        김치유래 젖산균의 균체지방산 분석을 이용한 분류학적 연구

        표준균주를 포함한 230여개의 김치유래 젖산균에 대한 균체지방산(FAMEs)을 분석하였다. FAMEs profiles는 Euclidian Distance 17.5에 의해 7개의 Major Cluster와 1개의 Single Cluster로 나뉘어졌다. 이중 A, B, C 및 Cluster는 Leuconostoc속으로 분석되어졌고, F는 Lactobacillus속으로 분석되어졌다. 그리고 E와 G cluster는 두개의 Genus가 혼재되어 나타났으며 보충적인 연구가 필요하다. 앞으로 김치유래 젖산균의 균체지방산 분석결과를 기반으로 한 데이타베이스에 95가지 탄소원을 이용하는 수치분류학적 접근방법 및 Pyrolysis Mass Spectrometry 등의 화학적 분석 방법과 분자친화적 연구를 통한 종합적 분류정보 체계가 갖추어지면 젖산균의 신속, 정확한 동정 및 연구에 활발히 이용되어질 것이다. Two hundreds and thirty lactic acid bacteria, mostly isolated from Kimchi, including type strains were sued for analysis of cellular fatty acids. The 230 test strains were recoverd in 7 major and 1 single clusters defined a Euclidian distance of 17.5. These aggregate taxa were equivalent to the genus Leuconostoc (aggregate group A, B, C and D), and the genera Leuconostoc and Lactobacillus (aggregate group G). It is concluded as evident that FAMEs (Fatty Acid Methyl Esters) profile of cell can be used as a criterion in classification of lactic acid bacterial from kimchi. Additional comparative taxonomic studies need to be carried out on well chosen representative strains to determine the most appropriate methods of value.

      • 철골커플링 보의 비탄성 이력거동의 해석기법의 제안 및 복합 병렬전단벽구조의 비선형 해석

        Ductile coupled flexural walls are the primary seismic load resisting systems of many structures. The coupling beams of these structures must exhibit excellent ductility and energy absorption ability. To achieve better ductility and energy absorption than previously possible, the use of steel coupling beams with their ends embedded in the reinforced concrete walls is proposed. But the present analytical method about behavior of steel coupling beam was scarcely anything. This paper composed of two subjects. First subject is a suggestion of analytical method of steel coupling beam, and selected 5 specimens for that. Second subject is a comparison of Seismic performance with RC coupling beam. This paper used IDARC-2D program for the purpose of achievement these subjects. Suggested analytical method expe3cted that it showed good agreement with steel coupling beam inelastic behavior. Comparison result showed that Steel Coupling beams replacing reinforced concrete coupling beams represent a viable structural system.

        방한 일본 관광객의 한국전통음식 메뉴품질 만족도에 관한 연구

        This study was performed by questionnaire to investigate satisfaction for the menu quality of Korean traditional food of Japanese tourists. The subjects of this study consisted of 280 Japanese tourists using the Gyeongju and Busan hotel. The results were summarized as follows: 63.9% of the subjects responded that frequency of visiting was 1-2 times a year and 42.1% responded that motivation of visiting was for tour and understanding of korea. Companion with friend scored high as 40.4%, and intention of revisiting was high on 'normal'. On overall satisfaction on korean traditional foods, 'satisfy' scored high as 43.2%. 61.1% of the subjects responded that the taste was the most important factor of food. On frequency of eating, 'over 8 times' scored high as 27.9%, and on motivation of eating, 'with visiting Korea' scored high as 48.2%. On satisfaction for the menu quality of korean traditional food, the highest item was 'taste(3.82 point)' and 'nutrition(3.82 point)', and but 'Japanese mark on menu(2.47 point)', 'Japanese mark on ingredient(2.61 point)' scored low. Overall satisfaction for korean traditional food had an effect on intention of revisiting, and therefore, improving the quality of the traditional food and the strategy for the classification of desires are eamestly requested.

      • 고추 가공 및 저장중 辛味成分 변화

        The capsaicinoids of Korean red peppers were varied with cultivars from 30 mg% to 257mg%, highest in ˝Chungyang˝and medium in ˝Dabock˝ which is most popular to Korean and major capsicinoids were capsaicin and dihydrocapsaicin which are 88.5-94.8% of total capsaicinoids in red peppers. The capsaicinoids of red pepper were distributed 46% in placenta and septum and remainder were in pericarp, seed and stem in the order. The changes in capsaicinoids content of red peppers was not significant during hot-air drying at 65-75℃and sun drying. Fluorescent light was more destructive to capsaicinoids than incandescent light when red pepper powder was exposed to those lights. The larger amount of capsaicinoids was extracted with higher concentration of salt solution, but the water extractability was not affected by pH changes. During storage at 4,25,40℃ for 180 days, capsaicinoids content of red peppers was changed.

      • 라텍스 개질 콘크리트의 강도발현 및 내구특성

        본 연구는 라텍스 혼입률이 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%로 변화할 때 라텍스 개질 콘크리트의 내구 특성을 평가하는데 있다. 라텍스를 콘크리트에 혼입한 라텍스 개질 콘크리트는 보통 콘크리트의 색상과 성형성, 작업성를 갖으며, 약 20%~35%의 단위수향이 감소된다. 그리고 양생후, 콘크리트는 시멘트수화물과 라텍스 입자의 필름막에 의해 연결된 골재로 구성된다. 일반적으로 라텍스 양이 증가하면 콘크리트의 휨강도는 증가하는데, 이것은 라텍스가 시멘트 수화물과 골재사이의 점착력을 증가시키기 때문으로 판단된다. 라텍스 개질 콘크리트와 보통콘크리트와의 상대투수성을 측정하기 위하여 염소이온투과시험법을 사용하였다. 그 결과 라텍스 개질 콘크리트의 투수성은 보통콘크리트의 투수성보다 매우 낮음을 알 수 있었다. 이것은 라텍스가 미세공극을 충진하고 라텍스 입자의 필름막에 의해 골재와 시멘트수화물이 연결 때문이다. 또한 라텍스가 공극주위로 필름막을 형성하기 때문에 공기량이 투수성에 영향을 미치지 못한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 보통콘크리트에서는 동결융해저항성을 증가시키기 위해 공기연행제를 필요로 하지만, 라텍스 개질 콘크리트에서는 적절한 양생이 이루어지면 추가적인 공기연행제는 요구되지 않는다. 또한 라텍스 혼입률이 증가함에 따라 추가적인 동결융해저항성의 증가는 나타나지 않았다. This study focused on the investigation of strength development and durability of latex modified concrete(LMC) as the latex content variated such as 5%, 10%, 15%, and 20%. When latex was added to concrete, the workability of LMC was quietly increased, compared to that of conventional concrete. This resulted in the decrease of the required water as 20% to 35% in order to obtain a same slump. In general, increasing the amount of latex decreased compressive strength a little but increased flexural strength quite a lot. This might be due to interconnection by a film of latex particles between hydrated cement and aggregates. This, also, might attribute to bonding between the hydrated cement and aggregates. The rapid chloride permeability test was used to evaluate the relative permeability of latex-modified concretes and conventional concretes. The results showed that the permeability of latex-modified concretes was considerably lower than that of conventional concretes tested, which might be due to the latex filled in voids and interconnections of hydrated cement and aggregates by a film of latex particles. Because of latex formed film surrounding the air void, air contents and voids does not effect to the permeability of latex modified concrete.

      • 플라이애쉬를 혼입한 콘크리트포장의 배합특성에 관한 실험적 연구

        As the weight of trucks increases, the need for concrete pavement also increases. Therefore, the addition of fly-ash may improve the properties of pavement concrete as well as recycle fly-ash. A full factorial experiment was performed using the primary variables, such as water-cement ratio, fly-ash substitution ratio, and maximum size of coarse aggregate, as a preliminary study for optimum mixture design for pavement concrete. The results of preliminary study indicates that the addition of fly-ash is the most important factor determining concrete strength, followed by the maximum size of coarse aggregate and water-cement ratio. It, also, shows the relative importance of fly-ash substitution ratio, compared to the water-cement ratio, and the interaction effects between the primary variables. Optimum mixture designs for pavement concrete incorporating fly-ash, that satisfied the target responses, were proposed in terms of fly-ash substitution ratio, water cement ratio and maximum size of coarse aggregate.

      • 철근콘크리트 커플링 보의 해석기법과 병렬 전단벽의 거동 비교

The coupling beams of these structures must exhibit excellent ductility and energy absorption ability. But the present analytical method about nonlinear behavior of reinforced concrete coupling beam scarcely anything. This paper composed of two subjects. First subject is a suggestion of analytical method of diagonally reinforced concrete coupling beam and longitudinally reinforced concrete coupling beam and rhombic coupling beam, and selected 5 specimens for that. Second subject is a comparison of seismic behavior of fully coupled shear wall and partially coupled shear wall. This paper used lDAHC-2D and Midas Gen 4.3.1 for the purpose of achievement these subjects. Suggested analytical method expected that it showed good agreement with reinforced concrete coupling beam inelastic behavior. Also, comparison of seismic behavior result showed that fully coupled shear wall have good behavior than partially coupled shear wall.

      • 교육대학생의 스트레스 요인 연구

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the stress factors which students at the Universities of Education have. Especially, after developing 'The stress-measurement scale for the students at the Universities of Education', this study identified the stress patterns and perception level on each stress factor of students of the Seoul National Univ. of Education. As a theoretical background, this study discussed researches on meaning of stress, concept/patterns/results of stress, and ways to cope with stress. Some results of this study are: First, the major domain in which students experience the highest level of stress is the domain of individual level, especially regarding personality. Female students experience the more degree of stress than male students do regarding this domain. Second, several stress domains which show high degree of relationship(higher than 60) with each other are domains of ① physical environments and study/work load, ②study/work load and study/work skills, ③ friendship and communication skills, ④ personality characteristics and self-confidence, ⑤ ways of thinking and value system, and ⑥ communication skill and study/work skill. Third, several variables which exert influence on the stress level of students at the Seoul National University of Education are variables on gender, army service experience, and academic year.

      • 지식베이스 처리를 위한 Abstract Machine의 확장

        The current paper describes an analysis of GHC abstract machine and Prolog abstract machine, and presents an implementation of abstract machine. The implementation of GHC abstract machines and Prolog abstract machines strongly influenced this work. Our aim is to extend an abstract machine for knowledge base processing. Many of the ideas included in this paper originated in (1), (2), (4). Section 2 shows an configuration of abstract machine and introduced in the data areas and registers. Section 3 summaries the important instruction. Section 4 present another algorithm which is able to perform parallelism and consistency check.

        계장화 압입곡선의 천이거동 모델링을 통한 비등방향 2축 표면 잔류응력 분석

        Non-destructive instrumented indentation is proposed as a promising alternative of the conventional stress-measuring methods based on already-reported its sensitivity to applied stresses. In this study, we tried to expand the current indentation model on equi-biaxial stress to the characterization of general surface stress in nonequi-biaxial state. A contribution of the surface stress on indentation plasticity was theoretically extracted from the non-equi-biaxial stress matrix. And, a newly derived stress equation was expressed as a multiple of stress non-equibiaxiality and residual-stress-induced normal load. An experimental tests for confirming the model were also conducted on artificially strained API X65 steel plate, and produced the non-equi-biaxiality factor consistent with that from theoretical analysis.
