        20대 여성의 신발종류에 따른 족저압 영역별 비교 연구

The purpose of this study was to investigate the test-retest of plantar pressures using the F-Scan system over speeds and plantar regions. 6 healthy female subjects in 20's were recruited for the study. Plantar pressure measurements during locomotor activities can provide information concerning foot function, particularly if the timing and magnitude of the loading profile can be related to the location of specific foot structures such as the metatarsal heads. The Tekscan F-Scan system consists of a flexible, 0.18mm thick sole-shape having 1260 pressure sensors, the sensor insole was trimmed to fit the subjects' right. left shoes - sneakers shoes & dress shoes. It was calibrated by the known weight of the test subject standing on one foot. The Tekscan measurements show the insole pressure distribution as a function of the time. This finding has important implications for the development of plantar pressure test protocols where the function of the forefoot is important. According to the result of analysis it is as follows : 1) Center of force trajectory in women's dress shoes display direct movement, compare with center of force trajectory in Sneaker shoes displays a little bit curved slow pronation movement. Sneaker shoes in forefoot part display very quick supination movement, therefore, this shoes effects negative effectiveness for ankle's stability. Considering center of force trajectory analyzing, the more center of force close straight line, the more movement can be quick movement for locomotion. For foot pressure distribution, center of force trajectory in locomotion is better to curved trajectory with pronation movement. So sneaker shoes style is good shoes considering center of pressure distribution trajectory compare with women's dress shoes. 2) Women's dress shoes increased peak pressure in medial, this is effected by high hill's height. The more increased women's dress shoes's height, the more women's peak pressure will increase, pronation can increase compare with before. Supination movement increase, this focused pressure in lateral, also, supination increased more. If the supination movement increased, foot pressure focused in lateral, therefore, it is appeared force distribution in gait direction. This is bad movement in foot's stability. 3) Women's dress shoes in landing phase displayed a long time, this is when women's dress shoes wear, gait movement is unbalance, so, landing phase displayed a long time. For compensation in gait, swing phase quick movement. 4) Women's dress shoes displayed peak pressure distribution in lateral of rearfoot part, Sneakers shoes displayed peak pressure distribution in medial of forefoot part. Its results has good impact absorption compare with women's dress shoes. In forefoot part, sneakers shoes has good propulsive force compare with women's dress shoes.

        혼합모드 하중을 받는 CTS 시험편에서 $K_ I$,$K_ I1$ 와 J-적분의 측정방법

        A loading device to be used in fracture experiment is presented. It's loading angle can be adjusted from $-45^{\circ}$ to $105^{\circ}$ at intervals of $15^{\circ}$ for a CTS ( compact tension-shear) specimen, so that it is to be useful to measure mixed mode toughness. The equations to give the $K_ I$, $K_ I1$ and J-integral for the experiment are evluated though finite elemetn analysis in which the loading procedure is simulated and the behaviors of the specimen such as load-displacement curve are estimated. In the course of the evaluation the values $K_ I$, $K_ I1$ and J-integral calculated through recentrly released numerical methods are employed as the reference ones.

        Purpose: This study aims to identify the correlation between perception of emotional dating violence and satisfaction of relationship of college students to provide objective data for college students to improve perception of emotional dating violence and satisfaction of relationship. Methods: Data was collect using questionaries between November 3rd to November 20th, 2018. Participants of this study were 110 male college students and 127 female college student who are currently attending universities aged 18 to 29 years old. Data were analyzed using average, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson’s correlation using the SPSS 21.0 program. Result: The study has established the negative correlation between perception of emotional dating violence and satisfaction of relationship(R=-.587, p<.001). As the level of perception of emotion dating violence is lower, satisfaction of relationship is higher. The number of relationships recognized by oneself, experience of dating violence, and severity of dating violence also demonstrated significant difference in perception of emotional dating violence and satisfaction of relationship. Conclusion: The result of the study suggests that perception of emotional dating violence is negatively related to satisfaction of relationship. Furthermore, this study suggests that it is important to increasing perception of dating violence for healthier and better quality of relationships.

© 2010 John Wiley & Sons A/S.</P><P><B>Background – </B> It has not been clarified whether the disparity in ischemic stroke outcome between populations is caused by ethnic and geographic differences or by variations in case mix. Propensity score matching (PSM) analysis can overcome some analytical problems but is rarely used in stroke outcome research. This study was to compare the ischemic stroke case‐fatality between two PSM cohorts of Sweden and Korea.</P><P><B>Methods – </B> Prognostic variables related to baseline characteristics and stroke care were included in our PSM model. Then, we selected 7675 Swedish and 1220 Korean patients with ischemic stroke from each stroke registers and performed one‐to‐one matching based on propensity scores of each patient.</P><P><B>Results – </B> After PSM, all measured variables were well balanced in 1163 matched subjects, and the 90‐day case‐fatality was identical 6.2% (HR 0.997, 95%CI 0.905–1.099) in Sweden and Korea.</P><P><B>Conclusions – </B> No difference is found in the 90‐day case‐fatality in propensity score‐matched Swedish and Korean patients with ischemic stroke.</P>

In the viewpoint of performance analysis, cyclic server system and token bus LAN are utilized in modeling PHS.

        자돈 및 비육돈에 있어 생균제의 첨가가 생산성 및 분내 가스발생에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 자돈시기에 있어서는 열안정성을 갖는 Sacchromyces cerevisiae (SC)를 첨가하여 성장 및 분중 미생물의 변화에 미치는 영향을 조사하고, 비육돈시기에 있어서는 복합생균제 (complex porbiotics : CPB, Phichia anomala ST, Galactomyces geotrichum SR59, Thiobacillus sp.)를 첨가하여 성장 및 분중 가스발생에 미치는 영향을 평가하기 위하여 실시하였다. 시험 1은 3원 교잡종 자돈 72두를 공시하였으며, 시험개시시 체중은 10.53±0.02㎏이었다. 시험설계는 옥수수-건조유청-대두박 위주의 사료인 대조구 (CON; 기초사료), 대조구 사료내 SC를 0.2% (SC0.2)와 0.4% 첨가한 구(SC0.4)로 하였다. 전체 사양시험 기간동안, 일당증체량, 일당사료섭취량 및 사료효율에 있어서는 처리구간에 통계적으로 유의적인 차이를 보이지 않았다. 사양시험 개시 후, 7일과 14일에 채취한 분내 젖산균 균수에 있어서는 SC의 첨가 수준이 증가함에 따라 분내 젖산균 균수가 유의적으로 증가하였다(linear effect, P<0.01). 또한, 대장균수에 있어서는 사양시험 개시 후 7일령에서 SC의 첨가수준이 증가함에 따라 유의적으로 감소하였다((linear effect, P<0.02; quadratic effect, P<0.03). 시험 2는 3원 교잡종 비육돈 45두를 공시하였으며, 시험개시시 체중은 49.71±0.45㎏이었다. 시험설계는 옥수수-대두박 위주의 사료인 대조구 (CON; 기초사료), 대조구 사료내 CPB를 0.2% (CPB0.2)와 0.3% 첨가한 구 (CPB0.3)로 3개 처리로 하였다. 사양시험기간동안 CPB0.3 처리구가 다른 처리구와 비교하여 일당증체량이 유의적으로 증가하였다 (P<0.05). 그러나, 일당사료 섭취량 및 사료효율에 있어서는 처리구간에 통계적으로 유의적인 차이를 보이지 않았다. 또한 CPB0.3 처리구가 대조구와 비요하여 건물 및 질소 소화율이 통계적인 차이를 보이면서 높게 평가되었다 (P<0.05). 암모니아태 질소 함량에 있어서는 CPB 첨가구가 대조구와 비교하여 유의적인 차이를 보이면서 감소하였으며 (P<0.05), 휘발성 지방산중 propionic acid에 있어서는 CPB0.3 처리구가 대조구와 비교하여 통계적인 차이를 보이면서 감소하였다 (P<0.05). 결론적으로, 생균제 (SC)의 첨가는 자돈시기에 있어서는 분내 젖산균수의 증가와 대장균수의 감소효과에 영향을 주는 것으로 사료되며, CPB는 비육돈 시기에 있어서 성장 및 영양소 소화율을 향상시키고 분내 가스 발생작용을 감소시키는 것으로 사료된다. For the Exp. 1, a total of seventy two pigs(10.53±0.02㎏ average intial body weight) were used in a 38-d growth assay to determine the effects of Sacchromyces cerevisiae (SC) supplementation on growth performance and fecal microbial populations. Dietary treatments included 1) CON (corn-dried whey-SBM based diet), 2) SC0.2 (CON diet+0.2% SC) and 3) SC0.4 (CON diet+0.4% SC). Through the entire experimental period, ADG, ADFI and gain/feed were not significantly different among the treatments. At d 7 and 14 after the onset of the experiment, fecal Lactobacilli sp. count increased as the concentration of SC in the diets was increased (linear effect, P<0.01). At d 7 after the onset of the experiment, fecal Escherichia coli count decreased as the concentration of SC in the diets was increased(linear effect, P<0.02, quadratic effect, P<0.03). For the Exp. 2, forty five pigs(49.71±0.45㎏ average intial body weight) were used in 28-d growth assay to determine the effects of complex porbiotics (CPB, Phichia anomala ST, Galactomyces geotrichum SR59, Thiobacillus sp.) supplementation on growth performance, nutrient digestibility and fecal NH_3-N and volatile fatty acid concentrations. Dietary treatments included 1) CON(corn-SBM based diet), 2) CPB0.2 (CON diet+0.2% CPB) and 3) CPB0.3 (CON diet+0.3% CPB). Through the entire experimental period, pigs fed CPB0.3 diet significantly increased their ADG compared to pigs fed CON and CPB0.2 diets (P<0.05). Also, apparent digestibility of DM and N in pigs fed CPB0.3 diet was greater than for pigs fed CON diet (P<0.05). In conclusion, the results obtained from these feeding trials suggest that the dietary SC for nursery pigs affects fecal microbial population. In finishing pigs, supplemental CPB was effective to improve ADG and nutrient digestibility but to decrease fecal noxious gas emission.

      • CBD 방법에 의한 CdS 박막의 성장과 광전도 특성

        Chemical bath deposition 방법으로 다결정 CdS 박막을 세라믹 기판 위에 성장시킨 다음 온도를 변화시켜 열처리하고 X-선 회절무늬를 측정하여 결정구조를 밝혔다. 550℃로 열처리한 시료의 경우 X-선 회절무늬로 부터 외삽법에 의해 a_。와 c_。는 각각 4.1364 Å과 6.7129 Å인 육방정계임을 알았다. 이 때 낱알크기는 약 0.35㎛이었다. Van der Pauw 방법으로 Hall 효과를 측정하여 운반자 농도와 이동도의 온도의존성을 연구하였다. 이동도는 33 K 에서 150 K 까지는 압전산란에 의하여, 150 K 에서 293 K 까지는 극성광학산란에 의하여 감소하는 경향이 나타냈다. 광전도 셀의 특성으로 스텍트럼 응답, 감도(γ), 최대허용소비전력 및 응답 시간을 측정하였다. Polycrystalline CdS thin films were grown on creamic substrate using a chemical bath deposition method. They were annealed at various temperature and X-ray diffraction patterns were measured by X-ray diffractometer in order to study CdS polycrystal structure. Using extrapolation method of X-ray diffraction patterns for the CdS samples annealed in N_2 gas at 550℃ it was found hexagonal structure whose lattice constants a_o and c_o were 4.1364 Å and 6.7120Å, respectively. Its grain size was about 0.35 ㎛. Hall effect on this sample was measured by Van der Pauw method and studied on carrier density and mobility depending on temperature. From Hall data, the mobility was likely to be decreased by piezo electric scattering at temperature range of 33K and 150K and by polar optical scattering at temperature range of 150K and 293K. We measured also spectral response, sensitivity (γ), maximum allowable power dissipation and response time on these samples.

      • 불소와 생귀나리아 함유치약의 초기우식법지랑질에 대한 효과

        The purpose of this study way to test potential cariostatic benifit of dentifrices containing both fluoride(F) and sanguinaria (SG) in a silica abrasive formula using microbial remin/demin cycle model. Subsurface lesion on bovine extracted enamel specimens were prepared by exposing to a lactate Carbopol buffer system for 44-hours. The specimens were assigned to 7 test groups of 12 specimens each by randomized blocks with VHN stratification. The test groups were a placebo, 2 NaF-silica dentifrice (with and without SG) and four MFP-DCPD dentifrices(different F level). Negative and positive control dentifrices were selected by the guidelines of the American Dental Association. The microbial cyclic sequence and pre- and post-treatment assays were same as described previously[Hong et al., J Dent Res 75:232, 1996]. The results of △ VHN ± S.E. for each group were; placebo, 26.70 ± 2.54; MFP(250ppm F)/DCPD, 42.34±1.90; MFP(1,000 ppm F) plus 2.0% Bamboo Salt(BS.Jukyom)/DCPD, 44.70±3.43; MFP(1,000 ppm F)/DCPD(Fresh Mint), 46.20±2.46; MFP(1,100 ppm F)/DCPD (Colgate), 55.82±4.18; NaF(1,100 ppm)/Silica(Cerst), 84.98±4.17; NaF(1,000 ppm)/Silica plus 0.1% SG(Denta Q), 92.16±5.21. The data were then statistically analyzed using ANOVA for the significance of differences among treatment groups. △ VHNs for groups treated with dentifrices containing 1,000 ppm F from MFP with or without BS were significantly higher than the placebo. The groups treated with dentifrices containing F from NaF/Silica with or without SG had significantly higher(p<0.01) △ VHNs than that with F from MFP/DCPD(p<0.01)). The △ VHNs treated with dentifrice containing both F-SG demonstrated the highest among test groups, indicating that there is an additive benefit in remineralizing the incipient subsurface lesion.

        Decapsulation technology is useful to inspect EMC of package device and the etching technology enable to check inside of device by removing plastic molding. Chemical etching method is used widely to fabricate a lot of semiconductor. But the method has some disadvantage due to wet process. Proposed method in this paper shows the application possibility such as fast processing time, processing accuracy and dry process. These result was obtained by directly removing of packed EMC using UV laser.
