급성 백혈병에 병발된 침윤성 Aspergillus 감염의 치료 1 예

Invasive Aspergillosis in the immunosuppressed host is usually lethal. There are difficulties in the diagnosis and treatment. We report a case of invasive pulmonary aspergillosis complicating acute myelogenous leukemia, which was sucessfully treated with administration of Amphotericin B and left upper lobectomy of lung. A 29 year old man was admitted to Kyung Hee University Hospital with acute myelogenous leukemia. On 14th day, pneumonia was found on both upper lung. Antibiotics were administreated without improvement. Bronchoscopic findings were nospecific and sputum culture was negative. On 46th day, chest films showed improvement of right upper lobe pneumonia but a cavity with a filling defect (meniscus sign) was found in the left upper lung fields. A two-month course of amphotericin B (960 mg total dose) and left upper lobectomy (On 74 th day) was completed. He is now in complete remission of leukemia and without evidence of Aspergillus infection, after postoperation 16 months.
보중익기합대칠기탕(補中益氣合大七氣湯)과 Doxorubicin의 병용이 3LL의 항암효과에 미치는 영향

In order to evaluate the anti-tumor and synergic effect of Bojungikkeehapdaechilkitang with doxorubicin, the inhibitory concentration(IC), $IC_{50}\;and\;IC_{90}$ of single use of doxorubicin and Bojungikkeehapdaechilkitang with their concomitant treatment against 3LL(Lewis lung carcinoma) was observed using MTT(Microculture Tetrazolium test) assay. In addition, their anti-tumor effects were also observed in the xenograft nude mice models agianst to 3LL cell lines. Bojungikkeehapdaechilkitang has only mimic direct anti-tumor effect against to 3LL cell lines but they were decreased general depressed signs induced by implantation of tumor cell lines and increased the total WBC and lymphocyte numbers. So, it is considered or expected that Bojungikkeehapdaechilkitang extracts were reduced the critical toxicity of doxorubicin and shows favorable synergic effect with doxorubicin and Bojungikkeehapdaechilkitang extracts.
계장화 압입곡선의 천이거동 모델링을 통한 비등방향 2축 표면 잔류응력 분석

Non-destructive instrumented indentation is proposed as a promising alternative of the conventional stress-measuring methods based on already-reported its sensitivity to applied stresses. In this study, we tried to expand the current indentation model on equi-biaxial stress to the characterization of general surface stress in nonequi-biaxial state. A contribution of the surface stress on indentation plasticity was theoretically extracted from the non-equi-biaxial stress matrix. And, a newly derived stress equation was expressed as a multiple of stress non-equibiaxiality and residual-stress-induced normal load. An experimental tests for confirming the model were also conducted on artificially strained API X65 steel plate, and produced the non-equi-biaxiality factor consistent with that from theoretical analysis.
나노 압입곡선의 탄성해석과 pile-up 거동 예측을 통한 (100) 텅스텐 단결정의 탄성계수 및 경도 평가

Hardness and elastic modulus calculated from the Oliver and Pharr's indentation curve analysis are overestimated for ductile metals comparing with the values measured from the direct observation of residual indentation impression. A dominant cause of the phenomenon is material pile-up around contact. However it is very difficult to consider the pile-up in analyzing the indentation curve without observing the residual indentation mark. Therefore, we propose an indirect analysis of the pile-up effect by estimating the elastic modulus independently based on the Hertzian contact theory. Pile-up corrected contact area is predicted from the conventional elastic recovery equation by inserting the pre-determined elastic modulus. The proposed analysis is applied to the nano-indentation tests on (100) tungsten single crystal and produced a reasonable hardness comparing with the direct observation result through an atomic force microscope.

나노 압입곡선에 미치는 잔류응력 영향의 미세역학적 분석

A new model is presented for measuring equi-biaxial stress on thin-film using nanoindentation. The model was focused on the analysis of a depth-shift in the nanoindentation curve by stress effect. A load-controlled relaxation of the shifted indentation depth was chosen to avoid the variation of the contact area occurred in a depth-controlled relaxation. Nanoindentation experiments on (100) W single crystal at artificial equi-biaxial stress states verified that the proposed load-controlled relaxation model is capable of analyzing the residual stress within the standard deviation of ±35.9 MPa.

Assessment of residual stress is an important point to prevent the failures of thin film devices. Nanoindentation technique was proposed as a stress-measuring method of thin film in a previous research. However, the stress-analyzing model used at the previous research had the problems of a partial deformation-irrelative stress interaction concept and no consideration of the change in the contact area during continuous stress relaxation. Therefore, we modified the model by analyzing a new residual stress-induced normal load based on deformation-dependent shear stress component and by calculating the continuous relaxation procedure as an integration method. The modified model was applied to evaluate the residual stresses in two diamond-like carbon films. The evaluated residual stresses from the newly modified model were more consistent with the results from the conventional curvature method than those from the earlier model.
애니메이션을 리메이크한 라이브액션 영화에서 일어나는 캐릭터와 내러티브 변형에 대한 연구 : 디즈니 사례들을 중심으로

본 논문은 극장용 카툰 애니메이션으로 제작되었다가 후에 라이브액션적인 성격이 강한 디지털 영화로 리메이크된 디즈니 작품들을 연구하여 리메이크 과정에서 어떤 변화가 일어났는지를 분석하였다. 그 결과 카툰 애니메이션과 비교했을 때 라이브액션은 다음의 특징을 보인다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 첫째, 카툰 특유의 과장과 명료함이 사라지기 때문에 현실에서 불가능한 의인화는 존재하기 힘들게 된다는 것을 볼 수 있었다. 동물이나 사물 등 사람이 아닌 캐릭터는 라이브액션만으로 충분한 표현이 어렵기 때문에 극 중 비중이 줄어들거나, 등장한다 하더라도 그의 고민이나 의도의 묘사를 통해 그 성격을 정립하기 보다는 행동에만 초점이 맞추어 단순하게 표현하는 경우가 많았다. 둘째, 동물이나 사물 등 현실에서 불가능한 캐릭터의 극중 비중이 줄어드는 것에 따라, 디지털 영화는 자연스럽게 사람들 간의 관계나 갈등 쪽으로 포커스가 맞춰지고 있다. 이러한 차이는 일차적으로 양쪽 버전 영화의 타깃과 장르가 다르기 때문이지만, 보다 근본적으로는 애니메이션과 라이브액션이라는 매체가 가진 특징이 큰 역할을 했다고 볼 수 있다. This paper examines the modifications in remake films by case-studying Disney’s early digital films that have animated originals. Compared to their animated counterparts, digital films show a few distinct characteristics, which are as follows. First, in digital films that look and feel like live action, exaggeration and sharpening of data that are unique to cartoon form are no longer available. Therefore strong anthropomorphism of non-human characters tends to be reduced. Secondly, the narratives of digital film versions concentrate on the relation of people rather than non-human characters. Although this phenomenon may be due to the difference of the films’ target or genre, the differences between animation and live-action films as media must have affected the narratives.
인위적인 응력 상태의(100) 텅스텐 단결정에 대한 나노 압입시험을 통한 잔류응력 분석 모델의 검증

A nanoindentation model for analyzing thin-film stress has been developed by considering stress interaction and relaxation concepts. It was applied to the stress characterization of diamond-like carbon and Au thin films in previous studies(Y.-H. Lee et al., J. Kor. Inst. Met. & Mater., 39 (2001) p. 1101 and Y.-H. Lee et al., J. Kor. Inst. Met. & Mater., 40 (2002) p. 744). However, the validity of the proposed model cannot be directly confirmed by the thin film testing with various affecting factors. Nanoindentation on thin film can be affected by additive deformation of free-standing film, surface roughness and microstructural inhomogeneity. Therefore, we tried to verify the proposed model experimentally through the nanoindentation tests on an artificially stressed monolithic material instead of thin film. An electropolished (100) tungsten single crystal, which is free from the microstructural inhomogeneity, was used for a nanoindentation specimen. Nanoindentation curves obtained from the stress-free and the artificially stressed states using specially designed jigs were compared and analyzed based on the proposed stressanalysis model. The analyzed stress from the proposed model was consistent with the artificially applied stress measured from the strain gage attached on the specimen surface.
