        디지털 치료기술 산업 육성에 따른 투자와 경제적 파급효과

        The digital treatment technology industry is one of the core fostering industries of the Moon Jae-in government along with the global trend. The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the investment and economic ripple effect on the related industries. To this end, we used the industry-related table, which is the actual measurement data for 2015 that the Bank of Korea actually measured and released every 5 years in 2019. The digital treatment technology industry was not clearly classified within Korea’s industrial classification system, so the contents of the industry-related survey were analyzed, and the digital treatment technology industry was reclassified and then analyzed. As a result of the analysis, it was analyzed that the production induction effect of the digital treatment technology-related industry in 2015 was 1.770, the value-added induction effect was 0.875, and the employment induction effect was 19.128, which was higher than that of other industries in Korea. As a result of the analysis of the economic ripple effect (scenario 1), the production inducing effect was about 370 billion won, the added value inducing effect was about 185 billion won, and the employment inducing effect was 4,044 people. The results of this study are expected to play a large role in economic revitalization as the effect of inducing production, increasing employment, and creating added value through fostering the digital treatment technology industry is expected to play a large role in activating the economy. It is expected to play a large role in providing central medical services. Therefore, it is expected that policy support for revitalizing the digital treatment technology industry through active investment support and tax benefits from the government to foster the digital treatment technology industry is necessary.

        Nitric Oxide (NO), derived from L-arginine, is produced by two types (constitutive and inducible) of nitric oxide synthase (NOS: cNOS and iNOS). The NO produced in large amounts by the iNOS is known to be responsible for the vasodilation and hypotension observed in septic shock and inflammation. The inhibitors of iNOS, thus, may be useful candidate for the treatment of inflammatory diseases accompanied by the overproduction of NO. We prepared alcoholic extracts of herbal drugs which have been used for the treatment of inflammation in oriental medicine. We have screened the inhibitory activity of NO production in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-activated macrophages after the treatment of these extracts. Among the 81 kinds of extracts of herbal drugs, 34 extracts showed potent inhibitory activity of NO production above 50% at the concentration of 50 (μg/ml. The inhibitory activities of NO production were also evaluated for several solvent fractions at three different concentrations. Especially, hexane soluble fractions of Agrimonia pilosa, Hydrangea serrata, Machilus thunbergii, Prunella vulgaris, Saussurea lappa, Tussilago farfara, and ethyl acetate soluble fractions of Angelica gigas, Ostericum koreanum, Torilis japonica, Perilla frutescence showed moderate activity at 10 and/ or 25 (μg/ml. These fractions are promising candidates for the study of the activity-guided chromatographic purification of active compounds.

        구강악안면외과에서 의식하진정에 필요한 Midazolam용량에 관한 연구

        Conscious sedation is a minimally depressed level of consciousness that retains the patients' ability to maintain the airway continuously and to respond appropriately to physical stimulation and verbal command at any time, produced by a pharmacologic or nonpharmacologic method or a combination thereof. In dental anesthesia, a state of sedation in which the conscious patient is rendered free of fear, apprehension and anxiety through the use of pharmacologic agents. Midazolam is a useful drug of benzodiazepine on minor operation of dentistry. The purpose of this study is to estimate the appropriate dosage protocol of Midazolam to the patient receiving intravenous sedation at the department of oral and maxillofacial surgery. Total subject was fifty-one patients and fifteen patients of this subject were decided to control group that they were not received intravenous sedation. The experimental group was randomly subdivided into two groups and each of those groups was administrated to 0.05 ㎎/㎏ and 0.08 ㎎/㎏ each other. All patients of the subject were surveyed with postoperative one day questionaire to evaluate the level of sedation. We found that the result was statistically significant between the experimental and the control, and so we present the protocol of the department of oral and maxillofacial surgery, Kangnung National University Dental Hospital.

        일부 소규모 시계조립 사업장의 상지 누적외상성장애의 유병률

        목적 : 단순 반복작업을 하는 시계조립 사업장 근로자를 대상으로 상지 누적외상성장애의 자각증상 유병률과 상지 누적외상성장애 유병률을 파악하고자 하였다. 방 법 : 인구학적 특성, 상지의 자각증상, 사회심리적 요인은 자가 설문지법으로, 인간공학적 특성은 점검표를 이용한 면담법으로 조사하였다. 상지의 자각증상 조사와 사회심리적 요인은 각각, N10SH (1993) 설문지와 Karasek(1979)의 Job strain model을 번역하여 조사하였다. 상지 누적외상성장애 판정은 의사가 작업 현장에서 직접 환자 면담과 이학적 검사를 수행한 후, 연구에서 규정한 증례정의에 의해 수행하였다. 수집된 자료는 x2 teat와 exact test로 단별량 분석을 하였고, 이중 의미있는 변수와 위험 인자로 알려진 변수들로 다중 로지스틱 회귀분석을 시행하였다. 결 과 : 대상자들의 자각증상 유병률은 54.2 %였고, 부위별로는 목 34.9 %, 손/손목 31.3 %, 어깨 30.1 %, 팔/팔꿈치 18.0 %순이었다. 상지 누적외상성장애의 유병률은 45.8 %였고, 근막동통증후군이 26명으로 가장 많았고, De Quervain씨 병 8명, 수부/전완부의 건염 및 건활막영 8명, 수근관 증후군 5명, 이두건염 5명, 척골 신경병증 5명, 내상과 염 4명, 외상과염 2명, 경추 디스크 질환 2명, 흥곽 출구 증후군 1명순으로 나타났다. 단변량 분석시 자각증상 유병률은 작업부서 중 완성 부에서, 상지 누적외상성장애 유병률은 여자와 완성 부에서 통계학적으로 유의하게 높았다. 다중 로지스틱 회귀분석 결과 완성부와 근무긴장도가 높은 군이 상지 누적외상 성장애와 통계학적으로 유의한 결과를 보였다. 결 론 : 이 연구에서 상지 누적외상성장애 유병률은 45.8 %으로서 저강도의 단순 반복작업을 하는 시계조립 사업장 근로자에서도 누적외상성장애의 위험이 있는 것으로 생각된다. 또한, 사회심리적 요인과 작업 부서별 공정 및 환경이 유병률에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인으로 생각되며, 향후 이들에 관한 다양한 연구가 진행되어야 할 것이다. 산업보건 현장에서는 시계조립 사업장과 같이 저 강도의 단순 반복작업을 위주로 하는 사업장에 대한 지속적인 관심과 각 사업장별 위험요인을 파악하여 적절한 예방 및 관리 대책을 세워야 할 것이다. Objectives : The prevalence of cumulative trauma disorders of upper extremities mons watch assembly workers in small-scaled industry was studied. Methods. In 83 workers at five watch assembly factories, symptoms and psychosocial questionnaire, ergonomic Interview, physical examination were conducted. Results : Prevalence of self-reported symptoms was 54.2% and neck 34.9%, wrist/hand 31.3%, shoulder 30.1%, elbow/arm 18.0% by anatomical site. Prevalence of cumulative trauma disorders was 45.8%. Most common disease was myofascial pain syndrome (31.3%). The other diseases were De Quervain disease (9.6%), tenosynovitis/tendinitis at wrist/hand (9.6%), bicipital tendinitis(6.0%), fat. epicondylitis(4.8%), meIn. epicondylitis(2.4%), and cervical disc disease(2.4%). As result of ergonomic interview, repetitiveness was 79(98.8%). There were no differences in the prevalence of self-reported symptoms and cumulative trauma disorders for age, sex, marital status, duration of work In the study, The significant factors of cumulative trauma disorders were occupational task and psychosocial stress in the study. The prevalence of cumulative trauma disorders in high strain group was hlgher (68.4%) than other three groups. The prevalence of self-reported symptoms and cumulative trauma disorders in assembly task was higher (70.0%, 64.0%) than other two tasks. Conclusions : Prevalence of self-reported symptoms was 54.2%, prevalence of cumulative trauma disorders was 45.8% in watch assembly workers. In this study, factor related to self-reported symptoms was occupational task and factors relaxed to cumulative trauma disorders were occupational task and psychosocial stress. This results suggest that differences of ergonomics and environment in occupational task cause differences of prevalence of self-reported symptoms and cumulatlve trauma disorders.

      • 數種의 熱處理方法이 Elgiloy矯正用 線材의 腐蝕에 미치는 影響

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of heat treatment on corrosion properties in .016 "Green Elgiloy wire. To evaluate the corrosion resistance of Elgiloy wire, electrochemical tests such as potential and polarization measurement were used widely. In this experiment, the corrosion currents were measured using electronic potentiostat and all of the heated specimen were heat-treated by direct flame, electric welder and dental furnace. These specimens were immersed in 1% sodium chloride solution at 37℃, and currents of each specimen were measured for 24 hours at 0.0 volt(SCE) The results were as follows: Heat-treated specimens showed higher corrosion susceptibility than non heat-treated specimens. Heat-treated specimens by direct flame seemed to be higher corrosion susceptibility than those by electric welder, dental furnace. Heat-treated specimens by direct flame showed higher current density and lower corrosion potentials in respect to heattreated specimens by electric welder, dental furnace. Corrosion surface of heat-treated specimens showed pits and scratches by observation of scanntng electron microscope.

      • Global-MAHN에서 라우팅 오버헤드 개선에 대한 연구

        In this Paper, we studied the mechanism that increases the network reliability and decreases network load in GMAHN environment based on the AODV routing protocol. This proposed algorithm is the research on the algorithm, minimizing network overhead by preventing unnecessary network overhead previously and adapting Local repair mechanism to efficient data transmission when route error happens in network, in GMAHN environment. To evaluate the proposed algorithm's performance, we analyzed the proposed algorithm and adapting in various experiment environment according to 5 experiment viewpoint such as node movement, gateway network zone, mobile node number, flow number. After evaluating the experiment, we confirmed better network improvement altogether through following result such as total average data reception rate's increase, average data transmission time's decrease, network overhead's decrease than existing GMAHN algorithm.

        위성방송 수신을 위한 대수주기 마이크로스트립 안테나에 대한 연구

        본 연구에서는 이동하면서 BS/CS 대역의 무궁화 3호 위성 신호를 수신할 수 있도록 42도 이상의 틸팅각을 갖는 새로운 구조의 패치안테나에 대해 제시하였다. 본 안테나의 구조는 패치 다이폴을 직렬 배열한 대수 주기형 안테나와 개구결합을 이용한 급전 구조로 이루어 졌다. 테이퍼드 슬롯에 8개의 직렬 패치 다이폴이 수직으로 놓여짐으로써 각 패치 다이폴에 직렬 급전이 된다. 직렬 급전된 패치 다이폴의 방사는 BS/CS 대역에서 메인 빔의 방향이 73? ~ 42?를 형성하였고, 이득은 9.31~11.03 dBi로 측정되었다. 32개의 엘레멘트를 4×8로 적절히 배열하면 24 dBi이상의 이득과 40-48도 내외의 앙각이 형성되어, 무궁화 3호 위성의 이동체 탑재용 안테나에 적용이 가능하다. In this study, we provide a single element log-periodic antenna that the feeding networks and array structures are aperture coupled and series dipole array type. We made the antenna for direct receiving the Moogoongwha satellite broadcasting signal. The transmission power was able to feed the patch dipole in series due to lay perpendicularly 8 series patch dipole on tapered slot. The patch dipole radiation pattern which fed in series power, make the main beam direction up 37°~42° within the BS/CS bandwidth. The main beam gain was measured 9.31~11.03 dBi. Using 32 elements to array the elements properly, we acquire 4×8 array structure on limited PCB board. As a result, it has been found that the new planar DBS antenna structure have high gain over 10dBi and acceptable elevation angle over 42 degree, and we can apply this result to commercial DBS reception antenna manufacturing.

      • 온실재배와 노지재배한 금산 깻잎의 품질 특성과 향기성분

        깻잎을 이용한 건강 식품을 개발하고자 먼저 깻잎의 주산지인 금산에서 5월 온실재배한 깻잎과 8월 노지재배한 깻잎들의 품질특성과 향기성분을 조사하였다. 시료깻잎 모두 4.0%의 조단백질과 0.8%의 조지방을 함유하고 있었고, 플라보노이드의 함량은 온실재배 깻잎 25.2%, 노지재배 깻잎 26.5%로 시료깻잎간에 큰 차이는 나타나지 않았으며 조사포닌 함량도 2,7%와 2,8%로 비슷하였다. 시료깻잎의 효소 활성은 오직 알칼리성 단백질 분해효소 활성만이 8월 노지재배 깻잎에서만 물 추출물 7.1 unit, 에탄올 추출불 11.8 unit을 보였고 기타 효소 활성은 없었다. 8월 노지재배 깻잎의 조직감 특성으로 먼저 견고성과 탄력성 등은 잎의 상층부와 중층부 보다 잎받침을 포함하는 하층부에서 높았고 응집성은 하층부가 약간 약하였으며 5월 온실재배 깻잎은 씹힘성이 다서 낮았을 뿐 노지재배 깻잎과 비슷하였다. 5월 온실재배와 8월 노지재배 깻잎에는 1-octen-3-ol, linalool, β-caryorhyllene, α-caryophyllene, α-famesene, perilla ketone, nerolidol, eugenol. α-cadinol 등 14종∼15종의 향기성분을 함유하고 있었고 주요한 향기성분은 perilla ketone 이었다. Quality and flavor compounds of perilla leaves cultivated in greenhouse(May) and field (August) in Geumsan province were investigated and compared. All perilla leaves contained 4.0% crude protein and 0.8% crude lipid. C겨de flavonoid contents of perilla leaves cultivated in greenhouse and field showed 25.2% and 26.5%, respectively and each crude saponin content was cultivated in field. Hardness and chewness of bottom parts of field-perilla leaves were higher than those of top and middle part, whereas the cohesiveness of top parts and middle parts of perilla leaves were higher than that of bottom part. Furthermore, texture properties of greenhouse-perilla leaves were similar with those of field-perilla leaves except chewness. Nine kind of flavor compounds such as 1-octen-3-ol, linalool, β-caryophyllene, α-caryophylene, α-franesene, perilla ketone, nerolidol, eugennl, α-cadinol were identified in greenhouse-perilla and field-perilla leaves, showing that main flavor compound was perilla ketone.

      • 成犬의 上顎急速側方擴大後 正中口蓋縫合線 周圍組織의 變化

        著者는 成犬의 上顎骨을 急速側方擴大하여 最終擴大 1 日後, 2주, 8주保定後 軟組織을 포함한 上顎口蓋部의 脫灰標本을 製作하여 光學顯微鏡으로 관찰한 결과를 다음과 같이 要約할 수 있었다. 最終擴大 1 日後 正中口蓋縫合部가 크게 離開되어 膠原纖維는 擴大方向으로 견인되어 배열되었고 2주 保定에서 針狀의 骨형성이 진행되었으며 8주 保定에서 離開된 縫合部는 新生骨의 형성으로 현저히 협소해져 對照犬과 유사한 양상을 보였다. 最終擴大 1 日後 正中口蓋縫合周圍의 粘膜纖維가 불규칙상을 보이며 擴大된 방향으로 견인되어 있었고, 血管은 軟組織의 張力으로 인해 타원형의 양상을 보였다. 8주 保定에서 膠原纖維의 배열은 對照犬과 유사하게 整然性을 회복하고 血管의 형태도 점차 회복되어 圓形에 가까왔다. 齒槽部에서는 最終擴大 1 日後 口蓋側에서 膠原纖維의 견인과 頰側의 齒槽骨에서 破骨細胞에 의한 吸收像을 나타내었으며 保定期間의 경과에 따라 점차 回復되어 8주 保定에서 對照犬과 유사한 양상을 나타내었다. The purpose of this experimental study was to observe the histomorphological changes of the surrounding tissue of the midpalatal suture during retention following rapid maxillary expansion. Four mongrel dogs were divided into four groups: control, no-retention, two and eight weeks retention. Each of the experimental and control animals was sacrified on the no-retention, two and eight weeks retention after rapid maxillary expansion and maxilla was resected. To observe with light microscope was made de calcified specimens. The results were as follows: One day after rapid maxillary expansion, midpalatal suture was separated and the bundles of collagen fiber were stretched toward expanded direction. On the two weeks retention after rapid maxillary expansion, the separated space of the midpalatal suture was reapired with new bone of spicule type. Areas of the midpalatal suture were back to the state of control group after eight weeks retention. In the surrounding soft tissue of the expanded palatal suture, the bundles of collagen fiber were irregularly arranged, stretched toward expanded directions one day after rapid maxillary expansion, back to the state of control group after eight weeks retention. At the alveolar regions, the bundles of collagen fiber were stretched in the palatal side and bone resorption by osteoclasts was observed in the buccal side. But it was replaced with the bone depository process in the eight weeks retention. It is proved histologically that strain given to palatal soft tissue by rapid expansion is removed gradually during retention period with remodeling in bone and fiber.

      • 3차원 적층패키지의 Cu-Cu 접합부의 정량적 접합강도 평가 및 향상에 관한 연구

        The quantitative interfacial adhesion energy of Cu-Cu direct thermo-compression specimen with bonding temperature and wet pre-treatment was measured by using 4 point bending test for 3-D IC integration. The evaluated interfacial adhesion energy was 2.79±0.82, 3.46±0.87, 4.93±0.2 J/㎡ bonding temperature 300, 350, 400℃ and 0.29, 1.28, 1.64, 1.17 and 0.43 J/㎡ acetic acid pre-treatment at 35℃ for 0, 1, 5, 10, and 15 min. From the result, 5 min treated Cu to Cu thermo-compression bonding has the highest interfacial adhesion energy at 350℃.
