본 논문은 2005년 류승완 감독이 제작한 인권영화 <남자니까 아시잖아요>를 통해 현대 한국사회 성역할의 이중성에 대해 소외의 개념을 중심으로 분석하는 데 연구목표를 둔다. 이 영화에서 전형적인 가부장적 사상을 가진 주인공 우식은 사회로부터 부여된 ‘남성성’이란 성역할의 압박을 극복하지 못한 인물이며, 사회의 다양성을 내포한 인간 군상인 ‘포장마차’ 속 등장인물들과 여러 방면의 외적 갈등을 겪는다. 그로 인해 성역할 기대 충족을 위한 그의 투쟁, 우위 계층 선점의 명분이 무가치성으로 추락할 위기가 대두되자 그 불안은 곧 공포로 치환되고 자아를 보호하기 위해 방어적으로 타인에게서 자신을 분리시켜 의도적인 소외현상을 일으키게 된다. 이 소외의 표현은 우식의 타인에 대한 일방적인 비난의 형식으로 나타나며, 그 반동으로 타인과 자신은 다르다는 사실을 이용하여 자신의 존재 가치를 재차 확인?강조한다. 본고에서는 주인공을 통해 사회가 부여하는 성역할의 개념이 과연 무엇인지, 편견의 딜레마와 결말이 시사하는 한계가 무엇인지 현대 한국이라는 특정한 시간적·공간적 배경을 토대로 이를 고찰해보았다. The purpose of this paper is to analyze focusing on alienation about modern society of Korea and duality of gender roles through Human Rights Film <Hey Man> directed by Seung-wan Ryu. In the movie, The main character ‘Woo-sik’ who has typical patriarchal ideology is unable to overcome the pressure of gender roles granted by society and in conflict with various people in ‘street vendor’ signifying a different human character in the society of Korea. When his struggle for gender role expectations met and justification of the upper hierarchy preemption was facing with crisis of worthlessness, that anxiety turned into the fear. To protect his ego, he separated from others defensively, is lead to the intentional alienation phenomenon. The expression of the character’s alienation for others appeared in the form of a one-sided condemnation, he reaffirmed and emphasized his existence value taking advantage of the truth different from others. This paper analyzed what is the concept of gender roles granted by society through the main character and what is the suggested limit about movie ending and dilemma of prejudice. This is based on the time and space background about modern society of Korea.

Differential Manifestation of Ocular Phenotypes in TALEN-mediated p19arf Knockout FVB/N and C57BL/6J mouse lines

Background p19arf, primarily known as a tumor suppressor, has also been reported to play an essential role in normal development of mouse eyes. Consistently, lack of p19arf has been associated with ocular defects, but the mixed background of the knockout (KO) mouse strain used raised a concern on the accuracy of the phenotypes observed in association with the targeted gene due to genetic heterogeneity. Object We carried out a study to investigate into the efect of genetic background on the manifestation of p19arf KO associated phenotypes. Methods We characterized the phenotypes of novel p19arf KO mouse lines generated in FVB/N and C57BL/6J using a transcription activator-like efector nuclease (TALEN) system in comparison to the reported phenotypes of three other p19arf-defcient mouse lines generated using homologous recombination. Results Ninety-fve percent of FVB/N-p19arf KO mice showed ocular opacity from week 4 after birth which worsened rapidly until week 6, while such abnormality was absent in C57BL/6J-p19arf KO mice up to the age of 26 weeks. Histopathological analysis revealed retrolental masses and dysplasia in the retinal layer in FVB/N-p19arf KO mice from week 4. Besides these, both strains developed normally from birth to week 26 without increased tumorigenesis except for a subcutaneous tumor found in a C57BL/6J-p19arf KO mouse. Conclusion Our fndings demonstrated surprisingly variable manifestation of p19arf-linked phenotypes between FVB/N and C57BL/6J mice, and furthermore between our mouse lines and the established lines, indicating a critical impact of genetic background on functional study of genes using gene targeting strategies in mice.

본 연구는 한국의 뿌리, 동양의 미의식을 동시에 지닌 숙명문화원의 가치를 끌어올리기 위해 ‘브랜드, 디자인, 마케팅’을 융합된 시점에서 바라보고 그래픽, 제품, 공간의 통합 및 구축하는 일련의 프로세스를 밝히는데 목적이 있다. 이에 본 연구 시간적 범위는 2017년 3월~6월까지 조사대상은 브랜딩이 미흡한 숙 명문화원의 문신미술관, 숙명박물관, 숙명역사박물관, 정영양자수박물관으로 한정한다. 그 결과, 디자인과 마케팅의 융합된 측면에서 도출된 브랜드스토리인 ‘문신의 작은 우주’는 조각가 문신의 가치관과 정체성을 유지하면서 지역사회와 소통하는 미술관으로서 포지셔닝 되었다. 또한, 문신미술관은 디자인과 마케팅 측면을 융합하여 로고, 사인물, 에코백, 머그컵 및 전시기획 등에 이르기까지 일관성과 객관성, 스토리성을 띄었다. 끝으로 본 연구는 문신미술관의 디자인과 마케팅을 융합하여 좀 더 체계화된 G·I, P·I, S·I의 통합 브랜드 매뉴얼을 만든 것에 의의가 있다

What makes hybrid insourcing successful: A new public–private partnership model for social welfare services

Outsourcing has been a key policy tool for delivering a range of social services, and regarded as more effective than insourcing or direct government provision. At the same time, it has also caused many delivery issues such as principal‐agent problems, a lack of policy coordination, and poor‐quality welfare services. While the pendulum continues to swing between insourcing and outsourcing, we aim to propose a new public–private partnership model called the “hybrid insourcing model” and examine which factors influence the performance of the model. In South Korea, around 2010, the local government in Namyangju City was the first to implement the “Hope Care Center model,” a kind of hybrid insourcing model, which has been praised for its innovation and widely emulated by central and local governments. Our analysis utilizes data collected between December 2017 and January 2018 from public sector employees and civilian staff in Namyangju and a comparable city, A. From this, we draw a number of implications, both for theory and for policy. We argue that, for public–private partnerships, active cooperation and equality are the biggest factors in contributing to positive performance. VR을 이용한 방 탈출 게임

최근 방 탈출 게임이 두뇌 활성화에 도움이 된다고 알려지면서 유행이 되었다. 하지만 PC, 모바일의 경우 몰입도가 떨어지고, 현실의 경우 시간과 장소의 제약이 생긴다. 이러한 제약 요소를 해소하기 위해 기존의 방 탈출 게임과 VR기술을 접목시킨 몰입형 미션 시뮬레이션 게임을 기획하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 VR 방 탈출 시뮬레이션 게임을 제작하기 위해 사용된 S/W와 H/W 구성도, 기능 및 시스템 시나리오 그리고 게임을 통해 얻을 수 있는 기대효과를 4가지 유형으로 기술하였다.

Background and Objectives: This study identified beauty designers and skin specialists' complaints of subjective symptoms in bones and sinews over necks, shoulders, arms, fingers, knees, waists, and legs, and the whole area in which six physical areas are combined, and related factors, It was intended to prevent disorder in bones and sinews of beauty designers and contribute to health promotion. Methods: For the purpose, it targeted 203 beauty designers who work at beauty and skin shops in Gwangju, and they were interviewed using questionnaire with short answer questions. Results: When complaints of subjective symptoms(Pain, anesthesia, and stiffness) over bones and sinews were examined, 12.3% complainted pain in neck, 30.5% in shoulders, 11.3% in arms, 11.3% in back, 15.8% in fingers, and 12.3% in knees. And the prevalence rate of the whole area was 44.9%. As a result of multivariate logistic regression analysis, it was found that the subjective symptom complaint odds ratio of the group who graduated from universities had 0.39 times lower (95% confidence interval 0.20-0.73) than that of the group who graduated from high schools or below. For those who had smoking exerience, It was 5.23 times higher than that of non-smokers. Depending on occupational stress score, it increased 1.05 (95% confidence interval 1.01-27.15) times. Conclusion: It was demonstrated that subjective symptoms complaints over bones and sinews of beauty designers were greatly affected by health behaviors and occupational characteristics such as smoking and stress, therefore, it was thought that to reduce the complaints, excessive working hours should be prevented and a certain period of rest should be assured.

드라마『즐거운 포도원』에 나타난 양면성의 문제

Carl Zuckmayers Drama Der fro¨hliche Weinberg schließt grundsa¨tzlich den doppelseitigen Charakter in sich selbst. Dadurch wurde seine dramatische Zukunft zuerst von einem Hoffnungsstrahl erhellt, und sogleich begannen von hier aus Licht und Schatten ineinander zu greifen. Der fro¨hliche Weinberg war Zuckmayers erstes Erfolgsund Problemstu¨ck, das seine gesamte Dramenwelt zusammenschließend vorstellte, die von Lob und Tadel widerspru¨chlich begleitet wurde. Die Ursache derartiger Reaktionen bzw. Bewertungen sol1 an seiner vera¨nderten Ansicht u¨bers Drama genau untersucht werden. Schlu¨sselbegriffe seines neuen Dramas sind 'u¨berzeitliche Kunstmittel/ neue Lebendigkeit der Wirkung und Werte/ kein Programm/ Forderungen des Tages/ Natur, Leben und Wahrheit.' Damit wollte er einen eigenen sogenannten 'dritten Weg' gehen, der anders als der Brechts und Johsts war. Hier ergibt sich die Frage, wie er in seinen Dramen eine 'neue Lebendigkeit der Wirkung und Werte' mit derartigem positiven Verha¨ltnis zur Tradition erschaffen konnte. Der fro¨hliche Weinberg war die erste und vorbildliche Antwort darauf. Zuna¨chst verarbeitet das Stu¨ck 'Natur, Leben und Wahrheit'als sein Hauptthema. Sein Handlungsprozess ist u¨beraus einfach wie ein Naturvorgang. Der Charakter aller auftretenden Personen ist dagegen sehr komplex. Seine Handlung hat zwei Hauptstra¨nge: Der eine sind die Aktionen Gunderlochs, der einen echten Naturburschen findet und ihn mit seiner Tochter verheiratet. Der andere ist die Liebesgeschichte der drei 'Naturpaare.' Diese la¨uft sehr komplex ab. Daraus ergibt sich der merkwu¨rdig doppelseitige Charakter des Stu¨cks; einerseits eine traditionelle geschlossene Dramenform, andererseits eine revueartige Bilderreihe a¨hnlich wie im 'epischen Theater.' Sein dramatischer Ho¨hepunkt ist die Stelle, an der die zwei Handlungsstra¨nge zusammenlaufen; zum Schluss heiraten alle Paare glu¨cklich. Die Zuckmayersche Dramaturgie zeigt ganz deutlich diesen Augenblick, in dem die Menschen einander liebend begegnen, als Verkla¨rung der Natur. Das wichtigste Moment in Zuckmayers vera¨nderter Dramaturgie ist das Bedu¨rfnis, die Wirklichkeit insgesamt zu begreifen, um in ihr die Harmonie der Natur zu erkennen. Dardus ergibt sich, dass sein Werk auf einem flexiblen nicht-programmatischen Standpunkt steht: Zuckmayer sieht neben verschiedenen wissenschaftlichen Prinzipien, noch weitere Mittel als legitim an. Damit bestimmt eine dialektische Spannungssituation den Handlungsgang des Stu¨cks. Das Wesentliche an Zuckmayers neuer Dramaturgie ist der dynamische Zusammenschluss von Logischem und Unlogischem, von Verstand und Gefu¨hl. Wenn man diese methodische Flexibilita¨t und dialektische Spannung vernachla¨ssigt, wird das Werk in der Geschichte des deutschen Dramas umstritten bleiben bzw. weiterhin nur mit einseitigen Wertungen bedacht werden.

유방암 환자에서 bcl-2 단백 발현의 예후 인자로서의 의의

Breast cancer in women pose a problem, and it can be difficult at times to evaluate the possibility of the cancer recurrence in node negative early cancer. The reliable prognostic markers are needed in breast cancer management to help clinicians identify the patient with the high risk of recurrence and arrive at more rational decisions for proper treatment. In order to investigate the prognostic significance of bcl-2, an immunohis-tochemical staining was performed in 35 tissue sections from paraffin blocks of primary breast cancer. Bcl-2 positivity was 43%. No relation could be observed between bcl-2 expression and known prognostic factors(tumor size, lymph node metastasis state, histologic grade, and nuclear grade), There was strong relation between bcl-2 expression and estrogen receptor positivity (ER) (P〈0.05). No relation is found between bcl-2 expression and c - erbB - 2 expression. These results suggest that bcl-2 expression is associated with a favorable prognostic factor(ER) but it is of no value as independent prognostic factor to the clinician in identifying the patients with high risk of recurrence.
