맞춤형 취업지도 방안 연구 : 순천향대학교 사회과학대학 졸업생들을 중심으로

The purpose of this study was to develop a foundation for planning a customized job guidance system for social science major students at Soonchunhyang University, In order to suggest a practical implication related to the student support system, the recent graduates of the College of Social Science at Soon chunhyang University were surveyed. A total of 110 graduates representing all majors of this college, Participated in this study. According to the empirical results, it appeared that a college-wide strong job search guidance system which are structured focusing on sharpening foreign language and interview skills should be initiated. The implications of the result are discussed to construct a customized career planning guidance svstem for social science majors at Soonchunhyang University.

지역사회에서의 이주배경 아동에 대한 멘토링 수업 진단과 개선 방안 연구 : 순천향대학교 교양과목 운영 사례 분석

이 연구에서는 순천향대학교에서 지역사회의 이주배경 아동(다문화가정 자녀, 중도입국 자녀 등)을 대상으로 진행하는 다문화 멘토링 수업 <다문화행복나눔프로젝트>의 진행과정을 분석하고 수업 개선 방안을 도출했다. 수강생 모집, 멘토-멘티 매칭, 물품 구입과 현장 활동을 위한 예산 집행 등 멘토링 수업을 진행하기 위해서는 업무량이 상당히 많다. 이를 위해서는 담당교수 뿐 아니라 전담 인원의 지원이 필요하다. 멘토링 진행 과정에는 민원 처리, 멘토링 수행 상황 확인 등 지속적인 체크가 필요하다. 이주배경 아동에게 대학생 멘토는 학습 도우미이며 인생 선배로서의 의미를 가진다. 멘토에 대한 충분한 교육과 훈련, 책임의식과 사명감을 가지게 하는 것은 다문화 멘토링의 효과를 높이기 위한 중요한 요인이다. 또한 좋은 멘토링 결과를 만들기 위해서는 학점 부여 이외에 우수 활동자에 대한 보상을 하는 등 적절한 상벌체계가 필요하다. This study aims to analyze the progress of the multicultural mentoring class <Multicultural Happiness Sharing Project> for children with an immigrant background(children of multicultural families, immigrant children, etc.) in the community and draw up ways to improve classes. The workload is quite high to conduct mentoring classes such as recruiting students, matching the mentors and executing budgets for purchasing goods and field activities. This requires support from dedicated personnel to assist the professors in charge. The mentoring process requires continuous checks, such as handling complaints and checking the condition of mentoring. For migrant background children, a college student mentor is very important as a learning assistant and a senior in life. Having sufficient education, training, sense of responsibility and mission for mentors is an important factor to enhance the effectiveness of multicultural mentoring. In addition, in order to produce good mentoring results, an appropriate reward and punishment system is needed, such as rewarding outstanding activists in addition to granting credits.

한국과 미국의 원격대학 특성 비교 연구

이 연구는 평생교육 이념에 기초해 설립된 한국과 미국의 대규모 원격대학의 교육 특성을 비교 검토함으로써 변화하는 교육 환경에서 원격ㆍ고등교육의 발전 방향과 관련해 시사점을 도출하는 데 목적이 있다. 이 연구에서는 대학의 설립이념과 교육대상, 규모가 유사한 한국방송신대학교와 미국 UMUC를 대상으로 교육 과정과 학사운영체제, 교수학습방식, 학업평가제도, 학습자 지원체제 등을 중심으로 두 원격대학의 교육체제의 특성을 비교 분석하였다. 결론적으로 평생학습 시대에 원격대학은 교육의 형식만이 아니라 교육의 내용과 운영체제 전반에 있어 개방성을 확대하는데 더 많은 관심을 가져야 할 것이다. This study aims to draw policy implications regarding the future direction of Korean distance higher education for adult learners by examining the cases of Korea National Open University(KNOU) and University of Maryland University College(UMUC) of U.S. These two institutions are similar in that they both were established based on the publicity, but they have different characteristics in educational system such as the courses and operating system etc. The results of this study suggests some policy implications for Korean open and distance higher education in the era of lifelong learning. Therefore, there is a need to expand the openness of distance education system to reflect the learner’s characteristics throughout the curruculum and the educational operating system. Especially Korea National Open University as the National University will be responsible for leading the lifelong learning based on a public mission and its educational infrastructure.

이순신의 리더십 분석을 통한 대학생 리더십 교육프로그램 개발방안

21세기는 변화의 시대다. 그 변화는 민주적이고 도덕적이며 미래 지향적 모델을 담고 있다. 그것은 21세기 우리의 과제이기도 하다. 그러한 과제를 달성하기 위해 우리 교육은 새로운 시대의 요구와 우리 문화에 알맞게 교육정책, 교육프로그램, 학교 운영방식, 구조, 과업, 조직의 구성원 등이 점진적으로 모두 변해야 된다. 이러한 시대의 흐름에 적응하기 위해서는 먼저 교육행정가의 의식, 가치관 그리고 행위가 획기적으로 변해야 한다. 그리고 이에 따라 교육프로그램도 바뀌어야 한다. 그러나 우리나라 대학교육의 현실은 어떠한가? 대학은 사회가 급속히 변화함에 따라 교육 수요자의 기대와 요구의 증가, 교육 민주화로 인한 자율성 증대 등으로 보다 효과적이고 도덕적인 학교를 추구하며, 미래에 대한 교육적 비전을 제시해야 하는 막중한 위치에 있음에도 불구하고, 전체 대학생을 대상으로 그들의 교육적 신념이나 가치를 변화시키기보다는 사무적이며 관행적으로 사회에 내보내는 일에 치중하는 경향이 높다. 이러한 점에서 볼 때, 대학 교육프로그램의 질과 내용은 대학생 교육의 성패를 결정하는 매우 중요한 요인이라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 이제 대학은 전통적 교육프로그램의 한계를 극복할 수 있고, 이 시대의 변화에 도전할 수 있는 새로운 패러다임의 리더십을 발휘해야 하는 중요한 시기에 와있다고 볼 수 있다. 이러한 시대적 변화에 부응하기 위해 본 연구는 오랫동안 우리 민족의 정신적, 실제적 세계에 중대한 영향을 끼쳐 온 위대한 충무공 이순신의 가르침이 어떤 리더십의 특성을 강조하고 있는지를 고찰하여 우리나라 대학생의 리더십 교육프로그램 연구의 새 이론적․실제적 패러다임을 제시함으로서 이순신 연구를 교육프로그램과 연계하는 문제를 새롭게 조명해보고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 그런데 지금까지의 리더십 연구는 정치․경제․사회․문화적으로 성공하거나 높은 위치에 있는 사람들의 리더십 유형이나 특성에 대한 연구들이 주류를 이루고 있다. 즉 리더십을 단지 다른 사람들을 이끌어가고 지도하는 사람에게만 있는 것으로 간주하는 경향이 있어 이러한 결과를 초래하였다고 할 수 있다. 실제 그런 사람들이 리더로서의 많은 장점들을 가지고 있다. 하지만 여기서 제시하는 이순신 리더십은 누구나 잠재력을 가지고 있고, 누구나 교육과 훈련 프로그램에 참여함으로써 획득할 수 있는 것이다. 인간에게 있어 리더십 발달의 가장 결정적인 시기는 청소년기이다. 특히 대학생이 된 청소년기에 리더십을 발달시키지 못하면 위험행동에 빠지게 되며, 성공적인 성인기로의 진입이 어려워진다. 따라서 청소년 리더십과 아주 밀접한 관련을 맺고 있는 상황이론, 즉 누구나 리더십의 잠재력을 가지고 있고 개발할 수 있다는 사실에 기인하여 본 연구의 대학생 리더십 교육프로그램 개발의 중요성을 부각시킬 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 우리나라에서 리더로서 청소년들의 리더십의 잠재력을 일깨울만한 리더십을 발휘하고 자신의 역량을 보여준 이순신 리더십에 대한 연구를 고찰함으로써 대학생 리더십 교육프로그램 개발을 이해하는데 기여하고자 한다. 서구 중심의 리더연구에서 우리나라의 상황에 가장 잘 어울리는 리더 연구뿐만 아니라 리더십의 특성 이해로서, 자라나는 청소년들의 역사체험 및 교육적 차원의 역할을 다할 수 있도록 하는 계기마련을 위해서, 또한 순천향대학교 이순신연구소의 리더십 체험의 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 또한 대학교육과 관련하여 학교교육을 통한 지방대학 인력의 적극적 양성과 평생교육지원, 진로지도강화 등의 차원에서 대학생의 학습주기(educational life-cycle)에 맞게 자신들에게 부족한 권력화(empowerment), 경험화 교육과 네트워크 형성교육을 강화하여 경쟁력 있는 인적자원을 만들기 위한 교육프로그램 개발방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 위하여 청소년이 가장 존경하는 인물로 선정된 이순신이 갖고 있는 리더십의 특성을 알아보고, 변화하는 시대환경 패러다임에 맞는 리더십 역할 모델을 선정함으로써 대학생 스스로 리더로써 갖추어야 할 능력과 팀워크의 형성능력을 배양시키고자 한다. The study suggests the following developments to activate Educational Leadership Program through General LeeSunShin in Korea. It is necessary to make various efforts to develop for Educational Leadership Programs through General LeeSunShin . The purpose of this study is to explore leadership revealed in General LeeSunShin s life that has exerted a significant influence upon the substance of the spiritual and practical worlds, and to give Korean Educational Program the theoretical and practical paradigms of ideal leadership shown through General LeeSunShin. In 21st century of borderless business era, the circumstances around companies change very rapidly. Therefore, it is required for the leadership, which is responsible to lead participants effort and direction, to be presented to a new direction which is suitable for new paradigm. In order to investigate, the researcher examined this study through Descriptive Content analysis Method. Before discussing this research, the researcher simply illustrated the concept of leadership and various studies of General LeeSunShin s leadership based on theoretical background. Then, the researcher analyzed the leadership revealed in General LeeSunShin s life. This study not only supplies the explanation about the phenomenon of leadership but also makes it possible to recognize the importance of General LeeSunShin s leadership. Furthermore, this study intends to contribute to increase the leadership of youth through effective management of a university undergraduate.

충청남도 서북부지역 고교생들의 유치방안에 관한 연구

Students applying for Soonchunhyang University are mainly from Seoul City, Kyeonggi Province, and Choongnam Province. Attracting high school students from Seoul and Kyeonggi areas getting more competitive among colleges, and thus require more time and money. Meanwhile, recruiting high school students form local area become more economic and effective for Soonchunhyang University due to its location. This study is to find out the factors that influence students and their parents in the northwestern Choongnam Provice in applying for university admission. The survey of students and their parents in Chonan, Asan, Yesan, Dangjin, Seosan, Taean and Hongsung reveals that they prefer colleges located in Seoul and Daejeon to those in Asan and Chonan. They responded that notoriety, facilities and student welfare service as important factors in selecting colleges. They also showed high interest in whether the colleges offer new field of major, cultural environments, atmosphere for hard study, employment opportunity after graduation, and scholarship and financial aid. They obtained information of prospective colleges less from mass media such as newspapers and TV than internet, admission guidebooks by colleges, and publications from private institutions for college admission.
