficit would cause severe socio-economic side-effects.

The system is designed to download the executable object file whose source file is edited, compiled and linked by its host computer, IBM PC. In addition, the system that consists of simple in-circuit emulator(RICE) board and supporting software can be used to improve microcomputer system effectively.
