Root-form endosseous implants which are in use today have a variety of materials, designs and surface characteristics. Among them, pure titanium surface implants and titanium matrix coated with HA are popular as well as are available in many studies. Rate of clinical success is obviously lower in jaw with cancellous bone than dense bone. In order to increase the rate of success in poor bone quality. More advanced techniques of implant surgery and surface treatment of implant fixture body have been developed. As a successful result, the installation of HA coated implant in bone quality type III or IV became highly successful. Since most clinical studies were performed without knowing the characteristics of HA coated implants, it has been impossible to come up with proper clinical data. Therefore the characterization of HA coated implants is essential to understand long term clinical performance and the predictability of HA coated implant system Our results showed that HA coated implants had the success rate at 93.7% in bone quality type III, IV for 3.8 years, and the fixture of Steri-Oss showed more stability with time.

This study was carried out to investigate the content and Rf value of puerain, ash, residue ash in three kinds(saeng galguen, Pansang galguen, Gak galguen) of Pueraria Radix(Pueraria thunbergiana) used in Korea. The result were as follows ; The ash and ash of acid residue in galguen types ranged from 5.0-5.78% and from 0.02-0.06%, respectively. The puerarin in saeng-galguen, domestic pansang-galguen, imported gak-galguen verified from line of light blue-white color by TLC and Rf value of puerarin was 0.91. The puerarin content of saeng-galguen, domestic pansang-galguen, import gak-galguen by HPLC were 4.03mg%, 17.56mg%, and 102.53mg%, respectively.
임플란트 생체금속들과 골조직간의 생체적합도에 관한 연구

Screw-shaped implants of commercially pure (c.p.) titanium, c.p. niobium, c.p. zirconium, and stainless steel(Sus 304) were inserted in the rabbit tibial bone over 12 weeks of follow-up. New developed torque gauge instrument was used to evaluate the implant holding power and a image analysis program coupled to a microscope was used for histomorphometry. The three best consecutive threads of each implant were measured. Quantitative analyses at 12 weeks revealed a partial bone contact to the four kinds investigated metals. There were no obvious adverse tissue reactions to any of the biomaterials. At 12 weeks the average removal torques for titanium, niobium and zirconium were better than that needed for Sus 304 screws, on the other hand high score of bony contact ratio of titanium and niobium were showed in comparison to those of zirconium and Sus 304. There was no significant differences in the amount of interfacial bone of zirconium and Sus 304 whereas there was significant difference in the torque forces of niobium and Sus 304. Three months after implant insertion, the average removal torque was 6.64 Ncm for the titanium, 6.57 Ncm for the niobium, 6.38 Ncm for the zirconium, and 4.25 Ncm for the Sus 304. On average bone contacts there were 51.24% in the titanium, 48.19% in the niobium, 31.79% in the zirconium, 23.54% in the Sus 304. Biocompatibility of the titanium, niobium and zirconium was acceptable level in comparison to the Sus 304.
확률형 아이템 규제 법안에 관한 연구 - 게임산업진흥에 관한 법률 일부개정법률안을 중심으로 -

2000년대 초반부터 온라인게임의 과금방식이 부분유료화로 정착됨에 따라, 새로운 수익모델로서 게임사업자가 이용자들에게 직접 유료 아이템을 판매하는 방식이 등장했다. 그리고 수익을 늘리기 위해 아이템을 확률형으로 제작하여 판매하는 방식을 고안하였다. 2010년을 전후로 발매된 모바일게임들도 동일한 방식을 채택하였다. 확률형 아이템은 구매하여 사용하기 전까지는 결과를 알 수 없고 우연에 따라 그 결과가 도출된다. 그 특성상 과소비⋅과몰입⋅사행성 요소를 배 제할 수 없다는 점에서 규제의 필요성이 인정된다. 이러한 지적에 따라 업계에서 자율규제를 시도하였으나 일부 업체들을 제외하고는 가시적 성과를 내지 못했고, 결국 2015년 3월 9일에 정우택 의원 포함 10인의 국회의원들이 게임산업법을 개정하여 확률형 아이템의 확률을 공개하도록 하는 안을 발의하였다. 그러나 개정안에는 ① 확률을 게임물내용정보에 편입시키는 문제, ② 적용대상의 불명확성 문제, ③ 부칙으로 인한 개정안의 실효성 문제가 있다. 본고는 업계의 자율규제안도 가시적 성과를 보이지 못했고, 규제의 실효성을 확보하고자 제출된 개정안도 법학적⋅법정책적 한계를 보인다는 점을 지적한다. 이에 대안이자 앞으로 추가적인 연구가 필요한 부분으로서 현행 게임물 등급분류제도를 통한 규제 및 새로운 법문언을 간략히 제시한다. From the early of 2000s, Korean online game service providers sold game items directly to game users in exchange with real money, as Free-to-Play system had became the main policy of the providers. After that, The providers designed in-game random boxes for more profits. It is as same as mobile games’ strategy. The providers put lots of in-game items to a box, and sell it to users. When users open it in game, one or more items would come out to users’ in-game inventory. This system is based on coincidence or luck, so that it has a risk to raise speculation. Thus, it has to be regulated. Korean game service providers tried to install voluntary restraint of in-game random box, but it has been failed to make a effective outcome except few cases. Eventually, ten congresspeople submitted the revision bill of THE GAME INDUSTRY PROMOTION ACT in March 9th of 2015, which forces game service providers to open its probability as specific number. However, this revision bill has some flaws as the following: (i) the number of chance would be included to “Game content information”, (ii) the subject of application would be unclear, (iii) the effectiveness would be weak because of the additional clauses. This thesis points out the bad result of self-regulation of the providers, and the legal and logical flaws of the revision bill proposed. Furthermore, this suggests a new legal provision to regulate in-game random box, and introduces the current “Game classification system” as the alternatives.

Rhizoma Arisaematis, Lignum Akebiae, Rhizoma Zedoariae, Cortex Eucommiae, Folium Perillae, Radix Sophorae Subprostratae, Radixi, Radix Ledeboutriellae, Rhizoma Atractylodis, Herba Ephedrae, Radix Puerariae and Radi Aconitx Bupleuri have been used in Korea for many centuries as a treatment for various disease. The purpose of the present study is to determine the effect of several herbs on norepinephrine(NE) induced blood vessel contraction in rabbits and pigs. Rabbit(2 kg, male) were killed by $CO_2$ exposure and a segment (8-10mm) of each rabbit was cut into equal segments and mounted in a tissue bath. Contractile force was measured with force displacement transducers under 2-3 g loading tension. The dose of norepinephrine(NE) which evoked 50% of maximal response $(ED_{50})$ was obtained from cumulative dose response curves for NE $(10^{-6}{\sim}10^{-3}M)$. Contractions evoked by NE $(ED_{50})$ were inhibited significantly by Rhizoma Arisaematis, Lignum Akebiae, Rhizoma Zedoariae, Cortex Eucommiae, Folium Perillae, Radix Sophorae Subprostratae and Herba Ephedrae in abdominal aorta. Contractions evoked by NE $(ED_{50})$ were inhibited significantly be Lignum Akebiae, Rhizoma Zedoariae, Cortex Eucommiae, Herba Ephedrae, Radix Puerariae and Radix Bupleuri in femoral artery. Contractions evoked by NE $(ED_{50})$ were inhibited significantly by Radix Sophorae Subprostratae, Radix Aconiti and Herba Ephedrae in renal artery. These results indicate that each herb can relax NE induced contraction of rabbit and pig blood vessel selectively, and that this relaxation relates to Gui-Gyung(歸經).
천마(Gastrodiae Rhizoma)의 약리작용에 관한 연구

임상에서 고혈압질환(韓方證候:眩暈, 眠黑, 頭風, 頭痛, 肢體麻木, 半身不遂 等)과 경련성질환에 다른 약물과 같이 활용되고 있는 천마(Gastrodiae Rhizoma)의 효능을 기초 약물학적 측면에서 연구하고자 중추신경계에 대한 작용(진통, 진정, 항경련)과 순환기계에 대한 작용(혈압, 혈관)을 실험을 통하여 관찰하였다. 천마는 초산법과 열판법에 의한 동통의 억제효과와 Rotor-Rod법에 의한 진정작용이 인정되었으며 항경련효과에 있어서는 picrotoxin과 caffeine으로 유발된 경련에 효과는 인정할수 없었으나 strychnine으로 유발된 경련은 유의한 시간의 연장을 나타냈다. 또한 순환기계에 대한 작용에 있어서 천마투여로 혈압의 강하 작용과 혈관이완작용을 나타났으며 이는 propranlol에 의하여 혈압 강하작용고 혈관이완작용이 억제되어 이 약물의 adrenergic β-receptor에 대한 작용이 있음이 시사된다. 이상의 결과로 보아 천마는 문헌에 수록된 효능과 임상적으로 활용되고 있는 효과가 근치됨을 알 수 있었으며 앞으로 분획에 다른 연구와 성분등의 연구가 계속되어지길 기대한다. These studies were conducted to investigate the effect of Gastrodiae Rhizoma Extract (GRE)on the analgesic, anticonvulsion, sedative actions, effect on blood pressure and blood vessels. The result of these studies were summarized as follows: 1. Analgesic and sedative actions were significantly recognized in mice 2. Suppressive action was shown on convulsion due to myelic causes, but no such actions were noted ether cerebrocortical or diencephaltic causes in mice. 3. In cadiovascular system, Gastrodiae Rhizoma Extact significantly decreased blood pressure in rabbits. This potentiation effect of GRE on blood pressure were diminished by propranolol, but was not affected by phentolamine and atropine. 4. In vitro aortic preperation, Gastrodiae Rhizoma Extract dilated thoracic aorta of rabbit, was diminished by propranolol.
