        원자력 발전소 방사선 관리의 최적화에 관한 연구

        원자력 발전소 작업다의 피폭량은 발전소의 안전 운영에 관한 척도일뿐 아니라, 일반 대중이 원자력 발전의 안전을 평가하는 기본 요소이다. 또한, 최근 ICRP 60에 의한 개인 피폭선량 한도의 하향조정 권고는 지속적인 피폭저감에의 노력을 요구하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 작업자의 피폭저감에 관한 대안선정시 사용할 수 있는 최적화 기법을 제시하고 실제로 원전 운영자에 의해 제안된 대안들을 검토하는데 이 기법을 적용하여 보았다. 분석과정에서 기본 분석이외에 가변 경제변수를 고려한 민감도 분석을 통해 계산 결과의 불확실성을 보완하였다. 분석결과를 살펴보면, 먼저 비용-이득 분석에서는 '증기 발생기 Nozzle Dam 및 Torquing Machine'이 총 이득면에서 가장 우수한 것으로 평가되었고, 다속성 효용 분석의 경우 'Co-No Seal 조임장치'가 가장 높은 효용을 가진 것으로 나타나 약간의 차이를 보이고 있다. 따라서, 최적화 기법의 적용시에는 두 가지이상의 정량적 기법을 보완적으로 사용하고, 정성적 인자도 충분히 고려하는 것이 필요하다. It is a fundamental element of the nuclear power plant operation to assess exactly the occupational radiation exposure. And, according to recently published ICRP 60 recommendation, it is needed to reduce individual radiation exposure limit further. In this paper, an optimization technique was suggested for selection of alternatives for reducing occupational radiation exposure, and used in reviewing alternatives given by a plant utility. After the basic analysis, sensitivity analysis was performed to consider the variability of the economic variables. From the result, it was found that an option using steam generator nozzle dam and torquing machine was the best with respect to total benefits, and in case of multi-attribute utility analysis, an option using Co-No seal had the highest utility. Therefore, it was necessary to apply more than one technique together in optimization study and to consider qualitative factors, too.

      • 香砂平胃散 및 加減方이 白鼠의 摘出腸管運動에 미치는 影響

        Subtracting from component drugs by nine cases in Hyangsapyengwisan(香砂平胃散), its prescription and investigated the effect on contractile force of intestine in rats. The results obtained were as follows : 1. The effect of relaxation after contraction of rat ileum could be observed by administration of Hyangsapyengwisan. 2. By pretreatment with Atropine, the contractility of Hyangsapyengwisan was suppressed. 3. No change observed in contractile response of Hyangsapyengwisan by pretreatment with Cyproheptadine. 4. By pretreatment with Propranolol, the relaxation of Hyangsapyengwisan was suppressed. 5. The effect of relaxation after contraction of Hyangsapyengwisan was similar to that of Atractylodis Rhizoma. 6. The contractile response observed in subtracted Cyperi Rhizoma and Magnoliae Cortex from Hyangsapyengwisan, while growps in subtracted Atractylodis Rhizoma, Aurantii Nobilis Pericarpium Cyperi Rhizoma, Ponciri Fructus, Agatsachis Herba, Cyperi Rhizoma and Ponciri Fructus, Ponciri Fructus and Magnoliac Cortex from Hyangsapyengwisan showed the relaxation. These results suggest that Hyangsapyengwisan has a contractile effect which may be caused by the partial action of sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system.

        방사선 방어의 최적화 절차론 개발에 관한 연구

        방사선 방어의 최적화 수행에는 적용의 다양함 등을 고려할 때, 절차론이 반드시 필요하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 발전소 설계 단계에서의 최적화 절차론을 제시하고, 이를 피폭 저감대안의 선정 문제에 적용하였다. 의사결정 보조기법으로는 다기준 기법을 사용하였으며, 그 결과 대안의 우선순위를 결정하고, 최적화의 결과를 실제 적용하는 문제를 분석하였다. 이러한 최적화 절차론은 발전소 이외에 방사성 폐기물 관리나 방사선의 의학적 이용 등의 분야에도 적용될 수 있다. Considering the variety of application and other factors in performing the optimization of radiological protection, it is necessary to use well-structured optimization procedure. In this study, an optimization procedure for reducing occupational radiation exposure. As an aiding technique for decision-making, multi-criteria technique was used. As a result, priorities of alternatives are determined, and a problem of applying this result to real situation is reviewed. The developed procedure for optimization can be extended to other areas such as radioactive waste management, medical use of radiation, etc.

      • Paraquat 독성에 미치는 Dicumarol과 Allopurinol의 병합 투여 효과

        Despite intensive investigation into paraquat toxicity, neither the final cytotoxic mechanism nor a clinically useful antidote has been discovered. The mechanism of paraquat cytotoxicity is also debatable, but it is generally accepted that a redox reaction occurs between reduced paraquat and molecular oxygen. The intracellular reduction of paraquat occurs by various enzymes, such as DT-diaphorase, xanthine oxidase and glutathione reductase. In present study, we investigated that the effects of allopurinol, a xanthine oxidase inhibitor, and dicumarol, a DT-diaphorase inhibitor, in paraquat-intoxicated rats. The survivals of paraquat-intoxicated rats were increased by allopurinol treatment compared to paraquat-treated control rats , but not effected by dicumarol treatment. The activity of xanthine oxidase in the liver of allopurinol-treated rats was decreased and DT-diaphorase activity in liver of dicumarol treated rats was also decreased compared to normal control rats. The contents of glutathione in liver of paraquat treated rats was decreased but in paraquat+allopurinol treated rats, the decrements of glutathione contents was reduced but in paraquat+dicumarol treated rats, liver glutathione level was not changed compared to paraquat-treated rats. These results suggest that paraquat toxicity maybe reduced by administration of allopurinol but dicumarol did not have such effects .

        Throughout this review, the limitations of current release models are identified and ways of improving them suggested. By incorporating recent experimental results, recommendations for future release modeling activities can be made. All release models under review were compared with respect to the following six items: scenario. Assumptions, mathematical solution method, radioactive decay chain considered, and geometry. The following nine models are considered for review SOTEC & SCCEX (CNWRA) DOE/INTERA. TSPA (SNL) Vault Model (AECL), CALIBRE (SKI), AREST (PNL), Risk Assessment (EPRI), TOSPAC (SNL).

      • Cd_(1-x)Zn_xS/CdTe 이종접합 태양전지의 구조 및 전기적 특성에 관한 연구

        In this paper, the processing conditions and the various methods to improve the efficiency of the Cd1-xZnxS/CdTe solar cells were studied. Cd1-xZnxS films were grown by chemical bath deposition (CBD), which is a very attractive method for low-cost and large-area solar cells. To improve the electrical conductivity of Cd1-xZnxS films, thin indium films(10-40nm thickness) were evaporated on the surface of Cd1-xZnxS films. Experimental parameters such as indium film thickness, Zn mole fraction, and the annealing temperature in terms of structural and electrical properties of Cd1-xZnxS films were investigated. The diffusion process was carried out by heating the sample in air at 150-550℃ for 20 minute. The open circuit voltage of Cd1-xZnxS/CdTe solar cells increased due to reduced electron affinity difference between Cd1-xZnxS and CdTe films. However, the conversion efficiency of Cd1-xZnxS/CdTe solar cell decreased because of the higher series resistance(Rs) than CdS/CdTe solar cell. The series resistance and conversion efficiency of Cd1-xZnxS/CdTe solar cell were improved by using indium-doped Cd1-xZnxS films as windows layer. Cd1-xZnxS/CdTe solar cells fabricated with optimal conditions exhibited Voc=630㎷, Jsc=38.89㎃/㎠ and □=13.19%

      • L-929 세포에 감염시킨 Rickettsia tsutsugamushi의 전자현미경적 연구

        We observe the biological characteristics of R. tsutsugamushi infected in L-929 cells by electron microscopy. Especially, we examined the infection cycle of R. tsutsugamushi infected in L-cells according to time of infection. 1. In hematoxylin-eosin stain to show the morphology of monolayer cultured L-cells, glutaldehyde fixation is greater than alcohol fixation. 2. R.tsutsugamushi infected in L-cells were located mainly in cytoplasm surrounding the nucleus of L-cells. 3. R.tsutsugamushi infected in L-cells at 10min. after infection by electron microphotograph were showed various infection steps as attachment, phagocytosis, in-phagosome and incytoplasm steps. 4. R.tsutsugamushi infected in L-cells at 40 min. after infection were showed process of binary fission. 5. At 12 hours after infection, rickettsia surrounded by the host cell membrane were budding out of the L-cell surface.

        In the head and neck area, there are so many sensory nerves, which are sometimes injuried iatrogenically or inadvertently so that involved patients complained of the loss of sensations. In such cases, it is important to judge the degree of injuries and regeneration of nerve for better diagnosis and treatment. Seddon and Sunderland's classification, which is commomly used, is focused on histological change and nerve conduction. As times goes by, it is difficult to access patient's sensory disturbance by this method. Until now, so many methods such as contract threshold, direction, two-point discrimination, pin prick, thermal discrimination and current perception threshold have been introduced for sensory evaluation. However, there hasn't been enough information regarding each methodology nor integrated standard methodology for the measurement. the purpose of this study is to get Korean adult normative sensory values of lower lip,chin and tongue using modified methods of contact thershold, ditection, two point discrimination, pin prick, thermal discrimination and assess degree of regeneration of sensory nerve damage.
