GaN p-i-n ultraviolet photodetectors grown by metalorganic chemical vapor deposition have been fabricated and their performances investigated. Under the optimized growth conditions of p-GaN, the detectors with a high visible blindness were successfully achieved and also the effect of p-layer thickness on their characteristics explored. For optimized p-i-n photodetector with 1000 Å thick p-layer, the visible-to-UV rejection ratio and the responsivity were over 106 and 0.19 A/W at 352 nm, respectively. 유기금속 화학 기상증착법으로 GaN p-i-n 구조를 성장하여 자외선 검출기를 제작하고 그 특성을 조사하였다. p-GaN의 성장조건의 최적화를 통하여 고효율의 가시빛 맹목(visible blindness)을 가진 p-i-n 검출기가 제작되었으며, 또한 p층의 두께에 따른 검출기의 특성을 분석하였다. 그 결과 두께가 1000 Å의 p층을 가진 p-i-n 구조에서 352 nm의 피크 파장에서 반응도(responsivity)가 0.19 A/W, 반응비(rejection-ratio)가 106이상인 고품위 자외선 검출기를 구현하였다.

우측 7번, 8번 뇌신경 마비를 동반한 선천성 시신경유두결손증

목적: 우측의 7번, 8번 뇌신경 마비를 동반한 양안의 선천성 시신경유두결손증을 보고하고자 하였다. 증례요약: 우측 안면마비(7번 뇌신경 마비)와 우측 귓볼저형성증을 동반한 신생아가 미숙아 망막병증 검사를 위해 의뢰되었다. 산동 망막검사에서 양안의 시신경유두결손과 시신경유두 주변부의 맥락막 결손이 발견되었으며, 전안부 소견상 특이사항은 없었다. 추후 시행한 검사에서 후두연화증과 헐거운 후두개(floppy epiglottis)가 발견되었으며, 측두골 컴퓨터단층촬영에서는 좌측의 중이염과 유두염 소견이 관찰되었다. 청성뇌간유발반응검사(Auditory Brain stem Response)에서 우측 전위도가 나오지 않아 우측 8번 뇌신경(Cochlear nerve)마비로 진단되었다. 이후 시행한 염색체 검사와 뇌 자기공명영상에서는 이상이 발견되지 않았다. 심장초음파검사상 심방중격결 손이 있었으며, 상부위장관촬영상 위식도역류증이 있었다. 결론: 선천성유두결손증의 경우 다른 선천성 기형이나 이상을 동반하는 경우가 많으므로 이에 대한 검사가 반드시 필요하다. Purpose: To report a case of bilateral congenital optic disc coloboma associated with the right seventh and eighth cranial nerve palsy. Case Summary: A female neonate with right facial palsy (seventh cranial nerve palsy) and right earlobe hypoplasia was referred for examination for retinopathy of prematurity (ROP). Bilateral optic disc coloboma and peripapillary choroidal defect was detected on the fundus examination and the anterior segment examination revealed no specific findings. On the otolaryngologic examination, laryngomalacia and floppy epiglottis were observed and left otitis media and mastoiditis were noted on the temporal bone computed tomography (CT). On the auditory brain stem response (ABR), right electro-potential was not detected and right cochlear nerve palsy (eighth cranial nerve palsy) was diagnosed. Further chromosomal analysis and brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) revealed no abnormal findings. However, on echocardiography, an atrial septal defect was detected and on upper gastrointestinal series, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) was diagnosed. Conclusions: Congenital optic disc coloboma is frequently accompanied by other congenital deformities or abnormalities, and therefore, systemic examinations and tests to detect associated findings are required.

This study aims at the development of the techniques for the rainfall forecasting in river basins by applying Multivariate Model(MVM) and Meteorological Factor Regression Model(MFM). This study forecasts rainfall and compares with the value of observation in the 10 T/M gauging stations of Nakdong river basin for the rainfall forecasting of river basin by proposed models. The result of rainfall forecasting by the Multivariate Model is superior to the results of any other analysis model of rainfall forecasting in the river basin. Furthermore if choosing time distribution of rainfall having information of weather forecast and estimating exact movement velocity and direction of rainfall migration using datum per 1 hour which is ex-pressing movement of rainfall, I think that the Multivariate Model is able to be much more reliable in the real-time forecasting of rainfall.

융합공연예술의 관람가치가 관람만족과 추천의도 및 재관람의도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 융합공연예술의 관람가치가 관람만족, 추천의도, 재관람의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 공연 기획 및 마케팅 전략에 대한 시사점을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구 결과, 정서적 가치는 관람만족에 부정적인 영향을 미친 반면, 사회적 가치는 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 기능적 가치와 상징적 가치는 관람만족에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 또한, 관람가치는 추천의도에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않았으나, 기능적 가치는 재관람의도에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 이를 바탕으로, 정서적 만족을 극대화하는 콘텐츠 개발, 사회적 경험을 증대하는 관객 참여 프로그램 운영, 공연의 기능적 요소 개선, 효과적인 마케팅 전략 강화의 필요성을 제안한다. 본 연구는 공연 기획 및 마케팅 전략 수립에 실무적 시사점을 제공하며, 향후 다양한 공연 장르와 장기적 변화를 고려한 추가 연구의 필요성을 제언한다. This study aims to analyze the impact of viewing value in convergent performing arts on audience satisfaction, recommendation intention, and re-viewing intention, while also deriving implications for performance planning and marketing strategies. The findings reveal that emotional value negatively affects audience satisfaction, whereas social value has a positive impact. Functional and symbolic values do not significantly influence audience satisfaction. Additionally, viewing value does not have a significant effect on recommendation intention, but functional value has a meaningful impact on re-viewing intention. Based on these results, this study suggests the need for developing content that maximizes emotional satisfaction, implementing audience engagement programs to enhance social experiences, improving the functional aspects of performances, and strengthening effective marketing strategies. This research provides practical implications for performance planning and marketing strategies, highlighting the necessity of further studies considering various performance genres and long-term changes.

The content of benzo[a]pyrene from 69 smoked meat products commonly consumed in Korean food market was analysed with high performance liquid chromatography. Smoked meat products including smoked chicken, pork, turkey and duck were saponified, extracted and cleaned up to analyze the benzo[a]pyrene content. As a result of analysis from smoked meat products, the mean benzo[a]pyrene content was 0.42 ${\mu}g$/kg and the highest content of benzo[a]pyrene was 2.87 ${\mu}g$/kg detected in smoked chicken product. All somked meat products contained benzo[a]pyrene below the limit regulated by Korean Food and Drug Administration (KFDA). Exposure assessment of benzo[a]pyrene from smoked meat products ingestion was calculated by using National Health and Nutrition Survey (NHNS). The estimated lifetime average daily intake of benzo[a]pyrene was 0.187 ng/kg bw/d. Margin of exposure of benzo[a]pyrene was ranged from 1,657,754 to 3,957,219.
