      • 一般 構造用鋼의 平面굽힘 疲勞에 關한 硏究 : 圓乳노치. U-노치의 平面굽힘 疲勞試驗 Fatigue Test of Plane Bending for O-hole Notched and U-notched

        Fatigue test on smoothed and notched specimens with genera1 structural steel of 41kg/㎟ tensile steel under different stress conditions were carried out. Relations between fatigue limits plane bending properties of the metal were carried out. Slope of S-N diagrams and number of cyc1es at Knee point, in relation to plane bending strength and stress concentration factor of notch, were discussed. The inf1uence of O-hole notched, and U-notched on the fatigue 1imit and the fatigue strengh of each notch in genera1 structural steel were all examined. The test results was summerized as fa1lows. 1. Fatigue strength of smoothed specimen is 17kg/㎟ on plane bending test. 2. Fatigue strength of O-ho1e notched specimems 0.5ø: 15kg/㎟. 1.0ø: 10.0kg/㎟. 2.0ø: 10.0kg/㎟. 4.0ø: 11.0kg/㎟, and lagest notch factor is 1.89(1.ø; 2.ø) 3. Fatigue strength decrease in smaller diameter than the orther Notched with U-notch.

      • 바인더 刈取의 機械的 經濟的 效果에 關한 硏究

        The power tillers, the mists, the sprayers and auto-threshers have been used to cultivate the rices, and rice-transplanters and binders are increasing their frequency in use of work year after yeas. This study was carried out to investigate the mechanical and economic efficiency of binder, and the results are as follows. 1. The sixth block which the area in 1146.8 Spuare meters reduced a great deal of time per square meter. 2. The sixth block which the ratio of upper lands length and width was 6.2 to 1, had 0.057 minutes binding the rice per square meter, and this block took minimum. Fivth block whick the ratio of upper lans length and width 1.6 to 1 had 0.078 minutes and this block maximum. So the field which the length is long and the width is narrow is eccnomical. 3. Two row binder can work 12.3 ㏊ during a season. 4. The using of binder excluding the repair cost and man power six to seven.

      • 農業機械化의 현단계와 質耕寒態

        This was studied to investigate the usage and the custom wark on the actual condition of agricultural machinaries in chinju area, 195 farmhouses using agricultural machinaries were chosen for this purpose. Agricultural machinaries taken were power tiller, thresher and barely thresher which were generaly utilized and supplied in Korea at present. Resuts abtained were as follows. 1. Agricultural machinaries especially thresher and barely thresher were used as a custom work. 2. The custom work was used by the small farmhouse which were managed with small area of farm land. 3. The custom work rate of thresher, barely thresher and power tiller were different from the age of farmers. Most old farmers kept the high rate of the custom work of thresher and barely thresher, but young farmers who were about 30 years old kept the high rate of power tiller. 4. The rate of custom work were also different from farmer's educational level. Farmers below the primary school level kept the high rate of the ovstom work of and barely thresher, farmers aound the middle school level kept the high rate of custom work of power tiller. On the other hand the rate of custom work of power tiller were decreased above the high school level. 5. The less farmers had the average land per person of family, the more they used the custom work.

      • 農業機械 利用度에 關한 調査 硏究 : 동력경운기, 탈곡기, 탈맥기를 中心으로 Concentrating on Power Tillers, Threshers and Barley Threshers

        This is the third step investigation of the usage and the custom work, on the acturalcondition of Agricultural machinaries in chinju area. Power tiller, threshers and barely threshers were investigated for this examine and the results are as follows. 1. In percentage by age of agricultura1 machinaries it was the higest between 36 and 45 with 40.8%. 2. Ones who had their own power tiller was 95.8% of the whole proprietor. 3. In the age of proprietor, farmers below the primary school level kept 46.6% and farmers above the high school had 25% in power case, 4. The spark p1ug and carburetor were more throuble than the other parts. 5. The taining techniques of power tillers were acted by themselves with 57.5% and the repairs of them were done with 51%. 6. Excluding the operation funds, the income of power tiller in one year was about ₩ 400,000.

      • Cao 混入土의 다짐에 관한 硏究

        This study was made to obtain the optium compaction of qucklime mixed with soil and to find out the relation of the quicklime mix ratio, dry density and strength by changing the compaction rounos. The obtained results are as follows. 1. The maximum dry density of unmixed soil is not distinguishable, while that of mixed soil is distinguishable. 2. What the nincrease of quicklime mix ratio, the dry density and strength increase and the optimum cuicklime mix ratio could be obtained. 3. With the increase of compactiom rounds, the dry density and strength increase, while they decrease in a certain limit ond maximum dry density and strength could be obtained 4. While the maximum drr density and strength could be obtain 1.655 8/㎠ and 43.9Kg/㎠ with the quickime mix ratio 35%, compaction rounds 50th.

      • 水稻의 適正 用水量 算定에 關한 硏究 : 葉水面 蒸發量을 中心으로 For Amount of Evapotranspiration

        1. 試驗기간의 氣象現況은 Table 1과 같다. 2. 벼의 엽면증발량은 活着後 점차 增加하여 第8기에 Peak로 되며 이때의 1日 엽면 증발량은 5.16mm/day로 되었다가 점차 減少現象을 보인다. 3. 엽면증발량은 第8期에 全 葉面증발량의 17.5%에 達한다. 4 벼의 증산비는 282이였다. 5. 株間수면증발량은 Table 3과 같으며 葉面증발량과는 負(一)의 相關關係가 있음을 보였다. 6. 증발계증발량과 엽수면증발량과의 比는 1.43이였다. 7. 증발계증발량과 葉面증발량과의 비는 0.89이였다. 8. Blaney- Criddle method에 依한 k値는 Table 5와 같다. 9. 증산强度는 총계 1021로, 증발산强度는 총계 1141.8로 나타났다. The resuts of the study on consumption use of irrigated water in pabdy field during the growing stage of gaddy rice are summarized as follow. 1. Amount of transpiration of paddy rice increases gradually after trasplantation and reaches peak on 8th growing period and amount of traspiration reached on 5.16mm/day, then it decreases gradual1y after that. 2. Trnspirstion reached l7. 5% of amount of transpiration at 8th growing period. 3. Transdiration ratio of paddy rice approximate1y 262. 4. As we know from Fig. 2 correlation between the amouut of everporation from water surface in paddy field and amount of trans piration shows high negative. 5. Ratio of between evaportion and evapotranspiration is 1.43. 6. Ratio of between evaportion and transpiration is 0.89. 7. The k value of Blaney-Cliddle methed shows Tab1e 6. 8. Transpion and evaoptranspiration intennsities is each other 1021 and 1141.8.本 試驗은 엽수면증발량 株間수면증발량을 實測하였으며 이 試驗에 여러 가지 未備한 点이 있는 것으로 思料되나 以上의 試驗結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다.
